FBI approached Eric Swalwell at SF Airport

FBI agents confront Eric Swalwell at San Francisco Airport, seize electronics in sexual misconduct probe

Newly released security footage captures the moment FBI agents surrounded former congressman Eric Swalwell at a San Francisco Airport departure gate, executing a federal search warrant tied to sexual misconduct allegations from at least four women.

Swalwell, 45, was waiting for a flight home to California on August 15 when multiple FBI agents approached him at the gate. Dressed in a baseball cap, hoodie, and sneakers, the former seven-term Democrat was escorted away from the terminal, down an escalator, and through a hallway marked "restricted area" into a private room, the Daily Mail reported.

There, agents seized his white Apple iPhone, an Apple MacBook Pro, a charging cable, and a wall charger, all catalogued in a warrant that had been filed two days earlier, on August 13.

The warrant was filed under Section 242 of Title 18 of the United States Code, a federal statute that prohibits officials from using their authority to deprive someone of constitutional rights. How that law applies to Swalwell's case remains unclear, but its invocation signals that federal prosecutors are examining whether the former congressman leveraged his office in connection with the alleged misconduct.

The confrontation at the airport was only the beginning. The following day, FBI agents arrived at Swalwell's residence in northeast Washington, D.C., armed with additional court-approved search warrants. Neither Swalwell nor his wife, Brittany Watts, 41, was home.

The New York Post reported that agents seized additional undisclosed potential evidence from the home. The warrant from the airport encounter was signed by FBI Special Agent Kyle R. Biebesheimer, who certified the inventory under penalty of perjury.

Baseless blood libel against Israel

Amal Clooney played key role in ICC bid to request arrest warrants for Israeli PM and Hamas leader

all while keeping dignified silence as she faced online abuse for 'not speaking out on Palestine'

Amal Clooney played a key role in the International Criminal Court's decision to issue arrest warrants for Israel's prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas' leader Yahya Sinwar over alleged war crimes, it has been revealed.

Clooney, a renowned human rights lawyer, was named as one of the six legal experts who helped British prosecutor Karim Khan come to the decision, announced today, to seek warrants for Netanyahu, Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as three Hamas leaders.

Clooney, who is married to Hollywood legend George Clooney, revealed that she had been asked to help Khan evaluate the evidence of alleged war crimes in Gaza and Israel four months ago.

SWAT - Pre-Dawn raids, their favorite intimidation tactic

Executive director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport seriously wounded after exchanging gunfire with feds

The executive director of an airport in Arkansas is fighting for his life after reportedly exchanging gunfire with federal agents who showed up at his residence to serve a search warrant earlier this week.

At around 6 a.m. on Tuesday, agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives arrived to serve a search warrant at a residence in Little Rock owned by Bryan Malinowski, the 53-year-old executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. Suddenly, during an execution of the warrant, shots rang out, leaving two wounded, including Malinowski.

He sustained a shot to the head and was on life support. We may never know his side of this horrendous incident.

My guess--he had no idea who was beating in his door or for what reason.

No-knock raids by SWAT are dangerously subjective. They have been known to even go to the wrong house. This reminds me of when the government went after Trump supporter, Roger Stone...FBI agents raided Roger Stone's home at pre-dawn in South Florida and took him into custody.

Stone was sentenced to three years and four months and his sentence was commuted by Donald Trump.

Government Surveillance Program tracking people without Warrant

Secretive White House Surveillance Program Gives Cops Access to Trillions of Phone Records

A little-known surveillance program tracks more than a trillion domestic phone records within the United States each year, according to a letter WIRED obtained that was sent by US Senator Ron Wyden to the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Sunday, challenging the program’s legality.

According to the letter, a surveillance program now known as Data Analytical Services (DAS) has for more than a decade allowed federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to mine the details of Americans’ calls, analyzing the phone records of countless people who are not suspected of any crime, including victims.

Using a technique known as chain analysis, the program with ATT, targets not only those in direct phone contact with a criminal suspect but anyone with whom those individuals have been in contact as well.

Iraq issues Warrant for President Trump

Iraq Issues Arrest Warrant for Trump Over Death of Soleimani

Iraq’s Supreme Court has issued an arrest warrant for former President Donald Trump over the death of Iran’s Quds Force commander, Gen. Qasem Soleimani, on Iraqi soil, according to a state-run media outlet based in Baghdad.

