Jewish American Democrats are terrified that what happened to the primaried and defeated Rep. Dan Goldman of New York, an arch-Trump hater, could befall them. Goldman’s obnoxious showboating hatred of Trump and championing of neo-socialist agendas offered no defense against the Jacobins’ antisemitism and hatred of Israel.

A number of Jewish Democrat candidates, like wannabe California congressman Scott Wiener, are backing off from Israel and now join the “genocide!” mob. Wiener hopes that the throng will reward his new anti-Israel position by overlooking the now inconvenient fact that to the antisemitic Democrat base he is still Jewish.

Khanna has called for halting both offensive and defensive U.S. weapon shipments to Israel due to human rights violations, co-sponsored the "Block the Bombs" bill, and attempted to strip defense-tech integration provisions from the National Defense Authorization Act.

He has characterized Israel’s military campaign in Gaza as amounting to genocide and signed resolutions acknowledging the Nakba (Please Google that). He became the first member of Congress to sign the Track AIPAC "PEACE Pledge," explicitly refusing campaign donations from major pro-Israel political action committees like AIPAC.

PEACE Pledge stands for Pledge to Enforce American law, Counter foreign influence, and End war crimes. It is a political commitment created by the advocacy group Track AIPAC to challenge the influence of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and other pro-Israel political action committees.

West Bank Incident: In July 2026, Khanna was briefly detained by armed Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank, after which he sharply criticized the Israeli military's handling of the situation and the actions of settlers.

Israeli officials, military representatives, and U.S. figures disputed his account. Critics and officials labeled the trip a political "stunt" into a restricted area without clearance, and argued that video footage and official responses showed no actual violent detention or threats at gunpoint, but rather a standard security clearance of a blocked roadway.

He was a member of the Biden campaign's national advisory board and defended Joe Biden's performance.

And to top it off, he supported Graham Platner.

Fetterman warns Jewish voters face a 'bleak' future inside the Democratic Party

Sen. John Fetterman stood before a Washington conference on Wednesday and delivered a blunt verdict on his own party: if he were Jewish, the Democratic Party would feel like a dead end.

The Pennsylvania Democrat, speaking at an event hosted by the Culture for Peace Institute, said the party's drift on Israel, Iran, and antisemitism has reached a point where Jewish voters have little reason for optimism, and every reason to worry.

"I'm not a member of the Jewish community, but if I was one, it would be bleak as a Jewish voter in the Democratic Party," Fetterman told attendees, as reported by Jewish Insider.

The remarks mark the latest and sharpest installment in Fetterman's running public break with his party over Middle East policy. He named names, pointed to primary results, and warned that the forces pulling Democrats away from Israel are accelerating, not slowing down.

Fetterman names the candidates he says prove his point--Fetterman did not deal in abstractions. He ticked through a roster of Democratic figures he views as evidence that anti-Israel sentiment has become a winning credential inside the party's primary electorate.

"If [Democratic voters are] willing to support these kinds of candidates across the map, look in Michigan [Abdul El-Sayed], look at the one in Maine [Graham Platner], look at New York City [Mayor Zohran Mamdani], look across the map, these are defined by how much anti-Israel rhetoric you can cram into your platform."

Platner drew the harshest fire. The Maine Democratic Senate primary winner, who prevailed on Tuesday, was called a "garbage candidate" by Fetterman, who said Platner had "full-on Nazi ink on his body." Fetterman's willingness to use that language about a fellow Democrat, at a public conference, on the record, underscores how far he has moved from the party's internal norms of polite disagreement.

Fetterman's feud with his party over Platner's candidacy has been building for weeks, and the senator showed no sign of backing down.

The Justice Department will seek the death penalty

for the man accused of fatally shooting two staff members of the Israeli Embassy in Washington

This happened outside a Jewish museum, prosecutors said in a court filing Friday.

Elias Rodriguez faces federal hate crime and murder charges in the killings of Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim as they left an event at the museum last May.

Rodriguez shouted “Free Palestine” during the shooting and later told police, “I did it for Palestine, I did it for Gaza,” according to his indictment.

The charges against Rodriguez include a hate crime resulting in death. The indictment also includes notice of special findings, which allows prosecutors to pursue the death penalty.

Passover, also called Pasch or Pesach, is a major Jewish holiday and one of the Three Pilgrimage Festivals. It celebrates the Exodus of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt.

Sheriff Rosie Cordero-Stutz of the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office led the county’s annual pre-Passover security briefing Wednesday, bringing together federal, state, and local officials to address threats facing the Jewish community ahead of the holiday.

