Peter Navarro wants the pandemic establishment dragged out from behind its credentials and made to answer for its decisions. In his interview with Jack Posobiec, he argues for investigating Anthony Fauci’s research funding, public statements, and handling of safety information.

Navarro alleges criminal wrongdoing and proposes using subpoenas, testimony, and state investigations to build a prosecution. He also discusses tariffs and domestic manufacturing, linking both subjects through a broader challenge to entrenched power.

His message is confrontational: officials who exercised enormous influence over Americans’ lives should face scrutiny proportionate to that influence, regardless of their prestige or institutional defenders. [Luthmann/Pater Navarro]

DSA Florida candidate threatens decapitation

Former Democrat Congressional Candidate Who Threatened To Decapitate Anyone Not Voting For Angie Nixon Arrested, Jailed, And Now Represented By Muslim Lawyer

That’s where we are in America today thanks to the jihadist-communist left. Elijah Manley, a 27-year-old Fort Lauderdale Democrat who ran for Congress this year in Florida’s 20th Congressional District, surrendered to the Broward Sheriff’s Office last week and was booked into the Broward County Jail on two counts of making written threats to kill or cause bodily injury, both second-degree felonies in Florida.

Manley, a DSA candidate, finished a distant third in the August 18, 2026 Democrat Congressional primary won by Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and he is one of the loudest supporters of Florida Democrat US Senate nominee Angie Nixon.

According to the arrest affidavit obtained by Local 10 News, the posts went up on Facebook on August 20, two days after Manley lost his primary, while he was promoting Nixon’s campaign. One of them read:
“Every Democrat needs to get behind the Democratic nominee for Senate. Anybody not doing that, I promise you I’m going to cut your [expletive] head off.”
Not content to simply threaten to decapitate dissenting Democrats, Manley continued his violent threats in another post:
“This the type shii that will make me snap. Any of you that don’t support Angie Nixon, I promise you I will make your life a living hell to the very end. You better lineup behind the Democratic nominee like we always do.”

More news on Hunter Biden Laptop case

Trump DOJ files new obstruction counts against ex-FBI officials in Hunter Biden laptop case

President Trump’s Justice Department hit two former FBI officials with fresh obstruction charges over the Hunter Biden laptop, and a D.C. judge promptly struck the late-night filing as improper.

Federal prosecutors under President Donald Trump moved late Monday night to add new obstruction counts against former senior FBI officials Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides, the two agents already accused of lying to Congress about the bureau’s handling of Hunter Biden’s laptop.

By Tuesday, U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui had ordered those new charges struck from the record until the Justice Department re-filed them the right way.

The Daily Mail reported that the superseding complaint arrived unsigned and without the magistrate’s probable-cause sign-off, a step the court treats as basic. Faruqui made clear he had never seen that happen in his courtroom.

Floris, 46, and Benavides, 56, appeared in the D.C. court Tuesday. Last week each faced one count of allegedly lying to Congress about their roles on the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force and in the Hunter Biden investigation. The new filing added obstruction counts claiming they corruptly impeded a congressional proceeding.

FBI hits Beverly Hills mansion in widening Eric Swalwell misconduct probe

Federal agents raided a Beverly Hills billionaire’s mansion tied to former Rep. Eric Swalwell, escalating a sexual-misconduct investigation that has already cost him his seat and his California governor bid.

FBI agents executed a search warrant early Tuesday at the Beverly Hills home of Democratic megadonor Stephen Cloobeck, a longtime backer of former California congressman Eric Swalwell, as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against the ex-lawmaker.

No one was arrested at the property. Cloobeck was not home. The operation, reported first by the Daily Mail, marks the latest federal move in a case that has already included device seizures and a search of Swalwell’s Washington residence.

The bureau kept its public statement short.
"Early this morning the FBI conducted an operation in the Los Angeles region related to an ongoing criminal investigation. We have no further comment."
New York Post reporting said the Beverly Hills raid was connected to a sex worker, and sources tied the broader inquiry to allegations of possible sex trafficking. Cloobeck had once been one of Swalwell’s most important patrons.

He backed Swalwell’s short-lived California governor campaign with more than $1 million, hosted him at the mansion, and even referred to the congressman as his “little brother.” After the misconduct claims surfaced, Cloobeck cut ties, booted him from the property, sought a Super PAC refund, and said he was leaving the Democratic Party.

Lula’s Apparent Win Sends Brazil’s Markets Into Freefall

Lula’s Apparent Election Victory Crushes Brazilian Stocks, Sends Currency Plunging!

Brazilian financial markets reportedly went into a tailspin Monday morning after left-wing President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva appeared to win reelection. The sell-off hit stocks, the currency, futures, and government debt almost immediately.

The benchmark Ibovespa index collapsed about 10 percent shortly after trading opened, according to the report’s account of CNBC coverage. That drop triggered an automatic 30-minute halt intended to stop further panic. Brazil’s real also plunged approximately 12 percent against the U.S. dollar, while stock index futures fell nearly 15 percent.

The market turmoil followed Lula’s reported victory over Flavio Bolsonaro, the son of former President Jair Bolsonaro, in Sunday’s presidential runoff. Lula was said to have received 51.8 percent of the vote, compared with 48.2 percent for Bolsonaro. The result sharply diverged from first-round voting trends and the polling cited in the report.

Investors had been positioning for a Bolsonaro victory. His first-round lead earlier in the month had helped spark a rally in Brazilian stocks and strengthen the currency. The reversal was immediate and severe once the apparent result came in.

Brazilian companies also took heavy losses in overseas trading. An exchange-traded fund tracking Brazilian equities dropped more than 26 percent in pre-market trading in New York. Shares of major financial institutions Itaú and Bradesco fell approximately 28 percent and 25 percent, respectively, in early U.S. trading.

