A Senate Report no one will touch

Fox News and legacy media refuse to publish Ron Johnson's op-ed on COVID vaccine safety findings

Sen. Ron Johnson says every major media outlet in the country, including Fox News, either declined or ignored his request to publish an op-ed laying out what a Senate investigation found about federal officials allegedly concealing COVID-19 vaccine safety signals. So the Wisconsin Republican posted it himself.

Johnson self-published the piece on his X account and his Senate website on June 18, titling it "The story the media, and the government, don't want you to hear." The op-ed draws on a Majority Staff Interim Report from the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, which Johnson chairs, dated April 29, 2026.

That report, as the Daily Caller News Foundation reported, details how Biden-era health officials allegedly "purposely turned a blind eye toward COVID-19 vaccine safety signals."

The senator named names, not just the left-leaning outlets you'd expect, but Fox Digital and The Wall Street Journal alongside The New York Times, The Washington Post, and USA TODAY. All five, Johnson stated, "declined or ignored requests to publish this op-ed."

The subcommittee's interim report centers on the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, the FDA division responsible for approving vaccines and monitoring their safety after they reach the public.

Johnson alleges the CBER team received data "for over three months" pointing to dangers associated with COVID-19 vaccines, and that officials shut the analysis down.

His account is specific. Johnson claims Peter Marks, the former CBER director, was briefed that an algorithm used to analyze Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System data would "mask" or cover up adverse events.

When a data analyst flagged the problem, Johnson alleges, officials "ordered the data analyst to 'cease and desist' and then lied to the American public that 'they weren't seeing safety signals.'"

Tom Cotton Targets Bureaucratic Red Tape on Eggs

Sen. Tom Cotton pushes regulatory reform bill to cut egg prices

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) is cracking open a plan to tackle soaring egg prices with a bold new bill.

Cotton’s proposed legislation, dubbed the Lowering Egg Prices Act of 2025, seeks to ease the burden of high egg costs by reshaping federal regulations to boost supply through surplus broiler hatching eggs redirected as pasteurized liquid egg products, as Fox News reports.

Egg prices have been a rollercoaster, hitting record highs of over $6 a dozen by March earlier this year, leaving consumers shell-shocked at the checkout. While prices have eased since then, the sting of those peaks still lingers in kitchen budgets across the nation. According to the USDA, large white eggs dropped about 17% to an average of $1.91 per dozen in the first week of December, though some markets like California remain stubbornly pricey.

Cotton isn’t just scrambling for attention -- he’s aiming to slice through what he sees as unnecessary government overreach in egg handling rules. His bill would push the FDA and USDA to rewrite policies from the Biden administration, allowing surplus eggs meant for broiler chicken production to enter the food supply instead of going to waste.

"Arkansas consumers have paid higher egg prices and faced egg shortages because of bureaucratic red tape that forces farmers to throw out hundreds of millions of usable eggs each year," Cotton told Fox News Digital.

"My bill will cut these excessive regulations and lower egg prices," Cotton added to Fox News Digital. If only every politician could deliver such a straightforward recipe for relief, we might not be so hard-boiled about government inefficiency.

Banning flavored E-Cigarettes

Supreme Court Leans Toward FDA in Flavored Vape Ban Case

At the heart of a recent U.S. Supreme Court case is the regulation of flavored e-cigarettes, a subject drawing significant judicial attention.

According to the New York Post, the U.S. Supreme Court’s justices seemed inclined to side with the FDA’s decision to prohibit certain flavored vapes that are popular among minors, signaling a potentially pivotal ruling in regulatory and public health circles.

The justices reviewed arguments concerning the Food and Drug Administration's authority to deny market applications for flavored vaping products from companies like Triton Distribution and Vapetasia. These companies had sought approval for flavors believed to target younger demographics, a move the FDA rejected to curb rising e-cigarette usage among adolescents.

The discussion revolves around the regulatory powers granted under the Tobacco Control Act, which since 2016, place e-cigarettes under strict scrutiny. The FDA based this decision on data showing nearly 20% of high school and 5% of middle school students have used e-cigarettes, thus necessitating stricter regulations.

