Bondi shifted blame to her Deputy

Bondi concedes DOJ made 'redaction errors' in Epstein files, shifts responsibility to her deputy

Former Attorney General Pam Bondi sat for a closed-door interview with the House Oversight Committee on Friday and acknowledged that the Justice Department made "redaction errors" during its release of millions of pages of Jeffrey Epstein files, but placed the blame squarely on Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, the man who now runs the department she left two months ago.

The admission, delivered in a transcribed but unsworn session that Democrats protested was neither videotaped nor conducted under oath, marks the first time Bondi has publicly conceded specific failures in a process she once promised would bring full transparency to one of the most disturbing sex-trafficking cases in American history.

USA Today reported that Bondi told lawmakers she had delegated oversight of the document review to Blanche and did not personally conduct it.

In her opening statement, she framed the release as "an enormously complicated and labor-intensive process" involving roughly 3 million documents, a stack she once compared to the height of the Eiffel Tower.

The Washington Examiner noted that Bondi told lawmakers she didn't lead every aspect of the Epstein files review, reinforcing her posture of distance from the operational details.

She claimed the DOJ had "produced everything required" by the Epstein Files Transparency Act and that staffers did "our very best in the time frame allotted by the legislation to protect victims."

Whoopi named in Epstein files

Whoopi found in Epstein files

News popped that Whoopi Goldberg’s name appears in the Jeffrey Epstein files.

The View, the most despicable group of liberals, waited a couple weeks and then talked it through on air. The tone was familiar. Calm. Dismissive. And quick to point at President Donald Trump.

The hosts treated the item like a nothingburger. They said anyone could be on a list. They leaned into the idea that being named doesn’t equal wrongdoing.

Read about the big Whoopi

But they would not dare say the same thing about Donald Trump, the person thay love to smear daily pretending that he went to Epstein's Resort with the rest of the perverts.

Little Saint James, also nicknamed as Epstein Island, is a small private island in the United States Virgin Islands, southeast of Saint Thomas. It was owned by American financier and convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein from 1998 until his death in 2019. It was allegedly used as a base of operations for underage sex crimes.

Democrats suddenly care about transparency on Epstein files

Democrats just got caught red-handed on the Epstein files

Democrats are scrambling to pressure President Donald Trump on the Jeffrey Epstein case. They've turned the sex trafficking scandal into a political weapon.

House Democrats released 19 photos from Jeffrey Epstein's estate on Friday showing President Trump and other public figures at various social gatherings.cThe White House blasted the move as a "Democrat hoax" and noted the images prove nothing except that Trump attended social events before he ever ran for office.

The timing couldn't be more suspicious. With less than a week before the Department of Justice must release a tranche of Epstein case files under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, Democrats have ramped up their attacks on the Trump administration.

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) led the charge, accusing Trump of suppressing evidence and claiming Democrats have "always fought to support an investigation of Epstein's co-conspirators." House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries echoed that line Friday after the photos dropped, declaring "all we want is full transparency."

That's a remarkable claim given Democrats had four years under Joe Biden to release these exact same files and did virtually nothing. The Trump administration has actually released more Epstein materials in less than a year than the Biden administration did in four years.

Is Dan Bongino on Thin Ice at FBI?

Missouri AG Named Co-Deputy Director of FBI, Will Serve Alongside Bongino

Trump officials seem to be making moves to ready FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino for the exits

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey will join the FBI as co-deputy director, serving alongside Deputy Director Dan Bongino, according to the Missouri AG’s office.

Bailey announced he is resigning his state post to accept a federal position, effective upon transition formalities.

Attorney General Pam Bondi called Bailey “a distinguished state attorney general and a decorated war veteran,” saying his leadership will help advance the administration’s law-and-order agenda.

FBI Director Kash Patel said Bailey will be “an integral part” of the bureau’s mission under the Department of Justice.

Bongino has reportedly been on thin ice at the agency since he clashed with Bondi earlier this year about the Justice Department’s handling of the files related to late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

During a heated exchange in July, Bondi reportedly accused Bongino of leaking stories to the media suggesting that the FBI wasn’t pleased with the case’s closure. Bongino then reportedly threatened to quit and said that it was either him or her.

More on Epstein Case

Trump Directs AG Bondi to Unseal Transcripts in Epstein Case: 'We are ready'

President Donald Trump has directed Attorney General Pam Bondi to seek the release of grand jury transcripts in the Jeffrey Epstein case.

The Justice Department is expected to file a motion Friday asking a judge to unseal the testimony, though it remains unclear when, or if, the transcripts will become public.

The move follows growing backlash from Trump supporters after a joint DOJ-FBI memo concluded there was no evidence Epstein blackmailed powerful figures, kept a client list, or was murdered in jail. The memo sparked outrage online, with some calling it a cover-up.

Epstein Files Tampered during Biden Presidency?

On February 27, 2025, Attorney General Pam Bondi released Phase1 Epstein files

Emerging theory on Epstein Files suggests Trump might have a point

The emerging theory among some online commentators posts that the Epstein files were tampered with during the Biden administration (2021-2025) to shield Democrats and potentially fabricate evidence against Trump, in anticipation of his campaign promise to declassify and release them upon re-election.

This view suggests the alterations explain why Trump and his appointees, like Attorney General Pam Bondi, have hesitated or backtracked on full disclosure, emphasizing the need for “credible” information only.

Alleged Erasure and Insertion of Information: Proponents claim Biden’s FBI systematically removed damaging details about Democrats from the files while inserting fabricated content implicating Trump, rendering the current versions unreliable for release. This is framed as a preemptive sabotage, knowing Trump’s pledge to expose the files could harm political opponents if unaltered.

Hints from Trump Himself: Recent statements by Trump are interpreted as subtle signals that files were doctored not just pre-2017 but specifically during the Biden era, justifying ongoing investigations by his team before any release.

Advocates urge patience, viewing demands for immediate disclosure as enemy-fueled traps to divide supporters.
