Democrat Polls for 2028

Kamala Harris dominates AOC in early 2028 Democratic primary polling

Three years before the next presidential election, Democrats are already polling their bench, and the results tell a familiar story about a party that lost the White House, lost the Senate, and lost House seats, yet keeps circling back to the same names that led them there.

A Lake Research Partners survey of 800 Democratic primary voters, conducted May 6, 11, tested a hypothetical 2028 presidential primary using ranked-choice voting scenarios.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris led a 13-candidate field with 25 percent support. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York finished fourth at 9 percent, a 16-point gap that widened further when the field narrowed.

In a five-candidate ranked-choice simulation, Harris held 30 percent. California Governor Gavin Newsom took 24 percent. Former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg drew 22 percent. Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Mark Kelly tied for last at 12 percent each.

When elimination rounds played out, Harris beat Newsom in the final matchup, 52 percent to 48 percent. The poll carried a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.

Early general election polls taken three years out are historically unreliable. But the Democratic appetite for testing these matchups reveals a party already gaming out 2028 with the same roster that failed in 2024.

Graham Platner’s deleted Reddit comments

The Maine Monitor

Graham Platner’s since-deleted Reddit comments became a flashpoint during his Democratic primary campaign against Gov. Janet Mills for U.S. Senate, but they didn’t prevent him from effectively clinching the nomination after Mills withdrew her candidacy April 30.

Many of those individual comments have been reported on or featured in attack ads by both Mills and Sen. Susan Collins-aligned super PACs, but they represent just a handful of the roughly 2,000 that make up Platner’s Reddit footprint.

Now The Maine Monitor is presenting the full archive so people can read the comments more easily for themselves.

The collection spans more than a decade — from when Platner was ages 24 to 37 — and provides a rare glimpse into the thinking of a candidate at a time when he betrayed no political ambitions and could not have known how future voters might have viewed his online commentary.

He said he “became a communist” as he got older, criticized police officers and asked why Black people don’t tip. But perhaps the most discussed comment was from 2013, when Platner responded to a post titled “shorts that prevent you from being raped” by writing:

“Holy fuck, how about people just take some responsibility for themselves and not get so fucked up they wind up having sex with someone they don’t mean to? Men and women, you make a choice to consume enough of a substance to lose your self control. So if you don’t want to be in a comprising situation, act like an adult for fucks sake.”

The Republic is in chains when the government has to create a fund to compensate citizens harmed by its own weaponized machinery.

The $1.776 billion Anti-Weaponization Fund is not just a settlement mechanism. It is an institutional confession.

The federal government abused power, leaked records, staged raids, destroyed reputations, bankrupted dissidents, pursued political enemies, and turned law into warfare.

Trump, Flynn, Stone, Giuliani, Caputo, Eastman, Clark, McMahon, and countless J6 defendants lived through the machine. Now the monsters must pay.

Restitution is not enough. It is only the beginning. Believe me! [Roger Stone]

Pass the Save Act

If they oppose the SAVE Act, they should be gone. Full stop

Chris Salcedo is right: the fake two-party system survives because Republican voters keep tolerating politicians who campaign like conservatives and govern like Democrat doormen.

The SAVE Act has overwhelming public support because Americans understand the obvious: elections require citizenship, voter ID, clean rolls, and real safeguards.

Yet John Thune, John Cornyn, Bill Cassidy, and the Uniparty crowd keep hiding behind procedure while Democrats protect the fraud machine.

That is not caution. That is betrayal. If Republicans will not secure elections, primary them into retirement.

In short, we’ve been sold out by an elite few who wish to seize power, make elections a non-factor in the keeping of that power, and who wish to sacrifice our children’s future for their dark designs… If that sounds an awful lot like the world domination agenda of the communists, it’s because it is!

Trump Rolls Back Biden-Era Refrigerant Regulations

Projecting $2.4 Billion in Savings for Americans

Every week, millions of Americans walk into their local grocery store and wince at the total. Chicken costs more. Milk costs more. A bag of frozen vegetables somehow feels like a splurge. Washington loves to blame supply chains, labor shortages, and global instability. But what if one of the real culprits has been hiding in plain sight — buried in the fine print of obscure EPA rules that most shoppers have never heard of?

Here’s what the Biden administration never wanted you to consider: regulation is a stealth tax. It never appears on your receipt, but it inflates the price of everything it touches. One administration believed that federal bureaucrats should dictate how grocery stores cool their produce, down to the chemical compounds inside their refrigeration units. The other believes Americans deserve relief, not more red tape from Washington.

The Biden-era rules at issue — the Technology Transitions Rule and the Emissions Reduction and Reclamation Rule — restricted the use of hydrofluorocarbons in refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pumps. Sounds like routine environmental policy, right? In reality, it landed like a sledgehammer on independent businesses.

These mandates didn’t just require swapping out a refrigerant. Piggly Wiggly owner Kevin McDaniel made that crystal clear at the White House: “It’s just not a refrigerant change, it was an equipment change.” We’re talking millions of dollars per store. “We want to thank President Trump for rolling this terrible Biden legislation back,” McDaniel said, “because without it, there would have been a lot of independents out of business.”

Deregulate, and companies compete to lower prices. Funny how that works.

Commander in Chief blindsided?

