If illegals are on the Voter Roles; They Can Vote

Reuters finds 30,000 noncitizens on voter rolls since 2000 as Lee demands Senate act on SAVE America Act

A Reuters investigation found more than 30,000 self-declared noncitizens landed on U.S. voter rolls over a quarter-century, and Sen. Mike Lee says the Senate's refusal to pass his proof-of-citizenship bill is the reason it keeps happening.

Lee, a Utah Republican, took the Senate floor Wednesday to confront members of both parties who have stalled the SAVE America Act, the voter-integrity bill he introduced earlier this year. His catalyst: a Reuters report published the same day documenting erroneous noncitizen registrations across eleven states, from California and Illinois to Texas and Pennsylvania.

The report identified the problem in both red and blue states, Iowa, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, and Virginia round out the list, and attributed the registrations to "software glitches and clerical errors" rather than any organized scheme to register illegal immigrants.

Reuters also acknowledged that its numbers are not precise because "state data is often tentative and subject to revision," and the wire service said it could not determine how many of those noncitizens actually cast ballots.

None of that softened Lee's argument. He told colleagues the data proved a point he and other conservatives have pressed for years.

The SAVE America Act, which Lee introduced earlier this year, would require registrants to verify their citizenship and eligibility at the time of registration. It would also mandate voter ID and photo identification at the polls.

The bill cleared the House but has stalled in the Senate, where resistance has come from Democrats and, Lee indicated, some Republicans as well. President Donald Trump supports the legislation.

“Let’s make it easy to vote and let’s make it hard to cheat.” Pass the SAVE America Act

States may have registered more than 30,000 self-identified noncitizens since 2000, Reuters reports

The review of registration errors across a dozen states comes as Republicans press Congress to require proof of citizenship to register for federal elections.

U.S. states may have added more than 30,000 people who identified themselves as noncitizens to voter registration rolls since 2000, according to a Reuters review of official records published Sept. 23.

The figure covers software glitches and clerical errors at driver’s license and state identification (ID) agencies in a dozen states governed by both Democrats and Republicans. Reuters said it drew on data from the Center for Election Innovation & Research, then verified figures with state officials, court records, and local reports.

New Jersey reported one of the largest errors, according to Reuters. Gov. Mikie Sherrill, a Democrat, said in July that a software problem registered roughly 6,600 people between June 2023 and June 2024 even though they answered “no” when asked whether they were U.S. citizens during license or ID applications. Sherrill said a preliminary review showed fewer than 400 of those individuals went on to vote...(yeah, right, like we believe that!! N.J is so corrupt.)

The data also showed errors in California, Illinois, Iowa, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, according to Reuters.

The findings come as Republicans have for months pressed for the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility, or SAVE America, Act, which would require documentary proof of citizenship to register for federal elections and photo identification to vote.

Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, sought to advance legislation containing parts of the SAVE America Act on the Senate Sept. 23, but Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., objected, blocking Lee’s attempt to advance that bill quickly by unanimous consent.

Illegals and voter registrations

🤔Jeffries dodges noncitizen voting question on live TV, pivots to accusing Republicans of voter suppression

House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries dismissed New Jersey's disclosure that roughly 6,600 noncitizens were registered to vote as a "modest or minor" challenge, then quickly changed the subject to attacking Republicans.

CNN anchor Dana Bash pressed Jeffries on the issue during a Sunday appearance on "State of the Union," pointing to what she called one of the most significant disclosures of noncitizen registration on record.

New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill, a Democrat, announced the previous week that a "serious software error" had registered approximately 6,600 noncitizens as voters between June 2023 and June 2024. Fewer than 400 of them actually cast ballots.

Bash's question was blunt: "Democrats have repeatedly said that non-citizen voting doesn't happen. It happened. Is this a problem?"

Jeffries did not say yes. He did not say no. He talked about confidence in state and local authorities, called the New Jersey situation a voluntary disclosure that was "immediately corrected," and then steered the conversation toward President Trump and the GOP.

Jeffries called 6,600 illegal registrations a "modest" problem, then blamed Republicans.

Spanberger Says She Wants New Rules For Polling Places

Spanberger’s decision to bar ICE from polling stations draws scrutiny

Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger says she will sign an executive order meant to guide election workers if federal agents show up near polling places.

