Don Lemon insists his arrest and charges be dismissed--Trump's to blame

Don Lemon insists charges for mob invasion of church must be dismissed because of Trump

Claims 'the Justice Department acted on the president's animus' against him

Media personality Don Lemon, fired by CNN, is insisting that charges against him stemming from that mob invasion of a church in Minnesota must be dismissed because of President Donald Trump.

After all, Trump doesn't like Lemon and repeatedly has made critical comments about him. That means, according to a court filing, the charges are a "vindictive prosecution" and must go away.

The arguments, of course, overlook what noted commentator Robert Knight said was an invasion where those protesting border security law enforcement in the region made the decision to "scream at parishioners, terrify children and harass people."

He wrote, "If you're a leftwing activist living in St. Paul, Minnesota, you now have official state sanction to invade a church, scream at parishioners, terrify children and harass people on their way out of the worship service. All of that happened at Cities Church last Jan. 18, when a mob invaded the Southern Baptist church during a protest because one of its pastors is also an official with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)."

He explained, "Protesters reduced children to tears by screaming at them, 'Do you know your parents are Nazis? They're going to burn in hell.' Others accused the parishioners of being 'rich' and 'white.' (Tim Malone, Don Lemon's spouse, is White and has a net worth of $3 million to $10 million)

Mayor Mamdani defends Illegals and condems our Government

NYC Mayor Mamdani marks Independence Day by defending illegal immigrants as ICE arrests convicted criminals

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani chose the Fourth of July to deliver an Independence Day address focused not on the nation's founding or the men and women who defend it, but on the plight of illegal immigrants facing enforcement by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The speech landed just days after the Department of Homeland Security published a detailed press release listing ICE arrests of illegal aliens convicted of child sex offenses, manslaughter, drug trafficking, and other serious crimes.

The contrast could hardly be sharper. While Mamdani described ICE agents as a menace to neighborhoods, DHS was naming the people those agents had just pulled off American streets, and the crimes that put them there.

In his address, as Breitbart reported, Mamdani cast immigration enforcement in stark terms, describing agents carrying out federal law as an occupying force:
  • "We see masked agents terrorizing our streets, eating food cooked by our undocumented neighbors before spiriting them away in unmarked vans."
  • He went further, framing resistance to ICE operations as an expression of patriotism: "We see America each time neighbors link arms with neighbors without asking how long they have lived here or what papers they have as ICE invades our neighborhood."
  • And he characterized supporters of immigration enforcement as motivated by bigotry: "America, they will tell you, belongs only to those with the right accent or the right shade of skin. The rest of us, they insist, should be grateful for merely being allowed to visit. How small they are, how weak, how unoriginal."
The Mayor who hates America

DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis offered a pointed rebuttal to the kind of framing Mamdani employed. Her statement addressed the arrests directly:

"Yesterday, ICE arrested murderers, pedophiles, sexual predators, drug traffickers, and other criminal illegal aliens convicted of heinous crimes. Thanks to President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill, ICE is supercharged with 12,000 new law enforcement officers to remove the worst of the worst from American communities.

Nearly 70 percent of ICE arrests are of illegal aliens charged or convicted of a crime in the U.S."

Violence is not a Protest

Portland anti-ICE protester gets 30 months in federal prison for rock attack on officer

A Portland man who hurled a rock at a federal officer's head during an anti-ICE protest last June will spend the next two and a half years in prison. U.S. District Judge Adrienne Nelson sentenced Robert Jacob Hoopes on Thursday to 30 months in federal prison, three years of supervised release, and more than $8,000 in restitution after he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault of a federal employee with a dangerous weapon.

The sentence marks the most significant prison term yet to come out of the months-long siege of Portland's U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building, a facility that has drawn nightly demonstrations since last summer. And it sends a straightforward message from federal prosecutors: throw a rock at a cop, go to prison.

Court documents detailed what happened. During a protest outside the Portland ICE building last June, Hoopes threw a rock that struck an officer in the head, opening a gash above the officer's eye. Fox News reported that prosecutors described the injury as "significant." The officer's name has not been publicly released.

Illegals/Criminals complained about food and abuse at Newark Detention Center

Far-left agitators assault federal agents at Newark ICE facility

Sherrill Admits Delaney Hall Protests Drew Outside Agitators

What started as a protest over conditions at Delaney Hall in Newark has turned into something much bigger. The scene outside the ICE detention facility has turned into a loud, messy clash between competing political groups, with state officials now saying outside activists are helping drive the unrest.

