Trrump v. Clinton

President Trump is pushing his lawsuit against Hillary Clinton all the way to the Supreme Court

He is seeking to overturn an appellate ruling that rejected his claims and hit him with nearly $1 million in sanctions.

Justice Clarence Thomas granted Trump’s request for more time to file a formal petition with the high court, extending the deadline to September 9. Thomas handles routine administrative motions from the relevant circuit, and the extension itself does not signal how any justice might vote on the merits. But the move keeps alive a legal fight that Trump’s own attorneys say raises “exceptionally important” issues with consequences for the presidency itself.

The case, Trump v. Clinton, centers on Trump’s allegation that Clinton and others conspired to “weave a false narrative” that his 2016 campaign colluded with Russia. A lower court tossed the suit. A conservative appeals court upheld that dismissal and went further, imposing sanctions of nearly $1 million against Trump, his attorney Alina Habba, and Habba’s law firm. The appellate panel wrote that “many of Trump’s and Habba’s legal arguments were indeed frivolous.”

Trump’s legal team disagrees. In their extension motion, filed July 23, his lawyers argued that the ruling and sanctions carry “profound impact on the Presidency, and the nation as a whole.” They signaled that the forthcoming petition will challenge both the substance of the dismissal and the sanctions themselves.

Four justices must agree to hear a case before the Supreme Court grants review, a high bar that most petitions never clear. Whether Trump can persuade that many remains an open question.

Pass the SAVE America Act

Trump pushes House Republicans to unify behind SAVE America Act in budget reconciliation fight

President Trump is pressing House Republicans to back a budget resolution that would advance voter ID and proof-of-citizenship requirements through reconciliation, but a handful of fiscal hawks in his own party may have enough votes to sink it.

Trump took to Truth Social this week to demand unity from House Republicans ahead of a planned vote on a budget framework that would fold key elements of the SAVE America Act into a broader spending package.

The resolution, spearheaded by Speaker Mike Johnson, would bypass the Senate's 60-vote filibuster threshold by using the budget reconciliation process, which requires only a simple majority in both chambers.

The maneuver is necessary because the SAVE America Act, which passed the House but stalled in the Senate, cannot clear regular order without at least some Democratic support, support that has not materialized.

Republicans are "willing to invest heavily" in election integrity through the reconciliation vehicle, calling the forthcoming package "Reconciliation 3.0." The House Budget Committee approved the roughly $95 billion framework on a party-line vote, with Democrats uniformly opposed.

The framework includes $10 billion specifically earmarked for election administration and voter ID implementation, said Mike Johnson.

A Manufactured Scandal

Consider what it takes to lie to a free people at scale.

A private liar can deceive a neighbor. A campaign can deceive a district. But to deceive an entire nation, and to do it durably, you need something rarer.

You need an institution the public has been trained to trust, and you need to borrow its authority. The intelligence community is that institution.

When career officers say a thing is so, citizens reasonably assume the judgment rests on secret evidence too sensitive to share. That trust is precisely what makes the apparatus so dangerous when it is turned, because a borrowed badge of credibility can launder a falsehood into a fact.

This is the heart of the matter, and it is why the events of 2016 through 2020 deserve a stark description. The coordinated politicization of U.S. intelligence by the Obama administration, the Clinton campaign, and an interlocking network of operatives was the single greatest disinformation campaign in American history.

I want to be careful with that claim, because careless conservatives have squandered credibility by overreaching, and the fact-checkers are waiting. So let me say plainly what I am not arguing. This was not treason in the strict constitutional sense, which requires levying war against the U.S. or adhering to its enemies, proven by two witnesses to an overt act. That high bar is not met here, and pretending otherwise only hands critics an easy rebuttal.

What I am arguing is more precise and, in some ways, more damning. The conduct fits the ordinary legal definition of conspiracy, a secret agreement to achieve unlawful ends through unlawful means, and it carries the unmistakable character of sedition, the deliberate poisoning of public perception against a lawful government.

The aim was to subvert an election and, having failed at that, to cripple the presidency the voters chose. Obama, Comey, Clapper, and Brennan deciding to screw Trump, stamping it as Russian collusion, and then classifying it so nobody could see it.

Democrats nervous about Spencer Pratt

Spencer Pratt got a big endorsement but not in the traditional way

THIS is how you deal with Democrat elitist hypocrites!

The chatter around Spencer Pratt’s campaign for Los Angeles mayor has continued to increase following his strong debate performance and common sense platform.

It appears Pratt’s surge in popularity is making Hollywood nervous. So nervous that they are now starting to attack him in an attempt to stifle his campaign.

The most recent example of this comes from Chelsea Handler, who regurgitates the tired talking points against Pratt in a video posted to social media.

