Mr. Smith’s warrant, approved by a court at the District of Columbia, covered “information associated with the Twitter account ‘@realDonaldTrump.’” That “information” comprises the “content of all tweets created, drafted, favorited, liked, or retweeted” by Mr. Trump, “including all such deleted tweets.”

Trump leads in Polling

Polls have Trump leading nationally

RealClearPolitics senior elections analyst Sean Trende: As of this writing, Trump leads Biden by 2.6 percentage points nationally in the RealClearPolitics Average. This is Trump’s largest lead in the RCP average to date. Not for 2024, mind you. Ever.

Let’s put this in perspective. In 2016, Trump led Hillary Clinton for all of five days in the national RCP Average, each of those days in the immediate aftermath of the Republican convention. He led in 29 polls taken over the course of the entire campaign, 10 of which are recorded in the RCP averages as Los Angeles Times/USC tracking polls.

In 2020, Trump never led Biden in the national RCP Average. He briefly closed to within four points in early January of 2020, but that is it. He led in five polls all cycle.

So, counting the L.A. Times tracker as a single poll, Trump led in a total of 24 national polls. This cycle? He’s led in that many since mid-September. He’s led in more polls in the past three weeks than he did against Biden in all of 2019-2020.

In other words, analyzing this election correctly isn’t just a matter of giving lip service to the notion that Trump can win this election. The correct position right now is that Trump is better positioned in the polls to win this election than any GOP nominee since at least 2004. Not only that, he habitually over-performs his polls.

Frankly, if you are willing to set favorites this far out, you should almost certainly declare Donald Trump the favorite. And I do believe in polls!

A train carrying possibly hundreds of migrants was spotted in Mexico, heading towards the U.S. border, as the number of people trying to enter the United States continues to soar.

The incident took place in central Mexico, as a BNSF Railway train departed from Irapuato, Guanajuato, a city located approximately 200 miles northwest of Mexico City. The train's route includes stops in Torreon, Monterey, and Piedras Negras, a border city across from Eagle Pass, Texas.

At least according to the director of the Air Marshal National Council, Sonya LaBosco, who told Fox News that the Travel and Security Administration (TSA) has requested that air marshals track individuals who traveled to the Capitol region on the day of the protest.

LaBosco said that the only missions air marshals are currently conducting are either focused on illegal immigration or “following the January 2021 people.”

LaBosco said, “We’re not doing our regular missions where we’re out there looking for the bad guys, so right now on most flights, you’re not going to have air marshals.”

The memo goes so far that border agents are prevented by DHS from assuming the gender of an illegal immigrant, and must use gender-neutral terminology until they ascertain the person’s preferred pronouns.

Lake Worth Beach man killed on Saturday

Palm Beach Post: A 79-year-old Lake Worth Beach man who may have had a medical incident as he drove was killed Saturday afternoon after he lost control of his car and crashed into a parked car in a city driveway, police said Sunday.

Romero Cortez was heading northbound on North Dixie Highway in Lake Worth Beach just after 2 p.m. Saturday when he made a wide eastbound turn onto Columbia Drive, crashing his 2019 Chevrolet Impala into a 2014 Toyota Corolla occupied by a 29-year-old Westlake man that was parked on the north side of the street, a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office report said.

The Westlake man sustained minor injuries, deputies said.

Cortez headed back into the road, then hit the curb and climbed onto the sidewalk, deputies said, striking a 2014 Ford Edge owned by a 73-year-old Lake Worth Beach man that had been parked in the driveway at 327 Columbia Drive.

Rescue workers took Cortez to JFK Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Cortez "may have suffered a medical episode" while driving, the report said.

Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott is one of the most well-known Governors in the country.

Abbott catapulted onto the national spotlight by sending busloads of illegal aliens to Democrat-led sanctuary cities and leading efforts at the state level to secure the border.

The border has become a top issue for voters after Biden opened the door to a record-breaking number of illegal aliens on his first day in office.

More than six million illegal aliens have entered the country under Joe Biden.

According to Trump advisor Stephen Miller, a second term in the White House would see an administration that builds detention facilities to house illegal aliens until their deportation date by using repurposed military funds.

Trump would also bring back his successful border security policies from his first time in office as well as practicing a policy of “coercive diplomacy” toward foreign countries.

In North Dakota, a Chinese firm known as Fufeng Group purchased 200 acres of farmland. They also purchased a corn mill. Citizens in the area were very concerned about these purchases and what they would do with them since there were just 20 minutes from an Air Force base.

I’ll admit that this is highly suspect and personally, I don’t know that I would have sold the properties to them. If we’re ever to be infiltrated by China, it would be something like this that would start the whole thing.

But what’s really even more troubling about this whole situation is that a woman posted about it on social media and in that post she included a paragraph from the Declaration of Independence. Apparently, this was enough to catch the interest of the local police as well as the FBI and they decided to pay this woman a visit.

“We have petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Depotism (oppressive absolute power), it is our right, OUR DUTY, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for our future Security.” (The word “their” (the people) replaced with “our”).”

Former President Donald Trump received some good news this week when one of this allies won a special election.

According to The Hill, Republican candidate Celeste Maloy defeated Democratic state Sen. Kathleen Riebe in Utah's 2nd Congressional District on Tuesday.

Maloy says she "ready to get to work on 'The People's' business."

The race was called after Republican Rep. Chris Stewart chose to step down from his seat due to concerns over his wife's health. The Hill noted that Maloy previously served as chief legal counsel in Stewart’s congressional office.

Trump won but he's appealing the Liberal/Biased Judge's opinion

Trump Appeals Colorado Case He Won

The ballot case in Colorado, Anderson v. Griswold, No. 2023CV32577, landed in Trump’s favor, but Trump and the plaintiffs are both appealing the case on different grounds.

