Judge Blocks Ballroom

A Bush-Appointed Judge Just Blocked the White House Ballroom and Trump Had the Perfect Response

What Judge Leon Actually Said--
U.S. District Judge Richard Leon – a George W. Bush appointee – ruled Tuesday that the National Trust for Historic Preservation is likely to win its case against the ballroom project, issuing an injunction that stops all above-ground construction.

His reasoning: no law gives the president authority to build at the White House without congressional approval first. "No statute comes close to giving the President the authority he claims to have," Leon wrote. Then he gave Trump 14 days before enforcement kicks in – an invitation to appeal.

The DOJ accepted before the afternoon was over, filing a notice with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

The ballroom is a 90,000-square-foot venue with Greco-Roman columns, privately funded through donations from businesses and individual donors.

The National Trust, Trump wrote, is "a Radical Left Group of Lunatics" suing him over a ballroom that is "under budget, ahead of schedule, being built at no cost to the Taxpayer, and will be the finest Building of its kind anywhere in the World."

Since January 2025, district court judges have issued hundreds of injunctions blocking Trump administration priorities – deportations, agency restructuring, birthright citizenship orders, workforce reorganization. The pattern is identical every time: a single judge blocks, the administration appeals, the Supreme Court reverses.

Nationwide Injunctions by a District Court Judge

Democrat Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett created another self-inflicted wound

Crockett’s desire to constantly make a spectacle of herself came back to bite her once again.

And Jasmine Crockett got some bad news about this dark secret from her past.

The ability to block executive orders and other executive branch actions through nationwide injunctions creates a system where the true power in America resides with more than 600 district court judges and the President serves as their subordinate begging for permission before being able to make policy decisions.

What these Democrat district court judges are effectively telling the American people with their rulings is that Donald Trump doesn’t get to be President.

Trump and supporters like Elon Musk called on Congress to assert its Constitutional power of impeachment and remove these rogue judges from the bench.

California Republican Congressman Darrell Issa chaired a hearing about his legislation to limit the ability of district court judges to make federal policy through nationwide injunctions.

And what does big mouth Jasmine do? She hijacked Congressman Issa's meeting to rant and rave about how President Trump supporting the impeachment of outlaw judges issuing lawless rulings meant the end of the American experiment.

A District Court Judge has no authority to make a nationwide injunction. A nationwide injunction issued by a district court can be appealed to a circuit court and then the Supreme Court, but while it goes through the process it can interrupt or even dictate federal policy for months or years. Nationwide injunctions are a recent phenomenon and no statutory or constitutional change explicitly authorized single district courts to enjoin policies on a nationwide basis.

Given the number of district courts, (600 plaintiffs) can forum shop to find the most sympathetic judge and obtain a nationwide ruling almost at will. [rpc.senate.gov/policy-papers]

Judge Rules Biden Likely Violated the 1st Amendment

On Tuesday, a federal judge granted an injunction against the Biden regime

prohibiting them from pressuring Big Tech companies to silence or ban certain accounts in the future

This decision is seen as a win for free speech advocates who believe it will safeguard opinions that contradict government surveillance agencies.

Federal officials have restricted their action in response to lawsuits from Republican attorneys general. These attorneys general were concerned that officials contacted companies like Twitter and Facebook to shut down accounts and chat rooms that questioned the efficacy of Covid vaccines during the peak of the pandemic.

Although a final decision in the case has not been made yet, observers anticipate that Judge Terry A. Doughty will rule in favor of Republicans, which will put an end to more than ten years of collaboration between federal authorities and technology leaders who possess the power to influence public dialogue.

Judge rules against restrictive Covid Mandates

Judge rules against another Biden COVID mandate

It was back in November 2021 that the mandate was issued by the Office of Head Start, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Administration for Children and Families.

The mandate has two main requirements. One is that adult staff members working at Head Start facilities have to either get vaccinated against the coronavirus or, if exempt, undergo weekly testing. And, the other requirement is that, at these Head Start facilities, all staff members and all children ages two and older have to wear face masks.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty made a ruling in the case, issuing a permanent injunction that affects 24 states, one of which is Florida.

Biden's Emergency Vaccine Mandate denied by Court

Federal Court Denies Biden’s Emergency Motion

A federal court has denied an emergency motion from the Biden-Harris regime’s Department of Justice, attempting to stop a temporary block on vaccine mandates for healthcare workers.

The preliminary injunction on the government’s mandate was initiated by the court after a coalition of ten states in early November filed a lawsuit to terminate the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ vaccine mandate on healthcare workers.

Obama appointed left-wing Judge

Judge’s Decision Opens Door to V0ter Fr@ud, Are Dems Trying To Steal 15 Electoral Votes In North Carolina?

"On Thursday U.S. District Judge Loretta C. Biggs issued a permanent nationwide injunction blocking the Trump administration from clarifying and defining the start date of determining “unlawful presence,” that was added to the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1996.

During the last election voting machines in more than one-third of all Detroit’s precincts – 248 of the city’s 662 precincts, or 37 percent – tabulated more ballots than the entire number of voters tallied by workers in the poll books.

In 2012, 4 precincts in Fulton County Georgia also surpassed 100% turnout including one with a 154% and another with a whopping 3300% turnout.

Also in 2012, St. Lucie County, Florida had 141.1% turnout when out of 175,554 registered voters, 247,713 vote cards were cast.

It appears Democrats were leaving nothing to chance in 2012, when in 59 Philadelphia voting divisions, Mitt Romney got zero votes."

So "Sue me"

And they did!
Also, the word now is "injunction."  President Obama has pledged to “fix as much of our immigration system as I can on my own, without Congress" by the end of the summer. He has said that he will take unilateral action to deal with the issue of illegal immigration.  Is that a joke? “I take executive action only when we have a serious problem, a serious issue, and Congress chooses to do nothing. And in this situation, the failure of House Republicans to pass a darn bill is bad for our security, it’s bad for our economy, and it’s bad for our future,” he said. Read more at Breitbart.