“Oh, hi! If you’re seeing this video, this is a reminder that a straight, white male, reality star that has no previous experience in government should not be a legitimate political candidate,” Handler says.

“Have we learned anything yet?” Handler asked, referring to President Donald Trump. “The bar is on the f*cking floor, people. And I need you to jump over it. Ok, thank you! Have a nice day!”

See Chelsea the w(b)itch with her hate

Spencer Pratt is making a significant surge, closing the gap with Mayor Karen Bass, putting him in a tight contest to secure a spot in the general election runoff.

Stacey Abrams served Subpoena

Georgia Senators Subpoenaed Stacey Abrams and She Has Until Friday to Explain the Missing Millions

Stacey Abrams built a $100 million national brand telling America she fights for election integrity.

Now Georgia senators want to know where $4.2 million in secret election money actually went. They just subpoenaed her – and she has until Friday to show up and answer.

The Georgia State Ethics Commission ruled earlier this year that the New Georgia Project and its affiliated Action Fund violated campaign finance laws during the 2018 election cycle. The groups admitted to all 16 violations. They paid $300,000 – a record fine in Georgia history.

Then the New Georgia Project quietly shut down and dissolved in 2025. That's not how innocent organizations behave. The Ethics Commission found that the New Georgia Project raised $4.2 million and spent $3.2 million to support Abrams and other Democrats during the 2018 cycle.

Not a single dollar of it was disclosed. That's not a paperwork mistake. They ran a multi-million-dollar influence operation on Georgia elections and told regulators they weren't doing anything of the sort.

Lying Democrat Caught

Supreme Court Blocks Progressive Candidate’s Bid to Infiltrate Ohio GOP Primary After Lying About Party Affiliation

“calculated strategy” to run Democrats as Republicans in “deep red districts” to “get a foot in the door.”

There’s a certain sacred trust embedded in every election. When a candidate raises their hand and swears an oath about who they are, voters take them at their word. It’s the foundation of self-governance; the belief that the person on the ballot is exactly who they claim to be.

But what happens when that trust is weaponized? When a candidate signs their name to a sworn declaration, knowing full well it’s a calculated lie designed to deceive the very voters they’re asking to support them?

Seriously—what kind of person does that?

ANSWER: A Democrat.

Special City Commission tonight

Monday, October 6 at 6pm

The important items on the agenda are under Unfinished Business.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A. Potential charter amendments – election certification
B. Potential charter amendments – police & fire departments
C. Potential charter amendments – most votes
D. Potential charter amendments – term limits
E. Potential charter amendments – lease terms east of A1A
F. Potential charter amendments – lease terms other city properties
G. Potential charter amendments – building heights
H. Potential charter amendments – others not previously discussed

Commissioner McVoy has shared his thoughts on these amendments:

My overall thoughts on all of these charter amendments, regarding rushing to put them on a March 2026 ballot, are:

1) The charter is our strongest city document. It should only be changed if there is widespread understanding of, and support for, the changes. That certainly is not the situation now;
2) at a minimum, the changes should be researched and considered by a charter review committee; followed by lively community discussions;
3) these changes are being rushed through to remove thoughtful PROTECTIONS that were previously adopted to protect our public park beach from development;
4) the argument, “let the public vote,” is disingenuous. What will really happen is the developers will spend serious money for a PR campaign; way outspending the means of any grass roots citizens group trying to defend the public character of our beach (and golf course).

Trump celebrates major victory for election integrity

Judge James Ho delivered one ruling that sent Biden officials into damage control

The Biden administration waged lawfare against election integrity measures across the country. They thought they had Texas cornered with another bogus civil rights lawsuit.

But Judge James Ho delivered one ruling that sent Biden officials into damage control...Fifth Circuit Court hands Biden administration crushing defeat on voter ID.

The Biden administration and their allies in the civil rights industrial complex targeted Texas’s common-sense election integrity measures for years. They filed lawsuit after lawsuit trying to gut the Lone Star State’s efforts to secure its elections.

On Monday, their strategy backfired spectacularly when a three-judge panel of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals delivered a unanimous smackdown that left Biden’s Department of Justice scrambling.

Judge James Ho – a Trump appointee – opened his nine-page opinion with a statement that cut straight to the heart of the matter: "Mail-in ballots are not secure.

The court ruled that Texas’s Election Integrity Protection Act of 2021, which requires voters to include their state ID number or partial Social Security number on mail-in ballots, fully complies with federal law.

This was the same Judge Ho who helped deliver another recent victory for election integrity when the Fifth Circuit ruled that mail-in ballots must arrive by Election Day to be counted.

