China’s voter-data compromise. Intelligence suppression. Electronic-system vulnerabilities. Michigan registration fraud. Noncitizens on voter rolls. The point was not to destroy confidence in elections. It was to earn confidence back by admitting the rot and forcing reform before the midterms.
