Federal Court Just Handed Biden Another Major Blow

A blow to Biden's EQUITY AGENDA

The Biden administration suffered a big defeat in federal court recently, after a lawsuit challenged the constitutionality of their new Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA).

Created as part of the Infrastructure Act in November 2021, the MBDA is a federal agency dedicated to helping only certain preferred racial groups with grants, training, consulting, government contracts, and other benefits. But in a ruling from Judge Mark Pittman, a Trump appointee based in Fort Worth, Texas, the court held that the MBDA cannot discriminate based on race, striking down the Biden administration’s so-called “equity agenda.”

In his ruling, Judge Pittman delivered a remedial lesson in civics to the administration: “The Constitution demands equal treatment under the law.” His ruling goes against a “whole of government” approach by President Biden criticizing police brutality and racial bias and requiring all his agencies to “affirmatively advance[e] equity.”

The conservative watchdog group America First Legal Foundation has filed a massive Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to determine if the IRS is about to order more audits of White and Asian taxpayers to achieve “equity” with the number of audits ordered on Black taxpayers.

In case you’re late to the game, equity is the Critical Race Theory (Marxism) buzzword that describes the insane proposition that any difference in outcomes between racial or ethnic groups is because of injustices baked into the system. Of course, to buy this, you have to agree that people with agency don’t exist, and that we are all part of racial or ethnic groups and bound to those groups in all endeavors.

"The Palm Beach County School Board voted 6-1 to spend three thousand dollars on sending radical leftist and District 2 school board member Alexandria Ayala, to an NSBA Equity Symposium, despite being warned again by the DeSantis administration about their ‘equity’ policy.

NSBA stands for National School Board Association, and it’s to the left of Che Guevara.

Every school board in the state has been warned not to violate state law.

Biden Administration to Peddle Crack Pipes to Addicts in the Name of ‘Racial Equity’

In an effort to help “underserved communities” the Biden administration will distribute crack pipes to addicts in an effort to help make doing drugs safer.

The Washington Free Beacon reports:

The $30 million grant program, which closed applications Monday and will begin in May, will provide funds to nonprofits and local governments to help make drug use safer for addicts. Included in the grant, which is overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services, are funds for “smoking kits/supplies.”

A spokesman for the agency told the Washington Free Beacon that these kits will provide pipes for users to smoke crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and “any illicit substance.”

And that's what they're talking about in Boynton Beach where their commission voted to create an executive position--Director of Equity that will pay $$238,000 in salary and perks.

Their bent out of shape belief that we were all f-d-up and unfair towards people of race started with the criminal George Floyd. Everyone should be making the same and have the same opportunities as Whites qualified or not. Of course, all citizens have the exact same opportunities in this country, whether believed or not by the Alt-Left Boynton Beach Commission.

Now Boynton and other Left-wing cities are going back to racial profiling and Affirmative Action, which promtoes discrimination in reverse and reinforces stereotypes.

I have always said that politics starts at the local level. It is imperative that we vote in conservatives to city and county commissions in order to save our country..

Biden releases ‘gender equity’ plan that calls for eliminating cash bail

Fox News reports: President Biden’s plan to promote gender equity includes a proposal to eliminate cash bail for suspects, despite a rise in violent crime across the country. “We are also committed to increasing federal oversight and accountability for police departments and prosecutors’ offices to address systemic misconduct, including gender bias and sexual misconduct,” reads part of a 42-page White House report entitled the National Strategy on Gender Equity and Equality.

“And we will work to end cash bail and reform our pretrial system, recognizing the harm these processes cause, particularly for Black women and families.”

Who is really running this funny farm? Do they have anything to talk about other than a false narrative of racial discrimination, you know, the racism that Omari Hardy promotes every day to divide our country?

School board re-thinking its position

"Equity, as you are calling it, is a political view and it is racist," said a parent.

The “Equity Statement” posted on the school district’s website, reads in part:

The School District of Palm Beach County is committed to dismantling racism and other systems of oppression and inequity. We will create equitable and inclusive schools that ensure students have what they need to be successful in school and life.

Achieving racial equity requires proactive and continuous investment in historically marginalized groups who have endured centuries of systemic oppression. The School District of Palm Beach County is committed to dismantling structures rooted in white advantage and transforming our system by hearing and elevating under-represented voices, sharing power, recognizing and eliminating bias, and redistributing resources to provide equitable outcomes. … (emphasis added)

The School District of Palm Beach County acknowledges the existence of—and will eliminate—systems, processes, and mindsets that perpetuate race, ethnicity, poverty, disability, language status, undocumented status, religious affiliation, gender identity, and sexual orientation as predictors of achievement.
