Ok.. so who do get in contact with since docherty has not returned any of my emails or messages that I've left for the past 3 weeks. I left a message last Tuesday with one secretary and I have still not received any responses back? This is ridiculous I'm sure once choosing off da di was really bring comfort to the city!??who do I get in contact with since no one in Juans department is competent enough to return a message
Apparently they are not interested in anything you have to say. Accept this and move on.
