Temporary Protected Status was always TEMPORARY - Now affirmed

New York City fires Haitian municipal workers after courts uphold TPS termination

Mayor Zohran Mamdani acknowledged that New York City dismissed dozens of Haitian employees who lost work authorization after federal courts cleared the Trump administration's termination of Temporary Protected Status, a program the government itself defines as never meant to be permanent.

Mamdani's office released a statement Friday confirming that the city reviewed the work authorization of Haitian TPS holders on its payroll and separated from those who could not show an alternative legal right to work. The mayor framed the move as compelled by federal law, not chosen by City Hall, a distinction that did little to soften the outcome for the workers who lost their jobs.

The dismissals followed two court decisions that, together, removed every remaining legal obstacle to the Trump administration's decision to end Haiti's TPS designation.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in June in Mullin v. Doe that the administration could proceed, and on Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Ana C. Reyes, a Biden appointee, lifted the stay that had kept the termination order on hold while courts reviewed it.

Mamdani also offered free legal help and said city staff would walk affected Haitians through their options.

Two 4 star Generals and one 2 star general out at the Pentagon

Hegseth Pushes Out Three Leading Army Generals

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced a sharp shakeup at the Pentagon by removing General Randy A. George as Army Chief of Staff and ousting two other senior officers.

Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell posted a statement saying General George will retire effective immediately and thanked him for decades of service. Hegseth has not released a separate public statement explaining his decision, leaving reporters and Washington insiders to piece together motives and timing.

Along with Gen. Randy George, two other Army leaders were pushed out. The Washington Post reported the other officers are Gen. David Hodne, who led the Training and Transformation Command, and Maj. Gen. William Green Jr., the Army chief of chaplains. These are significant roles that touch on soldier training and morale.

Removing three senior figures at once is an unusual step during active operations and signals a major change in Pentagon personnel policy under Hegseth.

With these departures, Hegseth has reshaped almost the entire Joint Chiefs of Staff since taking office in January 2025. Only Gen. Eric M. Smith of the Marine Corps and Gen. B. Chance Saltzman of the Space Force remain from the leadership that was in place when Hegseth became secretary.

Replacing top military advisers during a conflict can alter strategic discussions and the advice presented to the White House. Supporters argue new leadership brings fresh thinking.

No Mercy for the Deep State

FBI Director Kash Patel just delivered two career-ending phone calls that left Deep State operatives quaking

The FBI has been cleaning house since President Trump returned to office.

But the latest firings sent shockwaves through the swamp.

And FBI Director Kash Patel just delivered two career-ending phone calls that left Deep State operatives scrambling.

The FBI took decisive action against three officials who worked for Jack Smith’s sham investigation, firing at least two agents who participated in the illegal spying operation against Republican Senators.

One of the terminated agents was a combat veteran who was just months away from collecting his full pension.

Both fired agents were called back to the office after leaving for the day and informed of their immediate dismissal.

IRS Chief Fired

Trump’s Hand-Picked IRS Chief, Billy Long, Lasted Just 7 Weeks Before Getting Fired, After 25,000 Employees Flee

In the private sector, a CEO who hires the wrong person for a critical role doesn’t hesitate to make a change. While bureaucratic Washington typically allows incompetent officials to drift along for years, collecting paychecks while agencies stumble through crisis after crisis, some leaders still believe in the radical concept of accountability.

The Internal Revenue Service has been hemorrhaging employees and credibility for months. Over 25,000 workers have departed this year alone—roughly a quarter of the agency’s workforce—while a parade of acting commissioners shuffled through the top office like seasonal temp workers.

I’ve watched this circus for decades, and frankly, for an agency tasked with implementing major tax legislation and serving millions of American taxpayers, this level of institutional chaos would be unacceptable in any well-run organization.

Most Washington insiders assumed this was simply the new normal: dysfunction dressed up as public service, with taxpayers footing the bill for the privilege. Ask yourself this—in what universe should Americans accept such mediocrity from their government?