Trump’s legal team is upset about “unsupported” findings by the judge in the official ruling of the case.

The ruling in the case fell in Trump’s favor, as he will be permitted to add his name to the ballot, which was the major issue at hand.

However, in the ruling, the judge made some comments that did not sit very well with Trump’s legal team, as she basically convicted him of insurrection, even though Trump has not been charged with that crime in any of his cases.

The Judge made an unfounded opinion when she said that she found that Trump did in fact "engage in insurrection" on Jan. 6 and rejected his attorneys' arguments that he was simply engaging in free speech. Normally, that would be enough to disqualify him under Section 3, but she said she couldn't do so for a presidential candidate.

How dare a Judge give an opinion such as this that Trump engaged in an insurrection? This has NOT been proven in a court of law.

Biden watched a movie about world governments trying to get their hands on AI so they can control the world. It was not about the dangers of AI, it was about the dangers of a government using AI to control the world

Biden created an Executive Order requiring companies developing AI to report directly to the government. The order is an initial step that is meant to ensure that AI is trustworthy and helpful, rather than deceptive and destructive. The order — which will likely need to be augmented by congressional action — seeks to steer how AI is developed so that companies can profit without putting public safety in jeopardy.

In a recent alarming incident, Yemen’s Houthi terrorists captured a massive 620-foot cargo ship in the Red Sea, with shocking footage of the event released on Monday. The video features Houthi fighters jumping from a helicopter onto the ship and taking all 25 crew members hostage.

The owner of the ship, Galaxy Leader, confirmed that their vessel was “illegally boarded by military personnel via a helicopter”. After the hostile takeover, all communications with the vessel were lost. While the company refrained from commenting on the political or geopolitical situation, it expressed deep concern for the safety and security of its crew members.

During this interview he refers to the local Arabs who left the area to allow the armies of Arab countries (Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan) to exterminate the Jews and take their lands and property. This was the war that the Arabs declared on the one-day-old state of Israel in 1948, known as Israel's War of Independence.

While Israel agreed to the UN partition plan and called for peace, the Arabs rejected it because they wanted to genocide the Jews and take their lands. Arab countries are the ones who called on the local Arabs to leave in order to allow the systematic extermination of the local Jews.

They openly declared their intention to "push the Jews into the sea". Against all odds, Israel won and now the Arabs who call themselves "Palestinians" who immigrated to the neighboring countries still claim that the all of lands of Israel should belong to them.

ABC News then unearthed a black-and-white photo from DeSantis’ Harvard Law School yearbook, showing him holding a sign while campaigning for Romney in 2002. The headline of the ABC News article suggested that DeSantis was being dishonest about not knowing Romney.

A little-known surveillance program tracks more than a trillion domestic phone records within the United States each year, according to a letter WIRED obtained that was sent by US Senator Ron Wyden to the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Sunday, challenging the program’s legality.

According to the letter, a surveillance program now known as Data Analytical Services (DAS) has for more than a decade allowed federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to mine the details of Americans’ calls, analyzing the phone records of countless people who are not suspected of any crime, including victims.

Using a technique known as chain analysis, the program with ATT, targets not only those in direct phone contact with a criminal suspect but anyone with whom those individuals have been in contact as well.

I think we need a cause most people in Lake worth or West Palm can get behind---that Families have a RIGHT to buy a home in a "neighborhood" that is culturally or socioeconomically aligned with their own backgrounds and general behaviors.

• 1. It is fair to say that bad neighborhoods DO EXIST, and these typically involved many criminals living within these areas and preying on their neighbors. Obvious examples exist in Lake Worth and can be validated by the Sheriff's office.

• 2. It is fair to say that a mother and father have a Moral DUTY to attempt to have a HOME in a neighborhood that is low in crime, and high in good moral values.

o Families have a right to buy a home in an area where there are cultures known to be homogeneous or non-competitive with their own. This is reactive to our knowledge that there are cultures that believe in destroying other cultures, such as Hamas or Palestinian cultures which have shown they believe it is good to attack Jewish or Israeli people or cultures. Similarly, this relates to a low-class criminal, believing that it is good to target a specific race or neighborhood as ideal to steal from.

o Good mothers and fathers have a duty to their children to attempt to AVOID neighborhoods where such criminal and anti-cultural crimes take place, and Towns SHOULD BE HELD LIABLE for actions by the town and its law enforcement, that would obviously degrade a good neighborhood that families have “bought into” with life savings or major financial commitments, in order to protect the future of their children and family in general.

3. Neighborhoods should have attorneys and funds raised to pursue this form of legal protection.

• 4. We could call this a "Reverse Gentrification Lawsuit," where bad actions -- or NO Actions by a Town, can be shown to destroy personal investments and to be destructive to the culture and family protections provided by good neighborhoods.

• 5. We need to assert that families have a right to live in good neighborhoods if they can afford to and that families have a right to desire to live in a safe, low crime neighborhood with other people holding similar American cultural values.

o This suggests that an influx of illegal aliens into a “good neighborhood” from a nation that is either collectivist, or counter-culture (with piracy as a preferred way of life), is something that a Town, City or State has an absolute duty to protect against. The duty of the Government is to keep legal families living in good neighborhoods, safe; This duty is a Categorical Imperative, while the “obligation” to find a place for displaced aliens or the Homeless is a lesser duty, and one that is eliminated when it conflicts with the Categorical Imperative Duty of protecting good American neighborhoods.

o Allowing tent cities and homeless encampments in good neighborhoods violates the implied duty of government to protect good neighborhoods from crime and against reverse gentrification.
