Canada wants “free trade” when Canadian goods flow south into the American market, but it becomes a fortress when American dairy farmers, distillers, and automakers try to compete north of the border.

Behind the maple-leaf branding sits quotas, provincial monopolies, discriminatory tariff treatment, and selective retaliation aimed at American producers.
