2030 Census

The current census model apportions congressional districts to states based on total population rather than total citizens

But the administration published a regulation in the Federal Register last month, now open for public comment, that would no longer count illegal aliens or legal residents with a status lower than a green card. The new rule would also eliminate questions on the form about race and sexual preference.

The study shows that under the existing model of counting illegal immigrants, the 2030 census would result in California, Texas, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Florida gaining congressional seats and electoral votes.

Meanwhile, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin, with a lower illegal immigrant population, would lose a seat in Congress. That would be reversed under the Trump plan, Camarota said.

There are about 24 million noncitizens in the country, of whom 13 million are illegal aliens and 3.6 million are temporary workers or another legal status that falls short of being a legal permanent resident. So the new rule could mean counting about 16 million fewer people, Camarota said, director of research at the Center for Immigration Studies.

A 2024 study projected immigration trends under the Biden administration for the 2030 census, said Steven Camarota. Those projections would be altered by President Donald Trump’s existing crackdown on illegal immigration and could be reversed entirely under the census proposal.

“This census proposal could flip the dynamic,” Camarota told the Daily Signal. “Midwestern states would not lose as much, nor would Texas or California, which have large immigrant populations, both legal and illegal, gain as much.”

The Biden administration’s Census Bureau revealed in May 2022 that it undercounted the Republican-leaning states of Arkansas by 5%, Florida by 3.4%, Mississippi by 4.11%, Tennessee by 4.78%, and Texas by 1.92%. The Census Bureau undercounted one Democrat-leaning state, Illinois, by 1.97%.

Third-Country Deportation Policy struck down by Appeals Court

First Circuit strikes down DHS third-country deportation policy, demands notice for immigrants

Immigrants, a.k.a. Illegals, have rights?

A unanimous federal appeals panel ruled Friday that the Department of Homeland Security cannot deport immigrants to countries where they have no ties without first giving them notice and a real chance to object, a decision that hands open-borders advocates a procedural win while leaving the underlying enforcement authority intact.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit struck down a DHS policy that allowed the government to move quickly when sending immigrants to nations other than their home countries.

The three-judge panel, in an opinion written by Circuit Judge Seth Robert Aframe, (appointed by Joe Biden) held that deportees must know where they are being sent before the plane takes off, and must have a meaningful opportunity to argue against that destination.

The ruling lands squarely on the administration's expanding use of third-country deportation deals, which now number 35 nations, including the Central African Republic, Liberia, Ghana, and Sierra Leone.

DHS had relied on what it called "diplomatic assurances" from receiving governments that deportees would not be mistreated. The court found that those assurances, standing alone, did not satisfy the requirement that individuals be able to challenge a removal destination based on fear of persecution.

UCLA offering a program on Immigrant Rights

UCLA Fellowship Prioritizes Undocumented Applicants for $7,000 Stipend

According to Campus Reform, “The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) is offering students a $7,000 stipend through its ‘Dream Summer’ fellowship, a summer program that trains participants in immigrant rights advocacy and social justice activism.”

The program is not just about training. It is also about who gets in. The fellowship website says, “We strongly encourage and prioritize applications from undocumented applicants who identify as LGBTQIA+, Black, API, and/or Indigenous, as well as other individuals directly impacted by the immigration system.”

That wording is likely to raise questions for a lot of people. UCLA is a public university, which means many taxpayers will look at this and ask whether the school is using selective identity-based criteria for a program tied to activism. Supporters may call it outreach. Critics will see a clear preference system built around ideology and identity.

The university describes the fellowship as a program that “positions immigrant youth as agents of change within the immigrant rights movement” and “empowers immigrant youth to become the next generation of social justice leaders.”

Britain Has Condemned Everyone Except the System That Failed Henry Nowak

Starmer Told JD Vance to Stay Out of Britain and Then Arrested the People Who Agreed With Him

Vance Said What Millions of Brits Were Already Thinking

JD Vance didn't start this fire. He just refused to pretend it wasn't burning. Vance posted on X that Henry Nowak "died the same way a civilization dies: abandoned, handcuffed by authorities who neither trusted nor protected him."

Henry Nowak was 18 years old, a university student, out with his football teammates on the night of December 3, 2025, when Vickrum Digwa stabbed him five times with a Sikh dagger in Southampton and then told the police that Nowak was a racist and they believed him.

Vance called for "righteous anger" and blamed the killing in part on "the mass invasion of migrants, many of whom despise the West and the people who love it."

Starmer's office didn't address the substance. They called it foreign interference.

A Downing Street spokesperson complained about "people trying to interfere in our democracy and seeking to stir up division on our streets." Ed Davey of the Liberal Democrats demanded the US ambassador be formally summoned.

