Artificial Intelligence generating nude photos

Apple, Google Caught Pushing Deepfake Apps

Apple and Google are under fire after a report said both companies were helping people find apps that can generate sexualized AI images from ordinary photos. The concern is not just about adults being targeted. The report says kids could run into this stuff too.

According to 9to5Mac, citing findings published in January by the Tech Transparency Project, both the Apple App Store and Google Play were helping users find apps that create deepfake nude images of women. The report said the stores were also promoting some of these apps and even autocompleting search terms tied to them.

The issue centered on searches like “nudify,” “undress,” and “deepnude.” The Tech Transparency Project said about 40 percent of the top 10 apps that appeared in those searches could “render women nude or scantily clad.”

These apps can take one normal photo and one sexual image, then blend them into a fake image that sexualizes the person in the original picture.

9to5Mac also said it reached out to one app developer, who replied that they “had no idea it was capable of producing such extreme content.”

Apple Finally Does the Right Thing—Sort Of

Apple Finally Drops ICE-Tracking App After Trump DOJ Pushback

Well, well, well. After years of letting their platform host apps that practically gift-wrap information for illegal immigrants, Apple has finally removed ICEBlock, the so-called “tracking” app that warned people whenever Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were nearby.

Let’s be real—this app should have never made it through Apple’s approval process to begin with. But after a nudge from Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Trump DOJ, Apple pulled the plug. Props where they’re due: they acted fairly quickly once pressure mounted. But the fact that it took political intervention to protect law enforcement is the real headline here.

Pam Bondi and the DOJ Put Safety First

Attorney General Pam Bondi wasn’t having it. She contacted Apple directly and demanded they remove ICEBlock, making it crystal clear that this wasn’t some harmless “safety app.”

Bondi said it was designed to put ICE agents at risk simply for doing their jobs, and she’s absolutely right. We’re talking about men and women risking their lives to enforce U.S. law, only to be hunted through push notifications like they’re fugitives.

Bondi’s move shows the kind of leadership we haven’t seen in years—cut through the excuses, put law enforcement first, and draw a red line against violence.

Apple investing in Artificial Intelligence in the U.S.

Apple Plans Texas Factory for AI Servers, 20,000 Research Jobs

Apple said on Monday it plans to help bring online a quarter-million-square-foot factory in Texas by 2026 to build artificial intelligence servers and will add about 20,000 research and development jobs across the U.S.

Apple said that it plans to spend $500 billion in the United States over the next four years.

That figure includes everything from purchases from U.S. suppliers to U.S. filming of television shows and movies for its Apple TV+ service. The company declined to say how much of the figure it was already planning to spend with its existing U.S. supply base, which includes firms such as Corning, which makes glass for iPhones in Kentucky.

Apple Chief Executive Tim Cook announced the plan with a post on X.
As a proud American company, we're thrilled to continue to make significant investments in the US. Today, we’re announcing a $500 billion commitment to support American innovation, advanced manufacturing, and high tech job creation.

Apple, Inc. got caught using illegal aliens

Apple Inc (AAPL.O) will pay $25 million to settle claims by the U.S. Department of Justice

the company illegally favored immigrant workers over U.S. citizen and green card holders for certain jobs, the agency said on Thursday.

The Justice Department in a statement said Apple did not recruit U.S. citizens or permanent residents for jobs that were eligible for a federal program allowing employers to sponsor immigrant workers for green cards, in violation of a federal law that bars discrimination based on citizenship.

The settlement is the largest ever for the Justice Department involving claims of discrimination based on citizenship, the agency said. It requires Apple to pay $6.75 million in civil penalties and $18.25 million to an unspecified number of affected workers.

Apple in a statement said it had "unintentionally not been following the DOJ standard."

“We have implemented a robust remediation plan to comply with the requirements of various government agencies as we continue to hire American workers and grow in the U.S.," the company said.

Tucker Suggests Apple, American News Media Is ‘Covering’ For The CCP

Apple is covering for the CCP

"Fox News host Tucker Carlson criticized Apple and American news outlets Tuesday, saying they were 'covering' for the Chinese Communist Party.

