American technology companies moved to Florida

Two of California's important tech companies moved to Florida

California lost 100,397 tax filers and $11.9 billion in adjusted gross income. New York lost 71,987 filers. Florida gained 55,359 filers and $20.6 billion in income which is more than any other state in the union. The current is unmistakable. ServiceNow and D-Wave just followed it to the Palm Beaches.

In the past year, two of California's most important technology companies both shifted their futures to the same Florida county. One a Fortune 500 AI leader, the other the world's only dual-platform quantum computing pioneer. They are not outliers. They are the clearest signal yet of a structural reordering of the American technology economy.

ServiceNow, the Santa Clara-based Fortune 500 AI platform with nearly $11 billion in revenue and more than 27,000 employees worldwide, committed to a 200,000-square-foot regional innovation hub at 10 CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach.

The expansion will generate over 850 jobs in five years at an average salary of $170,000, with projected regional economic impact above $1.8 billion. CEO Bill McDermott didn't hedge: "The AI innovation economy has a new epicenter in West Palm Beach, Florida." Inside the hub, ServiceNow is also building an AI Institute and a startup accelerator — engineered to seed the next generation of enterprise technology companies in the region.

Months later, D-Wave Quantum Inc., the world's only dual-platform quantum computing company — announced it would relocate its global headquarters from Palo Alto to Boca Raton, establishing its primary U.S. R&D facility at the Boca Raton Innovation Campus.

D-Wave simultaneously signed a $20 million agreement with Florida Atlantic University to install an Advantage2 quantum computer on campus, making FAU the first Florida university to host a dedicated quantum system. State and city performance-based incentives exceeded $5 million. More than 100 high-paying technology and research positions are expected on the ground by year's end.

Big Tech's Billion-Dollar Loophole

Trump Just Told Peter Navarro to Make Meta Pay for Something It Quietly Shifted Onto Your Bill

Your electricity bill went up again last month.

And while you were opening that envelope, Meta – a company worth $1.6 trillion – was quietly letting you cover one cost of powering it all.

Peter Navarro just went on Fox News and said the White House is done letting that happen – and what he described is the kind of accountability Big Tech hasn't faced in decades.

Here's how the loophole works:
  • When Meta or Google or Microsoft builds a massive data center – a building that consumes as much electricity as a small city – utilities have to build new power lines, new transformers, and new generating capacity to feed it.
  • Under rules designed a century ago for a very different world, those infrastructure costs get spread across every ratepayer in the region.
  • That means you.
  • Not Meta.
  • Not Google.
  • You.
And the numbers aren't small.

Big Tech screwing around with Elon

Elon Musk Plans to Launch ‘Thermonuclear Lawsuit’ Over ‘Fraudulent Attack’ on X

Elon Musk’s influential free-speech platform X has come under a full-scale assault by Big Tech and media titans after a manufactured controversy about alleged ‘antisemitism.’

The attack on X came in the aftermath of the APEC summit in San Francisco and a reported secretive media summit at Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Musk was initially put in the crosshairs by a familiar left-wing advocacy group with an extensive history of intellectual dishonesty: Media Matters for America.

American people and their 1st Amendment right

Federal Judge Makes Major Ruling

Collusion Case WILL Move Ahead

When Elon Musk took over Twitter and made public the company files relating to the connection between the Biden administration and big tech, specifically censoring all voices on Twitter that held conservative viewpoints on the pandemic and the COVID-19 virus, the revelations that unfolded challenged law and morality.

The ensuing court case is a landmark legal one and will provide precedent as to the perimeters of collaboration between the government and big tech communications media.

“Plaintiffs have clearly and plausibly alleged that Defendants engaged in viewpoint discrimination and prior restraints,” the judge wrote.

Democrats believe that Conservatives are corrupting Democracy

When in fact, it was they who were and are corrupt.

Trump: 'Corrupt' DOJ Will Do Nothing After 'Twitter Files'

Former President Donald Trump decried that a "corrupt" Department of Justice will do nothing about "The Twitter Files, Part One: How and Why Twitter Blocked the Hunter Biden Laptop Story."

"Wow! That's a really big story about Twitter and various forms of government Fraud including, specifically, Election Fraud," Trump wrote on TruthSocial. "The same level of Fraud took place with the other Big Tech companies, if not even worse (if that's possible?).

"We are living in a VERY CORRUPT COUNTRY &, AS THEY ARE SAYING ALL OVER THE INTERNET, 'NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT BECAUSE THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT & FBI ARE TOTALLY CORRUPT.' But they'll keep investigating 'boxes' that were legally & openly taken from the W.H."

Judge Gives Jen Psaki an Order to testify

After a judge issued her an order

Jen Psaki abandoned the sinking ship known as the Biden regime

She is now making considerably more money to perform the exact same job as regime spokeswoman for the corporate-controlled media.

But Jen Psaki’s transition to TV hit the skids after a judge handed down this order.

The fallout from Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter continues.

One of the bombshells that came to light recently was that the federal government, specifically the Biden regime, pressured Big Tech companies to do its bidding by censoring viewpoints that ran contrary to their official narrative.

Since the Biden regime didn’t want to violate free speech in the open, they simply strong-armed corporations run by their left-wing minions to do it for them.

The Biden White House pressured Twitter to silence spreaders of what they deemed to be COVID “misinformation” – even when it turned out to be true just weeks later – like journalist Alex Berenson, who has done some of the best reporting around on the pandemic.

And a judge has now ordered former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki to testify on the matter.

Liberals Crushing Dissent

Why questioning elections in America is free speech

Joseph Farah applies the Democrats' standard to their own leaders

"Big Tech has made the issue of questioning elections "un-American" – at least the 2020 presidential election.

Why?

Apparently, because most Americans – by far – have done so.

