House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries dismissed New Jersey's disclosure that roughly 6,600 noncitizens were registered to vote as a "modest or minor" challenge, then quickly changed the subject to attacking Republicans.

CNN anchor Dana Bash pressed Jeffries on the issue during a Sunday appearance on "State of the Union," pointing to what she called one of the most significant disclosures of noncitizen registration on record.

New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill, a Democrat, announced the previous week that a "serious software error" had registered approximately 6,600 noncitizens as voters between June 2023 and June 2024. Fewer than 400 of them actually cast ballots.

Bash's question was blunt: "Democrats have repeatedly said that non-citizen voting doesn't happen. It happened. Is this a problem?"

Florida's deportation orders surge in June, following a national trend

Since March, deportations ordered by immigration judges in Florida have increased 18 percent, according to recently released data.

In June, judges issued 5,415 removal orders, a 17.6 percent increase compared to March’s 4,605 removal orders, according to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), a nonprofit that tracks immigration data.

Florida follows a national trend of an increase in deportation orders, which hit an all-time high of 79,000 in June, the most orders issued in a month so far in President Donald Trump’s second term.

Even though Florida remains one of the top states for overall deportations, it lagged behind an average national surge of 30 percent, as other states saw steeper climbs in the number of people ordered to be deported to their country of origin between the months of March to June.

And while Mexico is the destination country for the largest share of removal orders in the U.S., with 121,001 since last October (the beginning of the federal fiscal year), in Florida the most removal orders were issued to those originally from Guatemala.

With 3,934 detainees, Florida ranks fifth among states. About a quarter of immigrants detained in Florida are housed in a state-run immigration detention facility in Baker County dubbed Deportation Depot. Alligator Alcatraz, a billion-dollar tent facility located in the Everglades that was in operation for nearly a year, closed earlier this month.

DHS reveals non-citizens are registered, COULD vote, albeit illegally

That's according to documentation from the Department of Homeland Security which has confirmed that nearly 300,000 non-citizens are "illegally registered to vote in just the four states for which public data files have been reviewed."

President Donald Trump, who repeatedly has expressed his concerns about corruption in the U.S. election system and the possibility of outsiders influencing the U.S., confirmed the problem. Of course, since Democrat-run states have declined to aid in the basic election integrity work, the number actually probably is much higher.

A report at Not the Bee cited the federal SAVE system, which could be used to verify voters' citizenship.

"State election officials in California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Nevada have been notified of this serious threat to national security and DHS stands ready to support their efforts to identify and remove ineligible registrants.

The investigation is expanding to include multiple additional states. In addition, DHS will support the Department of Justice's review of voter files obtained pursuant to their enforcement authority under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002," the DHS said.

Banks Turns the Left's Own Case Against Birthright Citizenship

Indiana Republican Jim Banks introduced the Citizenship Act on Monday. The bill strips automatic citizenship from the children of illegal aliens and birth tourists by legally classifying their parents as invaders.

That word choice is not an accident. Banks is pulling straight from Trump's own executive order, the one that declared the southern border crisis an invasion on Day One of his second term.

The Supreme Court struck that order down on June 30 in Trump v. Barbara, ruling that it violated the 14th Amendment's Citizenship Clause. Chief Justice John Roberts leaned on the 1898 case Wong Kim Ark to write the majority opinion.

Banks just picked up that same 128-year-old ruling and turned it into the foundation of his bill. Wong Kim Ark carved out exceptions to birthright citizenship for children of foreign invaders, diplomats, and occupying armies.

Following a 6-3 Supreme Court ruling that citizenship eligibility requires either a constitutional amendment or an act of Congress, lawmakers such as Sen. Jim Banks and Rep. John McGuire introduced these bills in mid-July 2026 to bypass the constitutional requirement via federal statute.

The bill classifies individuals who enter the country without authorization or for "birth tourism" as invaders, preventing their US-born children from receiving automatic citizenship.

Banks is betting Congress can now define illegal aliens as exactly that...invaders.

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin singled out four of the Democratic Party's most visible figures, including two widely discussed 2028 presidential contenders, for hosting webinars, publishing multilingual guides, and posting social media instructions that he said teach illegal immigrants how to "openly defy" Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

Mullin's broadside, delivered in a social media post shared by DHS, named Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Rep. Dan Goldman of New York (at least he lost his primary), and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.

AOC framed immigration enforcement itself as an "abuse" of power.

The accusation landed the same morning President Trump announced that ICE would resume vehicle stops after a one-day pause triggered by two officer-involved shootings in Maine and Texas.

