At the October 21, 2025 meeting, Commissioner McVoy shouted out to a member of our public during public commentary that she was a Liar. She didn't lie about anything.

In an earlier commission meeting, he accused the rest of the commission of taking bribes--no proof but repeated something he had heard in the community he said.

His behavior was reprehensible and unprofessional for an elected official. As Commissioner Segrich said, public commentary is sacred. And a charge of pay-to-play was shocking based on ridiculous political rumors.

At the 4:34:41 mark, Commissioner Segrich made a motion to censure Commissioner McVoy.

A public censure is a public condemnation that involves the censured individual having to stand and listen as the resolution is read aloud, which is intended to be a source of embarrassment and shame. He had no shame and never apologized. The vote was 4/1 with McVoy dissenting.

Rep. Goldman Launches Effort To Censure GOP Congresswoman

Former President Donald Trump is reportedly considering Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) as his potential running mate in the 2024 election. According to NBC News, the suggestion was made during a dinner at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort, shortly after Stefanik made headlines for her sharp questioning of college presidents about campus antisemitism.

The censure effort against Stefanik, introduced by corrupt and radical Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.), follows a trend in the House of using the formal rebuke on a more frequent basis. While censure carries no actual consequences, it does carry the stigma of being disciplined by fellow lawmakers and can damage a politician's reputation going forward.

Goldman's resolution accuses Stefanik of supporting "the duly charged and convicted January 6 insurrectionists" and attempting to stop the certification of the 2020 Presidential election. It also references her comments about special counsel Jack Smith's indictment against Trump and calling the select committee investigating the January 6 attack a "witch hunt."

In a bold move that reaffirms America’s solidarity with its long-standing ally, Israel, the U.S. House of Representatives has voted to censure Democrat Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) for her support of genocide against the Jewish state.

In a 234-188 vote, 22 Democrats broke ranks to join 212 Republicans in voting for the censure, while four Republicans voted against it...Reps. Ken Buck (CO), John Duarte (CA), Thomas Massie (KY), and Tom McClintock (CA).

The resolution pulled no punches, accusing Tlaib of defending the horrific acts of violence perpetrated by Hamas, including rapes, murders, beheadings, and kidnappings, under the guise of ‘resistance’ to an ‘apartheid state.’ Furthermore, it slammed Tlaib for knowingly spreading the falsehood that Israel intentionally bombed the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital on October 17, despite evidence to the contrary from U.S. intelligence, Israeli intelligence, and President Biden.

This censure is a significant blow to Tlaib and a clear message that support for genocide against Israel will not be tolerated in the U.S. Congress. It also serves as a stark reminder of the deep divides within the Democratic party over its stance on Israel and Palestine.

Yesterday, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene reintroduced a privileged censure resolution for Rashida Tlaib following the October 18th illegal occupation of the United States Capitol by Israel-hating, America-hating Jewish Voice for Peace led by Representative Tlaib.

Congresswoman Greene's privileged resolution will require the House to consider the resolution on the floor within two legislative days.

The Congresswoman expects every Republican to vote in support of her resolution and hopes some Democrats will vote in favor as well to join together in a bipartisan manner in denouncing antisemitic, anti-American behavior from Members of the House of Representatives.