The protest picked up steam after detainees wrote an open letter claiming they were being mistreated inside the center. They alleged physical and psychological abuse, along with bad food and a lack of medical care. The Department of Homeland Security pushed back fast, saying the claims did not match what was being served inside. Officials released menus showing detainees receive three meals a day, including items like chicken fajitas and Salisbury steak.

Tensions boiled over earlier in the week when federal agents were reportedly assaulted by agitators. After that, Democrat Gov. Mikie Sherrill ordered the New Jersey State Police to take over security. She said the move was needed to protect demonstrators from what she called an “ICE surge.”

By Saturday, the area around Delaney Hall looked more like a fortified zone than a protest site. Large orange plastic barriers and metal fencing surrounded the building. State officials also said much of the unrest was being fueled by people coming in from outside New Jersey. State Attorney General Jennifer Davenport said five of the six people arrested by state police this week were not from the state.

Will Cain SHUTS UP anti-American Democrat Communist loud mouth

Will Cain SNAPS at anti-American loudmouth - Calls out his SECRET Communist ties on live T.V.

"Do you believe America deserved 9/11?!!"

Fox News’ Will Cain confronted Michigan Democrat Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed for his radical comments calling for ICE to be abolished as well as for campaigning alongside anti-American extremist Hasan Piker, who is now facing a government subpoena for potentially peddling propaganda for the communist Cuban regime.

The interview quickly turned into shouting match…

“You’re not answering my questions! You’re pivoting to talking points!!” Cain called out the Democrat. “You’re playing a slick word game!”

I watched this segment the other night, Will Cain had a lot of patience with el-Sayed.  Abdul kept interrupting Will Cain and never ansswered the questions. It was ridiculous--both talking over one and another.

Oregon launches Anti-ICE Alert System for all schools

Jonathan Turley Just Caught the University of Oregon Treating Federal Agents Like Active Shooters

The Same System That Warns About Shooters Now Warns About Federal Agents

A Brown University custodian warned campus security about a suspicious man and was ignored.

Now another university just told the whole country what it actually considers a threat on campus.

Jonathan Turley caught what they did – and it involves the same alert system used for active shooters. So, Socialist Students Delivered a Petition and the University of Oregon caved Within Days.

The Oregon Legislature passed House Bill 4079 – the so-called Safeguarding Students and Families Act – in March, and Democratic Gov. Tina Kotek signed it on March 31. The law gives every public school and university in Oregon until September 30 to build out an ICE alert notification system.

Ten days later, the University of Oregon's chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America and the newly formed UO Anti-ICE Coalition marched to the Office of the President with a petition bearing 2,600 signatures, demanding the university skip the deadline and launch the system immediately.

The university didn't wait; they launched it.

Democrats and their "Walk of Love" for Illegals

SINGING PROTEST SONGS and holding signs, about 100 people marched through downtown Lake Worth Beach on Saturday in a festive call for immigration policy reforms.

“We cannot remain silent and do nothing while our immigrant neighbors (aka, illegals)…are hauled away to detention camps, deported systematically and relentlessly, (with) family and children left suffering from that separation,’’ said organizer Barbara Eriv, head of the Palm Beach County Indivisibles Immigration Coalition.

“These are family-minded people. They are hardworking people. They are part of our community. These are not the criminals (illegals are all criminals) (ICE agents) should be going after,’’ she said.

The “Walk in Love” march kicked off at 11 a.m. at a symbolic starting point, outside the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office substation. It ended less than a mile to the east with a rally at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.

Saturday’s marchers and rally participants included one elected leader, Lake Worth Beach City Commissioner Chris McVoy, who has been the commission’s lone vocal critic of federal immigration policies.

Jeffries Launches Defund ICE Discharge Petition During DHS Shutdown

Hakeem Jeffries Moved to Defund ICE and Mike Johnson Just Revealed What That Actually Means

Democrats destroyed cities with "defund the police" – and lost badly when voters noticed.

Now Hakeem Jeffries just recycled the exact same move by targeting federal law enforcement.

But Steve Scalise just called him out by name and said the obvious thing everyone else is thinking.

With the DHS shutdown grinding past its 34th day, Jeffries launched a discharge petition Wednesday designed to force a House floor vote on funding most of the Department of Homeland Security – but explicitly cutting out Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Protection...
  • Every TSA screener, every FEMA worker, every Coast Guard sailor – funded.
  • The two agencies responsible for stopping fentanyl, child traffickers, and terrorist threats at the border – zeroed out.
House Majority Leader Steve Scalise didn't need a teleprompter to explain what was happening. "If you look, they fund everything except the law enforcement side, which is defunding the police," Scalise told Fox News Digital.