Trump rebuked Hegseth after defense secretary scrapped Poland troop deployment without warning

President Trump called Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and demanded to know why the Pentagon chief had abruptly canceled a planned U.S. armored brigade deployment to Poland, a move that blindsided one of America's closest NATO allies and drew bipartisan anger on Capitol Hill, the Daily Mail reported.

Hegseth called off the deployment earlier this month. No public explanation followed. What did follow was a sharp phone call from the commander in chief, a scramble by Polish officials to reach the Oval Office, and, within days, a presidential announcement reversing the damage with an even larger troop commitment.

The episode raises a straightforward question: How does the defense secretary cancel a major allied deployment without the president's knowledge, then leave the White House to clean up the mess?

The Wall Street Journal reported that Trump lectured Hegseth during the call, telling him the United States should not mistreat Poland given the country's close ties to the White House. The Journal's reporting was not denied by either the Pentagon or the White House. Both issued statements insisting the president and his defense secretary were aligned on U.S. troop deployments in Europe.

Graham Platner pays influencers to promote him

Graham Platner's 'grassroots' Maine Senate campaign paid tens of thousands to firm that pays influencers to promote him

Democrat Graham Platner has built his Maine Senate campaign on the promise of grassroots authenticity, no corporate PACs, just ordinary people powering a populist challenge to Republican incumbent Susan Collins.

But his own campaign finance disclosures tell a different story. Since September, Platner has paid at least $36,437.94 to a Democratic consulting firm that maintains a stable of social media influencers who promote candidates and causes for pay, and at least one of those influencers has repeatedly urged his audience to donate to Platner without disclosing any financial connection.

The Washington Free Beacon reviewed Platner's FEC spending records and found the payments went to Be a Good Influence LLC, a Louisville, Kentucky-based firm commonly known as Good Influence. The company describes itself as "the trusted partner for measurable creator-led campaigns" and says it "bundles elite news and cause-focused online creators together to create a network effect" for its clients.

The gap between Platner's public image and his spending habits is the kind of thing voters in a purple state like Maine deserve to know about, and the kind of thing mainstream outlets have so far failed to report.

Platner built his campaign on the claim that he answers to ordinary people, not moneyed interests. His own FEC filings show he's paying a professional operation to manufacture the appearance of organic enthusiasm. If that's grassroots, the word has lost all meaning.

Expanding the Immigration Court

Trump Admin Takes Significant Step To Increase Deportations

The Trump administration is moving to further accelerate its deportation agenda by significantly expanding the nation’s immigration court system, according to a report from The Daily Wire.

In its latest effort, the Department of Justice announced Thursday that it has hired 82 immigration judges — the largest single-year class in agency history. The additions bring the total number of immigration judges in the United States to nearly 700.
“The Trump administration is committed to reestablishing an immigration judge corps that is dedicated to restoring the rule [of] law in our nation’s immigration system,” Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said in a statement.

“Today, we are onboarding the largest immigration judge class in agency history,” Blanche added. “This could only happen thanks to President Trump’s decisive leadership and commitment to securing our borders. I also applaud EOIR’s leadership team for helping facilitate these hiring efforts and recruiting highly qualified and talented personnel in record time.”
The incoming class consists of 77 permanent judges and five temporary appointments.

The Democrat Party is gone forever

What Democrats Could Say, but Aren’t. What They Are Saying, but Shouldn’t

The traditional Democrat Party of the last century has been systematically replaced by a radical Jacobin movement that seeks the fundamental transformation of Western civilization.

This new faction mirrors the French Revolution’s extremists by toppling statues, weaponizing race through DEI, and showing open disdain for national borders.

From billionaire socialists to the rejection of law and order, the modern Left has abandoned the working class in favor of a revolutionary agenda that endangers the very foundations of the American Republic, argues Victor Davis Hanson on today’s edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In a Few Words.”

Peter Navarro walked out of a Miami federal prison in July 2024 and immediately called it "Democrat lawfare."

Trump just proved him right.

And the number Trump chose to do it with will tell you everything about what this moment means. Trump's Justice Department announced Monday the creation of a $1,776,000,000 Anti-Weaponization Fund – the exact figure a deliberate reference to 1776 and the Declaration of Independence.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said the fund creates "a lawful process for victims of lawfare and weaponization to be heard and seek redress."

"The machinery of government should never be weaponized against any American," Blanche said, "and it is this department's intention to make right the wrongs that were previously done while ensuring this never happens again." [DeplorableDaily]

Ivanka Trump Targeted in Terror Plot

Chilling plot targets Ivanka Trump’s Florida home

A new report says Ivanka Trump was pulled into a dangerous terror plot tied to an IRGC-trained operative. The allegation is simple and chilling. The target was the First Daughter. The motive, according to sources and investigators, was revenge for the U.S. strike that killed Iranian general Qasem Soleimani.

Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, a 32-year-old Iraqi national, was arrested on May 15 in Turkey and later extradited to the United States. Federal officials say he is a senior member of Kata’ib Hizballah, a U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organization.

The Justice Department also says he worked as an operative tied to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and was involved in nearly 20 attacks and attempted attacks across Europe and the United States.

According to the New York Post, Al-Saadi had even obtained a blueprint of Ivanka Trump’s Florida home. Sources said he was talking openly about killing her.

“After Qasem was killed, he [Al-Saadi] went around telling people ‘we need to kill Ivanka to burn down the house of Trump the way he burned down our house,’” Entifadh Qanbar, a former deputy military attaché in the Iraqi embassy in Washington told The Post.

