China's Electric Vehicles are Spy Machines

Bernie Moreno warns Chinese electric vehicles pose a mobile spying threat

Moreno Says Trump Saw The Threat Early

Senator Bernie Moreno went on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo and made the case that Chinese electric vehicles should not be welcomed into the American market.

He said President Trump was right years ago to warn about China’s growing threat to U.S. industry, and he argued that the auto sector still matters too much to let Beijing-backed companies walk in and take over.

Moreno pointed out that the American middle class was built in large part by auto jobs, and he said it would be reckless to let heavily subsidized Chinese cars flood the country and squeeze out American workers.

That is not protectionism for its own sake. It is common sense, which seems to be in short supply whenever global elites start drooling over cheap imports and calling it progress.

Moreno said these vehicles are not just cheaper alternatives. In his view, they are loaded with cameras and connected systems that can send data back to the Chinese Communist Party.

Moreno called them surveillance devices on wheels, and he said Americans would never knowingly buy that kind of equipment for a foreign adversary. That is the kind of warning Congress ought to hear before it gets too cozy with Beijing’s bargain bin of high-tech trouble.

Arctic Frost Investigation

FBI chief Kash Patel ousts agent over Arctic Frost controversy

Hold onto your hats, folks -- FBI Director Kash Patel just dropped a bombshell by firing a top agent tied to a scandalous investigation that reeks of political overreach.

Patel has dismissed Aaron Tapp, the Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s San Antonio Field Office, over his central role in the contentious Operation Arctic Frost, a probe from the Biden era that targeted Donald Trump, his allies, and conservative groups, as exposed by Senate Republicans and whistleblower documents, as Lifezette reports.

Let’s rewind to April 2022, when Operation Arctic Frost kicked off under the Biden Justice Department, initially tied to the 2020 alternate electors dispute.

This operation wasn’t just a quick peek under the rug -- it involved seizing government-issued phones from both Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence, alongside interviews spanning multiple states.

The probe dug deep, scrutinizing hundreds of individuals and organizations linked to the 2020 election, which raises eyebrows about just how far the net was cast.

Grassley’s office dropped a bombshell, citing whistleblower materials that show 197 subpoenas issued by former special counsel Jack Smith to 34 individuals and 163 businesses, including financial institutions.

“The investigation had targeted the entire Republican apparatus,” Grassley stated, pointing fingers at conservative groups like Turning Point USA and the Republican Attorneys General Association.

Chinese Research ship off coast of Alaska

Chinese Research Ship Detected Off Alaska Coast

A China-flagged research vessel was detected Friday off the coast of Alaska, the U.S. Coast Guard said.

The Coast Guard reported Saturday that the Xue Long 2, an icebreaker, was detected about 290 nautical miles north of Utqiagvik, Alaska, in the North American Arctic.

The Xue Long 2 is operated by China's Polar Research Institute.

The ship was in the U.S.'s Extended Continental Shelf, or ECS, which is a portion of the continental shelf that goes beyond 200 miles nautical miles off the coast, according to the State Department. The ship was determined to be 130 nautical miles inside the ECS.

This comes after four Russian military planes were spotted and tracked flying near the Alaskan coast Tuesday by North American Aerospace Defense Command. [cbs]

The aircraft flew through a section of international airspace called the Alaskan Air Defense Identification Zone. While the Alaska ADIZ is considered part of international airspace, it is defined as an area where sovereign U.S. airspace ends but "that requires the ready identification of all aircraft in the interest of national security," according to NORAD.

Cutting down the spying of the CCP

Revocation of Chinese students visas

The Trump administration’s pledge that it will begin to “aggressively” revoke visas of Chinese students was made after years of concern over the Chinese regime’s efforts to infiltrate U.S. academia.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced on May 29 that the United States will begin revoking Chinese student visas, specifically targeting those with ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) or studying in critical fields. It will also revise visa criteria and heighten scrutiny for future visa applications.

State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce on Thursday said the government is enhancing scrutiny of all Chinese visa holders in the United States. She declined to detail specific criteria the department will use in assessing applications.

A total of 277,398 students from China were enrolled U.S. entities in the 2023–24 academic year, according to a collaborative report from the State Department and the Institute of International Education.

The FBI warned in a 2019 bulletin that the CCP exploits the openness of the U.S. academic environment to conduct economic espionage to advance its own scientific, economic, and military goals. While most Chinese students and researchers are in the United States for legitimate academic reasons, the FBI said, the CCP can use them as “non-traditional collectors of intellectual property.”

