Now Trump's federal civil rights commission just handed a Coca-Cola distributor its own reckoning – and this one comes with a federal lawsuit, a jury trial, and the full weight of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast – a producer and distributor serving New England and upstate New York – quietly organized a two-day networking trip to Mohegan Sun Casino and Resort in Connecticut in September 2024.

Two hundred and fifty employees were privately invited. Every single one of them was a woman. The men at the company found out they weren't invited, weren't compensated, and weren't considered.

The women who attended got their hotel, their meals, their networking opportunities with senior executives – including Jennifer Mann, President of Coca-Cola North America – and their full salary, without burning a single vacation day.

The men got nothing but the bill. (Aren't men usually stuck with the bill? 😉)

The Georgia Republican Party is booting Coca-Cola from state legislative offices

after the soda giant deliberately misled the public about Georgia’s new voter integrity law.

In a letter sent directly to Coke’s Woke Gestapo, the Georgia State House of Representatives said in part:

Given Coke’s choice to cave to the pressure of an out of control cancel culture, we respectfully request all Coca-Cola Company products be removed from our office suite immediately.

… Should Coke choose to read the bill, share its true intentions and accept their role in the dissemination of mistruths, we would welcome a conversation to rebuild a working relationship.

… We have the responsibility to all of Georgia to not engage in those misguided intentions nor continue to support corporations who choose to. Given Coke’s choice to cave to the pressure of an out-of-control cancel culture, we respectfully request all Coca-Cola Company products be removed from our office suite immediately.

Coca-Cola Will Only Hire Law Firms If They Have Enough Black Lawyers

Coca-Cola is taking this “woke” nonsense to a whole new level. And you know what generally happens when a company does something like this: they usually lose a good amount of money before eventually reversing course (however slightly).

Coca-Cola debuted a new policy this year implementing a diversity quota for the outside counsel it retains, saying it will only hire law firms that commit to providing 15 percent of billed time from black attorneys, higher than the percentage of African Americans in the U.S. population.

African American attorneys make up just five percent of all U.S. lawyers, the American Bar Association reported last year.
