Ted Cruz speaks out on El-Sayed and Muslim Brotherhood

Islamic Communist Abdul El-Sayed Set To Keynote Islamic Society Of North America’s 2026 Convention

This is despite The Group’s Ties To A Hamas Financing Case

ISNA's Questionable Ties Raise Questions About El-Sayed's Speaking Appearance

The convention’s own website lists El-Sayed as a keynote speaker alongside Dearborn Mayor Abdullah Hammoud, Cenk Uygur, and Dalia Mogahed. The Islamic Society of North America has a documented history connected to the 2008 Holy Land Foundation terrorism-financing trial and a connection to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) made explosive claims during a Senate Judiciary Subcommittee hearing examining the alleged influence of the Muslim Brotherhood network in the United States.

During his remarks, Cruz argued that 'behind El-Sayed's political rise sits a much older and more entrenched institutional network,' raising questions about what he described as the broader influence of organizations allegedly linked to the Muslim Brotherhood.