Elon on Democrats Expediting Illegals into our country

Elon Musk @elonmusk

Very few Americans realize that, if Trump is NOT elected, this will be the last election. Far from being a threat to democracy, he is the only way to save it!

Let me explain: if even 1 in 20 illegals become citizens per year, something that the Democrats are expediting as fast as humanly possible, that would be about 2 million new legal voters in 4 years.

The voting margin in the swing states is often less than 20 thousand votes. That means if the “Democratic” Party succeeds, there will be no more swing states!!

Moreover, the Biden/Harris administration has been flying “asylum seekers”, who are fast-tracked to citizenship, directly into swing states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin and Arizona. It is a surefire way to win every election.

America then becomes a one-party state and Democracy is over. The only “elections” will be the Democratic Party primaries. This already happened in California many years ago, following the 1986 amnesty.

The only thing holding California back from extreme socialism and suffocating government policies is that people can leave California and still remain in America. Once the whole country is controlled by one party, there will be no escape.

Everywhere in America will be like the nightmare that is downtown San Francisco.

Venezuela Election Outcome - Changed in the dead of night

The country’s electoral authority announced Maduro win just after midnight on Monday

despite multiple exit polls which pointed to an opposition win.

The authority said opposition candidate Edmundo Gonzalez won 44% of the vote, though the opposition had earlier said it had “reasons to celebrate” and asked supporters to continue monitoring vote counts.

Maduro, appearing at the presidential palace before cheering supporters, said his reelection is a triumph of peace and stability and reiterated his campaign trail assertion that Venezuela’s electoral system is transparent.

A poll from Edison Research, known for its polling of U.S. elections, had predicted in an exit poll that Gonzalez would win 65% of the vote, while Maduro would win 31%.[ch.org]

Court rules that Hillary's affiliated super PAC violated federal election law in 2016

Court Just Nailed Hillary for FEC Violation 45x Bigger Than Trump’s $130k So-Called Violation

The Washington D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign and an affiliated super PAC violated federal election law in spending that totaled close to $6 million.

The amount in question is more than 45 times the $130,000 a Manhattan court convicted former President Donald Trump of misreporting in business records during the same 2016 campaign.

It should be noted that the Federal Election Commission and the Justice Department looked at the payments Trump made through his personal attorney at the time, Michael Cohen, to adult film star Stormy Daniels as part of a nondisclosure agreement and declined to prosecute him.

But Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg chose to bring the case under New York law, bootstrapping the alleged FEC violation as an underlying crime to the state business record violations.

Regarding Hillary, Correct the Record committed FEC “business record” violations, if you will, by failing to properly account for money spent to help the Clinton campaign.

“The Clinton campaign hired Perkins Coie, which then hired Fusion GPS, a research and intelligence firm, to conduct opposition research on Republican candidate Donald Trump’s ties to Russia. But on FEC forms, the Clinton campaign classified the spending as legal services,” the AP said.

That’s interesting, because that’s exactly the violation Bragg said the Trump Organization committed in relation to paying Cohen.

Election Integrity Legislation

Trump and Johnson Unveil Groundbreaking Election Integrity Legislation That Will Require Proof of Citizenship to Vote

Donald Trump and Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) held a joint press conference in Palm Beach, Florida to advocate for an election integrity bill.

At Mar-a-Lago on Friday, Trump urged President Joe Biden to “immediately close the border,” citing an increase in “migrant crime.” He then shifted focus to discussing “election interference” and the importance of ensuring “election integrity.”

“You need to understand something really important about federal law. Since 1993, the National Voter Registration Act, we call it the motor voter law, allows people to sign up to vote when they get a drivers license,” Johnson explained.

“If an individual only does search, or simply states that they are a citizen, they don’t have to prove it. They can register that person to vote in a federal election, and you see states are currently prohibited, believe it or not, the states are prohibited from asking someone to prove that they are a citizen.”

The Stormy Hush Money Scheme

Whistleblower Claims Michael Avenatti Reportedly Revealed Michael Cohen Was Having Affair With Stormy Daniels Since 2006—Cooked Up Hush Money Scheme To Extort Money From Trump Before 2016 Election

Tony Seruga is a very popular commentator on Twitter. In his profile, the conservative commentator with over 77K followers, Mr. Seruga, states that he’s an Intel Ops CIA/NSA Contractor/Whistleblower.

Tony Seruga claims he used to share office space with the convicted felon and former attorney, Michael Avenatti, who represented porn star Stormy Daniels in her case alleging that then-presidential candidate Donald J. Trump paid her hush money to keep their alleged “affair” out of the public.

Remember him? The Alt-Left Democrat gals on The View wanted him to fun for President. LOL.

