Tucker Carlson Says He’s Starting a New Political Party After Break with GOP

Tucker Carlson says he plans to help build a new political party after breaking with President Trump and the Republican Party over the Iran war.

The conservative podcaster argued that Democrats and Republicans are too aligned on the issues he believes matter most to Americans.

Carlson made the declaration in an interview with the Columbia Journalism Review.

“I’m going to help build a third party,” Carlson said. He said there should be a “good-faith effort” to determine what benefits the country.

Carlson said his biggest concerns are “war and finance.” He argued that Democrats and Republicans are largely aligned on both issues. “That’s not a democracy,” Carlson said.

He described the system as “a one-party state posing as a democracy.”

The Trump-appointed justice defended the Court's role and independence during a recent public appearance, pushing back directly against calls for structural overhaul that have intensified since the Court's conservative majority began issuing landmark rulings on abortion, presidential immunity, and the administrative state.

The Hill reported on Gorsuch's remarks, which came as political pressure on the Court shows no sign of easing.

The comments land at a moment when the Court's legitimacy has become a partisan flashpoint. Progressive lawmakers and advocacy groups have spent years calling for everything from term limits to expanding the bench.

Former President Biden went further, proposing a three-part reform package that would strip former presidents of criminal immunity, impose term limits on justices, and create a binding ethics code for the Court.

He performed "As" and "They Won't Go When I Go" – songs he said "speak the truth in my heart."Then he stopped performing and started lecturing.

"It is you, and you know who you are," Wonder told the crowd. "You need to overcome hate. You need to overcome the mindset of white supremacy. You shall overcome the need to dominate every single country and every people."

Turley: Ellison Wrong on Church Protest Charges

Something happened at a Minnesota church that many see as more than a protest. Activists entered and disrupted services. The state attorney general, Keith Ellison, called it “a First Amendment activity” and suggested federal charges weren’t warranted.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley disagrees. He says the actions cross the line from speech into criminal conduct. He argues there are multiple violations on the table.

Turley wrote: “One would think that a mob action against a church would be something that would transcend political divisions as a grotesque and chilling act. If you thought that, you do not know Keith Ellison.”

He pressed the point that protesting outside a church is protected speech. But disrupting services and mistreating worshippers inside is conduct. That can be treated as trespass, disorderly conduct, or other offenses under state law. Turley says federal statutes could also apply.

Ellison pushed back on criticism by framing the event as a First Amendment issue. Turley rejects that framing. “He is wrong,” Turley wrote.

So, here we go again—Democrats just can’t help themselves. After losing power, getting exposed for the absolute disaster they created, and watching Trump take back the reins, their big plan now is to impeach him… again.

That’s the warning coming straight from Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, who just put the public on notice: the left is cooking up another impeachment stunt.

Yep, you heard that right. With the country in shambles after four years of Bidenomics, open borders, and woke insanity, Democrats are still obsessed with one thing—Donald J. Trump.

They’re not focused on fixing the economy, securing the border, or getting criminals off the streets. No, their priority is playing political games and trying to stop Trump from doing what he was elected to do—clean house.

Mike Johnson, not exactly a guy prone to hyperbole, came out and made it clear that the chatter from the left is heating up. And if you’ve been watching the usual suspects in the media and on social media, it’s obvious. They never let go of the 2020 grudge match.

The Democrat leader started by attacking President Trump’s recent decision to close Venezuelan airspace. Walz called the decisive action “reckless,” insisted Americans should “be concerned,” and portrayed the move as the behavior of someone “incapable of doing the job.”

The problem for Walz is that Democrats always use the same script. Every time President Trump takes decisive foreign-policy action to protect U.S. interests, Democrats instantly label it “dangerous” rather than acknowledge the underlying national security threat.

Walz’s rhetoric conveniently ignores the chaos and corruption he oversaw as Vice Presidential nominee. He is a key member of the political establishment that constantly undermines the Commander-in-Chief.

This political posturing is all about 2028. Walz is attempting to position himself as a voice of reason against Trump while elevating his defeated running mate, Kamala Harris, as the party's future.