But Big Tech has gone out of its way to make it effectively a "hate crime" to do so. The penalties for doing so are egregious, something that gets you banished from YouTube and Google, a pariah, an "insurrectionist," they label you or a 26-year-old news site "dangerous" once or twice then "demonetize," blackball you, cancel you, as they have done with WND.

How can this be possible in America, the home of free speech and First Amendment?

Does this not empower Joe Biden, the "so-called winner" of the election, to take the kind of illegal steps to crush that dissent – almost two years after it has taken place?"

Top Silicon Valley Tech giant stepping down from Meta Board to help Republicans

Top Big Tech Conservative Leaves Meta’s Board to Reportedly Help Republicans Win In November

One of the top conservatives in Silicon Valley is leaving his post on Meta’s board in favor of using his riches to help the Republican Party this November. Sources say that Peter Thiel, who co-founded PayPal and Palantir, has decided to step down from his role with the Facebook parent company after 17 years to help the GOP.

A source close to Thiel confirmed his political plans to The New York Times:

“Thiel, 54, wants to focus on influencing November’s midterm elections, said a person with knowledge of Mr. Thiel’s thinking who declined to be identified,” the outlet reported. “Thiel sees the midterms as crucial to changing the direction of the country, this person said, and he is backing candidates who support the agenda of former President Donald J. Trump.”

YouTube pulled Trump Interview with Nelk Boys after 5 million views

On Wednesday, YouTube prank squad Nelk Boys’ podcast released a recent interview with President Donald Trump. However, after the video gained more than 5 million views a day it was published, YouTube has removed it from the platform.

In a statement, Trump slammed the social media company after the removal of the said video, “What happened to free speech in our Country?”

He added, “Incredibly, but not surprisingly, the Big Tech lunatics have taken down my interview with the very popular NELK Boys so that nobody can watch it or in any way listen to it.”

Microsoft ties to Communist China

Microsoft’s LinkedIn Censors Post of Peter Schweizer’s ‘Red-Handed’ Criticizing Big Tech Ties to China

Microsoft-owned LinkedIn censored a Breitbart News story containing a book excerpt from Red-Handed, Peter Schweizer’s new bombshell investigation into American elites’ ties to communist china, one that focused specifically on Big Tech’s ties to the communist regime.

Now Linkedin is censoring posts that expose Big Tech’s own links to the authoritarian regime in China. Microsoft, which owns Linkedin, is exposed in Schweizer’s book for working with the Chinese military on artificial intelligence research.

American Tech Workforce Act of 2021

RSC Chair Jim Banks Introduces "American Tech Workforce Act" to Reform H-1B, End OPT

Big Tech is setting aside some of the most lucrative and valuable career opportunities in America, and giving them exclusively to foreign guest workers. They’re cutting Americans out to save a few bucks. It’s domestic outsourcing. This shocking disregard for American workers and their role in our nation’s future is unpatriotic. We must fix Big Tech’s incentives so they begin putting Americans first.

Rosemary Jenks, Director of Government Relations for Numbers USA, said:
[The bill] would help ensure that Big Tech companies can no longer use the H-1B program as a cheaper alternative to hiring American workers, which would also protect foreign workers who are too often exploited by unscrupulous employers. This bill is an opportunity for all Representatives to make clear that they stand with American workers.

Big Tech Section 230 Immunity will be reviewed

Appeals Court Agrees to Review Decision on Big Tech’s Section 230 Immunity

A little-watched civil rights case that threatens Silicon Valley’s Section 230 immunity took a huge step forward Friday as an appeals court that rarely does so agreed to review a lower court’s decision.

“This ruling puts Section 230 immunity in the crosshairs of judicial review. We suspect that the en banc court recognizes that Big Tech is not exempt from state and federal civil rights laws,” said attorney Robert Tyler, general counsel for the California-based Advocates for Faith & Freedom.

Liberal Media upset with Wall Street Journal over printing Trump's op ed

Liberal social media furious after Wall Street Journal dares to allow Trump to attack Big Tech in scathing op-ed

Donald Trump issued a scathing rebuke of Big Tech in an op-ed published Thursday in the Wall Street Journal, detailing why he is suing Big Tech giants and how he believes certain corporations are complicit in squashing the speech and diverse ideas of everyday American people.

"One of the gravest threats to our democracy today is a powerful group of Big Tech corporations that have teamed up with the government to censor the free speech of the American people," he wrote.

Governor Ron DeSantis on Big Tech bill

DeSantis Triggers Standing Ovation After Reporter Uses Trump To Attack Him

Yesterday Governor Ron DeSantis triggered a standing ovation at a ceremony in Miami when a reporter asked him if the bill he signed limiting Big Tech from censoring political opinions was for the benefit of former President Trump.

She said, "You’re a loyal supporter of former President Donald Trump; Donald Trump is now a resident in Florida and he was deplatformed. Is this bill for him? [Daily Wire]

DeSantis fired back a blistering response:
“The bill is for everyday Floridians; this is what we’ve said, and it will allow any Floridian to be able to provide for what they’re doing. But I do think that’s another issue that’s been brought to bear: when you deplatform the President of the United States but you let Ayatollah Khamenei talk about killing Jews, that’s wrong.”

Big Tech companies are monopolies that are squelching free speech

And Governor Ron DeSantis is going to do something about that!

Social media crackdown bill heading to DeSantis

Florida lawmakers Thursday night passed a plan to crack down on large social-media companies that block users from their platforms, giving a victory to Gov. Ron DeSantis on one of his top legislative priorities.

The Republican-controlled House and Senate approved the measure (SB 7072) nearly four months after former President Donald Trump was blocked from Twitter and Facebook after some of his supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol to try to prevent certification of President Joe Biden’s election victory.