The Host who lost perspective.

Variety pans Stephen Colbert's final Late Show as a flat, self-congratulatory farewell

Stephen Colbert's last night behind the desk at New York City's Ed Sullivan Theater drew a brutal review from one of Hollywood's own trade publications, and the critique landed harder than anything the host delivered in his final hour.

Variety TV critic Daniel D'Addario called the finale an underwhelming "letdown," writing that Colbert proved himself "gifted at neither interview nor sketch" across a show that had nearly a year to plan its goodbye.

That verdict, from a publication that has championed late-night television for decades, amounts to a professional obituary for a ten-year run that CBS finally ended by firing its host.

The network reportedly cut Colbert loose after a decade of consistently falling ratings and what Breitbart reported were forty-million-dollar annual budget deficits that had gutted the show's viability.

For viewers who watched Colbert transform a storied comedy franchise into a nightly political therapy session for the left, the finale was a fitting conclusion: more about the host than the audience.

11 secret Florida beaches locals love and tourists haven't ruined yet

1 OF 11--Lake Worth Beach

Less glitzy than the beaches on the island of Palm Beach, just north, Lake Worth Beach offers just as clear, blue Atlantic waters and lovely golden sands with a far more local crowd.

The main landmark here is the Lake Worth Pier, which extends 1,000 feet out into the ocean and attracts anglers in equal parts as it does brunchers and piña colada sippers, drawn to the great little beach bar, Benny’s on the Beach, where the pier meets the sand.

Just surprised that they did not mention our Casino at the Lake Worth beach.

'A lot of this is being done by foreigners': GOP congressmen go after the 'ethnic scam' plaguing America

Brandon Gill: 'We've got two different issues here, an immigration issue, and the welfare state issue'

Republicans are discovering billions of taxpayers' dollars going to waste, being spent fraudulently, and abused by American bureaucracy systems, specifically the welfare state. Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, is leading the fraud investigations, rooted in immigration policy issues, in Congress.

"A lot of this is being done by foreigners," Gill said at a Republican Study Committee roundtable on Thursday.

"We've got two different issues here, an immigration issue, and the welfare state issue. We're focusing on the latter here on waste, fraud, and abuse. But when you bring in infinity Third Worlders into American society, from low-trust countries, you kind of expect low-trust behavior," Gill continued.
The goal is not simply to expose fraud – it's to put an end to it.

Trump says the U.S. will Recover Iran's Uranium

Trump Vows US Will Retrieve Uranium From Iran

President Donald Trump vowed on Thursday that the United States will eventually recover Iran's stockpile of highly enriched uranium despite comments from ‌Iran that it will not hand over the material.

"We will get it. We don't need it, we don't want it. We'll probably destroy it after we get it, but we're not going to let them have it," Trump ‌told reporters at the White House. Iran is ‌believed to possess about 900 pounds ‌of highly enriched uranium, which Trump says was buried by U.S. and Israeli airstrikes nearly a ‌year ago.

Retrieving the uranium is part of Trump's central objective of his war on Iran that Tehran ‌will not be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon.

Iran's Supreme Leader has issued ‌a directive that ‌the country's near-weapons-grade uranium should not be sent abroad, two senior Iranian sources told Reuters.

SPLC poisoning student's minds

The Indicted Group Teaching Your Grandkids Has a Secret Red State Problem

The Southern Poverty Law Center just got federally indicted for wire fraud.

Now a new investigation reveals what it was doing inside your grandkids' classrooms.

What investigators just found – and how it got there without a single parent being told – will make your jaw drop. The SPLC didn't just get caught paying white supremacists while pretending to fight them.

It also spent decades quietly installing its radical education arm – "Learning for Justice" – inside the K-12 system, from kindergarten classrooms to teacher training programs to state departments of education.

Parental rights watchdog Defending Education released a new investigation this week documenting exactly how deep the infiltration runs. The numbers are staggering.

Nearly 200 school districts and 30 state government entities in 42 states and Washington, D.C., have embedded SPLC curriculum into their classrooms.

The federal indictment revealed the SPLC manufactured racism to stay funded. The teachers unions helped it manufacture the next generation of believers.

The China deal by Navarro

Peter Navarro just explained the China deal

Done in language even the media should understand:

America keeps the steak, China buys the leftovers.

The beef freakout is nonsense. Trump is not shipping our hamburgers and ribeyes to Beijing while American families pay more. He is selling offal—tongues, tendons, tripe, tails—the cuts Americans usually do not eat, giving ranchers added value without hammering U.S. beef prices.

That is smart trade. The bigger picture is even better: Trump stabilized the China front while keeping tariffs, pressuring Beijing on Iran, controlling oil leverage, and kicking China out of America’s hemisphere.

This deal was a top ask from U.S. ranchers who want to sell the stuff Americans don’t eat for added value, and it will have no impact on beef prices in the U.S.

In the interview, Rob Schmitt of Newsmax asks if we’re giving China an economic lifeline as they’re struggling.

Not at all. We see what the Chinese have done since the days of Nixon, and are responding in kind.

The Funding the Biden White House Pretended Not to See

MIT Took 368 Million Dollars From China and Now Congress Wants Answers

The Chinese Communist Party spent years funneling hundreds of millions of dollars into American universities to steal military research.

Republicans warned this was happening – and the Biden administration shut down every investigation they had running.