Think about what just happened. JD Vance said a young man died because British authorities prioritized a false accusation of racism over the life of a bleeding victim.

Starmer's response was to attack the American making the observation – not the system that let it happen. His citizens are protesting on the streets and he is aresting them.

Trump lays down the law on American values at Pennsylvania rally

Donald Trump Just Told Americans What It Takes To Live Here And Democrats Are Furious

President Trump has been on the attack against America's immigration crisis since Day One.

Democrats can't stand his blunt messaging about who belongs in this country.

And Donald Trump just told Americans what it takes to live here and Democrats are furious.

President Donald Trump turned his Pennsylvania rally Tuesday night into more than just an economic victory lap.

The Mount Pocono crowd got a clear message about what Trump expects from anyone wanting to call America home.
"If you don't share our values, contribute to our economy, and assimilate into our society, then we don't want you in our country," Trump told the packed Mount Airy Casino Resort.
Trump just drew a line in the sand Democrats have spent 50 years trying to erase—-America still has standards for who gets to be an American.

Trump Executive Order to attract

TODAY’S BIG STORY…

**This one is for anonymous who can not comprehend--Trump revealed plans for an immigration "Gold Card." It’s a $5 million purchasable green card providing work authorization and a path to citizenship, replacing the EB-5 program. The initiative aims to reduce the deficit by attracting wealthy investors, job creators, and global talent, eliminating green card lotteries in favor of direct investment. Gold Card holders would be vetted and pay full U.S. taxes on domestic income but none on foreign earnings.

Created by Congress in 1992, the EB-5 program can grant green cards to immigrants who make a minimum investment of least $1,050,000, or $800,000 in economically distressed zones called targeted employment areas, to create jobs for American workers, according to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services website.

The program was last renewed in 2022 during the Biden administration, with the minimum investment requirements being raised to their current levels.

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, standing alongside Trump, said the card will replace the government’s EB-5 immigrant investor visa program, which allows foreign investors to pump money into US projects that create jobs and then apply for visas to immigrate to the US.

“They’ll have to go through vetting, of course,” Lutnick said, “to make sure they’re wonderful world-class global citizens.”

Trump estimates selling 1 million cards could generate $5 trillion, while 10 million could eliminate the national debt with $50 trillion. He asserts the plan is legal without congressional approval, as it pertains to green cards, not automatic citizenship, and notes similar programs exist in other countries.

Mass Migration hurting America

Jobs Report Shows Foreign Workers Taking the Lead Over American Citizens

What the hell happened to E-Verify?

"Well, well, well, hold on to your hats folks, because it looks like the latest jobs report is stirring up quite the pot of controversy. You see, while the numbers show low unemployment, it seems like a whole bunch of those new jobs are going to foreign-born workers instead of good old American folks. Can you believe it?

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, over half a million foreign-born workers have hopped on the job train in the past year, leaving around 300,000 American-born citizens waving goodbye to the workforce.

And you know what’s really grinding the gears of hardworking Americans? The sneaky suspicion that a big chunk of those foreign workers might just be in the country illegally. You think? Yikes!

Now, why are people still feeling the economic blues despite all these new jobs floating around? Well, some blame it on rising prices, but others point the finger at mass migration gobbling up opportunities for good ol’ American workers. After all, shouldn’t our leaders be focused on putting American citizens first when it comes to those job gains?

It’s like saving the last cookie in the jar for your sibling instead of gobbling it up yourself – it’s just good manners!"

Guatemalan Maya Center moved

Of course we all know why it needs a larger space--all the illegals crossing our border

The Mayan Center helps all illegals. "The center finally got its long-awaited space this month, after signing a 15-year lease and moving two dozen employees and volunteers into a two-story building at 1776 Lake Worth Road. The new location consists of 6,400 s.f., double what they had on North G Street.

Standards need to be upgraded for entry to the United States

Sweden Just Passed A Law Concerning Migrants That America Should Adopt Immediately…

"For years now, Sweden experienced an uptick in gang violence, sex crimes, bombings, and deadly shootings that have been starkly absent from the country.

With the surge in immigrants, it became apparent that Sweden needs to require higher standards of its prospective citizens.

The move would align Sweden’s citizenship policy with most of Europe. Sweden is one of only three EU countries not to have language requirements built into the citizenship process.

Foreign nationals would have to pass exams in all four language skills: speaking, writing, reading, and listening, along with a social studies test. Individuals would be required to pay a fee of approximately $300 for the exams, on top of the $180 citizenship application fee.

Achieving an A2 level for speaking and writing would be required, but a B1 would be needed for reading and listening. The levels represent the second and third levels of six on the Common European Framework of Reference used to assess language skills across the continent."

