AOC FEC Complaint Targets $18725 in Payments to Ketamine Psychiatrist

The National Legal and Policy Center filed a joint complaint on March 27, 2026 with the Federal Election Commission and the Office of Congressional Conduct.

The complaint details three payments AOC's campaign made in 2025 to Dr. Brian W. Boyle, a Boston-based psychiatrist: $11,550 on March 10, $2,800 on May 15, and $4,375 on October 1 – totaling $18,725. Every payment was reported to the FEC as "leadership training and consulting."

There is one problem. Dr. Boyle does not offer leadership training or consulting. He is an interventional psychiatrist whose work focuses on treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and anxiety, largely through ketamine-based methods. He holds a position as chief psychiatric officer at Stella, a chain of mental health clinics built around experimental therapies favored by Hollywood and Wall Street clientele.

"While she describes these expenses as 'leadership training,' Dr. Boyle has no expertise in that area, unlike several Democratic campaign consultants," NLPC counsel Paul Kamenar told the New York Post. "This looks like yet another example of misuse of campaign contributions."

Mail-In Ballots, reliable source of cheating

After claiming cheating Democrats and mail-in ballots lost him a second term in 2020, President Trump says he remains concerned about election integrity.

Looking ahead to future elections, he has assembled a team of lawyers to craft an executive order for the elimination of mail-in voting.

Getting rid of mail-in ballots, the president says, is part of his effort to bring honesty to the 2026 midterms.

Attorney Cleta Mitchell is a senior legal fellow at the Conservative Partnership Institute and is founder of the Election Integrity Network. During an appearance on Washington Watch this week, she praised the president's decision.

Republicans flatly accuse Democrats of using loose election rules to cheat and win elections, especially in large Democrat-run cities where urban votes dwarf ballots cast in conservative rural areas.

If Republican claims are true, and mail-in ballots are a reliable source of cheating, then banning them could set back Democrats even in their big-city strongholds.

Reince Priebus and Donna Brazile clash

Democrats harmful and dangerous rhetoric towards Republicans

The panel on ABC News exploded into a heated debate on Sunday as former Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus called out the Democrats for their harmful rhetoric leading up to the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump in July.

Priebus was quick to dismiss former Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Donna Brazile’s “monologue” praising the Biden-Harris administration’s response to Trump being shot on July 13th.

He reminded Brazile of the dangerous and baseless accusations Democrats had made against Trump prior to the first attempt on his life, branding him as “a threat to democracy.”

“Don’t sit here and act holier than thou, like you have the moral high ground in this. Because you don’t,” Priebus fired back as Brazile attempted to interrupt him.

The former RNC chairman pointed out that it was this type of rhetoric that was causing Democrats to lose and predicted that Vice President Kamala Harris would lose as well.

Everyone remembers when she supplied the Hillary campaign to the questions prior to a debate in 2016. She was fired from CNN for doing so. She is now with ABC.

A growing number of Democrats are softening their stance on the concept of marital infidelity, a new survey reveals.

In 2000, 85% of Republicans and 77% of Democrats found sex with someone other than your spouse to be “always wrong,” according to data from the General Social Survey (GSS), the leading barometer for Americans’ views on social issues.

As of 2022, 84% of Republicans have maintained their view on the matter, while Democrats have seen a 17% decrease, with 60% remaining unchanged.

People who identify as lesbian, gay or bisexual are more likely to find open marriage permissible than their straight counterparts, according to Pew."