Now Congress is back, and nine universities just got letters they cannot ignore. Senate HELP Committee sent letters Thursday to Bryant University, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Arizona, Georgia Institute of Technology, UC Berkeley, MIT, Portland State University, University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and UC Irvine – demanding they explain their financial relationships with CCP-tied entities.

MIT alone has received $368.6 million from China, according to the Department of Education's foreign funding portal.

The United States has welcomed countless immigrants and visitors who embrace American values of liberty, equality, and individual rights. Yet for too long, a dangerous loophole has allowed the importation of an ideology fundamentally opposed to everything this nation stands for.

Radical Islamic clerics—Imams, Shaykhs, Muftis, and Ayatollahs—who openly promote Sharia Law, political Islam, and anti-American extremism have exploited religious worker visas to enter our country and spread division from within.

This must end. Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) has stepped forward with bold leadership to confront this threat head-on. Today, he introduced the Inhibiting Militant Adversarial Mullahs (IMAM) Act.

This is legislation that would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to bar these foreign clerics from receiving nonimmigrant religious worker visas when their teachings undermine our Constitution and Western civilization. [Act for America]

Jeffries Tries to Turn the Volume Up

Hakeem Jeffries Under Fire for Pledge to Shut Down the MAGA Movement

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries took the stage at a progressive conference and sounded less like a lawmaker and more like a man auditioning for a villain monologue.

He said Democrats must not only defeat what he called “MAGA extremists” at the ballot box, but also “break their spirit.” Jeffries added that the moment is one where “MAGA extremists are going to break the country, or we’re going to break them, and our goal is to break them.”

That kind of language is not exactly the stuff of calm civic healing. It is the political version of grabbing a megaphone and yelling, then acting shocked when people hear you yelling.

Republicans quickly jumped on the comments and said Jeffries was speaking about millions of Americans in a hostile way. Edgar Barrios, a spokesman for House Speaker Mike Johnson, said on X that Jeffries wants to “BREAK the spirit” of 77 million Americans and called it violent language.

Republican congressional candidate Christian Maxwell asked why Democrats always sound so “disgustingly violent,” while Minnesota state Rep. Walter Hudson said the remarks showed “malevolence” at the top of the party.

Joe Gruters, chairman of the Republican National Committee, argued that Democrats were interested in revenge rather than serving the public. In plain English, that is not the kind of reaction a party wants when it claims to be the adult in the room.

Spanberger Says She Wants New Rules For Polling Places

Spanberger’s decision to bar ICE from polling stations draws scrutiny

Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger says she will sign an executive order meant to guide election workers if federal agents show up near polling places.

According to reporting on her remarks, the order is supposed to explain how state employees and people helping run Virginia elections should react if federal agents appear where voters are casting ballots.

That may sound calm on paper, but in plain English it means the governor now wants a rulebook for a situation Democrats keep telling us should not be happening in the first place.

The ICE Question Is Hard To Ignore. The odd part is simple. Democrats have spent years insisting that illegal aliens are not voting because federal law forbids it.

So if that is true, why the dramatic rush to keep ICE away from polling places? That is the kind of question that practically answers itself. If there is nothing to see, then why the panic?

The whole thing makes it look like the left is more worried about enforcement than election security, and that is never a good sign for people who still believe voting should be legal, orderly, and transparent.

Nancy Guthrie case Labs still working on DNA

Pima County sheriff says investigators closing in on unidentified DNA in Nancy Guthrie case

More than 100 days after 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie vanished from her Tucson home, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos says crime labs are narrowing in on the identity behind unknown DNA found at her property, and he insists the case is far from cold.

Nanos told People magazine that investigators have been working with multiple laboratories across the country, including the FBI's facility in Quantico, Virginia, to match DNA evidence recovered from the scene. The sheriff expressed confidence that answers are coming, even as the public grows restless and no suspect has been named.

Nancy Guthrie, the mother of NBC's Savannah Guthrie, has been missing since February 1. Police believe she was abducted from her home. Blood spatter was found on her front porch and along the pathway leading to the street.

Investigators released doorbell camera footage showing a masked individual at the property, but that person has never been publicly identified.

As TV Insider reported, the question of whose blood was found, Nancy Guthrie's, her alleged abductor's, or both, remains an open and active part of the investigation.

BLAST Act - bill by Rick Scott and Elizabeth Warren

Sens. Rick Scott, Elizabeth Warren Introduce Bill to Permanently Ban Members of Congress from Lobbying

On May 14, Senators Rick Scott and Elizabeth Warren introduced the Banning Lobbying and Safeguarding Trust (BLAST) Act, to permanently ban former members of the House of Representatives and Senate from lobbying Congress after leaving office.

Senator Rick Scott said, “When politicians use their time in public office to cash in after they leave government, the American people lose. Trust in our institutions is at an all-time low, and the revolving door between Capitol Hill and K Street is a big part of that.

We need to restore the American people’s trust in their government, and that’s why I’m proud to introduce this bipartisan bill to put government clearly back on the side of the people.

Our founders never intended public service to become a training ground for a lifetime of lobbying. Senator Warren and I are working to end this practice once and for all.”

Senator Elizabeth Warren said, “It’s simple: Members of Congress should spend their time in Washington serving the American people, not preparing to cash in big time with a cushy lobbying career after they leave office.