Protests erupted in China following a deadly blaze in a high-rise building that killed 10 people. Locked doors and other COVID-19 mitigation measures reportedly trapped people inside the burning building, the BBC eported.

Virtually no American media outlets acknowledged that that happened and that’s pretty weird if you think about it. On top of that, earlier this month, Apple did the bidding of the Chinese government to crush domestic protests against the communist party there. Apple did this by disabling its permanent AirDrop feature in China. So far only in China.”

Whitehouse monitoring Elon Musk's Twitter actions

FOX Business' Maria Bartiromo, Dagen McDowell and Strategic Wealth Partners CEO Mark Tepper discuss Elon Musk's Twitter debacle, majority of voters supporting a Hunter Biden business dealings probe and Apple pulling advertising on Twitter amid criticism regarding their handling of protests in China.

Elon's Answer to Apple and Google

Elon Musk Just Had A Brilliant Solution To A Threat To Remove Twitter From…

Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, stated on Friday that if Apple and Google decide to remove Twitter from their app stores, which would be extremely detrimental to the social media firm, he will begin to produce his own smartphones.

“Hate speech impressions down by 1/3 from pre-spike levels. Congrats to Twitter team!” Musk tweeted.

“I have half a mind to wag my finger at the 1500 accounts that caused the spike, but I shall forebear. Reducing the max allowed tweets/day to a number below what a speed typist on meth could do was helpful,” the world’s richest man added.

Apple CEO & its Collusion to Censor

Apple CEO Tim Cook Accidentally Reveals Collusion Between Big Tech Companies To Censor Free Speech

Apple’s CEO Tim Cook took his mask all the way off this weekend when he was talking about removing Parler from the app store from existence through a coordinated monopolistic collusion with other tech giants over supposed incitement concerns. He also gave away the overall game.

That’s the game, you see? Each of them bans part of it based on the “incitement” excuse which they can claim is a violation of their own terms of service and … POOF. Enemy gone and nobody responsible.

It’s like a firing squad. Nobody knows which bullet is fatal.

Democrats Trying to Eliminate the First Amendment

Employees’ of Amazon, which hosts Parler, asking company to cut ties with the Twitter alternative

Google kicked Parler off Google Play, and Apple had given Parler 24 hours to implement a full moderation plan of its platform or face expulsion from its app store.

Now we’re hearing that employees of Amazon want the company to cut ties with Parler, which is hosted on Amazon’s AWS hosting platform.

Buck Sexton says on Twitter, "Parler isn’t a “Right wing” app, it just protects freedom of speech. It’s viewpoint neutral. That’s what our digital overlords are so worried about: free expression. Democrats can’t allow a place to share ideas without their thumb on the scale. Worth asking why."

"Book Burning" continues

Amazon,Apple and Google Suspended Parler From App Store

Apple made good on its promise to suspend Parler from its App Store indefinitely over concerns the conservative social media site was not censoring content/

This is part of a national movement to silence conservatives and prevent mobilization of like-minded patriots. Actually Parler has always accepted diverse points of view.

“This is very huge,” Amy Peikoff, Parler’s policy chief, told Fox News on Friday, when Apple first threatened to remove the app. Without access to the App Store, she said, “we’re toast.”

Many people have deleted their Twitter accounts since their action against our President and have moved over to Parler.

John Matze--
"Google never had a conversation with us about an objective standard. Our position is that all the content they wanted us to remove was already removed or existed only on Twitter.

Their employees met with multiple people on our team a week ago via zoom. After they realized the call was being recorded they asked for clarity then they claimed they didn’t know how to properly use zoom and asked to reschedule the call. They never did and we have not spoken since.

We first heard about their decision in the press."

Family unit emoji being replaced by Apple

Apple Plans To Replace Standard Family Emoji with Nonbinary People

It keeps getting nuttier and nuttier. Left-Wing crazies have taken over the nut house. But then, this is just another liberal tech company that just so happens to be headquartered in a state where most of the crazy people are, California. No more traditional families with Apple as they want us to all be known as "its."

We all worry about censorship by Twitter and Facebook, etc. but we all should be speaking up about the sheer stupidity and dangerous decisions being made by these companies
