The Two Tiers of Justice

Grassley Shook The Senate Floor: Slams FBI For Redacting Unclassified Docs To Cover For Biden

Senator Chuck Grassley raised some concerns regarding the investigation of Joe and Hunter Biden’s potential bribery charges. During his address on the Senate floor, Grassley mentioned the FBI document with a FD-1023 title that was presented to the House Oversight Committee last Thursday, which he also had the privilege to review.

As per the FD-1023, it brings to light that the foreign national who may have bribed the Biden family, possess 17 audio recordings. The document states that this foreign national held 15 audio recordings of the phone conversations between him and Hunter Biden, and two of the recordings had the phone conversation between the foreign national and then-Vice President Joe Biden.

As most of the sentences were blocked out while the committee was reviewing it, it appeared to be that the FBI had certain details on the document blocked out to reduce transparency on the case. Grassley raised a good question as to why Special Counsel Jack Smith needed a recording from the former President Trump, while what has been done about the audio recordings related to the Biden family?

Biden Accused of Taking $5M Bribe, According to FBI Document

Biden Accused of Taking $5M Bribe, According to FBI Document

So, why the cover-up? The FD-1023 has now been reviewed by the Oversight Committee

President Joe Biden has been accused of taking a $5 million bribe from an executive of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, according to a Fox News report on Thursday. Biden’s son, Hunter, sat on the board of the gas firm.

The accusation was described by a “confidential human source” in a June 2020 interview with the FBI, according to Fox, and comes from the contents of the FBI’s FD-1023 form. The document alleges that Joe Biden was paid by Burisma in a criminal bribery scheme to influence U.S. foreign policy in 2015 and 2016 when he was vice president.

The FBI source described how a Burisma executive bribed the Bidens to get access to U.S. oil while Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin was investigating the company. The executive, according to the FBI source, wanted to pay Biden and his son $5 million each.

“$5 million for one Biden, $5 million for the other Biden,” the executive said, according to the FBI source. The source believed these payments to both Bidens eventually occurred “through so many different bank accounts.”

FBI facing allegations of weaponization

FBI Director Confirms Existence of Document Alleging Biden Engaged in Bribery

The FBI has still failed to hand over the document to the Oversight Committee, prompting further threats of contempt of Congress charges

FBI Director Christopher Wray has confirmed the existence of a document alleging that President Joe Biden engaged in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national according to Republicans on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee.

In a Twitter post, the panel announced that Wray had told them the document was real and offered to let them review it, but has failed to produce the document for the Oversight Committee as a whole.

“If the FBI fails to hand over the FD-1023 form as required by the subpoena, [Comer] will begin contempt of Congress proceedings.”

FBI Contempt of Congress on Horizon?

Comer Puts Dollar Amount On Alleged Biden ‘Bribery’ Scheme

In a letter sent Wednesday to FBI Director Christopher Wray, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) revealed more specific terms for the bureau to find a record he demanded in a subpoena with a deadline that passed two weeks ago.

An FD-1023 simply documents an interview with a source and does not in itself indicate any suspicions of wrongdoing.

A particular FD-1023 form, according to Comer, may reference some variant of “five million” and “June 30, 2020.” “These terms relate to the date on the FD-1023 form and its reference to the amount of money the foreign national allegedly paid to receive the desired policy outcome,” he wrote.

The newly revealed date lands on the calendar about two weeks after Ukrainian officials announced there had been a $5 million bribe aimed at ending an investigation into the founder of Burisma Holdings, the same Ukrainian gas company at which Biden’s son, Hunter, served on the board for several years.