The pressure spread to Brazil’s government bonds. The country’s Treasury canceled two scheduled debt auctions later in the week as investors focused on Lula’s spending plans and Brazil’s deteriorating public finances. Government debt already exceeds 82 percent of gross domestic product, according to the source report.

The market collapse marks a dramatic reversal from the strong rally that had accompanied expectations of a Bolsonaro presidency. One social media post highlighted by the report claimed Lula had been crying on live television before his lawyer extended voting by two hours.

The world was shocked last week when news went viral that the Saudi Arabian government had executed two Bangladeshi expats accused of an “indecent act” at a mosque in Mecca.

While we don’t know the exact details, the story circulating on social media seems to be that they shared an innocent kiss; we do know that the pair didn’t commit any crime deserving of the death penalty.

But this is the reality for hundreds of millions of people enslaved to Islam. And if the Democrat Party gets its way, the same thing will happen here in the United States.

“My Like a child with a new toy, Democrats cannot pander enough to Muslims, though in a way, this started under Barack Hussein Muslim faith” Obama. But in 2026, the Islamophilia is on overdrive. Just the other day, former President Clinton quoted the Quran and condemned “anti-Muslim” rhetoric. (He skipped over the parts of the Quran that endorse pedophilia, but maybe he read those on his way to Epstein Island.) [Luthmann]

Illegls voting in California

L.A. federal prosecutor warns California is set to count noncitizen votes in midterms

Los Angeles’ top federal prosecutor says California is poised to count noncitizen ballots in the midterms, a move he warns will corrupt the election.

The Post reported that U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli sounded the alarm after a Sunday hearing in which the Justice Department pressed California to set aside roughly 20,000 votes the federal government says came from noncitizens.

Essayli said noncitizen ballots were already being counted and that the state’s position put the integrity of the November 3 elections at risk. The three-judge panel adjourned without a ruling as of Sunday afternoon, even as Los Angeles County alone estimated it had already processed more than 500,000 mail-in ballots.

Mail-in processing started Saturday. Once those ballots are processed, DOJ attorney Matthew Donnelly told the court, the damage cannot be undone.

Violent Crime dopped in 2025

DOJ survey finds violent crime plunged 25 percent in 2025

Preliminary Justice Department figures show serious violent crime fell 25 percent in 2025 under renewed federal enforcement, leaving hundreds of thousands fewer Americans robbed, assaulted, or sexually attacked.

Serious violent crime rates dropped 25 percent in 2025 compared with 2024, and property crime rates fell 19 percent, according to preliminary findings from the Justice Department’s Bureau of Justice Statistics. The National Crime Victimization Survey estimates point to roughly 669,000 fewer victimizations involving rape or sexual assault, robbery, and aggravated assault, plus about 3.5 million fewer property crimes over the same span.

Breitbart News reported the early BJS (Bureau of Justice Statistics) numbers as federal authorities expanded border enforcement and focused on violent offenders, drug rings, and illegal firearms during President Donald Trump’s first year back in office.

The Census Bureau runs the survey for BJS by interviewing victims directly. It is one of the main national measures of crime that people actually experience, including incidents never reported to police. Homicides are not part of the survey.

When Washington stops treating crime and illegal immigration as abstract talking points and starts removing offenders and flooding the streets with agents, victims get fewer chances to become statistics.

Zelensky broke the rules - Public Fight Over Starlink

Why Ukraine’s Use of Starlink for Offensive Drone Strikes Drew Musk’s Rebuke

The dispute began after Starlink service was interrupted in Ukraine earlier this month.

Starlink is controlled by Musk’s SpaceX, and Musk said Ukrainian forces were using the civilian service for offensive operations against Russia.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky responded sharply, calling the interruption a “big mistake” that would lead to “a lot of losses.” He also warned, “People will die if attacks continue and if Starlink will not work.” That was not exactly a quiet customer service complaint. Zelensky was arguing that the service interruption could carry serious consequences on the battlefield.

Musk Says the Rules Were Clear--Musk answered on X with a direct explanation of his position. He said using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people “has never been allowed, nor should it be.”

Musk said the Ukrainian military violated Starlink’s terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes. He added that the loophole was closed the previous week.

Musk also drew a line between Starlink and Starshield, saying Starshield is a different system controlled by the U.S. government, which can decide how that system is used. War may be messy, but apparently the terms of service still had a seat at the table.

HHS top adviser Resigns

Kennedy adviser Calley Means resigned from Trump White House over stalled MAHA push

Calley Means, a top adviser to Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has left the Trump administration after growing frustrated that D.C. bureaucracy kept blocking core MAHA food reforms.

Means confirmed his departure Thursday and framed the exit as a fight against entrenched power, not a break with the men who hired him.

In a statement matching remarks he posted on X, the Make America Healthy Again architect said he still backs President Trump and RFK Jr. while calling out a capital city system built to freeze reform in place.

NBC News reported the resignation and published his words.
"I am resigning from the White House with tremendous respect for President Trump and RFK, two historic figures who are committed to confronting a corrupt DC bureaucracy that is doing everything possible to protect the status quo."
That line puts the blame where Means wanted it: on the permanent machinery of Washington, not on the president or his health secretary.

Karoline Leavitt assisting Trump in finding her replacement

Leavitt says Zacharia’s five-day White House press stint ‘was not for her’

Former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt says Katie Zacharia’s five-day tenure showed the job was not for her, as she helps Trump choose a tougher replacement.

Karoline Leavitt told Fox News Digital in a Thursday interview that the White House press secretary post is one of the hardest jobs in politics, and that her successor’s brief run made the mismatch plain.

