'MASSIVE!' Feds indict SPLC for using donor money to pay white supremacists to stage 'hate crimes'

A federal grand jury in Alabama has delivered an 11-count indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center, the now-scandal ridden activist group that came to fame by suing Ku Klux Klan organizations into bankruptcy.

Its next agenda was to incorrectly describe those with beliefs it disliked, Christians with pro-life and traditional marriage views, as "hate" organizations.

The U.S. Department of Justice announced indictment against Southern Poverty Law Center ("SPLC"). The indictment alleges SPLC secretly funneled MORE THAN $3 MILLION in funds to members of white supremacist and extremist groups.

"The SPLC is a nonprofit entity that purports to fight white supremacy and racial hatred by reporting on extremist groups and conducting research to inform law enforcement groups with the goal of dismantling these groups," Todd Blanche, acting attorney general, confirmed.

"The SPLC was not dismantling these groups. It was instead manufacturing the extremism it purports to oppose by paying sources to stoke racial hatred." The charges include six counts of wire fraud, four counts of bank fraud and one count of conspiracy.

FBI Severed Ties: In October 2025, FBI Director Kash Patel severed ties with the SPLC, labeling it a "partisan smear machine" that used its "hate map" to defame mainstream groups. The SPLC lists Act for America as a hate group.

I mean, isn’t that just sick? Someone trusted to teach children viewed the violent murder of a 31-year-old father as cause for celebration. But Florida, and Gov. Ron DeSantis, isn’t having any of this disgustingness.

When teachers publicly celebrate political assassination, they’re not just expressing an opinion … they’re normalizing barbarism. They’re telling our children, through their actions, that violence is acceptable when directed at people you disagree with.

A Mayday USA Christian prayer event in Seattle’s Cal Anderson Park was violently disrupted by counter-protesters, leading to over 30 arrests and injuries to both attendees and police.

Democrat Mayor Bruce Harrell faced backlash for blaming the peaceful worshipers and launching his own probe into the event’s permit, while left-wing groups accused police of inciting the violence.

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino announced a federal investigation under Director Kash Patel into alleged targeted attacks on Christians, framing it as a First Amendment protection effort.

Mayday USA’s event drew hundreds of members of Antifa and other left-wing activists to counter the prayer event. Violence broke out when Antifa and others began to attack the Christians at the event.

“Today’s far-right rally was held here for this very reason – to provoke a reaction by promoting beliefs that are inherently opposed to our city’s values in the heart of Seattle’s most prominent LGBTQ+ neighborhood,” Mayor Harrell said.

(It just so happened they were Black like Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis and Letitia James...Trump would have described them the same way if they were White) You've attacked black journalists, calling them a 'loser,' saying the questions that they are asking are, quote, 'stupid and racist.' You've had dinner with a white supremacist at your Mar-a-Lago resort. (Kanye West was invited to Mar-A-Lago and brought a friend, Nick Fuentes with him. Trump did not invite him nor did he know anything about him...the reporter should have known that). So, my question, sir, now that you are asking black supporters to vote for you, why should black voters trust you after you have used language like that?" said ABC News correspondent Rachel Scott.

Trump responded, "Well, first of all, I don't think I've ever been asked a question in such a horrible manner. The first question. You don't even say, 'Hello, how are you?'"

According to Fox News, Kash Patel, former Pentagon chief of staff under Trump, testified that he had requested 10,000 National Guard troops to be on standby ahead of the Jan. 6 protest. But lo and behold, his testimony didn’t make it into the committee’s interim report. I mean, why would they include something as trivial as the truth, right?

Patel even shared his frustration with Sean Hannity on Fox News. He said, “I testified for four hours and they used two lines from my testimony, and they left out the most critical part, which was that President Trump and the Secretary of Defense offered up to 10,000 National Guard troops two days before January 6.”