The high-level meeting, held at the agency’s headquarters and coordinated together with Chief Chaplain Rabbi Mark Rosenberg—who also serves as Senior Advisor to the Sheriff and as Chief Chaplain for both the Florida Highway Patrol and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement—drew approximately 160 attendees, including community leaders, law enforcement officials, and representatives from municipalities across South Florida.

This year’s briefing comes at a time of heightened concern, amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran and a noticeable rise in antisemitic incidents across the United States.

President Donald Trump is sharply escalating his legal war with Harvard University

Late Monday night, he increased his demand for damages to a staggering $1 billion. This follows months of failed negotiations over what he calls the school's "strongly antisemitic" culture.

The president lashed out at a recent New York Times report claiming he had dropped his demands for a cash settlement. Trump called the story "completely wrong" and accused the newspaper of being a "fake news" outlet. He suggested that Harvard’s behavior should be treated as a criminal matter rather than a civil one.

FBI Disrupts Major New Year’s Eve Terror Plot In Los Angeles

Federal authorities announced they have disrupted a credible terrorist threat, arresting four alleged members of a radical pro-Palestinian extremist group accused of planning coordinated New Year’s Eve bombings in Los Angeles.

The FBI confirmed that the suspects identified themselves as part of a radical offshoot of the Turtle Island Liberation Front (TILF), an extremist group motivated by pro-Palestinian, anti-law-enforcement, and anti-government ideology.

The alleged plot involved coordinated bombing attacks on New Year’s Eve using improvised explosive devices (IEDs), targeting five separate locations across Los Angeles.

At 6:47 p.m. Sunday, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) — 4:47 a.m. Eastern time in the U.S. — police heard reports of shots fired at a “Hanukkah by the Sea” celebration at Bondi Beach in Sydney.

Two gunmen killed at least 16, including a ten-year-old and a Holocaust survivor, while an additional 38 were injured. Before most Americans were awake, a 43-year-old named Ahmed al Ahmed gained international renown by tackling and disarming one of the attackers despite being “riddled with bullets.”

Within 24 hours, two more were killed and nine injured in a mass shooting at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, while famed director Rob Reiner and his wife Michele were murdered in their home, with their son Nick arrested Sunday evening and booked at 5:04 a.m. PT today.

If you were like me and away for the weekend, you likely found digging out even that handful of facts difficult. The world by midday Monday was already plunged into a cacophonous argument about the meaning of this extraordinary flurry of violence, with even the journalistic enterprises spending more time assigning blame than figuring out what happened.

Leading Rabbi Resigns From Heritage's Task Force Over Roberts Remarks

Rabbi Yaakov Menken, one of the nation's leading Orthodox rabbis, announced that he was resigning from the Heritage Foundation's National Task Force to Combat Antisemitism.

He cited the failure of the organization's president to condemn Tucker Carlson's antisemitic rhetoric and advocacy.

"We are resigning from the Heritage Foundation's National Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, because [Kevin] Roberts is simply not apologizing for what he did," Menken said on Newsmax's "Wake Up America" on Tuesday morning.

He referred to the controversy last week when Roberts posted a video announcing Heritage's support for an interview Tucker Carlson conducted with avowed white supremacist and antisemite Nick Fuentes.

Roberts described critics of Carlson and Fuentes as part of a "venomous coalition."

In his resignation letter, shared with Newsmax, Menken wrote: "We cannot grant legitimacy to an effort to combat antisemitism operated by the Heritage Foundation while Heritage is validating antisemitism and giving it a platform."

His decision, he explained, stems from Roberts' refusal to distance the think tank from Carlson.

In the aftermath of September 11, 2001, New York City became a symbol of American resilience, unity, and patriotism. Over the past two decades, however, the city has undergone significant demographic and ideological changes. Leftist activism, illegal immigration, and a generational turnover have taken a hard bite out of the Big Apple’s core political landscape, especially among younger voters.

In less than a month, voters across New York City’s five boroughs will cast their ballots for a new mayor. Former Democratic New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo was defeated in the June primary by Zohran Mamdani, a 33-year-old state assembly member. Incumbent Eric Adams recently suspended his re-election bid on an Independent line.

Mamdani, a Ugandan-born Muslim, is also a raucous member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).