Katie Zacharia took over on October 12 after Leavitt stepped back. She held her first briefing on October 13, lasted 14 minutes, read prepared remarks, took questions from only three journalists, and was out within five days, the shortest tenure on record for the role.

Leavitt did not sugarcoat it. Speaking from her own time in the briefing room, she said the job demands heavy preparation and that performance is hard to predict until someone is under the lights.

Evidence is growing that the tyrannical regimes of China, Iran, and Cuba are not only financing protests in American streets, but actively directing them.

The Network Contagion Research Institute, whose work in these areas has been indispensable for years, recently published another groundbreaking study that blows the lid off how this foreign network operates.

The report indicates that an Iranian influence node that takes orders from the Islamic Republic regime, the House of Latin America, conducts what NCRI calls “high-impact domestic U.S. influence operations.”

North Korea's Kim Jong Un touts ties, opens bridge with China on first trip in a year

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visited China on Saturday, inaugurating a new bridge that connects the two countries and vowing to expand cooperation with his powerful neighbor.

Kim's visit to China, the first in a year, is his latest move in an increasingly assertive foreign policy as he seeks to align Pyongyang with Beijing and Moscow in a united front against the United States under what he portrays as a "new Cold War."

Kim arrived in the Chinese border city of Dandong Saturday after crossing the newly opened bridge, according to South Korea's Unification Ministry and China's official Xinhua News Agency.

Did He Forget About 9/11? Muslim Brotherhood-Connected El-Sayed Said US Was 'A Lot More Safe' Under INS

You’ve got to hand it to Abdul El-Sayed: When you have documented links to the Muslim Brotherhood, it takes a certain amount of stupid gutsiness to say that we were “more safe and secure” using the immigration system that we had before 9/11.

That was one of the more overlooked moments in the last debate for Michigan’s open Senate seat between El-Sayed and his Republican opponent, former Rep. Mike Rogers.

Apparently, El-Sayed not only believes we’re less safe with the Department of Homeland Security and with reduced immigration, but he forgets that we had a series of terrorist attacks against the United States that killed nearly 3,000 innocent people.

Or maybe he didn’t forget — and what’s worse, doesn’t care.

James Fishback blocked from Anna Paulina Luna Rally

James Fishback allegedly blocked from entering Florida Republicans’ rally

Former gubernatorial candidate James Fishback (R) said he was stopped from entering a Get Out the Vote rally in Clearwater, Fla. hosted by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) on Saturday.

Fishback said he and his wife were told that he was “not welcome here” when trying to enter the venue, local news station CBS 12 reported.

“I have attended political events featuring Donald Trump, Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bernie Sanders, and I’ve never had any issues. It is disgraceful that Byron Donalds would threaten to arrest us for attending a political event open to the public,” Fishback said according to the report.

Gates McGavick, who handles communications for Donalds’ campaign, posted on X saying “this is a lie. It wasn’t even Byron’s event. He did not kick anyone out, much less threaten anyone with arrest.”

The rally, hosted by Luna, listed Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) and Sen. Ashley Moody (R-Fla.) as special guests, according to the CBS 12 report.

The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office told the news station that Luna’s staff advised detectives that Fishback was not welcome, however detectives did not threaten him with arrest.

According to Wikipedia, Fishback unsuccessfully ran for the Republican nomination in the 2026 Florida gubernatorial election. During his campaign, Fishback drew national media attention for far-right rhetoric, which was characterized as racist, nativist, and white nationalist.

Mike Rogers Senate race with Abdul El-Sayed

Modeling of early ballot returns in Michigan favors Republicans, said Mike Rogers

He spoke as the statewide early in-person voting period began, running through Nov. 1.

“It looks like record turnout in many places. So we’re a little bit below where we were in 2022,” Rogers said on Newsmax's “Saturday Report.”

"But here’s the good news,” he said. “The turnout that is there by modeling has Republicans returning their ballots at a better rate than Democrats, which is very important for us because we tend to do better closer to Election Day."

Rogers said GOP voters generally prefer to cast ballots in person. He said that when likely Republicans return ballots early, “that’s a really good sign for us.”

"We’ve had already a million voters in a race that will probably get about 4.5 million voters total," he said.

Audi to build manufacturing plant in Macon

Trump Announces at a Georgia Campaign Rally That Audi Will Build a New Auto Factory in the State

President Donald Trump on Saturday announced that Audi will build an automobile plant in Georgia as he tries to deliver on his promise to bolster American manufacturing in the final days before the midterm elections.

Speaking at a campaign rally in Perry, Georgia, where he sought to boost Republican candidates, Trump said Audi — the German luxury brand owned by Volkswagen — would commit $4.2 billion in nearby Macon to begin construction on a plant that will produce 200,000 cars a year.

“Think of that. 200,000 cars a year. That’s incredible,” Trump said, crediting his aggressive and unpopular tariff policies for the company's decision to build the plant.

The announcement seemed timed to offer a last-minute boost to Republican candidates in the battleground state, including Rep. Mike Collins, who is trying to unseat Democratic Sen. Jon Ossoff.

Trump has spent October campaigning in reliably Republican states as the party tries to hold onto its majorities in the House and Senate. Trump won Georgia in 2024 after losing it in 2020.

France finally deploying Police to contain violence

PARIS—Clashes broke out at the end of protest marches in Paris, Marseille, and a dozen other French cities on Saturday

Police made nearly 1,000 arrests

The looting and destruction that marked the previous weekend were largely contained after the government deployed 70,000 police officers and gendarmes. In Paris, masked individuals pelted police with projectiles and fireworks near the end point of the march, and officers responded with tear gas, stun grenades, and water cannons.

In Marseille, protesters set fire to garbage bins and hurled rocks and bottles at security forces, and several stores, including two jewelry shops, were ransacked, police said.

Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez told reporters on Saturday evening that the day “bears no comparison with last week,” when rioters looted thousands of shops across the country. He nonetheless pointed to a high level of violence in most of the marches.

“In almost every march we saw the formation of these high-risk groups. They broke away from the main body and sought to commit acts of violence,” Nuñez said, blaming far-left activists and criminal gangs.

Nearly 1,000 people had been arrested by Saturday evening, a figure he expected to rise significantly.

Trump Trolls Ilhan with phone meme

Trump Trolls Ilhan Omar With ‘Scam Likely’ Meme as Dispute Over Her Name Escalates

President Trump used a mocking phone-call meme to target Rep. Ilhan Omar on Saturday, according to The Gateway Pundit. The post came as the report described an escalating fight over Omar’s name and background, along with an ongoing federal criminal investigation.

The investigation moved into focus after a recent court filing by the DC US Attorney’s Office. According to the report, the filing referred to the congresswoman in search warrants as “Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, a/k/a Ilhan Abdullahi Omar.” The warrants involved her home and property, while the filing stated that they had not been fully executed.

The report then cited sources familiar with the investigation who alleged that “Ilhan Omar” was a fake alias used to obtain citizenship in the year 2000, live in the country illegally, and run for office. Those claims were presented as part of the continuing investigation and political dispute.

A former Minnesota federal immigration judge also said the allegations could “call into question” every document Omar had filled out under the name Ilhan Omar.

The article also quoted US Attorney Jeanine Pirro, who reportedly confirmed the name at issue on Thursday. Pirro said, “Her real name is Ilhan Nur Said Elmi. You had it absolutely right.” She added, “Her sister is Sahra Nur Said Elmi, and her sister actually wrote a book and talked about the fact that Ilhan is her sister. So that is her name.”

DOJ opens probe into Corey Lewandowski over DHS contracts under Kristi Noem

The Justice Department is investigating whether Corey Lewandowski profited from his powerful DHS role under Kristi Noem, as President Trump says dishonest aides must face prosecution.

The Post confirmed that the Department of Justice is probing former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski over whether he used his top post at the Department of Homeland Security for personal gain.

The inquiry followed a referral from the DHS inspector general after a watchdog complaint alleged abuse of his position during President Trump’s second term. Lewandowski served as a special government employee and lead adviser to then-Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

No charges have been announced. Lewandowski’s side says he has not been contacted and denies any wrongdoing. The episode still puts real pressure on how federal contracts, grants, and funding decisions were handled inside DHS.

Keeping digital conversations private

Only Congress can defend our right to private conversation

Speech freedom limited 'when every conversation can be construed as evidence against them'

Wednesday, Oct. 21, was Global Encryption Day, an occasion to defend the technology that makes digital conversations as private as those you have with your friends and family. But encryption is in danger of being broken by demands from governments at home and abroad.

Encryption protects our banking transactions, medical privacy, business secrets, and personal communications. End-to-end encryption on services such as Signal goes further: Properly implemented, it allows only the communicating parties to read their messages, keeping even the service provider from opening them.

For many people, that protection can be a lifeline. A woman fleeing a violent stalker needs to communicate with her children and her shelter without exposing their plans. A journalist needs to speak with a whistleblower without delivering that source to the people whose misconduct is being exposed. Dissidents, religious minorities, and political opponents living under authoritarian governments need room to organize, worship, and dissent without inviting arrest.

Privacy makes these freedoms possible. People cannot speak freely when every conversation can be construed as evidence against them. Yet governments keep demanding a special key into encrypted communications. They call it "lawful access," suggesting that officials can obtain that key without compromising everyone else's security.

Meta to pay New Mexico $25 billion for consumer-protection violations

New Mexico judge hits Meta with $25 billion judgment over data claims

"[It is the] single largest, if not the largest, single state verdict against the company in American history

A Santa Fe judge ordered Meta to pay New Mexico $25 billion for consumer-protection violations tied to the Cambridge Analytica scandal, a penalty Meta calls a tax on speech.

Judge Francis Mathew of the First Judicial District of New Mexico handed down the judgment after a jury found the company liable for more than 43 million violations of the state’s consumer protection laws. ABC News reported the ruling on October 21, 2026.

The case grew out of Facebook user data that flowed to Cambridge Analytica and later fueled targeted political ads in the 2016 general election. New Mexico sued on its own. Forty-eight other states settled similar claims.

Meta said it will appeal. Its chief legal officer framed the lawsuit as an attempt to police online speech under the banner of consumer law.

Pete Buttigieg sides with independent over Democratic nominee in Montana Senate race

The endorsement was shared first with the network. Buttigieg did not mention Bankhead in his statement. The race is for the seat being vacated by retiring Republican Sen. Steve Daines, with former U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme running as the Republican.

Buttigieg framed the choice around service and results, not party loyalty.

Liberal Judge halts non-citizen voting investigations

Federal judge blocks Trump effort to probe noncitizen voter rolls in nine states

A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to halt noncitizen voting investigations in nine states until polls close, freezing election integrity work days before the midterms.

U.S. District Judge Araceli Martinez-Olguin in Oakland, California (nominated by Joe Biden) directed the Trump administration to stop the probes into whether noncitizens are registered to vote in California, Connecticut, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Wisconsin. The order runs until the polls close on Election Day, Nov. 3.

The ruling came Wednesday. Martinez-Olguin then put her own order on hold until Friday so the administration could seek an appeal. The Department of Homeland Security did not immediately return a request for comment, the Associated Press reported.

Plaintiffs in the case include the California Nurses Association, National Nurses United, the Voto Latino Foundation, the city of San Francisco, and Santa Clara County. They went to federal court to stop the government’s work in those nine states.