It’s long past time to close the revolving door that’s corrupted our government and destroyed public trust in elected officials. This bipartisan bill is a no-brainer that Congress should pass now.”

The BLAST Act prohibits two types of activity — lobbyist registration and conduct.

The Pulitzer Prize is not what it used to be, run by leftist hacks, but the rot is bigger than one trophy factory.

Mainstream journalism is not what it used to be either. It used to chase facts, challenge power, and fear being wrong. Now it launders narratives, rewards ideological obedience, and hands prizes to outlets that spent years peddling the Russia collusion hoax.

Daniel Street lays out the scandal: Trump asked the Pulitzer Board to rescind the 2018 award to The New York Times and The Washington Post after the story collapsed. Instead, the Board doubled down.

That is not journalism. That is institutional gaslighting. [DANIEL R. STREET]

Trump endorsed candidate in KY wins Primary

Andy Barr wins Kentucky GOP Senate primary

This sets up the November fight for McConnell's seat

Rep. Andy Barr fought his way through an 11-candidate Republican primary in Kentucky to claim the party's nomination for U.S. Senate, a victory that positions the seven-term congressman to replace the longest-serving Republican leader in Senate history.

The seat belongs to retiring Sen. Mitch McConnell. Come November, Barr will face a Democratic opponent for the right to fill it. And the man who helped clear his path through a bruising primary was President Donald Trump, whose late endorsement earlier this month reshaped a race that had no clear frontrunner.

The Kentucky Republican Senate primary drew one of the largest fields of any GOP contest in the country. Barr emerged from the pack, beating former Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron and nine other candidates.

The win hands Trump an ally in a chamber where his legislative agenda, including the stalled SAVE America Act, has run into resistance from members of his own party.

$58 Million Bounty on Trump & Netanyau

Iran Lawmakers Push $58 Million Bounty on Trump

Iran's parliament reportedly is considering a bill calling for the assassination of both President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Iranian lawmakers are preparing to vote on legislation that would formally authorize a $58 million reward for anyone who kills Trump following the February U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran that killed Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, The Telegraph reported Monday.

Ebrahim Azizi, chair of Iran's national security commission, said the proposed bill — titled "Reciprocal action by military and security forces of the Islamic Republic" — would codify what had previously been limited to regime-linked propaganda campaigns and religious fatwas.

The legislation would also target Netanyahu and U.S. Central Command chief Adm. Brad Cooper, whom Tehran blames for the Feb. 28 operation.

Mahmoud Nabavian, another member of Iran's national security commission, reportedly declared that parliament would soon vote on rewards for whoever "sends Mr. Trump and Netanyahu to hell."

The New King of Midterm Spending

The Biggest Donor in the 2026 Midterms Is Not George Soros

George Soros has owned American elections for thirty years – until this cycle.

A Silicon Valley billionaire nobody was watching just moved more money than Soros, Musk, and every Democratic megadonor combined. What he's buying with it affects every race on your ballot in November.

Andreessen Horowitz – the venture capital firm co-founded by Marc Andreessen and Ben Horowitz – is now the single largest known political donor in the 2026 midterm cycle.

The New York Times confirmed it from federal filings. Over $115 million deployed so far.

That puts Andreessen ahead of Soros at nearly $103 million, Elon Musk at $85 million, and Jeff Yass at $81.8 million.

End the Iranian War says 3 Star General

Gen. Kellogg to Newsmax: Trump Should Bring Iran to Its Knees

Retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg told Newsmax on Monday that President Donald Trump should suspend negotiations with Iran and instead move aggressively to choke off Tehran's economy by seizing strategic locations, including Kharg Island.

"I cannot believe how reasonable he's been in this whole process and how measured he's been," Kellogg told "Rob Schmitt Tonight."

Earlier Monday, Trump said he had called off a planned strike against Iran because there was still "a good chance" a deal could be reached, despite the White House rejecting Tehran's latest nuclear proposal as inadequate.

The Iranian proposal included broader language pledging not to pursue a nuclear weapon but did not contain specific commitments to halt uranium enrichment or surrender existing stockpiles of highly enriched uranium.

Kellogg argued the administration should stop negotiating altogether. I certainly agree.

Anti-Weaponization Fund established for benefit of Americans

Trump settles $10 billion IRS lawsuit, secures apology and $1.776 billion fund for Americans targeted by government

President Trump dismissed his $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS on Monday in exchange for a formal government apology and the creation of a $1.776 billion compensation fund open to any American who believes federal agencies were turned against them for political reasons, including, remarkably, Hunter Biden.

The settlement, reported by the New York Post, resolves a case Trump, his sons Don Jr. and Eric, and the Trump Organization filed on January 29 after the government failed to protect their confidential tax returns from being leaked to the New York Times in 2019.

In its place now stands the Justice Department Anti-Weaponization Fund, a board-governed mechanism designed to hear claims, issue apologies, and distribute monetary relief to people who were unfairly targeted by any administration.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche announced the fund's formation Monday with a statement that left little ambiguity about the settlement's purpose.
"The machinery of government should never be weaponized against any American, and it is this Department's intention to make right the wrongs that were previously done while ensuring this never happens again."
Trump and his family receive no compensation from the fund. They get the apology. Everyone else, from January 6 defendants to political targets of prior administrations, gets a place in line.