According to reporting on her remarks, the order is supposed to explain how state employees and people helping run Virginia elections should react if federal agents appear where voters are casting ballots.

That may sound calm on paper, but in plain English it means the governor now wants a rulebook for a situation Democrats keep telling us should not be happening in the first place.

The ICE Question Is Hard To Ignore. The odd part is simple. Democrats have spent years insisting that illegal aliens are not voting because federal law forbids it.

So if that is true, why the dramatic rush to keep ICE away from polling places? That is the kind of question that practically answers itself. If there is nothing to see, then why the panic?

The whole thing makes it look like the left is more worried about enforcement than election security, and that is never a good sign for people who still believe voting should be legal, orderly, and transparent.

Dead People found on Voter Roles

North Carolina voter rolls found to contain 34,000 dead registrants after federal database check

North Carolina's State Board of Elections has identified approximately 34,000 deceased individuals still listed on the state's voter rolls, a discovery that came only after officials cross-referenced more than 7.3 million voter records against a federal database.

The finding, which the board's own executive director called "higher than we anticipated," raises pointed questions about how long those names sat untouched and what other states might find if they bothered to look.

The board submitted the records to the federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements database earlier this month as part of an initiative to strengthen the accuracy of its registration lists, Fox News reported. The effort came amid a broader Trump administration push to compel states to open their voter-registration data to federal review, a push that has already triggered lawsuits against at least 30 states and the District of Columbia.

Federal law already requires states to remove deceased individuals from their voter rolls. That North Carolina needed a federal database match to flag 34,000 of them tells you how well the existing system was working on its own.

What the numbers show--The NCSBE submitted 7,397,734 voter records to the SAVE database, Newsmax reported. Officials said the gaps in the state's normal list-maintenance process allowed deceased voters who had moved out of North Carolina and later died in another state to slip through the cracks entirely.

Minnesota Illegal faces a felony for illegally voting

Noncitizen in Minnesota faces felony charges after voting in 2024 election and calling it a 'mistake'

A 39-year-old man in Minnesota was charged Monday with perjury and a voting violation after authorities said records showed he registered to vote in 2023 and then submitted a ballot in the 2024 election, despite not being a United States citizen.

Mukeshkumar Somabhai Chaudhari initially denied voting when investigators confronted him, Fox News Digital reported, but later admitted to casting a ballot and told them he "made a mistake."

The case lands in the middle of a national argument over how well states guard their voter rolls against illegal participation. Minnesota officials insist their system works. Critics say the state's own policies made this kind of breach predictable.

Chaudhari faces serious consequences. The Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State told Fox News Digital that penalties for voting while ineligible may include deportation, a permanent bar on future citizenship, a fine of up to $10,000, and up to five years in prison.

For a man reportedly in the middle of a green card process, the felony charges could end more than just a legal case, they could end his ability to remain in the country.

Democrats sue again - Protecting the illegal votes

Democrats sue to block Trump executive order restricting mail-in ballot distribution

Congressional Democrats and the Democratic National Committee filed a lawsuit Wednesday to block President Trump's recent executive order cracking down on mail-in voting, setting up yet another legal battle over election integrity measures that the left reflexively frames as "voter suppression."

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, and other party organizations joined the suit, with prominent Democratic election lawyer Marc Elias leading the charge.

The complaint targets an executive order that would restrict how mail-in ballots are distributed, part of a broader effort by the administration to ensure that only verified U.S. citizens receive them.

Earlier this week, President Trump announced that he directed Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin, along with the Social Security Administration, to create a list of verified U.S. citizens who are eligible to vote. Under the order, the U.S. Postal Service will only be permitted to send ballots to those people.

China involved in our 2020 election fraud

Election fraud round-up: more is uncovered all the time

A few days ago, Just The News did an update on what we know about China gaining access to American voter registration data prior to the 2020 election.

Since then, investigative reporter John Solomon has elaborated on this in an interview with Glenn Beck.

“We’re finally finding out,” he said. “Congress had no idea; the President had no idea; the American people had no idea.” (Note: We’re not sure that’s quite true. China’s involvement might now be known, but the basic story has been out there, just not confirmed.)