Martinez-Olguin’s order covers large Electoral College and battleground states alike. Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Wisconsin sit on that list beside deep-blue California and New York. The geographic spread means the freeze is not a narrow local dispute. It reaches the states where small margins often decide control of Congress.

The U.S. Sun reported that Plymouth Superior Court Judge William Sullivan denied the defense request for an evidentiary hearing aimed at the juror who kept the jury from a unanimous verdict. The four-page order also rejected a bid to postpone the next court date.

Citing state Supreme Judicial Court precedent (notably the Karen Read case), Sullivan ruled that post-trial information cannot be used to challenge a validly declared mistrial or breach the strict secrecy of jury deliberations.

Three murder charges against Clancy remain pending. Arguments on a separate double-jeopardy dismissal motion are still set for November 2. The ruling closes off one path the defense hoped would undercut the mistrial declared after a 26-day trial.

Clancy, 36, is charged with killing her children, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, at the family home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, on January 24, 2023. Prosecutors say the children were strangled with exercise bands. Clancy then jumped from an upstairs window and was left paralyzed from the waist down.

Evening Sky 10-23

Federal prosecutors have identified Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., in a court filing as "Ilhan Nur Said Elmi," listing the name the Minnesota Democrat uses publicly as an alias.

The name renews scrutiny of long-running claims about her past marriage. Elmi is also the surname of Omar's former husband, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, whom she married in 2009 and divorced in 2017.

The filing, submitted Wednesday in Washington's federal court by U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro's office, refers to her as "Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, a/k/a Ilhan Abdullahi Omar."

It asks a judge to keep a search warrant for Omar's home sealed until agents finish executing it, after The New York Times and other outlets sought its release.

Alexsander Vučić Populist of Serbia

USAID cash from Biden years still reaches Serbia NGO tied to election protests

A Biden-era USAID award is still sending American taxpayer money to a Serbian group linked to student protests that now threaten Aleksandar Vučić’s long hold on power ahead of this weekend’s vote.

Serbia heads into parliamentary elections on October 25 with so-called student protests spreading across the country and a polling gap that has put Vučić’s party on the defensive. Federal spending records show the Center for Research, Transparency, and Accountability, known as CRTA, has already drawn more than $832,000 from a U.S. Agency for International Development award and still has roughly $2.8 million obligated.

Matt Mercer reported that CRTA is known to stand behind the student-led protests and has published a list of “student demands” aimed at the government. The same outfit tracks elections, media, and public opinion on its website. The money trail runs straight through USAID’s “Elections Integrity Activity” grant, first awarded in 2023 and expanded on January 17, 2025, three days before President Trump took the oath for his second term.

That timeline matters. The expansion locked in additional U.S. funding just as the political calendar in Belgrade was heating up. Vučić stepped down as president in late September so he could run for prime minister. A poll published earlier this month showed his Serbian Progressive Party trailing student-supported candidates by two percentage points.

California's Mail-In ballots to Non-Citizens

Federal prosecutor says 20,000 noncitizens got California mail ballots

A top federal prosecutor says investigators confirmed 20,000 noncitizens on California's voter rolls received mail ballots, and his office is racing to keep those votes from counting.

Bill Essayli, first assistant U.S. attorney for California's Central District, said federal investigators have determined that every one of the 20,000 people flagged on the state's rolls as likely noncitizens is not a U.S. citizen. He also said investigators have evidence those same people were mailed ballots this month.

His office sued California on Oct. 15 seeking a court order to sequester any ballots they return and keep them from being counted. On Wednesday, the Justice Department escalated the fight, asking a judge to rule on the emergency request by noon Thursday.

Essayli told Fox News Digital the figure is only the starting point.

There are 5 other states that allow some jurisdictions to conduct all mail elections and 10 more states that allow vote by mail with verified registration and identity, Florida being one of them, and I have used Vote By Mail for the past several years.

Data Center at 20-Mile Bend

Project Tango grows: County staff grants administrative approval to larger data center Project

Tango site north of Southern Boulevard at 20-Mile Bend.

The Palm Beach County Commission said “no” on July 15 to the expanded Project Tango data center project. But previous approvals are now coming back to haunt neighbors who oppose the hyperscale AI data center.

County staff on Oct. 7 approved a request from PBA Holdings, one of two landowners in the 202-acre area off Southern Boulevard at 20-Mile Bend, to reassign land uses within the site’s previously approved master plan. That plan had allowed for 200,000 square feet of data center use and 1.2 million square feet of warehouses, leaving about 600,000 square feet unassigned.

With the Oct. 7 approval, those rights now are assigned to increase the amount for data centers to 698,000 square feet.

Fake Manufactured Polls

Polling industry scrutinized after firm admits it ‘fabricated’ data

Wedgewood Polls claimed that it manufactured fraudulent polling data as part of a social experiment to demonstrate the lack of verification in the polling industry and mainstream media.

Just two weeks before midterm elections on Nov. 3, a polling firm widely cited by mainstream news outlets admitted that it fabricated polling data.

Wedgewood Polls confirmed in an Oct. 20 press release that it is a “fictional entity” that published “fabricated numbers” and “unverified figures,” claiming that the polling firm was created as “an experimental project to demonstrate the vulnerabilities, lack of oversight, and overall low barrier to entry in the modern political polling industry.”

The 17 polls manufactured by Wedgewood since June were cited in outlets such as The New York Times and MSNOW and included in polling aggregators such as Decision Desk HQ, VoteHub, and FiftyPlusOne.

Decision Desk HQ reported afterward that it has removed all 17 Wedgewood polls cited in its aggregates, but added that the “removal of these polls has not changed the projected seat totals or chamber control probabilities in the Senate or House.” Of course.