The deal is not cost-free for the president. Monday's settlement requires Trump to withdraw claims related to the FBI's August 2022 raid on Mar-a-Lago and the FBI investigation into alleged collusion between his 2016 campaign and the Russian government. Those are two of the most politically significant episodes of his first term, and they are now off the table as legal claims.

A spokesman for Trump's legal team framed the trade-off in characteristically forward-looking terms.
"President Trump is entering into this settlement squarely for the benefit of the American people, and he will continue his fight to hold those who wrong America and Americans accountable."
"The point of this isn't to make every January 6-er a millionaire. The point is to compensate, and to give entitled people back some of their dignity and some of what they lost, including money, whether it's for legal fees or other costs associated with what they went through."

China remains America’s biggest adversary on the world stage, and while the May 14–15 summit between President Donald Trump and General Secretary Xi Jinping could lead to some cooperation with China, certain issues—such as drug-trafficking and theft of technology and personal information—must remain non-negotiable.

• “Limited U.S.–China cooperation is acceptable when it advances U.S. interests but must not come at the expense of America’s national security,” write Policy Analyst Andrew Harding and Jeff Smith, director of Heritage’s Asian Studies Center.

• Additionally, America must not give up its strategic edge on AI, which China would use against the United States in the case of a conflict, the authors caution. [Heritage Foundation]

Parents responsible for ther teens violent crimes

Jeanine Pirro demands tougher curfew, warns DC teens and parents face prosecution after Navy Yard Chipotle brawl

Washington, D.C., US Attorney Jeanine Pirro stood before cameras and put the city on notice: teenagers involved in violent mob gatherings, and the parents who let them roam, will face federal prosecution, fines, and jail time.

The warning came after a brawl tore through a Chipotle restaurant in the Navy Yard neighborhood, with video showing youths fighting and hurling chairs inside the business.

"What happened this past Saturday night at Chipotle in the Navy Yard, and what we're seeing increasingly across the district is not only unacceptable, it is violent, it is dangerous, and it is illegal," Pirro said at a press conference, the New York Post reported. "And I am here to tell you it's going to stop."

The incident at the Navy Yard Chipotle was not an isolated flare-up. Pirro described a pattern of "teen takeovers" spreading across the District, violent, chaotic gatherings that have resulted in assaults and property destruction. Her office's response marks a sharp escalation, one that targets not just the juveniles but the adults responsible for them.

Pirro made clear that her office views parental negligence as part of the problem, and intends to treat it as a criminal matter. She invoked federal statutes for contributing to the delinquency of minors, which carry penalties of up to six months in prison.

Democrats nervous about Spencer Pratt

Spencer Pratt got a big endorsement but not in the traditional way

THIS is how you deal with Democrat elitist hypocrites!

The chatter around Spencer Pratt’s campaign for Los Angeles mayor has continued to increase following his strong debate performance and common sense platform.

It appears Pratt’s surge in popularity is making Hollywood nervous. So nervous that they are now starting to attack him in an attempt to stifle his campaign.

The most recent example of this comes from Chelsea Handler, who regurgitates the tired talking points against Pratt in a video posted to social media.

“Oh, hi! If you’re seeing this video, this is a reminder that a straight, white male, reality star that has no previous experience in government should not be a legitimate political candidate,” Handler says.

“Have we learned anything yet?” Handler asked, referring to President Donald Trump. “The bar is on the f*cking floor, people. And I need you to jump over it. Ok, thank you! Have a nice day!”

See Chelsea the w(b)itch with her hate

Spencer Pratt is making a significant surge, closing the gap with Mayor Karen Bass, putting him in a tight contest to secure a spot in the general election runoff.

James Woods sounds off on RINOS, John Thune, Democrats and Republicans

'Worthless piece of [bleep]': Actor James Woods torches Republican leader John Thune as 'treacherous rat'

'Fetterman has done more for the Republican platform than this weasel'

Actor James Woods, who is no stranger to American politics, is now shredding Senate Majority Leader John Thune as a "treacherous rat" and "worthless piece of s***."

In a brief post on X, Woods summed up his thoughts about the South Dakota Republican, saying, "No Trump judges, no voter ID SAVE Act, 50 bills already passed by the house in limbo."

"Pardon my language, but this guy is a worthless piece of s***. He's worse than a grifter Democrat. Fetterman has done more for the Republican platform than this weasel. Treacherous rat."

The comments by Woods caught the attention of Jim Hoft at the Gateway Pundit, who noted: "Senator Thune will not even pass Voter ID to save the country – an issue that that has over 80% support from the public!"

"Who is this treacherous rat really working for? It's NOT the American people and it certainly IS NOT Republican voters. Calling Thune a 'treacherous rat' is being kind."

"I am a devout follower of President Trump, and as a registered Independent will continue to vote with Republicans when they stand behind this great President and act like Republicans again.

Democrats, the ragtag band of con artists and grifters that they are, manage to work together in lockstep, but getting Republicans to accomplish anything is like herding cats. It's absolutely infuriating."

OMG records two Officials trashing Tump

White House officials trashed the President

A senior Trump White House official sat across from one of our undercover journalists on a date in Washington, D.C. He had no idea who she really was. He had no idea our camera was rolling.

And then — to a stranger — he said this:
"We've got to get rid of Trump. He's [expletive] up for everybody."
"He's a madman. Literally infinitely mad. Nothing can stop him. And that's dangerous."
"No one can know how I feel."