Even Solomon noted later in this same interview that Just The News reported last June about FBI Director Kash Patel releasing documentary evidence about China sending tens of thousands of fake drivers’ licenses into Chicago’s O’Hare Airport to be distributed around the country, presumably for those names to be registered to vote and to “vote” for Biden in 2020.)

“We intercepted those,” Solomon said, “but it’s pretty sure that China either has a preference with the Democratic Party or some sort of alliance with the Democratic Party, based on what the FBI wrote.”

Nick Shirley exposes Voter Fraud

Investigative Reporter Nick Shirley Exposes Massive Voter Fraud in California

Investigative reporter Nick Shirley traveled to California to expose voter fraud.

California does not require voter ID, and the state’s elections go on and on for weeks after Election Day. With ballot harvesting, ballot curing, a lack of voter ID laws, and mass mail-in ballots, California’s elections are rife with fraud.

Last year, an Orange County, California, woman was arrested and charged with illegally registering her dog to vote and casting mail-in ballots in her dog’s name.

Laura Lee Yourex, 62, of Costa Mesa, illegally registered her dog to vote in California and cast ballots in her dog’s name in the 2021 Gavin Newsom recall election and the 2022 primary election.

According to Orange County DA Todd Spitzer, the dog’s vote was successfully counted in the 2021 election but was rejected in the 2022 primary.

Nick Shirley visited locations from California’s voter rolls and not one location could even verify its voter rolls.

Mexican national falsely claimed “U.S. citizen” when he went to vote

Mexican National Kansas Mayor Charged with Decades of Illegal Voting

  • A Mexican national voted illegally in multiple U.S. elections while serving as Kansas mayor for over 30 years
  • Federal authorities confirmed he falsely claimed citizenship on voter forms despite holding only a green card
  • The SAVE verification system immediately caught decades of fraud when actually implemented
  • This case validates conservative demands for stronger election security measures nationwide
SAVE Verifies a benefit or license applicant’s immigration status or U.S. citizenship, including naturalized, acquired, and U.S.-born citizenship, for user agencies within seconds.

For years, conservatives who raised concerns about election security were dismissed as conspiracy theorists peddling dangerous misinformation.

The mainstream media insisted voter fraud was virtually nonexistent, that our elections were the most secure in history, and that anyone questioning the system was undermining democracy itself. But what happens when those so-called conspiracy theories turn out to be documented facts?

Well, look what just crawled out from under a rock in Kansas.

Turns out those “dangerous conspiracy theorists”—you know, the ones worried about election integrity—had a point. The evidence isn’t coming from anonymous sources or partisan speculation, but from federal authorities and state prosecutors who have uncovered a decades-long pattern of illegal voting that should terrify every law-abiding citizen.

Never Forget: They can’t win if they don’t cheat

Broward County, FL Officials Caught adding Over 100,000 Ineligible Voters Back into Voter Rolls

Florida GOP Chairman Evan Power sounded the alarm Monday on the alleged “voter fraud” taking place in Broward County Florida.

According to Power, the Broward County Supervisor Joe Scott reportedly added 100,000 ineligible voters back into the voter rolls recently.

Now why would he do that?

Broward County Florida is the second most populous county in Florida next to Miami Dade County. Ft. Lauderdale is its most populated city. Broward County remains a reliably Democratic ("blue") county.

Crime is slightly down in Broward but Fort Lauderdale has one of the highest rates of motor vehicle theft in the nation.

Florida’s Voice posted this easy to understand chart revealing the changing numbers. Democrats jumped from 522,246 voters yesterday morning to 609,523 voters by the end of day. That’s quite a gain!

Texas AG announced Democrat Judge and 5 others indicted for voter fraud

Democrat Judge Indicted For Voter Fraud In Texas

A Democratic judge and five other individuals were indicted for voter fraud, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Wednesday.

Judge Rochelle Lozano Camacho, an elected Democratic judge in Frio County, Texas, was charged with three counts of vote harvesting during her 2022 primary campaign, according to a press release from Paxton’s office. The county’s trustee — the judge’s sister — the election administrator, two Pearsall, Texas city council members, and an additional woman were also indicted.

The charges stem from a multi-year investigation launched in 2022 after Camacho’s opponent in the Democratic primary runoff, Mary Moore, filed a complaint, San Antonio-based ABC affiliate KSAT reported. Moore accused Camacho of hiring a longtime Democrat operative to gather mail ballots, complete applications, and even drive voters to polling locations. She allegedly paid them between $1,500 and $2,500.