Trump's Historic Results

Promises Made; Promises Kept; Results delivered

In less than two years, President Donald J. Trump has driven the most consequential stretch of governing in modern American history. He inherited a disaster — and turned it into a historic comeback.
  • President Trump sealed the border, drove violent crime to historic lows, unleashed American energy, cut taxes for working families, focused Washington on merit and common sense, and deployed American strength on the global stage.
  • President Trump ended Democrats’ open borders disaster, established the strongest border in history, and restored American sovereignty.
  • President Trump ended Democrats’ sick war on law enforcement and restored the simple idea that violent criminals belong behind bars.
  • President Trump engineered a blue-collar boom with lower taxes, more factories, trillions in new investment, and fair trade that puts American workers first again.
  • President Trump eliminated DEI from Pentagon hiring and promotion — putting warfighting back at the center of the force. Recruitment goals up 105%
  • President Trump turned the U.S. back into a global energy superpower and spearheaded the biggest deregulatory shock in history.
  • President Trump put truth and common sense back into federal policy.
  • President Trump took on the processed-food complex, Big Pharma pricing, and the chronic disease crisis.
  • President Trump is relentlessly focused on restoring Americans’ trust in their elections, courts after years of Democrat lawfare.
Under President Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Republican leadership, the era of managed decline is over — and America is finally winning again.

In under two years, President Trump sealed the border, made the streets safer, unleashed American energy, cut taxes for workers, restored the military, ended wars, working on Iran and Ukraine and put America First.

Zelensky’s willingness to freeze fighting along existing front lines puts a negotiated settlement at the center of the Ukraine debate. The supplied commentary credits Trump’s pressure and argues that American support should have carried firmer demands for an achievable end to the war.

In his interview with Brian Kilmeade, Zelensky supported a ceasefire, giving up 25% of his country to Putin, followed by diplomacy and security guarantees from Washington and Europe. His remarks establish openness to that framework, rather than a completed peace agreement or surrender.

Make no mistake, Putin is worse than Zelensky. Sure, the Little Z closed churches, shut down opposition parties and refused to hold elections, but he never followed that longstanding Russian tradition of assassinating one’s opponents. Putin has no conscience at all to restrict him to being human.

The consequential question is whether negotiations can produce terms both sides implement, with protection against renewed fighting after the cameras leave. [Luthmann]

Democrat Socialist Senate Candidate Angie Nixon

Florida Senate nominee Angie Nixon took $70,000 from obscure firm run by anti-ICE activist

Democratic Senate hopeful Angie Nixon took home $70,000 this year from an obscure firm run by an anti-ICE activist, money her campaign won't explain.

Washington Free Beacon reporting shows Building Blocks Strategies paid Florida Democratic Senate nominee Angie Nixon at least $70,000 in personal wage income this year for services that remain unknown.

The same firm paid her $20,000 in 2025, bringing the total to $90,000 between 2025 and August 2026. Nixon draws no salary from her campaign. She, the firm’s founder, her campaign treasurer, and the union that funds the company all declined to answer questions.

Nixon is a longtime socialist who formally joined the Democratic Socialists of America in June. She sits in the Florida House and is running statewide while maintaining deep ties to left-wing advocacy networks that fight immigration enforcement and bankroll political consulting shops.

Homeland Security secured Ilhan's DNA

Federal agents pulled DNA from Ilhan Omar’s trash before raiding her D.C. home

Federal investigators collected garbage from Rep. Ilhan Omar’s Washington home seeking her DNA before a raid tied to alleged immigration fraud that could put her citizenship at risk.

Agents with the Department of Homeland Security’s Homeland Security Investigations unit executed a search warrant at the congresswoman’s D.C. residence last week, seizing her cellphone after a federal judge signed off on the entry.

Breitbart News reported that investigators had already gone through trash outside the home in an effort to secure DNA evidence for an immigration-related fraud case centered on whether Omar or her father lied about her age on her naturalization application.

The DNA step was not a side show. Multiple sources told NewsNation the genetic material was critical to the probe, which has widened beyond Omar herself and now reaches family members named in federal subpoenas.

Evidence from the search and the DNA collection is expected to go before a grand jury, according to those same accounts.

Democrats plan is to Impeach Pete Hegsth

Some Pentagon officials ready to ‘spill their guts’ to impeach Hegseth

Democrats have already made contact with potential whistleblowers ahead of expected House victory in November’s midterms

Current and former Pentagon officials are set to “spill their guts” to Congress about Pete Hegseth, sources said.

Democrats are preparing to investigate the US defence secretary (Secretary of War) if they regain control of the House of Representatives after November’s midterms, and have already made contact with potential whistleblowers, The Telegraph can reveal.

They plan to subpoena Mr Hegseth’s inner circle and rake over controversies from his tenure, such as “Signalgate”, when he accidentally leaked US military plans to a journalist.

With the help of informants, they hope to force embarrassing disclosures from his time at the Pentagon, which would either build an impeachment case against him or provoke Donald Trump into dismissing him.

Trump dismantling the Democrats' financial infrastructure

How the Trump Administration Bankrupted the Radical Left

We are lied to and told that Trump hasn’t delivered on his promises. We are told that he hasn’t made meaningful long term change in the country. This is simply untrue...

If you want to snuff out a radical political movement, you don’t argue with the mob in the street… you take down the billionaires signing their checks.

That’s what Trump is doing.

For years, the political left has enjoyed an endless stream of cash flowing from guilty billionaires, weaponized nonprofits, and bloated government agencies.

But that era is coming to a grinding halt. In addition to targeting street-level agitators, the Trump administration is actively dismantling the financial infrastructure that makes this radical organizing possible in the first place.

