Former NSA employee gets 22 years for espionage

Former NSA Employee recently sentenced To 22 Years In Prison For Attempted Espionage

Jareh Sebastian Dalke, a 32-year-old former National Security Agency (NSA) employee, was sentenced to nearly 22 years in federal prison on Monday for attempting to sell classified information to an undercover FBI agent he believed was a Russian official.

The sentencing hearing in Denver revealed that Dalke was motivated by his personal debt of $237,000 and disillusionment with the federal government.

Dalke sent the agent excerpts of some documents in his possession as a demonstration of his “legitimate access and willingness to share,” prosecutors said, and told the agent that he would sell all the information he had for $85,000.

The documents he shared included information on sensitive US defense capabilities, a threat assessment of a separate unnamed country and information on a US cryptographic program.

Tucker Carlson Intrigue while in Russia

Assassination Attempt on Tucker Carlson Thwarted!?

Buckle up people, because this latest news is sure to make your head spin. Apparently, Tucker Carlson was nearly assassinated. And where might this have happened? Moscow, of course, because where else would such a James Bond-esque plot unfold?

According to reports (and by that, I mean Russian authorities), Ukrainian intelligence had a nefarious plan to off our good old American journalist using an explosive device. Sounds like a movie script, right? But wait, there’s more. The alleged perpetrator, some chap from Podolsk, was supposedly apprehended by Russian counter-terrorism units before he could carry out his dastardly deed.

The plot thickens when you learn that the target was none other than Carlson himself, who had recently interviewed Russian President Vladimir Putin. Talk about a risky business!

The suspect was allegedly planning to plant the explosive under a car in the underground parking lot of the Four Seasons Hotel, where Carlson was staying. These events were supposedly planned to coincide with his visit to Russia from February 1 to February 8.

Tucker says he was under surveillance by US intelligence agencies, specifically the NSA, during his stay in Russia.

Obama's Executive Order-- Allowed Spying on Trump and Citizens

The Epoch Times, by Jeff Carlson

How the Obama Admin Enabled the Nonstop Security Leaks Against Trump

A last-minute revision to the intelligence community's rules on information allowed for wider sharing of raw intelligence on U.S. citizens

I have been saying all along that Obama was the start of all the mess in our country. He is the reason I became a Republican and have never looked back.

The Obama administration, just 17 days before the inauguration of President Donald Trump, revised the guidelines of Section 2.3 of Executive Order 12333, "Procedures for the Availability or Dissemination of Raw Signals Intelligence Information by the National Security Agency."

Although widely overlooked, the implications were broad and far-reaching.

Under the new procedure, agencies and individuals could request the National Security Agency (NSA) for access to specific surveillance simply by claiming the intercepts contain relevant information that's useful to a particular mission.

No privacy protection of the raw data was undertaken. Under the new rules, sharing of information was significantly easier–and the information being shared was raw and unfiltered. Thus, the spying of Trump.

FBI Illegal Spying

FBI Illegally Spied on U.S. Senator…

The recent news that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has engaged in illegal surveillance on at least one U.S. Senator and a state lawmaker has left many people stunned but believe more than ever that our justice system is corrupt.

The Section 702 database, managed by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, contains information that can be accessed by both the FBI and NSA however, it is only allowed to be queried if there is an investigation involving foreign intelligence agencies.

Unfortunately, two separate incidents have been uncovered where agents conducted searches on politicians without meeting the required threshold for accessing this data.

How the next War will be Won - The Mighty Dragon

Comment Up

(Reuters)
- "China and "probably one or two" other countries have the ability to invade and possibly shut down computer systems of U.S. power utilities, aviation networks and financial companies," said Admiral Mike Rogers, the director of the U.S. National Security Agency. China can damage our power grids and other critical systems and bring us to our knees.

For all the pacifists who don't want the U.S. to have any more boots on the ground, this is how the war will be won or they could use this mighty dragon. Now that the Congress and Senate have been changed and conservatives are in power, we might have a prayer to reverse this revolting and unthinkable situation. Of course, the possibility of terrorists just walking across our borders is great.

Obama gets a little set-back

Obama's National Security Agency just given a defeat...over-stepping with its unreasonable searches and in violation of the Fourth Amendment. Why should anyone be surprised as our Constitutional rights are being eroded right and left, mostly left.

NSA has access to our computers through our operating system

The NSA has had the ability to track us since Windows 95. Windows was released in 1995 and probably you, like me, have had most of the upgraded operating systems since that time. And just like any software, it just gets more sophisticated.

NSA gets backdoor access through some security features. Computer security specialists say that the Windows software driver used for security and encryption functions contains unusual features which give NSA that backdoor access. Read more at WND.

Restore our Privacy Act

Comment Up

Someone asked me once, "Lynn, if you are such a conservative, how come you like Bernie Sanders... I am surprised."

I like him because he has instigated some bills that make sense. Being a conservative Democrat is placing yourself in the minority of the Party that is for sure.  Bernie Sanders introduced a bill (S-1168) on Friday that would put an end to open-ended court orders that have resulted in wholesale data mining by the NSA and FBI. Instead, the government would be required to provide reasonable suspicion to justify searches for each record or document that it wants to examine.

“We must give our intelligence and law enforcement agencies all of the tools that they need to combat terrorism but we must do so in a way that protects our freedom and respects the Constitution’s ban on unreasonable searches,” Sanders said.
