Antifa Leader Benjamin Song Gets 100 Years for Texas ICE Attack

Eight of the ten people convicted in the Texas attack on a federal immigration detention center learned their sentences on Tuesday, and the punishments were steep. Benjamin Song, identified by prosecutors as the group’s leader, received 100 years in prison.

The case stems from the July 4, 2025, attack on the Prairieland ICE detention center in Alvarado, Texas. Prosecutors said the group came prepared, fired off fireworks, vandalized property, and shot at police officers who responded. One officer was struck in the neck with a bullet and survived.

According to the sentencing breakdown reported Tuesday, Maricela Rueda received 70 years. Autumn Hill received 50 years, along with Zachary Evetts, Savanna Batten, Meagan Morris, and Elizabeth Soto. Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada was sentenced to 30 years.

The defendants were convicted earlier this year on a wide range of charges, including riot-related offenses, providing material support to terrorists, conspiracy to use and carry an explosive, using and carrying an explosive, attempted murder of an officer, discharging a firearm during a violent crime, and charges tied to concealing documents. In March, a jury found nine Antifa members guilty after a 12-day trial in federal court.

Washington, D.C., US Attorney Jeanine Pirro stood before cameras and put the city on notice: teenagers involved in violent mob gatherings, and the parents who let them roam, will face federal prosecution, fines, and jail time.

The warning came after a brawl tore through a Chipotle restaurant in the Navy Yard neighborhood, with video showing youths fighting and hurling chairs inside the business.

"What happened this past Saturday night at Chipotle in the Navy Yard, and what we're seeing increasingly across the district is not only unacceptable, it is violent, it is dangerous, and it is illegal," Pirro said at a press conference, the New York Post reported. "And I am here to tell you it's going to stop."

The incident at the Navy Yard Chipotle was not an isolated flare-up. Pirro described a pattern of "teen takeovers" spreading across the District, violent, chaotic gatherings that have resulted in assaults and property destruction. Her office's response marks a sharp escalation, one that targets not just the juveniles but the adults responsible for them.

Pirro made clear that her office views parental negligence as part of the problem, and intends to treat it as a criminal matter. She invoked federal statutes for contributing to the delinquency of minors, which carry penalties of up to six months in prison.

The landmark case differentiates political activism from criminal activity and lays the groundwork for further prosecution, legal experts say.

The federal government this past week set legal precedent by applying a terrorism law—typically used against foreign terrorist organizations—to successfully prosecute a Texas Antifa cell for homegrown political violence. The March 13 mixed verdict is expected to deter terrorist groups such as Antifa and facilitate future prosecutions.

​Eight defendants were convicted in the Fort Worth, Texas, trial of supporting terrorists, carrying explosives, and rioting.

Benjamin Song was the only defendant convicted of attempted murder and discharging a firearm during a violent crime. Prosecutors said Song fired 11 shots until his AR-style rifle jammed, hitting an officer in the neck who had responded to a 911 call.

The convictions were seen as a victory for the Trump administration and followed President Donald Trump’s executive order on Sept. 22, 2025, designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization.

​The case received national attention as it was the first time members of Antifa, short for anti-fascist, were charged with terrorism-related offenses, despite their involvement in protests that have sometimes turned violent.

Harmeet Dhillon, the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the Department of Justice, has announced that they plan to charge disgraced former CNN anchor Don Lemon under the Ku Klux Klan Act, a Reconstruction-era law enacted to combat Democrat terrorist activities by groups like their KKK.

The impending charges stem from Lemon’s involvement when a group of anti-ICE terrorists stormed a church in Minneapolis, disrupting a religious service and intimidating worshippers, on Sunday.

The Ku Klux Klan Act, formally known as the Enforcement Act of 1871, prohibits conspiracies to threaten, injure, or intimidate individuals to prevent them from exercising their constitutional rights, including the free exercise of religion.

According to reports, Lemon not only accompanied the protesters but had prior knowledge of their plans to target the church, which was hosting a service at the time. Some have even said he was the one who incited the protesters to target the church.

Before the incident, Lemon is seen in his team’s own footage discussing the “secret operation” with activists, confirming they had the church’s address, and even instructing his staff not to reveal the location. And here, Lemon is interviewing some terrorists before the raid on Cities Church in Minneapolis.

President Trump’s decision to honor Secretary Kristi Noem’s request for federal and National Guard troops to defend federal facilities in Portland is not merely permissible, it is obligatory under the Constitution and the Insurrection Act.

For over 100 nights, federal buildings and employees in Portland have been targeted by antifa-aligned insurgents who openly declare the federal government to be an enemy that must be toppled. They block entrances, trap workers, assault officers, and obstruct immigration enforcement at an ICE facility.

Local and state officials have abdicated their responsibility to protect federal property and personnel, adopting a policy of passivity that has allowed these camps to grow, resupply, and endure. In such a scenario, the President does not have discretion to look away. He has a duty to act.

Authorities have identified the gunman who rammed a truck into a Latter-day Saints church in Grand Blanc Township, Michigan, before opening fire and setting the building ablaze.

The attacker, 40-year-old Iraq War veteran Thomas Jacob Sanford, killed at least two people and wounded nine others before dying in a shootout with police.

FBI Issues Alert Over Attacks on Tesla Vehicles

"The Federal Bureau of Investigation released a bulletin on Friday warning the public about the threats coming from far-Left extremists aimed at Tesla.

The bulletin comes after the attacks on Tesla stores and vehicles were triggered by outrage from the far-Left over the role that Elon Musk has had in helping the Trump administration gut waste, fraud, and abuse out of the federal government.

The FBI said that the attacks on Tesla vehicles, dealerships, storage lots, and charging stations have occurred in at least nine states since January. “This level of violence is insane and deeply wrong,” Musk said this week in response to an attack on a Tesla property. “Tesla just makes electric cars and has done nothing to deserve these evil attacks.”

“Tesla has ramped up security and activated Sentry Mode on all vehicles at stores,” Musk said in a separate post. “Tesla Sentry Mode captures video of anyone attempting to harm it.”
