The new indictment alleges that Bankman-Fried “authorized and directed a bribe of at least $40 million to one or more Chinese government officials” in order to reclaim access to accounts containing over $1 billion worth of cryptocurrency which had been frozen by Chinese authorities. The purpose of the funds was said to be so that Bankman-Fried could use them “to assist [himself] and Alameda in obtaining and retaining business.”
The new count, which falls under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, brings to 13 the number of federal charges Bankman-Fried faces.

A year and a day after the crash that killed Paul Donner, a judge sentenced a Lake Worth Beach man to four years in prison in the 71-year-old's death along South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach.Jesus Santizo Sarmiento pleaded guilty to charges of DUI manslaughter and leaving the scene of a crash involving death. During a March 27 hearing at the Palm Beach County Courthouse, Circuit Judge Cymonie Rowe also ordered that he serve three years of probation once he completes his prison sentence.
West Palm Beach police charged Santizo Sarmiento with driving under the influence of alcohol when his 2007 Chevrolet Impala struck and killed Donner before dawn on March 26, 2022, on South Dixie Highway just south of Barnett Street.

The County Supervisors in Shasta County, California, voted on March 28 to go with paper ballots in elections going forward. The vote was 3-2.
In January, the County Supervisors in Shasta (a red) County voted to get rid of Dominion voting systems in their elections. This vote sent shockwaves through the state.
The Shasta County Board of Supervisors following hours of debate passed by a 3-2 vote to go with hand counted paper ballots. The vote came after numerous presenters came forward to discuss the merits of manual counting and electronic systems. Clint Curtis who was the computer programmer who created the algorithm designed to modify election results flew from Florida just to talk to the board.
Shasta County is the first to drop the use of electronic voting systems in California. There are several additional counties in California who are considering disuse of the Dominion and other electronic voting systems.

COVID fraud by the billions
Waste, fraud and abuse cost the U.S. up to $163 billion throughout the pandemic.
House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer held a hearing “to investigate COVID-19 fraud.” He hauled officials from the Department of Labor in to explain where it went and what’s being done about it.“There has been massive amounts of fraud. We want to know if there’s a way to claw back any of this money,” Comer told reporters. The committee also wants to know “if there’s a way to hold people accountable for wrongdoing, and what steps these different government agencies have done to prevent this in the future.”
The oversight committee concentrated on the overwhelming evidence of theft in the aid programs. He’s convinced the testimony will “infuriate every American” enough to wonder “Where has Congress been for the last two years?” Nobody questioned any of the rampant funding abuse.

And for a little bit of trivia, Transgender people are part of the LGBTQ+ community. According to the Williams Institute, 1.4 million adults identify as transgender in the United States. About 0.5% of adults 18-24 identify as transgender, and 0.3% of adults 65 and older identify as transgender.

Cessario admitted to destroying evidence on his computer along with paying a business to help him delete files and wipe his computer’s hard drive of which the contents had been requested by a federal court for analysis in the trial of Arkansas state Sen. Jon Woods.
The FBI has become corrupt because of individuals like Cessario who put politics above integrity and the job they swore to do.

Aside from not being particularly pro-Israel, as the regime claims to be, the training will be carried out by a charity that has partnered with terrorist groups.The Washington Free Beacon has revealed that grant documents show the State Department gave $41,000 last September to Fares Al-Arab, an organization based in the Gaza Strip that has a history of partnering with the Hamas government. The money is intended for Fares Al-Arab to start a 15-month training program that will “target employed and unemployed journalists” and focus on “developing the Palestinian journalists’ English language skills.”

The University took a huge donation according to a source. The source has provided that the CCP-linked billionaire Shan Weijian, whose daughter attends UMBC, has allegedly donated tens of millions of dollars to UMBC for the school’s effort to remove NFSC protesters. It will be interesting to see if this alleged secret donation took place as we follow through the course of this new legal action by NFSC protesters.
Obviously, the university was influenced by all that money. Protesters were told to discontinue holding signs, handing out flyers, and running livestreams, and to move to a less visible area, on threat of forced removal.

In practice, it will likely do very little to stop the influx on either side of the northern border.
Part of Canada's agreement will involve accepting an additional 15,000 immigrants per year from the U.S., Fox News reported. Also, the deal provides an update to the Safe Third County Agreement from 2004.

She was a terrific city manager when she was in Lake Worth and hired on a 4/1 vote. I was there the day she was publicly interviewed and Rene Varela and I were sitting in the back row. We both agreed, her interview was the best of all the top candidates.
Her bargaining skills allowed the city to save millions by negotiating lower contracts with the county sheriff's office and county fire-rescue agency. She brought expenses in line with falling tax revenues while pushing through the city utility's first electric rate reduction. Under her watch, the city finally broke ground on renovations to Lake Worth's public beach. We were in the Black under her leadership.
But that was not enough for the commission in power at that time. A few treated her disrespectfully and eventually fired her.
What is she doing now? After a few significant jobs in California, on September 11, 2020, she was ordained to the Priesthood in the Episcopal Church by Bishop Lucinda Ashby in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. "Nearly 200 more banks could be vulnerable to the same type of risk that collapsed Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) earlier this month, according to a recently published study.There are 186 banks across the United States that could collapse if half of their respective uninsured depositors withdraw their funds, researchers with the Social Science Research Network found. Deposits at member banks of up to $250,000 are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., although the agency agreed to insure depositors’ funds far above that after SVB’s collapse this month."
I bank at Wells Fargo and complain all of the time about the low interest it pays its customers. But I believe this bank is too big to fail. There have been some scandals over the past several years that gives me angst and my local bank on Lake Avenue and Federal is closing in May.
One of the problems they had was Wells Fargo’s scandalous practice of billing customers for unauthorized accounts could send a former top executive to prison and already has saddled her with millions of dollars in fines. Under an agreement announced Wednesday in the California federal courts, Carrie Tolstedt, the longtime head of Wells Fargo’s retail banking division, agreed to plead guilty to obstructing a government examination of the bank’s misconduct. Tolstedt, 63, faces up to 16 months in prison, a $100,000 fine and three years of supervised release, according to her plea agreement.
So, no matter how safe you are, your bank could collapse.

Costello is the former legal adviser for Michael Cohen. Cohen is one of the two key witnesses in the case, along with Stormy Daniels. Both have serious credibility issues.
Costello’s testimony further decimated any case that the Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg may have thought he ever had.
Costello ripped Cohen as a liar.
“There can be no doubt in anyone’s mind that Michael Cohen has great difficulty telling the truth,” Costello said. “He is, after all a convicted perjurer, and our track record with Mr. Cohen convinced us that he was a serial liar.”