As Fox News Digital reported, Mullin tied the spike in dangerous encounters directly to what he called reckless guidance from elected officials. In his post, the secretary wrote:

"This reckless [illegal alien] activity comes after sanctuary politicians held webinars and shared resources for how to openly defy [ICE]."

Mullin's 1,300 percent figure on vehicle attacks, if accurate, suggests the coaching is having real-world consequences. Officers are getting attacked at rates that forced DHS to temporarily pull back one of its core enforcement tools.

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani chose the Fourth of July to deliver an Independence Day address focused not on the nation's founding or the men and women who defend it, but on the plight of illegal immigrants facing enforcement by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The speech landed just days after the Department of Homeland Security published a detailed press release listing ICE arrests of illegal aliens convicted of child sex offenses, manslaughter, drug trafficking, and other serious crimes.

The contrast could hardly be sharper. While Mamdani described ICE agents as a menace to neighborhoods, DHS was naming the people those agents had just pulled off American streets, and the crimes that put them there.

In his address, as Breitbart reported, Mamdani cast immigration enforcement in stark terms, describing agents carrying out federal law as an occupying force:

• "We see masked agents terrorizing our streets, eating food cooked by our undocumented neighbors before spiriting them away in unmarked vans."
• He went further, framing resistance to ICE operations as an expression of patriotism: "We see America each time neighbors link arms with neighbors without asking how long they have lived here or what papers they have as ICE invades our neighborhood."
• And he characterized supporters of immigration enforcement as motivated by bigotry: "America, they will tell you, belongs only to those with the right accent or the right shade of skin. The rest of us, they insist, should be grateful for merely being allowed to visit. How small they are, how weak, how unoriginal."

DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis offered a pointed rebuttal to the kind of framing Mamdani employed. Her statement addressed the arrests directly:

"Yesterday, ICE arrested murderers, pedophiles, sexual predators, drug traffickers, and other criminal illegal aliens convicted of heinous crimes. Thanks to President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill, ICE is supercharged with 12,000 new law enforcement officers to remove the worst of the worst from American communities.

Nearly 70 percent of ICE arrests are of illegal aliens charged or convicted of a crime in the U.S."

Illegals/Traffickers arrested

Eleven illegal immigrants from Venezuela and Colombia indicted in multi-state sex trafficking, drug, and firearms case

Federal prosecutors have charged eleven Venezuelan and Colombian nationals in a sweeping, 30-count indictment alleging the sex trafficking of a minor, drug trafficking, and illegal firearms trafficking across at least four states.

Ten of the eleven defendants were arrested Tuesday in coordinated law enforcement operations spanning Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida. One defendant remains at large, with a listed residence in Mexico.

The case, announced by the Department of Justice, lays out an alleged criminal network that operated across state lines, trafficking at least nine firearms, selling ecstasy, and, most disturbingly, conspiring to sex traffic a girl between the ages of 14 and 18 along with an adult woman in central Ohio.

Ten of the eleven defendants are currently in the United States illegally. That fact alone should sharpen the focus for anyone still debating whether the federal government has an obligation to know who is inside this country and what they are doing here.

Democrats unravel after Supreme Court upholds Trump's authority to end Haitian TPS protections

The Supreme Court handed the Trump administration three 6-3 victories on immigration Thursday, and the Democratic response arrived within minutes, loud, emotional, and revealing.

Members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus rushed to the microphones to denounce the rulings, accuse the justices of white supremacy, and recast hundreds of thousands of Temporary Protected Status holders as "American families", a rhetorical sleight of hand that tells you everything about where the left stands on the distinction between legal and temporary.

1. The most consequential of the three decisions, Mullin v. Doe, confirmed that the Trump administration can end TPS for roughly 350,000 Haitians and 6,100 Syrians living in the United States, overturning lower federal court orders that had blocked the termination.
2. A second ruling, Mullin v. Al Otro Lado, clarified that a migrant who has not physically set foot on U.S. soil is not entitled to apply for asylum and does not have to be inspected by an immigration officer.
3.  A third, Blanche v. Muk Choi Lau, will make it easier for the Department of Homeland Security to deport green card holders convicted of crimes.

All three decisions came down on the same 6-3 margin. All three restored executive authority that lower courts had stripped away. And all three drew the same furious reaction from Democrats who have spent years treating temporary immigration protections as permanent entitlements.