Here’s what really gets me about this story: Trump actually acted. While previous administrations might have issued carefully worded statements about “renewed focus” or “additional training,” Trump simply removed Long from the position and nominated him as ambassador to Iceland instead

No drawn-out performance improvement plans, no months of bureaucratic hand-wringing—just swift recognition that the wrong person was in the wrong job.

Pam Bondi fires James Comey's daughter

DOJ Fires James Comey’s Daughter Who Worked on Epstein Case

Maurene Comey, the daughter of former FBI Director James Comey, was fired on Wednesday from her job as a prosecutor for the U.S. attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), according to multiple news outlets.

Maurene Comey worked on the criminal cases against Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell that have troubled the Trump administration in recent weeks amid pressure to release further information about the financier’s dealings.

Comey was on the team that brought sex trafficking charges against Epstein, and he later killed himself in jail while awaiting trial.

Comey has also handled other high-profile cases, including the prosecution of Sean “Diddy” Combs.

There was no specific reason given for her firing, according to The Associated Press, which cited a person who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss personnel matters. Politico was the first to report on the firing.

Deep State Operatives under Jack Smith, fired

DOJ Axes 20 Deep State Operatives—Media Furious!

In a decisive move to restore integrity to the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Trump administration has fired 20 employees who worked under Special Counsel Jack Smith’s politically motivated investigations targeting former President Donald Trump.

According to a source familiar with the matter, the terminated staff includes two prosecutors, 12 support staff, and six U.S. marshals who assisted in the classified documents and 2020 election cases—both of which were dismissed after Trump’s landslide victory in the 2024 election.

This latest purge follows the dismissal of more than a dozen officials tied to Smith’s team in January, with Smith himself resigning before Trump took office, a clear sign that the Biden-era DOJ’s weaponized lawfare against Trump has finally met its end.

The liberal media, ever eager to spin this as an authoritarian crackdown, has conveniently ignored the rampant corruption and ethical violations that plagued Smith’s investigations. Axios and Reuters, while reporting on the firings, failed to acknowledge the glaring conflicts of interest and partisan bias that tainted these cases from the start.

Smith’s own final report admitted that Trump would have been convicted if not for his election victory—an astonishing admission that reveals the sham nature of these prosecutions. Yet, even Smith couldn’t bring himself to charge Trump with insurrection, conceding that January 6 was nothing more than a riot and that there was no evidence Trump incited it.

Tulsi Gabbard fires two Deep State operatives

Tulsi Gabbard Fires Top 2 Deep State Officials

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has fired the top officials leading the National Intelligence Council – whom whistleblowers describe as “radically opposed to Trump”.

She has moved the agency to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, or ODNI, to ensure she can block any “politicization of intelligence,” Fox News Digital has reported.

Gabbard fired Mike Collins, who was serving as the acting chair of the National Intelligence Council, and his deputy, Maria Langan-Riekhof, Tuesday, senior intelligence officials told Fox News Digital.

Collins also has whistleblower complaints against him for political bias and “deliberately undermining the incoming Trump administration,” officials said.

RFK, Jr. Making America Healthy Again

Entire CDC FOIA Office Fired as Health Agency Moves to Centralize Structure

A health official said all the Freedom of Information Act offices were previously operating in an isolated fashion.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s entire Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) office was fired as part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) reorganization, a health official confirmed on April 2.

Some FOIA employees working in other HHS divisions, including the National Institutes of Health, were also among those being laid off by HHS. The terminations are part of HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s restructuring plan, aimed at streamlining operations, an HHS official told The Epoch Times.

The various FOIA offices did not communicate with each other, nor did they report to their parent agency, HHS, the official said. Instead, the offices “all operated in their own silo.”

Fire all Generals involved in Afghanistan says President

“Trump Demands Action: Fire Generals Over Afghan Fiasco!