Seruga’s tweet begins: “I spoke with Michael Avenatti, who at one time had an office in the same building as one of my businesses in Newport Beach, CA (in November 2018, a few days after his arrest on suspicion of domestic violence, Avenatti’s law firm was evicted from those same offices in Newport Beach after skipping $213,000 worth of rent payments).”

“The whole hush money scheme was cooked up by Michael Cohen to extort the Trump Organization before the 2016 election. Avenatti seemed pleased at how deviant Michael Cohen was.”

Liberal Ideology--Voters woke up!

Corrupt Prosecutor Who Tried to Send Loudoun Dad to Prison for Complaining About The Rape of His Daughter is Now Unemployed

Some people get the elevator and some people get the shaft, but Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj, the “progressive” prosecutor who openly boasted that she would only enforce laws she approved of is now being kicked to the curb. She lost her recent election. She is still insisting that she hasn’t lost and plans to fight for her job.

Now, does that mean she will be persecuted for not accepting the election results? Get serious, after all she is a Democrat and that places her above the law.

Biberaj won her previous election with the help of George Soros who contributed $800,000 in a race where normal spending is just $150,000. Even so, she barely won the election. She prosecuted Scott Smith, the father of the rape victim for complaining about the rape of his daughter.

She released the raptist who then went on to assault another girl.

Mark Zuckerberg Suffers Major Defeat In His Efforts To Intervene in U.S. Elections

Zuckerberg is finding his ability to intervene in U.S. elections is rapidly diminishing. On Saturday, Louisiana voters adopted a constitutional amendment prohibiting the use of private funds for election administration.

According to Amendment 1, voters were asked to answer the following question:
BALLOT LANGUAGE: Do you support an amendment to prohibit the use of funds, goods, or services from a foreign government or a nongovernmental source to conduct elections and election functions and duties unless the use is authorized by the secretary of state through policies established in accordance with law?
The new amendment to Louisiana’s constitution was approved by 72.6% of voters during Saturday’s elections. It states that “[n]o funds, goods, or services donated by a foreign government or a nongovernmental source shall be used to conduct elections unless provided for in the election code and subject to restrictions under general law.”

Dominion Voting Systems has Issues

Officials Admit Dominion Has Issues After All

Ok, so for the fact-checkers, we will quote directly from the CNN report published on their website on June 14, 2023.

According to the CNN report, Georgia election officials are aware of “existing vulnerabilities in the state’s voting software.” Those “vulnerabilities” have been known for two years but according to officials they won’t be fixed until after the 2024 election.

From CNN:
Georgia election officials have been aware of existing vulnerabilities in the state’s voting software for more than two years but continue to insist the system is safe and won’t be updated until after 2024, according to a report that was unsealed this week as part of a controversial court case in Georgia.

The report’s findings focus on weaknesses in software for certain Dominion Voting machines. Those weaknesses were previously verified by federal cybersecurity officials, who urged election officials across the country to update their systems. Georgia has refused to do so.

Biden wants Election Lawsuit dismissed

Biden DOJ Asks Supreme Court to Dismiss Major GOP Election Lawsuit

The Biden administration asked the U.S. Supreme Court to dismiss a high-profile case in which Republicans want the court to recognize state legislatures’ power to regulate federal elections without interference from state courts, which they say the U.S. Constitution requires.

At issue is the once-obscure independent state legislature doctrine, under which Republicans argue that the Constitution has always directly authorized state legislatures alone to make rules for the conduct of federal elections in their respective states.

Democrats say the doctrine is a fringe conservative legal theory that could endanger voting rights, green-light partisan gerrymandering in the redistricting process, and cause upheaval in the electoral process.

Ballot Harvesting (a crime) in Florida

Florida Officials Looking Into Allegations of Widespread Ballot Harvesting Operation

Democrat blows the whistle in a sworn affidavit

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is considering investigating an alleged long-running and widespread ballot harvesting operation among black communities in the central part of state.

Law enforcement officials are considering probing the matter on the recommendation of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ new election crimes unit, the Office of Election Crimes and Security (OECS), officials confirmed.

“After further inquiry, OECS received additional information related to the allegation on October 17, 2022, and performed a preliminary investigation,” the statement read. “Since OECS is an investigative entity and does not [have] authority to make arrests, the office forwarded the complaint to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for possible violation of section 104.0616, Florida Statutes.”

In late August, former Orange County Commissioner candidate Cynthia Harris, a Democrat, filed a sworn affidavit with the office of Florida’s Secretary of State alleging the ballot harvesting operation, according to a Just the News report.

In the affidavit, Harris reportedly said voting activists in Orlando were being paid $10 for each third-party ballot they collected.