Iraqi News noted that “President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zaidan, announced on Thursday the issuance of an arrest warrant for former U.S. President Donald Trump.” The warrant is also for the killing of the then-Iraqi militia leader, chief of staff of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in Iraq.

This is a death sentence case.

Read the circumstances of the warrant

President Trump has good security but with all the illegals entering our country, it is very possible, and probably most likely, some are terrorists. 100 terrorists have already been encountered by Border Control. The question is, how many have been disseminated throughout the United States?

Biden is the most treasonous and irresponsible president in the history of the our great country.

Public doesn't have a need to know about the Affidavit says DOJ

Biden DOJ Tells Court Details Used to Justify Mar-a-Lago Search Must be Kept Secret

What a bunch of BULL

Ordinary Americans and news organizations are demanding to know the reasons behind last week’s FBI raid at former President Donald Trump’s home in South Florida’s Mar-a-Lago Club, but President Joe Biden’s Justice Department wants to prevent the public from reading the documents that triggered the action, according to a court filing.

“Disclosure at this juncture of the affidavit supporting probable cause would, by contrast, cause significant and irreparable damage to this ongoing criminal investigation,” the filing argued.

FBI search warrant and receipts of items taken from Mar-a-Lago

Receipts Following Warrant and Raid of Mar-a-Lago Reflect a Different Story than ‘Nuclear Weapons’

As we’ve stated on a few occasions, one of the big allegations that led to the FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago, was that President Trump had classified and top secret documents at the estate that were related to nuclear weapons.

However, what we see in new documents does not reflect this narrative.

Nowhere on the warrant or on the receipts of items taken are “nuclear weapons” explicitly mentioned.

Why we have a Constitution! It "ain't" this!

New Details in FBI Raid Shake the Nation – Report Shows the FBI Actually Seized Napkins, Maps and a Birthday Menu

The FBI has yet to release the warrant that granted them access to Trump’s Mar-a-Largo home. We think we know why.

The warrant would have limited the scope of their search to relevant content. In this case, apparently documents the National Archives is demanding.

But Trump’s lawyers have revealed what these agents actually took. And this won’t make them look good.

Merrick Garland Spoke Boiler Plate Language

So what do you all think? Democrats need not respond.

New York Post: "Attorney General Merrick Garland said that the Justice Department had asked a federal magistrate judge to unseal copies of the search warrant that triggered Monday’s unprecedented raid on the Florida home of former President Donald Trump.

Garland also confirmed that he had “personally approved” the decision to seek a warrant, reportedly for classified documents the 45th president may have kept at Mar-a-Lago." He not once mentioned the affidavit. What were they looking for? He didn't tell us.

Attorney General Merrick Garland ordered the banana-republic-style effort to treat a former president, and likely future political foe, like a criminal, with the willingness of civil servants to go along with it made it possible.

DOJ Official Says Raid has Backfired

DOJ Official Declares Mar-a-Lago Raid 'A Spectacular Backfire': Report

The raid was based on information that the FBI received from a confidential source who reported that Trump was hiding classified documents, two officials told Newsweek.

It was deliberately timed to happen while Trump was not at Mar-a-Lago.

One Justice Department official, who was also with the FBI for 30 years, told Newsweek that FBI officials wanted to deny Trump the publicity of a raid.

My guess and more than likely, it was the young former aide's testimony before the Jan 6 Select Committee that triggered this raid. The FBI pursued her. She had nine confirmed lies before the Select Committee and previously was fired from her job. Perhaps one of these day we will find out.

FBI has been spying on us without a warrant

Report Shows FBI Spied on 3.3 Million Americans Without a Warrant, GOP Demands Answers

In a May 25 letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, Reps. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and Mike Turner (R-Ohio) asked Wray to explain why his agency had wiretapped and gathered personal information on over 3.3 million Americans without a warrant.

The ODNI report also admitted that on at least four occasions, the FBI failed to get FISC approval before accessing the contents of information collected under section 702.

This is not the first time the FBI has been caught red-handed overstepping its legal authority under section 702.