During a recent cabinet meeting, former President Donald Trump made headlines by suggesting that every military general involved in the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan should be fired.

This bold statement came as Trump sat alongside Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth. A journalist inquired about the employment status of these military leaders post-withdrawal, to which Trump responded emphatically, recommending their immediate dismissal.

Trump’s assertion was clear: “I’m not going to tell this man what to do, but I will say that if I had his place I’d fire every single one of them,” while gesturing towards Hegseth.

Hegseth responded to Trump’s forceful suggestions by revealing that the Pentagon is carrying out a thorough review of all events that transpired during the Afghanistan withdrawal. He promised that this investigation aims to provide “full accountability” for what is widely regarded as a disastrous episode that resulted in the deaths of 13 American service members.

The messy withdrawal from Afghanistan has been a major point of contention and criticism towards President Biden, although it was initially set into motion during Trump’s own administration when he brokered a deal with the Taliban in 2020.

President Trump signs an executive order ending DEI programs across the federal government

CIA Plans Largest Mass Firing in 50 Years

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has initiated plans for its largest mass firing in nearly 50 years, targeting officers involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

This move comes in response to President Trump’s executive order banning DEI efforts across the federal government.

The agency began notifying employees on administrative leave to either resign or face termination, though a federal court has temporarily halted the process. The executiveorder was issued on January 20, 2025.

The C.I.A. on Friday began calling in officers who had been put on administrative leave and telling them to resign or be fired, but a federal court soon halted that action.

FBI: "Resign or get Fired"

Resign or Get Fired: Trump’s Ultimatum to Top FBI Officials

The Trump administration has told top officials at the FBI to resign or lose their jobs, Fox News has reported.

The exact number has not been disclosed, but the ultimatum was allegedly given to senior employees promoted under former director, Christopher A. Wray.

President Donald Trump’s administration took these steps as his nominee to lead the bureau, Kash Patel, said he would not begin his tenure with retribution or focus on past transgressions.

“I have no interest, no desire and will not, if confirmed, go backwards. There will be no politicization at the FBI. There will be no retributive actions taken,” Patel said at the Senate Judiciary Committee. [truth press]

Trump fires Radical Biden-Harris bureaucrat lawyer at NLRB

Trump Fires Labor Relations Board Members in Shake Up of Pro-Union Group

The NLRB enforces the country’s labor laws and oversees union elections.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is currently left with two members of its five-seat board; a quorum of three is required for decision-making.

President Donald Trump shook up the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on Monday by firing its union-friendly General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo and board member Gwynne Wilcox, a Democrat also appointed by Biden in a move that will likely be challenged in court.

Abruzzo, who was appointed to the job by President Joe Biden, confirmed her departure in a statement on Tuesday.

The agency’s former top attorney described the role as her “greatest honor and privilege” and touted the work she and her colleagues had achieved over the past four years, which she said included “empowering workers to collectively seek improved wages, benefits, and working conditions from their employers.”

Liz Shuler, president of the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), condemned Trump’s firings in a statement. “By leaving only two board members in their posts, the President has effectively shut down the National Labor Relations Board’s operations, leaving the workers it defends on their own in the face of union-busting and retaliation,” Shuler said.

Biden fired a Trump appointee in 2021 and the Courts upheld it.

“Today, Acting Attorney General James McHenry terminated the employment of a number of DOJ officials who played a significant role in prosecuting President Trump,” a DOJ spokesperson told media outlets in a statement.

“In light of their actions, the Acting Attorney General does not trust these officials to assist in faithfully implementing the President’s agenda.”

Florida Supreme Court rules for DeSantis

High Court Sides with DeSantis on Soros-Backed Prosecutor’s Removal

"In a landmark decision, the Florida Supreme Court has affirmed Governor Ron DeSantis’ controversial removal of a prosecutor backed by billionaire George Soros.

