Trump booked at Fulton County jail after charges stemming from 2020 election probe
He was FINGERPRINTED, mugshot taken
Dem Fani couldn't wait to release it. “The purpose of a mug shot is when you don’t recognize someone, you think there’s a flight risk,” Habba told Fox News. “This man is the most famous person in the world, the leading [Republican] candidate right now.”
Trump is back on Twitter--The post received 200,100 likes and 7.1 million views after just 24 minutes. As of the time of this report, President Trump has 86.5 million followers on the Twitter/X platform.

The court had set Trump’s bail at $200,000. He was quickly processed and released.
The jail records stated that Trump stands at 6 feet, 3 inches and 215 pounds. The records state he has "Blond or Strawberry" hair and blue eyes.
I am sure that Fani Wills assumed he weighed 280 lbs and wanted to humiliate him further.
Shocking Political Charges: Review of Constitutional Violations
In a significant development, Special Counsel Jack Smith has issued an indictment against former President Donald Trump, accusing him of multiple felonies related to his alleged role in challenging the results of the 2020 presidential election.
The indictment, announced on Tuesday, includes several weighty charges, one of which carries a possible penalty of death.
The primary charge under scrutiny is 18 U.S.C § 241, commonly known as “Conspiracy Against Rights.”
How it officially reads:
§241. Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured-
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Trump says he will appoint 'special prosecutor' to go after 'entire Biden crime family' if elected
Former President Donald Trump was criminally indicted last week by President Joe Biden's Justice Department, by way of Special Counsel Jack Smith, in relation to his alleged mishandling of government documents after leaving the White House in 2021.
Trump, the leading 2024 Republican candidate, vowed on Monday to appoint a "special prosecutor" of his own to go after "the entire Biden crime family" if he is re-elected as president next year.
That message from former President Trump came in the form of one of his increasingly typical all-caps posts to his Truth Social account Monday morning -- which has been changed to normal capitalization for ease of reading.
Former Asst. U.S. Attorney Takes Apart Trump Case and Raises Some Important Questions
There’s a Twitter thread from Will Scharf that makes some interesting points that are not being picked up by the media. 6 points on his thread
Scharf is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney who worked on two Supreme Court confirmations and clerked for two federal appellate judges. He’s also running for Missouri Attorney General. Like many, he thought the prosecution against the former president was “outrageous.”
Point #2: Classification and National Defense Information
I want to reiterate this point because it’s really important:
Just because something is classified—even Top Secret, SCI, NOFORN, FISA, pick your alphabet soup—does not mean that it is National Defense Information (NDI) within the meaning of the Espionage Act.
NDI, for the purposes of an Espionage Act § 793(e) prosecution, is defined as one of a long list of items “relating to the national defense which information the possessor had reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation.”
A lot of the documents listed in the indictment are older, or seemingly random. Would Trump in 2022 have had reason to know that a 2019 briefing document “related to various foreign countries, with handwritten annotation in black marker” could harm the US or help foreign countries?
Tough to say, because we can’t see the documents, but that’s a question the jury is going to have to decide in the end, and Trump’s legal team needs to drive home this point over and over again:
Classification is not dispositive in this case.
Harm to America or benefit to foreign countries is the standard.
Anyone who has worked around government knows that over-classification is a huge problem. A ton of documents end up being classified because of arcane technical rules that may not reflect the real world.
If the president were to ask the Navy what’s for lunch for the next week at Coronado, for example, I’ll bet you the answer comes back with a classification marker on it.
Not everything classified constitutes NDI. Focus on the actual legal standards and statutory language, not a bunch of scary looking all caps acronyms.
Biden’s Reaction to Trump Arraignment Just Might Make Your Blood Boil
"I have to admit, having covered Joe Biden now for quite a while, I don’t know who could have ever considered this man a “nice man” — the common lie that was spread when he was running for office.
He’s nasty, he’s got a short temper, he strikes out at anyone who challenges him, and he constantly lies, including on things that could cause serious harm to our nation, like lying about the Chinese spy balloon not having collected any intelligence. According to a new report, they were able to get intel, they were over several sensitive locations and they were able to send it back to Beijing in real time.
He gets a charge out of his people throwing the media out of the room when they try to ask him questions during a meeting/photo op event and treating the media like dirt as his people are doing it. “Don’t get hurt as you’re leaving,” Biden sniped at them as his people were pushing them out of the room last week. Then he laughed and smirked. I think, for him, it’s evidence of the power that he thinks he has." [republicandaily]
I can't get over the fact he does not have one line on his face or wrinkles.
Trump Lawyer Opposes Release of Mugshot: ‘It’s Not Going to Help Anything’
After his indictment for alleged hush money payments, Trump is expected to surrender himself to the Manhattan district attorney’s office on today for processing, when he will be fingerprinted, photographed, and read his Miranda rights. The arraignment hearing is then scheduled for 2:15 p.m. at the New York County Supreme Court.
When asked if there should be cameras in the courtroom during Trump’s trial, one of the former president’s attorneys, Alina Habba, stated that she is not against the notion.
Habba, who has represented Trump on other issues, stated that the former president’s mugshot should remain confidential because he is running for president in 2024.
Mugshots are for people so that you recognize who they are. He is the most recognized face in the world, let alone the country right now, so there’s no need for that. There’s no need for the theatrics,” she said.
