DeSantis signs bill expanding integrity in Voter Registration

DeSantis signs Florida's version of SAVE America Act, draws immediate lawsuit

The GOP governor said, “This bill protects and expands integrity in our voter registration process.”

DeSantis, who has pushed a series of election law changes during his nearly eight years in office, including a stand-alone election crimes office, said, “This bill protects and expands integrity in our voter registration process.”

“Our constitution in the state of Florida says only American citizens are allowed to vote in our elections,” he added. “And so we need to make sure that that is the law.”

It’s already illegal for noncitizens to vote in Florida, and in 2020 the prohibition was added to the state constitution. Florida — which has 13.3 million active registered voters — has found some examples of noncitizens voting thanks to this law.

The new law adds proof of citizenship requirements and increases the role of state agencies to confirm citizenship. Backers of the measure contend many Floridians would not be affected because roughly 99 percent of those with driver’s licenses are already compliant with REAL ID standards that require documentation such as birth certificates.

Never Forget: They can’t win if they don’t cheat

Broward County, FL Officials Caught adding Over 100,000 Ineligible Voters Back into Voter Rolls

Florida GOP Chairman Evan Power sounded the alarm Monday on the alleged “voter fraud” taking place in Broward County Florida.

According to Power, the Broward County Supervisor Joe Scott reportedly added 100,000 ineligible voters back into the voter rolls recently.

Now why would he do that?

Broward County Florida is the second most populous county in Florida next to Miami Dade County. Ft. Lauderdale is its most populated city. Broward County remains a reliably Democratic ("blue") county.

Crime is slightly down in Broward but Fort Lauderdale has one of the highest rates of motor vehicle theft in the nation.

Florida’s Voice posted this easy to understand chart revealing the changing numbers. Democrats jumped from 522,246 voters yesterday morning to 609,523 voters by the end of day. That’s quite a gain!

ACLU loses this one

Judge Denies Request to Grant Nearly 2000 South Carolina Voter Registrations to 17-Year-Olds

To date, the DMV has positively identified 1,896 who asked to be registered when applying for driver’s licenses but weren’t added to the rolls.

A judge has denied a request by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of South Carolina to compel South Carolina’s Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) and State Election Commission to reopen voter registration in the state and add thousands of eligible 17-year-olds to the voter rolls ahead of the upcoming presidential election.

The ruling, issued on Oct. 25 by Judge Daniel Coble of the Richland County Court of Common Pleas, was handed down in response to a lawsuit brought by the advocacy group, which sought emergency relief to correct what it argued was a systemic error by the SCDMV that prevented eligible 17-year-olds from being registered to vote.

Ways Republicans can help

What can YOU do NOW to help Republicans win?

Read what Jenniffer Lee, for State Committeewoman says--

There are many ways you can help NOW! Here are a few that I feel are important. Register to vote!

Make sure you are STILL registered and STILL registered as a Republican.
They cleaned the voter rolls, so make sure you weren’t removed. Also, some data “glitches” switched many people’s party without their permission. Make sure you are not a victim to either of these scenarios by checking your status now. You can’t vote in the Republican Primary nor for Republican State Committeemen and State Committeewomen (like me) if you are not registered as a Republican!

Make sure you ARE registered AND registered as the right party.

Change your party affiliation.
Request your Vote by Mail (VBM) ballot.

Voter Registration up for Republicans

Republicans Are Winning the Voter Registration Battle in Battleground States

In Pennsylvania, Nevada, and North Carolina, the Republican Party is cutting into the Democrat’s advantage of registered voters.

Republicans are closing the gap on voter registrations in key swing states. Political observers say it could be a sign the party will perform well in November.

The gap between registered voters in the Democratic P
arty and Republican Party shrank significantly in Pennsylvania, Nevada, and North Carolina, according to voter registration statistics collected in April.

Taking the combined voter totals in the three states, Republicans have eroded the Democratic registration advantage by more than 54 percent between 2019 and 2024.

The Sleeper Issue of 2024

Democrat Steal Begins in Texas After Mysterious Move

In what promises to be a tumultuous election year, the Democrats seem to be laying the groundwork for yet another dubious victory in the upcoming 2024 elections.

While many people are focused on other pressing issues, a recent revelation has brought an alarming trend to light—a surge in mysterious voter registrations that could tip the scales in favor of the Democrats.

Catherine Engelbrecht from True the Vote sounded the alarm bells, shedding light on a concerning surge in Texas voter registrations since the beginning of 2024. The numbers are staggering, with 1.7 million new voter registrations recorded in Texas since the last presidential election. This spike raises questions about the legitimacy of these registrations and whether they could potentially influence the election outcomes.

Engelbrecht didn’t mince words when she hinted at the possibility that a significant portion of these registrations could be linked to illegal aliens, casting a shadow of doubt over the integrity of the electoral process. The implications of such a revelation are profound, as the impact of non-citizen interference in elections could undermine the very foundation of democracy. [patriotclash]

Florida Voter Registration data is out!

Condition Red: Florida Republicans Lead Democrats in New Registered Voters 9 to 1

While there’s been plenty of political grandstanding about the upcoming red wave, especially in Florida, the notion is increasingly backed up with hard numbers. Florida Republican prospects in the midterms continue to look brighter and brighter as new republican voter registration outclasses democrats 9 to 1, potentially indicating the end of Democratic hopes in the state.

Registered republicans already hold the lead in early voting in Florida, likely spelling doom for Democrats, who Republicans always outnumber in votes cast on election day. But what’s more, the number of newly registered Republicans for midterms dwarfs the number of new democrats

Florida Republican Voter Registrations Ahead of Democrats

DeSantis Wins Again - Out of Over 1M New Voters, Less Than 18K Registered as Democrat

New numbers coming out of Florida indicate that the era of Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis has been a magnet for the state’s Republican Party.