"In Texas, big Tech is not above the law"

Google Agrees to Pay Texas $1.4 Billion Data Privacy Settlement

Google agreed to pay nearly $1.4 billion to the state of Texas to settle allegations of violating the data privacy rights of state residents, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said Friday.

Paxton sued Google in 2022 for allegedly unlawfully tracking and collecting the private data of users.

The attorney general said the settlement, which covers allegations in two separate lawsuits against the search engine and app giant, dwarfed all past settlements by other states with Google for similar data privacy violations.

Google’s settlement comes nearly 10 months after Paxton obtained a $1.4 billion settlement for Texas from Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, to resolve claims of unauthorized use of biometric data by users of those popular social media platforms.

Mark Kelly's spy balloon company funded by China Communist Party

Did Mark Kelly’s Ambition Boost China’s Balloon Fleet?

Before his tenure as a senator from Arizona, Kelly had an illustrious career as an astronaut and co-founder of World View, a company initially dedicated to space tourism.

However, recent reports indicate that Kelly's entrepreneurial focus shifted from celestial exploration to more terrestrial concerns.

Before serving on both the Senate Armed Services Committee and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, Kelly launched a business that manufactures surveillance balloons. Notably, one of the company's significant investors has deep ties to the CCP (Chinese Communist Party).

Axios reported that shortly after World View was started, it received venture capital from Tencent in 2013, then again in 2016.

Tencent is one of China's largest corporations, and it was founded in 1998 by “Pony” Ma Huateng, Zhang Zhidong, Xu Chenye, Chen Yidan and Zeng Liqing. Last year, “Pony” Ma Huateng was listed by Forbes as the fourth-richest man in China with a net worth of $32.1 billion. Ma is also the CEO of Tencent.

Iran is literally getting away with murder thanks to Joe

Sen. Dan Sullivan to Newsmax: Stop Appeasing Iran

Sen. Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska, is disturbed about reports of an Iranian plot to assassinate former President Donald Trump, showing the problem with the Biden administration's appeasement of Iran.

"The Iranians supply and train and arm the Houthis," Sullivan told Newsmax's "The Record With Greta Van Susteren."

"The Houthis have been shooting missiles at all kinds of maritime, vessels and vessels, including the U.S. Navy. The Iranians had a spy ship next to our navy in the Red Sea, giving the Houthis targeting information on our ships.

Why have we not sunk those spy ships? Why are those Iranian spy ships not at the bottom of the sea?"

China buying up strategic land in the U.S.

Retired Air Force Brig. Gen. Robert S. Spalding III

Report: China Owns Farmland Next to 19 Military Bases

China owns farmland near 19 U.S. military bases across the country, according to the New York Post, raising fears of espionage and sabotage by communist agents.

The bases adjacent to Chinese-owned land include some of the most strategically important installations, including Fort Liberty in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Fort Cavazos in Killeen, Texas, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in San Diego, California, and MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida.

"It is concerning due to the proximity to strategic locations," retired Air Force Brig. Gen. Robert S. Spalding III told the Post. His work focuses on U.S.-China relations.

"These locations can be used to set up intelligence collection sites and the owners can be influential in local politics as we have seen in the past," he said. "It is alarming we do not have laws on the books that would prevent the Chinese from buying property in the U.S."

Biden's Justice Department weaponizing our legal system

Voters who support faith, family, freedom implored to 'run, walk or crawl' to the polls

'We cannot remain silent against such explicit tyranny'

"The Left is not only waging legal warfare against Donald Trump. They are attempting to prevent half the country from having any say in the governance of our nation, and they have weaponized the legal system to ensure their success at any cost," began a statement from Gary Bauer, senior vice president of public policy for the James Dobson Family Institute.

"They are already using our legal system to go after pro-life activists and patriotic Christians who defend religious liberty."

The Deep State is spying on conservative parents and churches, treating them like enemies of the state. They have even gone so far as to compare caring parents to terrorists.

"The Left has repeatedly [contended] that conservatives are a threat to our democracy. Yet, they are the ones who are aggressively attacking our constitutional Republic with blatant disregard for our fundamental rights. We cannot remain silent against such explicit tyranny."

The Weaponization of the Federal Government

How the Government Used ‘Track F’ to Fund Censorship Tools

The National Science Foundation spent $39 million on Track F, a program related to censoring, suppressing Americans’ speech, says a new report

Officials from the National Science Foundation tried to conceal the spending of millions of taxpayer dollars on research and development for artificial intelligence tools used to censor political speech and influence the outcome of elections, according to a new congressional report.

