California taxpayers unknowingly funding prison tablet porn under Newsom

California under Gavin Newsom has spent hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on electronic tablets for prisoners, all in the name of rehab, connection, and digital equity.

That sounds nice on paper, the kind of language that makes bureaucrats nod like they just solved civilization. But the real-world result, according to reports, is a mess that has taxpayers shaking their heads again.

Instead of a clean success story, the state appears to have handed out high-tech toys to convicted criminals while ordinary Californians keep paying more and getting less.

Reports say inmates found the obvious use fast...PORN.

Fox 11 in Los Angeles reported that some death row inmates have used the tablets to watch pornography and carry on lewd conversations. One inmate, Robert Maury, a serial rapist and murderer, allegedly said he used his taxpayer-funded tablet to view porn and send nude images.

Others reportedly used video chat tools to get someone on the outside to play porn on a television for them. If you were hoping the system would be used for algebra homework and polite book clubs, well, that dream lasted about five minutes.

Criminals with free electronics apparently did what criminals do when given a loophole and a screen.

America Legal Files Lawsuit against Government

WASHINGTON, D.C. – America First Legal (AFL) filed a lawsuit against the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) for illegally concealing records such as resumes of radical political appointees within the agency.

This is part of AFL’s ongoing effort to uncover exactly who is implementing the Biden-Harris agenda across the federal bureaucracy. AFL has filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and lawsuits to obtain these records to publish on the Woke Wagon, an interactive resume and records database.

The Justice40 Initiative is the Biden-Harris Administration’s goal that 40 percent of the overall benefits of certain federal climate, clean energy, affordable and sustainable housing, and other investments flow to disadvantaged communities that are marginalized by under-investment and overburdened by pollution.

So far, it has secured approximately $613 billion in funds for more than 500 programs across 19 federal agencies.

"So-called 'equity' has infected and affected every facet of the federal government, including at the Biden-Harris CEQ. And CEQ, in turn, has helped to further infect other agencies in the executive branch, like FEMA, by creating a so-called ‘Environmental Justice Scorecard’ and a ‘Climate and Economic Justice Screening Tool’ — which are being used to radically transform the federal government into an ‘equity’ cult that elevates race and sex above need.

Federal Court Just Handed Biden Another Major Blow

A blow to Biden's EQUITY AGENDA

The Biden administration suffered a big defeat in federal court recently, after a lawsuit challenged the constitutionality of their new Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA).

Created as part of the Infrastructure Act in November 2021, the MBDA is a federal agency dedicated to helping only certain preferred racial groups with grants, training, consulting, government contracts, and other benefits. But in a ruling from Judge Mark Pittman, a Trump appointee based in Fort Worth, Texas, the court held that the MBDA cannot discriminate based on race, striking down the Biden administration’s so-called “equity agenda.”

In his ruling, Judge Pittman delivered a remedial lesson in civics to the administration: “The Constitution demands equal treatment under the law.” His ruling goes against a “whole of government” approach by President Biden criticizing police brutality and racial bias and requiring all his agencies to “affirmatively advance[e] equity.”