One such case, that nobody is talking about, is the absolute absurdity of James Cox “Fergie” Chambers Jr. If you want a poster child for the champagne socialist, Fergie is it. He’s an heir to the massive Cox Enterprises fortune who cashed out his stake in 2023 for a cool $250 million. And what is he doing with that capitalist windfall? Funding communism.

Where's Ilhan?

The lady vanishes: Ilhan Omar disappears after agents conduct a search on her home

When agents from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) searched Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar’s DC residence last Monday, October 12, she was at home. Afterwards, she sent out some angry tweets in response to the raid, but she hasn’t been seen since that day.

She’s in a presumably safe blue district, but still, it’s not often that a candidate for re-election disappears at the height of a political campaign. (Come to think of it, there was Texas Democrat candidate for U.S. Senate James Talarico, who also disappeared entirely from the race and later said he’d had “the flu.” Different story entirely...)

Last week, reporters who’d been staked out on her street did see her current husband out walking the dog, and he made the seemingly-calculated point of telling them that Omar had arrived in this country at age 12.

Of course, we all know by now that by the time her father obtained citizenship --- if he did indeed obtain citizenship (news outlets have been trying in vain to find records regarding that) --- she was either a minor child of 17 or an adult woman of 18.

The only way she could have legally derived American citizenship from her father’s naturalization was if she was still a minor child at that time. If there exists a Somali birth certificate that could settle this mystery; Omar has never produced it.

The New York Times reports that investigators have subpoenaed about a dozen people, including Omar’s relatives. We’re still not sure where Omar herself is, but her personal phone, passport and computer were seized.

Trump tore into El-Sayed and Ilhan Omar at a rally in Ohio, saying, “These people are crazy. You look at the guy running in Michigan. He’s a jihadist.”

Trump then praised El-Sayed’s opponent, Republican Mike Rogers, before saying, “Somalia bandits, Third World gangsters, jihadist sympathizers do not belong in Ohio.”

He added: “They don’t belong in America. Better get them the hell out of here.” The crowd shouted, “Deport!”

El-Sayed staffer lunges at James O'Keefe

“I Don’t Give a F*ck Who You Are, Bro!” El-Sayed Staffer Appears to Lunge at James O’Keefe

James O’Keefe is accusing a man identified as an Abdul El-Sayed campaign staffer of trying to assault him during a heated confrontation in Detroit. The clash came after the O’Keefe Media Group released an undercover video raising questions about alleged overseas donations to El-Sayed’s Senate campaign.

According to the report, the video featured Abdul Beckwith, identified as a regional field organizer for El-Sayed’s campaign. Beckwith allegedly discussed people overseas sending money to El-Sayed and described a possible way for those funds to move through a family member.

“You know, he [Abdul El-Sayed] has people from overseas that donate to him,” Beckwith said, according to the report. When asked whether such donations were prohibited, he responded, “No, it is not allowed,” before describing the alleged arrangement. Beckwith continued, “And then people overseas give money to him. And then he gives money to you. It’s that type of thing.” He then added, “Everybody does it!”

Meloni government deploys 500 soldiers to Milan after Duomo unrest injures over 200 police

Unrest near the Duomo left over 200 police injured and high-end shops looted

Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni’s government in Rome is set to deploy 500 soldiers to the city of Milan to support local law enforcement after French-style youth riots broke out near the city’s Duomo Cathedral, resulting in widespread attacks on police and looting of high-end shops in the Italian fashion capital due to the heavily Islamic makeup of the self-described ‘Gaza Generation’ protesters.

While the Council of Ministers will need to give final approval to the defense decree on Tuesday, Minister Crosetto said he has signed off on an “increase in military personnel to support the police forces in Milan.” Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini described the move as a “victory” for his League (Lega) party, saying: “From words to deeds!”

Lake Worth Beach food-sharing ordinance sparks new dispute over weekly Bryant Park gatherings

A weekly community gathering at Bryant Park is drawing renewed scrutiny in Lake Worth Beach as organizers question how the city is enforcing a new ordinance regulating food-sharing events in public parks.

Melissa Salerno, a community member involved in the weekly gatherings, says the group continues to meet to share food and spend time together. But she says members have repeatedly been told by law enforcement that they are violating the city's rules, even as organizers maintain they are keeping attendance below 25 people and gathering for a picnic rather than a food distribution event.

The dispute centers on how the city defines a food-sharing event, which rules apply to smaller gatherings, and why Bryant Park is excluded from the locations where these events are permitted.

During a recent gathering, attendance appeared significantly lower than at previous events. Legal observers were also present after organizers invited them to monitor the gathering in case tensions escalated, equipped with body cameras and a measuring tape to comply with Florida's Halo law.

Rick White, one of the legal observers, said their role was to help ensure participants' rights were respected. "Just to make sure no one's civil rights are being violated, either way we're neutral; we're not here for one side or the other," White said.

Salerno said organizers have attempted to follow the new ordinance by keeping participation below 25 people. She also disputes the city's characterization of the gathering as a food distribution event.

Evening Sky 10-20-26

The campaign for the open US Senate seat in Michigan has been a bellwether for the country’s divided political state. On the one hand, you have US Rep. Mike Rogers, an American war hero. On the other hand, you have Abdul El-Sayed, a man whose sister was put on a terror watch list by President Barack Hussein Obama.

Last week, Loomer Unleashed reporter Charles Downs joined El-Sayed’s campaign organizing call and recorded video of Abdul’s campaign staff stating they were going to recruit people at this weekend’s No Kings rallies.

These rallies include elements so extreme, including people who have been seen waving Iranian flags in support of a government that has killed over 100,000 of its own people in the last year, in addition to protesters waving the Hamas flag and 86-47 signs that call for the assassination of President Trump.