This ruling marks a significant victory for DeSantis, underscoring his commitment to law and order while highlighting the ongoing political battle over prosecutorial discretion and accountability.

Governor DeSantis had removed the prosecutor, Andrew Warren, citing dereliction of duty and failure to enforce state laws. Warren, a state attorney for Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit, had been supported by Soros through substantial campaign contributions, aligning him with a progressive agenda that has faced increasing scrutiny from conservative circles." White Woman files Discrimination lawsuit

Jewish Cancer Counselor Got Fired For Objecting to an Anti-Trump DEI Assignment. Now, She’s Suing

A veteran social worker, specializing in cancer patients for “almost 23 years, was fired for expressing concern over racial harassment against her as a Jewish woman and political harassment over her ties to the Trump administration is suing for wrongful termination.

Tammy Weitzman last week sued her former employer, the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, located in a BLUE city, now known as the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, for racial and political discrimination and for retaliating against her when she spoke up about it.

“I was called a white k*ke, and I was harassed over knowing a high-ranking Cabinet member in the Trump administration,” Weitzman told The Daily Signal in an exclusive interview, using an offensive term for Jewish individuals. She was also harassed for being a White woman. [DailySignal]

If I were she, I would be suing for a heck of a lot more money than $75,000 and attorney fees.

Zelensky fires Corrupt Military Officers

Zelensky Fires Military Officials, Alleging Corruption, Bribery, & Treason.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has removed all regional heads of military enlistment amid an ongoing investigation into military recruitment corruption, announcing that army veterans will become responsible for drafting new troops.

The decision comes after accusations of corruption by way of “draft evasion” among military recruiters, who were seen to be enriching themselves at the expense of the Ukrainian armed forces. There are now 112 criminal proceedings and 33 ‘suspicions’ against enlistment office officials as a result.

Zelensky – who leads the most corrupt nation in Europe, also the place the Biden family coincidentally chose to conduct business – announced the move via his official Telegram page, arguing that military enlistment “should be run by people who know exactly what war is and why cynicism and bribery during war is treason.”

The Mouse's House, the Worst Year

Disney Blindsided Again! They Got A Whole New Problem They Never Saw Coming

The company relocated many employees from California to Orlando, Florida, during the pandemic due to coronavirus restrictions. However, since the move, the company has been hit financially because of its woke agenda.

And, The employees they relocated during the Pandemic from California are refusing to leave (can anyone blame them?) and have no plans to move unless they are forced. They are firing 7,000 employees.

The narrative is that Disney is fine and Florida is going to fall apart without them. In reality, Disney is joined at the hip with Florida (whether they like it or not) and now their employees want to stay despite left groups claiming the state is dangerous like the alt-Left NAACP.

Reports show that The Walt Disney Company lost $123 billion in market value in just the past year as its stock price closed the year down 44%.

Tucker's Firing

Insider Sources Reveal Tucker Carlson's Departure Was a Firing - Not Voluntary Like Company Said

Tucker Carlson is no longer with Fox News

The stunning announcement, which was made Monday, sees the 53-year-old firebrand leaving the network after 14 years.

Carlson started at Fox News as a contributor in 2009, before blossoming into the primetime powerhouse he currently is best known as.

He was the number one tv personality that Democrats wanted out--they got their wish.

Tucker had no idea when he ended his show on Friday night that he would be gone as he ended his show, "I'll see you Monday," or words to that effect.

Fox made a gigantic mistake--
Fox Corporation has lost nearly a billion dollars in stock value after the network announced on Monday they are parting ways with their top anchor, Tucker Carlson, the host of one of America’s most popular cable news shows, “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

Within hours of the Carlson departure announcement, Fox Corporation reportedly lost $930 million in market value, according to a report by Business Insider, which reported that “Fox Corporation stock fell as much as 5% on Monday and erased $930 million in market value after it was announced that Fox News Media parted ways with host Tucker Carlson.