RFK, Jr. will weed at corruption in health agencies

After Trump Win, RFK Jr. Says ‘Entire Departments’ at the FDA ’Have to Go’

‘They’re not protecting our kids,’ the former presidential candidate and Big Pharma critic says

Former presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who backed President-elect Donald Trump, said Wednesday that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) bureaucracy should be winnowed down.

Before the election, Trump had floated Kennedy as having a role in his administration, namely targeting federal agencies that oversee health care, food, and drugs.

“There are entire departments, like the nutrition department at the FDA ... that have to go—that are not doing their job. They’re not protecting our kids,” Kennedy told MNSBC on Wednesday.

When he was asked if he would remove any health agencies, Kennedy said, “to eliminate the agencies, as long as it requires congressional approval, I wouldn’t be doing that.”

“I can get the corruption out of the agencies,” he added.

On Appeal, the FDA lost--Ivermectin can be prescribed

Doctors Can Prescribe Ivermectin for Covid: FDA Lawyer

Doctors are free to prescribe ivermectin to treat COVID-19, a lawyer representing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said this week.

“FDA explicitly recognizes that doctors do have the authority to prescribe ivermectin to treat COVID,” Ashley Cheung Honold, a Department of Justice lawyer representing the FDA, said during oral arguments on Aug. 8 in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

The government is defending the FDA’s repeated exhortations to people to not take ivermectin for COVID-19, including a post that said “Stop it.”
The FDA on Aug. 21, 2021, wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.” The post, which linked to an FDA page that says people shouldn’t use ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19, went viral.

Bank Accounts canceled by Chase

Doctor Who Criticized Covid Vaccines Have Bank Accounts Suddenly Canceled

Three years after the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, there are many ways in which the American people were misled with what we now know is false information about COVID, and hundreds, if not thousands, of people were censored for their views and information they posted online.

It appears, however, that other forms of retaliation are still taking place, and it comes in the form of economic retaliation. If the government cannot quell your free speech adequately enough, they will go after your livelihood and even affect the lives of your employees. One Florida-based company is finding that out, and they are not getting many answers as to why in the process.
Dr. Joseph Mercola @mercola
Chase bank has shut down our business bank accounts along with the accounts of my CEO and CFO, as well as their family members (including spouse and child). They've refused to provide any reason for doing so, the oldest account has been active for 18 years.
While Dr. Mercola himself has not said so publicly, several of his employees believe that Dr. Mercola’s past criticism of COVID-19 vaccines and the Food and Drug Administration, in general, could be behind the abrupt bank account terminations.

So far, the only response from the bank to any of Mercola’s employees was in the form of a voicemail to CEO Steven Rye, which said that the reason for the closing of his and his wife’s personal account could not be made public “for legal reasons.”

This is the Biden administration behind this, no doubt.

The FDA is reportedly set to vote on recommending the Covid-19 vaccine become annual

An FDA advisory panel is expected to vote in favor of switching the COVID-19 vaccine rollout to a yearly schedule that resembles the annual flu shot program.

The Vaccine

The Latest Court Ordered Pfizer Data Drop Is Unbelievable, We’ve All Been Lied To

"A little over a year after the Pfizer mRNA vaccine was approved for emergency use in the USA, new documents show a lot was kept from the public.

The FDA has been court-ordered to release the full data and they are doing so in increments. The data shows that the Biden administration kept a lot from the public."

Pfizer and Moderna, both of whom made billions from selling their vaccines worldwide, now have countries cancelling their orders.

FDA proposes ban on Menthol Cigarettes

Biden Admin to Ban Sales of Menthol Cigarettes

Last week, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced proposed product standards that will prohibit menthol as a flavor in cigarettes, as well as all flavors other than tobacco in cigars.

Menthol is a minty flavor additive that helps increase the appeal of tobacco by reducing irritation and harshness of smoking. It also interacts with the nicotine in the brain, which enhances the addictive effects.

