Twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton could be in jeopardy of losing her license to practice law after an ethics complaint was filed against her in Arkansas, Fox News reported.

The organization Democracy Restored is going after the former Secretary of State because of her role in perpetuating the Russiagate scandal against President Donald Trump.

The complaint published on Wednesday asks the Arkansas Bar Association to make a "formal review of the conduct of Hillary Rodham Clinton, Esq., a licensed attorney in the State of Arkansas, in connection with her actions during the 2016 presidential campaign."

The filing cites the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct and asserts she violated the rules against "Dishonesty" and "Prejudice to the Administration of Justice."

The Washington D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign and an affiliated super PAC violated federal election law in spending that totaled close to $6 million.

The amount in question is more than 45 times the $130,000 a Manhattan court convicted former President Donald Trump of misreporting in business records during the same 2016 campaign.

It should be noted that the Federal Election Commission and the Justice Department looked at the payments Trump made through his personal attorney at the time, Michael Cohen, to adult film star Stormy Daniels as part of a nondisclosure agreement and declined to prosecute him.

But Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg chose to bring the case under New York law, bootstrapping the alleged FEC violation as an underlying crime to the state business record violations.

Regarding Hillary, Correct the Record committed FEC “business record” violations, if you will, by failing to properly account for money spent to help the Clinton campaign.

“The Clinton campaign hired Perkins Coie, which then hired Fusion GPS, a research and intelligence firm, to conduct opposition research on Republican candidate Donald Trump’s ties to Russia. But on FEC forms, the Clinton campaign classified the spending as legal services,” the AP said.

That’s interesting, because that’s exactly the violation Bragg said the Trump Organization committed in relation to paying Cohen.

In a recent interview on Fox News, multimedia mogul Charlamagne Tha God (CTG)asserted that Joe Biden’s dismal polling is due to how he’s “never been a good candidate” and was only elected in the first place because a “series of unfortunate events” had prevented former President Donald John Trump from being re-elected.

A member of Congress and others have issued a call for a new criminal investigation into the Clintons after discovering that the FBI arbitrarily closed down four such reviews of the duo's foreign donations and speaker fees – which brought Bill and Hillary millions of dollars.

Reps. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., and former Rep. Jason Chaffetz said the investigations that originally were launched by FBI offices in Arkansas, New York and Washington into "possible criminal activity" by the Clinton Foundation need to be reopened.

A report from the Daily Mail said some of the claims involved allegedly illegal donations with the intent of buying influence with Hillary Clinton, who at the time was trying to become president.

The Biden family now is facing similar allegations in a report from members of Congress: That they took in some $10 million from foreign sources while Joe Biden was vice president, even though they provided no discernible goods or services for those payments.

According to Just the News, Special Counsel John Durham has released his final report which states that the FBI had no verified intelligence to support the opening of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump in 2016.

The investigation, which was opened by Peter Strzok in July of 2016, was based on suspicions of Russian infiltration into Trump’s campaign. However, these suspicions were not supported by any evidence.

The message suggests that the investigation on CI was initiated by false claims created by Hillary Clinton and her fabricated Russia dossier. Based on John Durham’s report, it highlights how Hillary Clinton aimed to connect Trump’s campaign with Russia and informed John Brennan about it. Later on, Brennan shared this plan with Barack Obama and Joe Biden in August 2016, as per the report.

An FBI agent said Tuesday that it took him and another agent “less than a day” to determine that the allegation that former President Donald Trump had ties to a Russian financial institution was false and pushed by Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman.

FBI Supervisory Special Agent Scott Hellman said “it took him and another agent less than a day to ascertain the data and ‘white papers’ on two thumb drives Sussmann gave Baker did not support the Trump-Alfa Bank ‘secret connection’ allegation.” Hellman took the stand on the first day of Sussman’s trial for allegedly lying to the FBI.

Sussman was found not guilty in lying to the FBI in the John Durham investigation last year.

Trump has sued Clinton and Sussman, among other Democrats, for “malicious” allegations that his 2016 campaign colluded with Russia. He is seeking $24 million in damages. I hope Sussman gets convicted.