"So here they go again. Democrats, for some reason, just hate law enforcement."

An Anti-Ice protest functioning as cover for violence

Federal agent hospitalized after attack during anti-ICE protest in downtown Los Angeles

A federal agent was attacked and hospitalized Friday during an anti-ICE protest in downtown Los Angeles after suspects assaulted the agent and then disappeared into the crowd of marching demonstrators.

The LAPD confirmed the incident in a post on X before 1 p.m., noting that the suspects who carried out the attack melted back into the protest — a tactic that makes the march itself a shield for violence.

"Suspects who attacked the Federal Agents have blended into the March."

The LAPD also confirmed that the Los Angeles Fire Department was dispatched to treat the injured agent, who was transported to a hospital in unknown condition. Police did not specify which federal agency the agent worked for, and as of Friday afternoon, it remained unclear whether any arrests had been made in connection with the attack.

The protest, described by local outlets as a student walkout, blocked traffic in downtown L.A. and included acts of vandalism at the Federal Building. Demonstrators also threw items at police.

FBI Reacts to Encrypted Activist Chats

FBI probes Minneapolis activist networks tied to Democrats

The FBI has initiated a major investigation into Minneapolis activist networks linked to Antifa, accused of hindering federal agents in enforcing key laws.

Reports indicate the probe began after discovering activists sharing data on federal vehicles through an encrypted Signal network. This activity has heightened tensions in Minneapolis, where local Democratic leaders have often clashed with federal authorities over enforcement policies.

The controversy has sparked heated arguments about the limits of protest and the role of law enforcement. Critics assert that these activist efforts, seemingly backed by city officials, jeopardize federal operations and agent safety. How does one draw the line between dissent and disruption?

FBI Director Kash Patel acted swiftly after activist Cam Higby’s online post, as detailed by Breitbart. He told host Benny Johnson, "As soon as Higby put that post out, I opened an investigation on it."

This discovery of a coordinated Signal network raised concerns about its reach beyond Minnesota.

Minnesota officials inciting Insurrection

Minnesota Mayor and Governor incite insurrection

There’s an old saying about never trusting the man who shows up to help put out a fire he started. It’s the kind of wisdom that comes from experience, from watching the same patterns play out, decade after decade, whenever accountability comes knocking at the wrong door.

Something is burning in Minneapolis this week. Federal agents are on the ground, crowds have clashed with law enforcement. And the city’s leadership has decided who deserves the blame … not the rioters, not the criminals, but the men and women trying to restore order.

Here’s what we know: Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been conducting operations across Minnesota, and the numbers are staggering.

According to President Trump, 12,000 illegal alien criminals — many of them violent — have been arrested and removed from the state. A Border Patrol agent-involved shooting of an armed assailant sparked unrest, and chaos quickly spread through the city streets.

Rather than call for calm, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey issued a demand to the White House: “End this immigration operation, and safety will be restored in the city.” "Get the FUC out of Minneapolis."

Alex Pretti

On Saturday, the national media had a nervous breakdown over a border patrol agent shooting and killing a domestic terrorist who brought a gun and dozens of rounds of ammo to a “mostly peaceful protest.”

Let’s see, the Tampon Tim Brigade brings guns and chomping losers to the icy streets of the Twin Cities. That’s some fiery but mostly peaceful protest Democrats are hosting again in Minneapolis. The New York Times is leading the propaganda team.

See video on X

Slow Motion video shows armed suspect drawing his gun right before Border Patrol agents take him down in Minneapolis.

He fought arrest. Agents defended themselves.

Democrats have normalized attacking federal officers. This is the bloody result.

Enough is enough.

Taxpayer Money funding Anti-ICE activism

Minnesota Taxpayers Are Funding This War Activists Are Waging Against ICE

Minnesota turned into a war zone between ICE and leftist activists

Your tax dollars are paying for it.

And Minnesota taxpayers are funding this war activists are waging against ICE.

The Legal Rights Center collects nearly $5.7 million in government grants every few years. Taxpayer money — federal, state, and local.

The center uses that cash to fund the People's Bail Fund of Minnesota through its Know Your Rights MN project. The fund launched this summer with one mission: keep anti-ICE activists cycling through arrests and back onto the streets.
  • Activist gets arrested blocking ICE.
  • Bail fund posts bail using taxpayer money.
  • Activist shows up to court, bail money returns.
  • Same money springs the next criminal.