Our journalist also went on a date with Maxim Lott — a Special Assistant to President Trump on the White House Domestic Policy Council, working there since February 2025.

Lott described the decision-making inside the Trump White House as "chaotic." He admitted — on camera — that policy decisions are made not from formal analysis, but from what "feels like a good idea." No real cost-benefit math. No "this will cost ten million but save twenty." Just feelings and assumptions about what Trump's base would support.

We have received comments from Benjamin and Maxim. When OMG contacted Ellisten for comment, he sounded flustered and claimed he had “no idea what we’re talking about” before abruptly hanging up the phone. [OMG]

Iran War - Global costs

Iran war saddles global companies with $25 billion bill - and counting

The U.S.-Israeli war with Iran has already cost companies around the world at least $25 billion - and the bill is climbing, according to a Reuters analysis.

A review of corporate statements since the start of the conflict by companies listed in the United States, Europe and Asia offers a sobering look at the fallout. Businesses are grappling with soaring energy prices, fractured supply ‌chains and trade routes severed by Iran's chokehold on the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran's blockade of the Strait of Hormuz - the world's most critical energy chokepoint - has pushed oil prices above $100 a barrel, more than 50% higher than before the war.

The closure has driven up shipping costs, squeezed supplies of raw materials and cut off trade routes vital to the flow of goods. Supplies of fertilizers, helium, aluminium, polyethylene and other key inputs have been hit.

One-fifth of companies in the review - which make everything from cosmetics to tyres and detergent, to cruise operators and airlines - have flagged a financial hit due to the war.

Sunset 5-18-26

Beneath the towering marble monuments and windswept flags of the National Mall in Washington, D.C. the United States began something far larger than a mere political celebration.

America commenced the solemn observance of its 250th birthday with a national act of prayer, gratitude, remembrance, and rededication to the principles that forged this nation from wilderness into world power.

The event titled “Rededicate 250: A National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise and Thanksgiving” is not simply another gathering in the capital city. It is an attempt to restore the spiritual architecture of the American experiment at a moment when the country stands battered by division, cynicism, cultural amnesia, and political warfare.

Like weary travelers returning to the church bells of a familiar hometown after wandering through a storm, thousands gathered today not merely to celebrate America’s existence, but to ask whether the soul of the nation can still be renewed. [Roger Stone]

Resolution--Shared Sacrifice on Government Shutdowns

Senate votes unanimously to withhold members' pay during future government shutdowns

The United States Senate passed a resolution Thursday by unanimous consent to dock senators' pay during any future government shutdown, a move that came only after two record-setting funding lapses left federal workers scrambling and Americans fuming at a Congress that kept cashing its own checks.

The measure, sponsored by Louisiana Republican Sen. John Kennedy, advanced Wednesday with a 99-0 vote before final adoption the following day. Under the resolution, senators' salaries will be held in escrow whenever a shutdown affects one or more federal agencies. The money gets released only after funding is restored.

It is a narrow fix to a broad problem. But for the first time, senators will face at least a taste of the financial disruption they have inflicted on millions of government employees through repeated failures to fund the agencies they oversee.

Kennedy, speaking on the Senate floor, did not mince words. As the Daily Mail reported, the Louisiana senator laid out the record bluntly:
"We ought to hide our heads in a bag. It's got to stop. Shutting down government, it should not be our default solution to our refusal to work out our issues and our differences."

"This is about shared sacrifice. If senators are going to vote to shut down the government and prevent millions of federal workers from getting paid, they ought to have the same skin in the game."

It was Democrats who shut down the government twice...Last year, the majority of the federal government was shut down for 43 days. Then, just three months after that crisis ended, the Department of Homeland Security lost its funding for 76 days. Ridiculous.

Sebastian Gorka speaks out on Tucker Carlson and Right-wing extremists

Counterterrorism Official Sebastain Gorka Mentions Tucker Carlson In ‘Right-Wing Extremism’ Exchange

An ideological fracture inside Donald Trump’s political coalition intensified this past week after a senior Trump counterterrorism adviser publicly suggested that conservative commentator Tucker Carlson had become part of a broader extremism problem facing the political right.

The controversy erupted following comments from Sebastian Gorka, deputy assistant to the president and senior director for counterterrorism on the National Security Council.

During a recent interview, Gorka referenced Tucker Carlson and far-right streamer Nick Fuentes while discussing “right-wing extremism” and domestic terrorism concerns. The remarks quickly triggered backlash across conservative media circles and fueled debate over the future direction of the MAGA movement.

The dispute comes at a sensitive moment for Trump-aligned media personalities, some of whom have openly criticized the administration’s aggressive posture toward Iran and broader foreign policy decisions. Carlson, once one of Trump’s most influential media defenders, has increasingly distanced himself from some administration positions in 2026.

“Let’s come back to right-wing extremism. Do you regard it as a threat at all?” asked Breitbart editor-in-chief Alex Marlow during an interview with Gorka on Friday. “I mean, is there any? I guess that’s the question.

Biden files lawsuit to keep tapes away from the Public

Special Counsel Robert Hur told the world Joe Biden was too mentally impaired to prosecute

Now Biden is filing lawsuits. And he just went to court to keep 70 hours of secret recordings buried before you ever hear a single word.

In 2017, Biden sat down with ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer to work on his memoir Promise Me, Dad. He brought his vice-presidential notebooks. Those notebooks contained classified information – material from Situation Room briefings, the President's Daily Brief, and National Security Council meetings.