Here, under our open border "leader," we allow the illicit movement of weapons, drugs, contraband and people, giving illegals/immigrants cell phones, housing, healthcare plus we feed them if they have a kid born here. This costs the American taxpayer billions. Illegals are a net consumer of taxpayer benefits worth more than $100 billion a year, not including the cost of enforcing the border. We are the best!

Immigrants/Illegals protest Florida Law when they are breaking the Law

Activists in Jupiter, Lake Worth Beach Protest Florida Law

Those on the other side of law continue to justify why they are needed.

And they always come to Lake Worth Beach where this sort of action is encouraged and diversity welcomed by these liberal commissioners.

Protesters took to the streets in Jupiter and at City Hall in Lake Worth Beach this past weekend to oppose new state legislation that targets undocumented immigrants, warning it will starve key industries of workers and further marginalize the many undocumented residents who call South Florida home.

Several dozen immigrants and activists marched and waved signs in separate events in the two cities, the latest in a series of manifestations against the new law, Senate Bill 1718, which takes effect July 1.

The protesters warned that the legislation, which requires businesses to check job applicants’ legal status and makes it a crime to transport an undocumented immigrant into the state, will prompt many undocumented immigrants to leave and could discourage others from calling police during emergencies or seeking medical care. That's part of their argument.

Palm Beach Post article

Anti-Trump protester wearing prison outfit

Santana attempted to block Trump's motorcade following Miami court hearing

61 year old Dominic Santana, in his instantly recognizable prison uniform, had already attracted plenty of attention among the crowd of mostly Trump supporters and spoke with a few reporters about his opposition to the former president prior to the incident that resulted in his arrest.

The Miami Herald, which noted that Santana had immigrated to the U.S. from Cuba with his parents as a child, quoted him as saying, "I have to live with my daughter and my mother who are Trump supporters, I tell them they are blind. I am not blind, I grew up in New York, and I know what a rat is, and that rat slipped in and became president of the United States."

He is and was totally brainwashed as are most Democrats.

In a separate interview with a reporter for the local NBC affiliate, Santana described Trump as having "been the biggest con in American history" who had "got away with it and enough is enough with all the lies," and asserted that he should have been "locked up a long time ago."

It will be interesting to see if Santana eventually faces any serious charges, whether local, state, or federal, for his effort to block the Trump motorcade, or if he will essentially receive little more than a slap on the wrist for his disruptive and potentially dangerous actions. New Immigration laws in Florida

Florida House passes sweeping new immigration bill. Here's what's in SB 1718:

Tough penalties and restrictions that aims to obstruct the flow of illegal immigration to the state after the House approved the measure, (CS/SB 1718), in a mostly party line, 83-36 vote on Tuesday and will be in effect on July 1.

The new legislation strengthens employment requirements, bans local governments from contributing money to organizations creating identification cards for undocumented immigrants as we did in our city, bars driver’s licenses issued to non-citizens in other states from use in Florida and repeals a 2014 law that allowed undocumented immigrants to be admitted to practice law in Florida.

Undocumented immigrants are frustrated with Biden on reforms as Build Back Better stalls

This "Dreamer" says Biden is nothing but broken promises.

We've been talking about the Dreamer situation ever since we had a few communists on our city commission.

I remember years ago when thousands of demonstrators met at city hall and then marched through downtown Lake Worth to Bryant Park where they met to support immigration reform in congress.

Attracting STEM talent to America

House Passes Bill With More Measures For Immigrants In STEM Fields

Now, this sounds like a good thing--retain more graduate students in science, technology, engineering, and math.

Amendments to a recently passed House bill will expand immigration opportunities for foreign-born scientists and engineers. If retained during negotiations with the Senate, the measures in the bill could become the most significant on legal immigration to pass Congress in more than 30 years.

Supporters of the provisions will argue that no bill promoting innovation can justify not including improved ways to attract and retain foreign-born talent. More than 70% of the full-time graduate students at U.S. universities in electrical engineering, industrial engineering and computer and information sciences are foreign nationals.

Members of Congress have recognized that other countries are doing a better job than the United States attracting and retaining such talent.

DeSantis to Biden on Immigration

DeSantis to Biden: Restore Trump border policies and I’ll lift block on migrants

The governor’s general counsel, Ryan Newman, wrote in a letter to U.S. Health and Human Services officials that it’s “critical that lines of responsibility and accountability are clearly drawn.”

“So long as the Biden administration continues its irresponsible immigration policies, Florida no longer wishes to be involved in the Federal Government’s UAC resettlement program,” said the letter, which was obtained by Breitbart News.

Newman wrote that the state-licensed Department of Children and Families facilities will lose their licenses if they accept unaccompanied alien children (UAC) who are being transported to the state under Biden’s program.