Camacho allegedly targeted elderly voters in a Pearsall, Texas subdivision, Newsweek reported. One of Camacho’s partners in the scheme reportedly concealed ballots under her shirt and used multiple vehicles to avoid detection from investigators.

Elon saw the Writing on the Wall

and now he's uncovering it all.

Elon exposing the Deep Rot from the Deep State

Elon Musk just pulled back the curtain on the deep rot in Washington, and Democrats are terrified.

In a bombshell interview on “The Joe Rogan Experience,” the tech billionaire turned government efficiency czar laid out exactly how illegal immigration, bureaucracy bloat, and political corruption threaten to cripple America—and how the Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is tearing it all down.

Musk didn’t hold back. He called out Democrats’ voter fraud scheme, explaining how the endless flow of illegal immigrants into swing states is a naked power grab designed to permanently lock in a socialist one-party state. With illegals receiving Social Security, disability, and Medicaid benefits, he argued, they’re drawn to the U.S. by a “gigantic magnetic force.”

“If you put 200,000 illegals in swing states and they vote 80% Democrat, those states stop swinging. Forever,” Musk warned.

Judge Arrested for breaking Election Law

Minnesota Election Judge Arrested For Allowing Unregistered Voting

Other judges who worked with Scouton reported that he had instructed them to bypass the correct procedures.

One judge claimed that Scouton told her not to use the required registration forms, while another judge was directed to have voters sign a book rather than completing the proper registration forms.

The Minnesota Secretary of State’s office has expressed concern about the charges, stating that any deliberate failure to follow election laws undermines the public trust. “Election judges are entrusted with the responsibility to administer elections fairly and impartially, and a failure to do so is unlawful,” the office stated.

This Voter Fraud was Caught

2 Women Arrested in Colorado Ballot Scheme Tried to ‘Test’ Voting Signature System: Affidavit

Two women, including a USPS worker, were arrested for allegedly stealing mail-in ballots and submitting forged votes in Mesa County

Two women, including a United States Postal Service (USPS) worker, were arrested in Colorado’s Mesa County for allegedly stealing mail-in ballots and forging votes in an attempt to “test” the voting signature verification system, according to officials and an affidavit.

Investigators from the Colorado’s 21st Judicial District Attorney’s Office made the arrests on Nov. 6, according to an announcement from District Attorney Daniel Rubinstein, who stated that the investigation began after reports of unreceived ballots being fraudulently submitted were made by election staff on Oct. 21.

The ballots in question had been mailed from the Mesa County Clerk’s office on Oct. 11, and were intended for delivery in a specific neighborhood serviced by the USPS. However, several voters in that area reported that their ballots were never received, even though Mesa County’s election system flagged them as submitted.

Cannon noted that forged signatures on the returned ballots were significantly different from the authentic ones on file. Further investigation revealed that the stolen ballots originated from at least two different USPS mailbox clusters in the same subdivision. There were no signs of forced entry, suggesting that someone with authorized access, such an a USPS employee, may have intercepted the mail.

Democrats are prepared to steal Election 2024 with George Soros' help

U.S. Senators THREATENED BY George Soros-Tied NGO

‘Ignore Dirty Voter Rolls If You Know What’s Good For Ya’

An anonymous U.S. Senator has revealed that he or she received a phone call from a shady group which THREATENED them that they had better IGNORE dirty voter rolls ahead of the election – OR ELSE.

The senator noted that the call they received came from an organization known as “Keep Our Republic.”

This group is a non-government organization (NGO) which is OF COURSE funded by the radical America-hating left-wing billionaire George Soros.

On the call, the senator said that the NGO was saying that if certain senators did not back down from claiming voter rolls were “dirty”, meant filled with illegal voters, these senators would have this “good government” group fight to keep them from being re-elected.

The team at Fractal Analytics, a quantum computing team that has been scrutinizing voter data, has exposed the fact that its NGOs like these that are actually RESPONSIBLE for the bloated voter rolls.

Fractal discovered that the NGOs have prepared more than 500,000 completely fraudulent ballots in EACH SWING STATE, which is more than enough to decide elections in their favor.