Biden read from them out loud, nearly verbatim, on at least three separate occasions. At one point, he told Zwonitzer directly: "I just found all the classified stuff downstairs."

Zwonitzer did not have a security clearance.

Hur's February 2024 report concluded Biden "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials" – then declined to prosecute. His reasoning: Biden would present himself to a jury as a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

Bill Cassidy - Not too smart

Letlow, Fleming Advance to La. Senate Runoff, Cassidy Out

You don't impeach the President and leader of your party and expect to win

Sen. Bill Cassidy was decisively defeated in Saturday’s Republican primary in Louisiana, unable to convince voters that he deserved another term five years after voting to convict President Donald Trump during an impeachment trial over the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

He finished behind U.S. Rep. Julia Letlow, who capitalized on the power of Trump's endorsement as the president continues purging his party of people he views as disloyal, and John Fleming, the state treasurer. Letlow and Fleming will compete in a runoff on June 27.

Cassidy's campaign spent roughly $9.6 million on advertising through May 16, according to the ad-tracking firm AdImpact. And Louisiana Freedom Fund, a super PAC supporting him, was on track to spend $12.3 million.

By comparison Letlow’s campaign, which launched Jan. 20, spent roughly $3.9 million, while a super PAC backing her, the Accountability Project, spent about $6 million.

Fleming's campaign spent about $1.5 million.

“Tonight, at my direction, brave American forces and the Armed Forces of Nigeria flawlessly executed a meticulously planned and very complex mission to eliminate the most active terrorist in the world from the battlefield,” he wrote.

Trump said the military received information from sources about the ISIS leader’s whereabouts in Africa. He also thanked the Nigerian government for its partnership in the operation.

Lake Worth raised electric rates to cope with rising power costs

Lake Worth Beach could cut electric rate under these conditions

Chris Persaud, Palm Beach Post

A fee on Lake Worth Beach electric customers' bills, which city officials raised months ago in the face of an unexpected winter chill, is slowly bringing the city-owned utility out of a six-figure financial hole, fueling hope that the rate can be cut again.

The hike to the utility's power cost adjustment fee netted nearly $271,000 from its nearly 30,000 customers in March, the first month it was in place, a recent report shows. That's the largest amount collected in at least two years.

The utility buys fuel and energy with money it collects through the fee, and it also aims to build savings in case either of surges in energy prices or electricity demand. Lake Worth Beach is Palm Beach County's only city generating its own electricity.

City commissioners approved the increase Jan. 29, anticipating a spike in energy demand due to a giant blast of winter air. But commissioners also voted for the rate hike after data presented to them by utility director Ed Liberty showed energy purchases cost more than the power cost adjustment fee brought in.

The utility spent $1.2 million more than the fee collected during 2025. The power cost adjustment fee in 2025 rose from $24.38 per megawatt in January to $33.96 by the end of year, before reaching $40.96 in March this year. The fee mainly pays for natural gas and solar power.

While Lake Worth Beach gets less of its energy from natural gas compared to other places — about 32% during the first quarter of 2026 vs. 70% for Florida Power & Light Co. in 2025.

Illegal from Mexico committed election fraud

Kansas Mayor’s ICE Detention Shakes Up Town

Jose “Joe” Ceballos-Armendariz, 55, turned himself in to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials at their Wichita office on Wednesday. He is now being held at the ICE-contracted Chase County Jail in Cottonwood Falls and could face deportation proceedings.

Ceballos is a Mexican national who has held a green card since 1990. He also served two terms as mayor of Coldwater, Kansas, a small conservative town in Comanche County with fewer than 700 residents. He was first elected in 2021 and then won re-election in 2025 with 83% of the vote.

The legal trouble became public the day after that re-election, when Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced felony election fraud charges. Court records show that Ceballos voted in multiple elections even though he knew he was not a U.S. citizen. Records also say he admitted during a January citizenship application that he had falsely claimed U.S. citizenship.

In April, Ceballos pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of disorderly election conduct. The plea deal brought a $2,000 fine and one year of probation, but no jail time. He has said he believed his green card allowed him to vote and that he felt “misled” by the plea agreement.

Big Brother Surveilled Bret Baier

Bret Baier is Furious about a $40 Ticket in Beijing and How He Got it Should Terrify Every American

The Chinese Communist Party has built the most suffocating surveillance state in human history.

Now a Fox News crew just experienced it firsthand – and the system caught them before they could even turn off the engine.

Standing outside Haidian Station on Wednesday, Baier pointed to the skyline and counted – at minimum – twenty cameras on a single street corner. Beijing has added 1,500 new cameras just this year alone.

"They see everything," Baier told viewers of Special Report. "There's nobody jaywalking here because they could get a ticket right away."

Then came the moment that made the clip go viral: Baier's own driver parked illegally for two minutes and had a $40 fine on his phone before the crew could even set up a shot.

No officer. No confrontation. No warning.

A December 2025 report from the Austrian Strategic Policy Institute estimated approximately 600 million surveillance cameras operating across China – one of the densest surveillance networks on earth.

The infrastructure runs on a platform called Skynet, which integrates AI facial recognition, real-time traffic enforcement, and a national data-sharing system that feeds law enforcement agencies around the clock. Jaywalkers are photographed and fined automatically.