Many will shrug and carry on, including countless New Yorkers who rarely, if ever, vote. Socialists, like communists, value equity more than prosperity. They believe it is better for everyone to be poor than for some to have more than others. The issue runs deeper than economics to include Gaza, BLM, LGBTQ+, the environment, and illegal immigration, all of which are about expanding the Left’s coalition to gain and sustain power.

Antisemitic graffiti on Lake Worth Beach buildings

Deputies search for suspect who vandalized Lake Worth Beach buildings with antisemitic messages

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) is investigating a series of vandalism incidents around Lake Worth Beach, which allegedly include "disturbing" antisemitic messages.

PBSO says in a social media post that between September and October, five incidents of vandalism were reported. They posted a video of the suspect, who's described as a thin man wearing a baseball cap, spray-painting the side of a building.

Walgreens was suspect's latest target.

Investigators said "Kirk" was spray-painted on signs of businesses, and that more recent incidents included antisemitic messages. They said the vandalism occurred between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.

The graffiti came weeks after the killing of political commentator Charlie Kirk, and as Jews commemorated Yom Kippur, a sacred holiday.

Criminal inquiry into student-group October 7 letter is an issue

"Justice Department official Leo Terrell, who chairs a multi-agency federal Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, is pushing President Trump for tougher terms in a draft settlement with Harvard University, Trump said.

One complicating factor is a federal criminal investigation into the October 7, 2023, letter signed by 34 Harvard student organizations. “We, the undersigned student organizations, hold the Israeli regime entirely responsible for all unfolding violence,” the letter said. “The coming days will require a firm stand against colonial retaliation.”

Federal prosecutors have begun in recent months examining how the letter was generated so rapidly, the day of the Hamas-led terrorist attack against Israel. They are looking at possible ties between the student-group leaders and organizations with what a U.S senator and Harvard alumnus calls “ties to terrorism.” [theeditors.com]

A "Harvard settlement" refers to the potential agreement between Harvard University and the Trump administration in late 2025, where Harvard would have agreed to pay $500 million towards educational programs and anti-semitism efforts to regain federal funding.

Negotiations between the two parties recently stalled, though the deal appeared close to finalization weeks prior. The agreement aimed to resolve the administration's efforts to freeze Harvard's federal funding and restrict international student admissions.

In his smug, soft-spoken interview with Ezra Klein, Mahmoud Khalil said the quiet part out loud. Asked about the October 7 Hamas massacre—where terrorists slaughtered over 1,200 Israelis in their homes, burned babies alive, raped women, and kidnapped grandmothers—Khalil replied, “Unfortunately, we couldn’t avoid such a moment.”

That wasn’t a slip. That was a defense. He called it a “desperate attempt” to show the world that Palestinians “are part of the equation.” An equation? Is that what we’re calling mass rape and execution now?

Let’s break this down in terms so clear even Columbia’s sociology department might understand: Hamas is a terrorist group. They exist for one purpose—to wipe Israel off the map. They kill Jews for sport.

They murder Americans when they get the chance. Their ideology is genocidal, their tactics are barbaric, and their goal is not peace, but extermination. That Khalil can look at that and see a “desperate message” says everything you need to know about the rot inside our institutions—and the people Democrats are choosing to defend.

There is rot in the Democrat party that continues to ignore the severity of the anti-American ideology from people such as Mahmoud Khalil.

Columbia University pays the price for allowing Harassment of Jews

Columbia University Agrees to Pay $200 Million to Restore Federal Funding

The university said it ‘does not admit to wrongdoing,’ but accepts that ‘reform was and is needed.’

Of course they won't admit to doing anything wrong.

“While Columbia does not admit to wrongdoing with this resolution agreement, the institution’s leaders have recognized, repeatedly, that Jewish students and faculty have experienced painful, unacceptable incidents, and that reform was and is needed,” the university said in a statement announcing that it had reached a deal with the federal government.

Columbia University was one of the most active campuses involved in pro-Palestinian protests that swept the United States in 2024 in the wake of terrorist group Hamas’s attack on Israel on Oct. 7, 2023 that killed 1200 Israelis and took over 200 hostages, which triggered a war that is still ongoing.

Pro-Palestinian students and activists formed encampments, and in several instances, Jewish students were physically or verbally harassed by protestors.

Critics, including President Donald Trump’s administration, have accused the university administrators of failing to take proper action in response to these incidents of anti-Semitism.

The Department of Education sent compliance letters to over 60 universities, warning them of potential enforcement actions if they failed to make changes to protect Jewish students under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, which bars groups that receive federal funds from discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin.