So it didn’t surprise us when we learned that El-Sayed is recruiting volunteers among those who support the violent overthrow of the United States. [Laura Loomer]

Non-Citizen Voter Fraud

Feds bust alleged noncitizen voter fraud operation in California days after DOJ deadline

Federal agents arrested alleged noncitizen voters across California under Operation Protect the Vote, days after the DOJ sued the state over a 20,000-name suspect list.

Homeland Security Investigations agents pounded on the door of a Commerce home around 6 a.m. Monday and took 72-year-old Alexander Muñoz into custody. He is one of more than two dozen foreign nationals sought in the federal push dubbed “Operation Protect the Vote.”

Authorities say the targets fraudulently registered to vote, and most allegedly cast illegal ballots. Los Angeles top federal prosecutor Bill Essayli said the cases support the government’s claim that noncitizens have been voting in California elections. Prosecutors planned a press conference to lay out more details.

The roundup landed days after the Trump administration sued California for refusing to review a list of more than 20,000 suspected noncitizens who allegedly registered ahead of next month’s midterm election. Federal law allows only U.S. citizens to vote in federal elections.

Obama Defends Ilhan

Obama defends Ilhan Omar after federal probes, sparks ‘spare me’ backlash

Former President Barack Obama rushed to the defense of Rep. Ilhan Omar after a federal raid tied to immigration and finance probes, and conservatives immediately told him to spare the lecture.

On Sunday, Obama published a lengthy online post backing the Minnesota Democrat as investigators scrutinized her immigration history and financial disclosures. The message, which Fox News reported had drawn more than 5 million views, cast the probes as selective targeting by the Trump administration and insisted the full weight of the federal government was being used to intimidate a sitting lawmaker.

Federal agents had already searched Omar’s Washington, D.C., home the prior week. The congresswoman faces two open federal inquiries, one examining whether she or her father committed fraud on immigration paperwork when she became a U.S. citizen decades ago, and another focused on her financial disclosures.

Obama framed the matter as an assault on democratic norms. Conservatives answered with a blunt reminder of his own record on investigations, IRS scrutiny of political opponents, and the Russia collusion saga.

The White House rejected the weaponization charge and said the Justice Department is restoring law and order.

Revolutionary Communist Groups strike - French Intifada

Communist parties, labor unions and global activists form France’s protest machine

Pro-Palestinian and communist networks helped turn French student marches into street chaos with fires, looting and more than 800 arrests, and organizers are already eyeing the next round.

Secondary-school students and their backers poured into French streets in early October, then the protests fused with a broader cost-of-living revolt that left stores looted, buildings set ablaze and public property under attack.

Police arrested more than 800 rioters. Fox News Digital identified 54 organizations and movements tied to the October student actions and the wider network around them, from high-school unions to hard-line communist parties and international amplifiers.

About one in three of those groups were student or youth outfits. The rest were adult-led communist formations, labor unions, political parties, revolutionary-left shops, advocacy groups and propaganda outlets.

An international coalition of 28 communist and socialist youth organizations worked to galvanize a coordinated strike across 12 European countries under the slogan “Fight for Our Future, Not Their Wars!,” walkouts, demonstrations, assemblies, blockades and occupations.

Equal protection in school admissions in front of High court

Supreme Court takes Maryland magnet-school fight over race in admissions

The Supreme Court agreed to hear a Maryland magnet-school admissions challenge that critics say elevates Black and Latino students over (Asians and Whites) others in violation of the 14th Amendment.

On Monday the justices took up an appeal from the Association for Education Fairness, which is trying to revive its lawsuit against the Montgomery County Board of Education over how students get into selective middle-school programs.

The case centers on STEM and humanities magnet offerings at four middle schools in Montgomery County, Maryland, a large and diverse suburb of Washington, D.C. Challengers argue the county’s lottery-based entry rules, and an earlier process the district later dropped, were built to raise Black and Latino enrollment and therefore violate equal protection.

NBC News reported that a federal judge in Maryland and the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals both sided with the school district. The high court is now stepping in on what is described as a narrower technical question: what evidence the challengers must show to keep their case alive. The justices are not immediately set to deliver a broad constitutional ruling on the merits.

The county’s magnet seats are limited and competitive. When a public school system designs admissions to reshape racial outcomes, families who believe their children are disadvantaged have a direct stake.

Asian parents and students have repeatedly been on the losing end of these “diversity” adjustments in elite K-12 programs across the country. This Maryland fight fits that pattern, even if the immediate question before the justices is procedural.

Amendment 3 could shake up Florida housing market

Amendment 3 aims to change the property tax structure in Florida

by saving money for homeowners and cutting revenue for cities and counties.

"It could also have an impact on the Florida real estate market. A 2025 study by Realtor.com suggests home values in Florida could rise 7% to 9% if the referendum passes, and some real estate professionals say there will likely be an impact.

  • "I don't see them going up to like the 7, 8, 9, 10 percent," says Jeff Lichtenstein of Echo Fine Properties in Palm Beach Gardens. However, he does see a possible rush of buyers entering the market.
  • "You better be prepared because if it happens, it will happen fast," Lichtenstein said. "I think there will be a mad rush to get in here, because if not, then you're waiting five years."
That's because the referendum requires homeowners to be homesteaded in Florida by Dec 31 to receive the full tax savings right away. New home buyers entering the state would have a five-year waiting period to get the full homestead exemption.

The Florida Realtors is publicly supporting Amendment 3 but isn't convinced about property values rising quickly.

"The cost of home is economically driven," Florida Realtors CEO Margy Grant. "It's a supply and demand conversation, and when inventory increases, prices stabilize and we've seen that in recent months."

(WPTV) By Matt Sczesny--Updated: Oct. 17, 2026 at 2:04 PM EDT Amendment 3 needs 60% of the vote to pass on November 3.