The report looking into the National Science Foundation (NSF) is the latest addition to a growing body of evidence that critics claim shows federal officials—especially at the FBI and the CIA—are creating a “censorship-industrial complex” to monitor American public expression and suppress speech disfavored by the government.

In the name of combatting alleged misinformation regarding COVID-19 and the 2020 election, NSF has been issuing multi-million-dollar grants to university and non-profit research teams.

The purpose of these taxpayer-funded projects is to develop artificial intelligence (AI)- powered censorship and propaganda tools that can be used by governments and Big Tech to shape public opinion by restricting certain viewpoints or promoting others.

O'Keefe Media Group exposes the IRS

O’Keefe Strikes Again – IRS Official Tells O’Keefe Media Group Reporter That the IRS uses AI to Spy on Americans’

Bank Accounts: Is It Constitutional? “I doubt it,” says IRS Official Alex Mena

This is quite ironic, as The Gateway Pundit recently reported that O’Keefe Media Group exposed the No Mas Muertes (No More Deaths) organization, a nonprofit and ministry of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tucson, for smuggling illegal immigrants from the border in Arizona.

This 501(c)(3) organization holds a tax-exempt status for hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations, but the IRS is targeting innocent Americans! [GatewayPundit]

IRS official Alex Mena who works in “criminal investigations” says IRS ‘has no problem going after the small people, putting people in prison, and destroying people’s lives.’

Mena ‘doubts the constitutionality’ of his employer, the IRS, using AI to access everybody’s bank accounts nationwide. Mena recalls IRS agents stating “…the first person you shoot you’re gonna remember, but after that you’re gonna shoot like a hundred people, you’re not gonna remember any of them.”

He says IRS agents “are assholes...they are the definition of an asshole, all of them.”

This video was obtained by an O’Keefe Media citizen journalist who is a part of the American Swiper Program.

Treasury Department officials had banks flag terms like “MAGA” and “Trump”

Jim Jordan blew the whistle on this bone-chilling plot against Trump supporters

The Deep State is ramping up ahead of the 2024 election. They are putting their sights on Donald Trump’s political movement.

And Jim Jordan blew the whistle on this bone-chilling plot against Trump supporters.

President Joe Biden has weaponized the federal government against his political opponents.

The events of January 6 were used by the Biden regime to create a bogus narrative that supporters of former President Donald Trump were a threat to the country.

Jim Jordan (R-OH) discovered an alarming collusion between big banks and the Treasury Department to spy on the transactions made at popular retailers frequented by conservatives.

Jack Smith's quest to nail Trump

Jack Smith Tries to Block Jury From Information About Undercover Agents at Capitol in January 6 Case

Trump’s attorneys recently filed a motion for discovery in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case demanding documents regarding informants and undercover agents related to January 6.

“Please provide all documents regarding informants, cooperators, undercover agents, representatives, or anyone acting in a similar capacity on behalf of or at the behest of the Department of Justice or any law enforcement agency…who was present at or within five miles of the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021,” Trump’s lawyers wrote in the 9-page discovery letter.
  • Michael Waller, a Senior Analyst for Strategy at the Center for Security Policy specializing in Propaganda, Political Warfare, Psychological Warfare and Subversion, stated that he was present at the Capitol on January 6th and observed what occurred there.
  • Plainclothes militants. Militant, aggressive men in Donald Trump and MAGA gear at a front police line at the base of the temporary presidential inaugural platform
  • Agents-provocateurs. Scattered groups of men exhorting the marchers to gather closely and tightly toward the center of the outside of the Capitol building and prevent them from leaving
  • Fake Trump protesters. A few young men wearing Trump or MAGA hats backward and who did not fit in with the rest of the crowd in terms of their actions and demeanor, whom I presumed to be Antifa or other leftist agitators
  • Disciplined, uniformed column of attackers. A column of organized, disciplined men, wearing similar but not identical camouflage uniforms and black gear, some with helmets and GoPro cameras or wearing subdued Punisher skull patches

Obama's Executive Order-- Allowed Spying on Trump and Citizens

The Epoch Times, by Jeff Carlson

How the Obama Admin Enabled the Nonstop Security Leaks Against Trump

A last-minute revision to the intelligence community's rules on information allowed for wider sharing of raw intelligence on U.S. citizens

I have been saying all along that Obama was the start of all the mess in our country. He is the reason I became a Republican and have never looked back.

The Obama administration, just 17 days before the inauguration of President Donald Trump, revised the guidelines of Section 2.3 of Executive Order 12333, "Procedures for the Availability or Dissemination of Raw Signals Intelligence Information by the National Security Agency."