Diamond and Silk® @DiamondandSilk
"The Biden Regime wanted to give crack pipes for people to smoke drugs but want to ban Menthol Cigarettes because they say they want to save your life.

2nd Booster Shot?

The FDA is considering giving the okay to a second coronavirus booster shot: report

Not having got the booster shot, this is surprising, sort of, perhaps not...

The Wall Street Journal reports that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is looking into authorizing a second coronavirus booster shot.

Remember back when the powers that be claimed that two doses of a coronavirus vaccine would suffice? How about when they said that only one booster shot would be needed?

Well, they lied. Now, if the FDA approves a second booster shot, then the tally will be up to four coronavirus vaccine doses: the initial two followed by two boosters.

It is looking more and more as though those who have argued that the new norm will be routine coronavirus booster vaccines are going to be proven to be right.

He made the revelations on a hidden camera to an undercover Project Veritas reporter.

Pfizer must be transparent in the release of its Covid documents

After FDA says it can release COVID-19 vaccine data by 2097, federal judge orders all info to be shared this year

Pfizer tried to pull a fast one..their plan was to release all the data in 75 years, but Judge Pittman ordered the FDA to produce 55,000 pages every 30 days which would amount to 8 months.

"Texas ordered the FDA to greatly increase the number of documents it releases each month that pertain to the agency's approval process for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency launched a Freedom of Information Act suit against the FDA in August. The international group consists of "public health professionals, medical professionals, scientists, and journalists," including academics and medical experts from Yale, Harvard Medical School, and UCLA.

"The Court concludes that this FOIA request is of paramount public importance," said Pittman – who was appointed to the bench by former President Donald Trump in 2019.

Biden Staff Jumping Ship

More Resignations Rocks The White House

Department of Homeland Security Chief of Staff Karen Olick jumped ship as Biden flooded America with Afghan refugees and conveniently left just before the recent debacle at the southern border.

Recently, two of the FDA’s top vaccine experts, Philip Krause and Marion Gruber resigned because they disagreed with Biden’s booster program.

Now if we could get the inept liars (Jen Psaki is fairly good at it though) to resign, we would all be better off.

And speaking of vaccines--

Dr. Fauci and the FDA on booster

Fauci On FDA Decision: ‘When You Make A Decision, You Don’t…

There is little doubt that Dr. Anthony Fauci was blindsided by the FDA. The NIH doctor really thought that he and the president had put enough pressure on the them to agree with their every whim.

That is no longer the case, the FDA did not approve a third booster for Americans suggesting only the infirm and elderly receive the booster.

During a segment on “This Week,” Fauci tried to walk back his rhetoric when asked if he regretted his premature announcement about a third booster shot.

Moderna, the vax I got from Palm Beach County, said that its Covid vaccine was more than 90% effective at protecting against Covid and more than 95% effective against severe disease up to six months after the second dose. So, all those who say they got the vaccine but still got Covid, no Pharmaceutical company has ever said everyone was 100% safe from getting the virus after vaccination. All we hear on social media are the horror stories.

And now guys, it's time for that yearly flu shot! Oh, I know, horror stories on that too!

Tightened regulations for E-Cigarettes

Comment Up

Gee, what will our infamous Vape store owner, Dylan Harrison, do? He is infamous because he went to Federal Prison for manufacturing illegal synthetic drugs. He owns two stores in our downtown, one selling kava and the other selling vape.

The FDA has now issued new rules that extend to e-cigarettes. If you mix your own e-cigarette liquids you would now be considered a producer...a manufacturer. If it is determined that is the case, there would be long-drawn out process forcing them to provide a detailed accounting of the product's ingredients and other disclosures.

Read about it...

With this new law that begins in 90 days, this type of store would no longer be allowed to give out free samples.

And for a little bit of trivia, Scott Maxwell, Pam Triolo and Andy Amoroso accepted campaign donations from Dylan Harrison in the name of his two downtown Lake Worth stores in the total amounts of $250 for each store or $500 to each campaign in the recent election. He is also the guy while at a city commission meeting threatened any commissioner who would have the audacity to help the homeless and the mayor allowed him to do it.