"Tomorrow I may be sentenced to unsuspended prison for daring to say on French TV that the main danger to women in France comes from black African and Arab immigrant men, even though I was defending a woman who was herself raped by a Central African man subject to an OQTF order in the courtyard of her Paris apartment building.

"Having myself survived an attempted rape by a Tunisian migrant four years ago, I could not remain silent. But for having spoken these words on television set, the prosecutor has sought a prison sentence against me."

D'Escufon says the prosecutor "dismissed our two stories as insignificant incidents which did not excuse my hate speech. Yet all I did was describe a reality that most French people are afraid to speak about precisely because the justice system is capable of convicting them for describing what they see with their own eyes and experience firsthand.

"In other words, TPS was a vehicle for providing backdoor amnesty for the very people that the American people saw pouring into our border for four years."

Starmer's office didn't address the substance. They called it foreign interference.

A Downing Street spokesperson complained about "people trying to interfere in our democracy and seeking to stir up division on our streets." Ed Davey of the Liberal Democrats demanded the US ambassador be formally summoned.

Think about what just happened. JD Vance said a young man died because British authorities prioritized a false accusation of racism over the life of a bleeding victim.

On the night of June 1, 2026, journalist @NickSortor drove to Delaney Hall expecting what he’d seen for ten straight days: hundreds of protesters surrounding Newark’s 1,000-bed ICE detention facility, human chains blocking federal vehicles, pepper balls and tear gas, helmets and gas masks distributed from organized supply stations, catered meals arriving on schedule.

He found silence. The crowd — 200-plus the night before — was gone, with tens of thousands of dollars in pre-staged gear abandoned in place.

What happened between Sunday morning and Sunday night was a single message in an encrypted Signal group, as discovered by @bitchuneedsoap. A Cosecha NJ communicator posted a six-line announcement: “Cosecha is NOT mobilizing to Delaney Hall tonight. We are talking to strikers and their families to regroup.” No negotiation, no vote, no gradual loss of enthusiasm. Some switch had been flipped off.

The natural question is how a protest of that size can be turned off with one message. The answer is that it was never a protest in the way most people understand the word.

It was an operation — assembled, maintained, and disbanded through an organizational structure that looks, once you map it, like a military deployment with a nonprofit org chart.

Justice Clarence Thomas accused the Supreme Court on Tuesday of abandoning its constitutional duty after the majority refused to hear Florida's lawsuit alleging that California and Washington illegally issued commercial driver's licenses to illegal immigrants who cannot read English road signs, a policy Thomas linked directly to fatal highway crashes.

Thomas, joined by Justice Samuel Alito, argued the Court had no right to turn the case away. Florida filed its complaint under the Supreme Court's original jurisdiction, the only legal avenue available when one state sues another. By declining to hear it, Thomas wrote in his dissent, the Court left Florida with nowhere else to go.

The case centers on a straightforward claim: federal law requires commercial driver's license applicants to pass a driving test, demonstrate sufficient understanding of English, and show lawful immigration status.

The latest installment comes courtesy of New Jersey, where a whole circus of Democratic politicians apparently decided that Memorial Day weekend — when most Americans are laying wreaths and remembering the fallen — was prime time to advocate for detained illegal aliens. Priorities, right?

Let’s cut straight to it. Senator Booker told the American public that detainees at Newark’s Delaney Hall facility were on a hunger strike over deplorable conditions. Bold claim. DHS Secretary Mullin didn’t dance around his response: “There is NO hunger strike at Delaney Hall. There are no subprime conditions.” He called the entire spectacle “nothing more than a political stunt by New Jersey sanctuary politicians for fundraising clicks.”

So what was actually happening inside Delaney Hall? A handful of detainees were refusing meals because they wanted different food on the menu. Not a hunger strike. Not a human rights crisis. A cafeteria complaint. You genuinely cannot make this stuff up.

During a cabinet meeting, Secretary Mullin spelled out the situation and delivered the line that deserves to be framed: “They say that it’s because they’re on a hunger strike… because they want their ethnic right food. Well, they can go back to their country and get whatever food they want… this isn’t Holiday Inn.”

"No surprise: Governor Spanberger continues to put illegal alien criminals over her own constituents," Mullin said.

The order instructs Virginia state employees to demand valid federal warrants before allowing ICE onto Commonwealth property and bars state facilities from being used as staging areas. Federal law – specifically 18 U.S.C. 592 – already prohibits federal armed personnel from stationing themselves at polling places.

That law covers ICE. It was on the books long before Spanberger picked up a pen.