Although widely overlooked, the implications were broad and far-reaching.

Under the new procedure, agencies and individuals could request the National Security Agency (NSA) for access to specific surveillance simply by claiming the intercepts contain relevant information that's useful to a particular mission.

No privacy protection of the raw data was undertaken. Under the new rules, sharing of information was significantly easier–and the information being shared was raw and unfiltered. Thus, the spying of Trump.

Whitehouse spying on Americans

A new report reveals the White House has been potentially spying on American citizens

AT&T has been giving trillions of phone records to law enforcement

The data includes social network traffic for suspected criminals and innocent Americans.

Critics have been very vocal about the Biden administration’s treatment of American citizens. In fact, Republicans in Congress created a new committee to investigate how Biden has “weaponized” the government against its citizens.

Many accuse the DOJ of disproportionately prosecuting J6 defendants, compared to BLM and Antifa rioters. Biden has been accused of retaliating against his enemies, both Republicans and others.

Now, a report is coming out that could put any American citizen at risk. And it involves a secretive program.

Kash Patel sues DOJ and FBI

Key Trump Official Takes Legal Action Against DOJ

Kash Patel, a former official from the Trump administration, has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI. The lawsuit alleges a “politically motivated” effort by the DOJ and the FBI to obtain a subpoena for Patel’s personal email account data back in 2017.

The lawsuit, lodged in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, raises the question, “Who watches the watchmen?” It emphasizes the importance of oversight, especially in a post-PATRIOT Act era where the U.S. Government has been exposed for spying on its citizens. The lawsuit also bashes the weaponization of federal law enforcement agencies against the American people.

Kash Patel’s distinguished career includes his tenure as a counterterrorism prosecutor at the DOJ, where he led investigations against terror groups like Al-Qa’ida and ISIS. He also served as the DOJ Liaison Officer to the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), working with elite counterterrorism units.

FBI Illegal Spying

FBI Illegally Spied on U.S. Senator…

The recent news that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has engaged in illegal surveillance on at least one U.S. Senator and a state lawmaker has left many people stunned but believe more than ever that our justice system is corrupt.

The Section 702 database, managed by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, contains information that can be accessed by both the FBI and NSA however, it is only allowed to be queried if there is an investigation involving foreign intelligence agencies.

Unfortunately, two separate incidents have been uncovered where agents conducted searches on politicians without meeting the required threshold for accessing this data.

The FBI broke the law “more than 278,000 times"

FBI admits illegal spying

The FBI was forced to admit that yes, they really have been illegally spying on Americans. They’ve been doing it for years and did it more than 278,000 times.

As revealed by Washington Post they broke the law “more than 278,000 times, including against crime victims, January 6 riot suspects, people arrested at protests after the police killing of George Floyd in 2020 and — in one case — 19,000 donors to a congressional candidate.”

“It’s okay and there’s no reason to take away our Section 702 toolkit or anything,” Christopher Wray insists, because they already fixed it.

We’re supposed to trust him on that. They might have gotten away with it if this report didn’t come out the same week as the one from John Durham. That’s the one which spelled out exactly how the Federal Bureau of Instigation and the Just Us Department conspired with Hillary Clinton to rig the 2016 election.

It was the FBI’s involvement in Russiagate which prompted this particular audit. The final report was completed a year ago but Merrick Garland was terrified to turn it loose.

Andrew Surabian, Republican strategist said, "This is absolutely outrageous. The FBI illegally abused section 702 of FISA to digitally surveil American citizens without a warrant over 278k times. Any Republican who supports reauthorizing this digital spying program when it comes up for a vote in December deserves a Primary."

China running secret intelligence agencies in U.S.

A #CCP intel service runs 7 US "Overseas Chinese Service Centers" (OCSCs)

Houston
Omaha
St. Paul
Salt Lake City
St. Louis
Charlotte

Ever since the Chinese spy balloon made a tour across the US, documenting dozens of our military bases and tapping into our communications, tensions have been going up between the US and China.

These new revelations may just be the drop that spills the glass.

As it turns out, one of China’s intelligence agencies has secretly been running operations in the US for years. They’re using their service centers to maintain contact with Beijing’s national police and deport any “traitors” back to mainland China.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis knew what was up. He put an end to this charade, which didn’t stop them from moving their operations elsewhere.

Even though there’s no evidence that each and every one of these service centers acts as a cover for MPS’s operations, there’s enough evidence to warrant suspicion. China is our number one adversary. Why are we so naive?