When comparing October 2018 state records to July 2022 state records, the Sunshine State has gone from 13,278,070 overall voters to 14,315,755 voters.

In that time, the number of non-affiliated voters rose from 3,549,094 to 3,905,562 — an increase of just over 10 percent. Democratic Party enrollment rose from 4,962,064 to 4,944,867 — which is an increase of only 17,197 people.

The 2022 numbers show the state with 5,191,018 Republicans. That means from the 2018 election until this summer, the Florida GOP added 509,420 people. That is an increase of roughly 10 percent.

"Trench Warefare," Keep it up GOP!

Perfect: As Fuel Prices Soar, GOP Launches Voter Registration Drives at Gas Stations Across America

As Rham Emanuel once said, "Never let a good crisis go to waste."

"The Democrat Party has been “symbolism over substance” for decades. While I’m not suggesting the Republican National Committee’s launch of a voter registration initiative at gas stations across the country amid a continuing sharp rise in gas prices comes anywhere close to a trick from the Democrat playbook, it is perfectly symbolic given the reality of untold millions of angry Americans."

What better place to launch a voter registration drive?

Oregon registered a Non-Citizen to vote

Non-U.S. citizen reveals she was automatically registered to vote

'I don't know why there's this blind belief that it cannot happen'

Blind belief?--only by Democrats.

This woman is a non-citizen who is married to a U.S. citizen. Why has she not applied for a Green Card and tried to become a citizen? It's a curious story but one showing there is voter fraud.

Pelosi wants illegals to vote

"It's hard to keep up with all the masks the Democrats are removing.

Blackface is OK. Killing abortion survivors is legal. Removing all border barriers is on the agenda. Anti-Semitism is excusable.

Now Nancy Pelosi has ripped off another mask, confirming what we've known all along -- that the Democrat open-border policy is about importing a permanent underclass who must be allowed to vote and keep her party in power.

And -- in true Orwellian doublespeak -- she's dressing it all up with a new name for her army of non-citizen voters" [WND]

California: The Fu*ked up State

California to register illegal aliens to vote – automatically

We've written about this before but it should be brought up over and over again! The April Fools joke is on all the citizens of this country and the jokester is governor Jerry Brown, Democrat. What planet did he drop in from?

Beginning April 1, every person who gets a California driver’s license will be automatically entitled to vote. At the moment, it is estimated that there are 2.6 million undocumented immigrants in California and now that this crazy governor has made it a Sanctuary state, can you even imagine how many more will be migrating there?

Is Online voter Registration form illegal?

Susan Bucher, Supervisor of Elections Palm Beach County, has said that the new online form is against the law.

State Sen Jeff Clemens who wrote the law says, “When I wrote the law, I was concerned with making sure the registrations that were performed online weren’t treated any differently than those that were handed in on paper. So I didn’t really contemplate that they would ask for different information from online registrants.”

Online Voter Registration now in effect

[SunshineState News] Call me too ignorant, too cynical or too old, but online voter registration, which went into effect in Florida Oct. 1, feels like Big Trouble.

Sure as Monday turned to Tuesday, it won't be long before a few or even several supervisors of election cry foul when some shadowy cyber mischiefmaker with enough personal data impersonates voters and changes registration records.

Read the rest of Nancy Smith's article

I personally like this comment but believe there should be a photo ID: I believe that voter fraud must be curtailed and everyone should register in person, be photographed and provide a United States birth certificate or naturalization papers or a U. S. Passport to register. If the credentials are in order, a photo shall be taken. No photo ID required. Give them your name and when your photo pops up on the screen, you may vote. If your photo doesn't match your face, you will be arrested. No fraud. No Illegals voting. No multiple voting by anyone. Our Democracy will be secure. No mail in vote requests will be honored with out a face on file.

And I'm with Nancy who is against early voting. The time extensions they are giving now make it a complete farce. We will be reading about Fido getting a voting card.

Jeff Clemens has expanded his scheme to register voters

State Senator Jeff Clemens filed a new measure this week that would expand upon the federal 'Motor Voter' law, which allows people to register to vote by submitting an application at licensing offices. Under Clemens' bill, no additional paperwork would be needed. Clemens said, “If you’re an American and a legal citizen, you shouldn’t jump through an extra legal hoop just to exercise your constitutional right to vote."

As Democrats are bewildered why their turnout at the polls was not as expected, they are doing everything imaginable to get potential voters registered.

With the large illegal population in our state, this could open up all sorts of possibilities down the road  for fraud. There has been a big push to allow illegal immigrants to get driver's licenses in our state. At this time, a total of 12 states plus the District of Columbia allow undocumented immigrants to obtain a driver's license. These 12 states include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Vermont and Washington. However, anti-immigration groups against this idea say granting driver’s licenses to illegal undocumented immigrants will encourage illegal immigration and won’t increase road safety.  Non-citizens should never vote in our elections.

Can you even imagine an illegal alien controlling our vote in Florida? Thank God for a Republican Legislature. Jeff Clemens needs to concentrate on the Sober Home problem not beefing up the registered Democratic voters.

Clemens bill:

SB 72: Voter Registration

GENERAL BILL by Clemens
Voter Registration; Providing that driver license or identification card applications, driver license or identification card renewal applications, and changes of address for existing driver licenses or identification cards submitted to the department serve as voter registration applications; specifying that an applicant must consent to the use of his or her signature for voter registration purposes; providing for paper-based applications, etc.
