Hunter Fights $1.7 Million Lien

Hunter Biden Fights to Keep $1.7M Payout While Refusing to Pay His Own Lawyers

Hunter Biden is fighting to keep a $1.7 million defamation payout even as his former lawyers say he still owes them millions of dollars in unpaid legal fees.

The former president’s son is asking a federal judge to block the firm’s lien, which could otherwise send the money directly to the attorneys who previously represented him.

Winston Taylor LLP filed a notice of lien against Biden after he won a $1.7 million default judgment against Overstock.com founder Patrick Byrne.

The firm previously represented Biden in the Byrne lawsuit, congressional investigations and his criminal cases.

Once a loser; always a ...

Hunter Biden was convicted of three federal felony gun charges in June 2024 and pleaded guilty to nine federal tax offenses (three felonies and six misdemeanors) in September 2024. President Joe Biden later issued a full and unconditional pardon for him in December 2024.

Contractor takes action after Homeowner Allegedly Refuses to Pay

A fencing contractor in Will County, Illinois, just outside Joliet, posted a video showing his crew dismantling a wooden fence they had just installed. The homeowner allegedly refused to pay for the work.

The homeowner’s face is blurred in the clip, but he can be heard screaming at the workers to get off his property and threatening to call the police. The confrontation quickly turned into a viral spectacle, with the video receiving over 17 million views.

César Diaz of Diaz Fence Company posted the video on Instagram under the handle @el.compa.cesar. He narrates the opening of the clip: “We’re about to take away a fence because somebody didn’t want to pay. So this is going to be fun.”

Diaz’s crew then begins taking the fence apart. Workers knock panels off the posts with hammers and use a chainsaw as the property owner curses at them. One worker can be heard giving instructions in Spanish while the dismantling continues.

Diaz later claimed that the homeowner also walked away with the crew’s chainsaw. That allegation has not been independently established in the information provided.

Fake News Left-wing accounts immediately added a political and immigration angle. They labeled the unnamed man a “MAGA homeowner” who allegedly tried to stiff Hispanic workers and call ICE so he would not have to pay. But the video itself does not establish that the homeowner was a Trump supporter, nor does it confirm that anyone contacted immigration officials.

Read about it...

It seems to me there is something important that has been left out of this story, like why the owner did not pay. And of course the liberal media is declaring the home owner is a Trump supporter...no proof...just a smear to sensationalize the story.

Thousands of IRS and Government employees for years have not paid their taxes

IRS Agents Owe $1.5B in Unpaid Taxes

149,000 IRS Agents and Gov't Employees Willfully Evade Back Taxes!

“Next time someone whines about trump winning the election and his picks of people to clean the government, show them this video! I hope Vivek and Elon are watching right now. Chop, Chop, Chop Baby, Chop! -Brigitte Gabriel

Over 800 Internal Revenue Service employees still owe millions in back taxes despite heavy criticism from Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA), who is hoping the level of tax waste will be squashed by billionaire Elon Musk, the newly tapped co-leader of the Department of Government Efficiency.

In a letter to the Iowa senator sent on Nov. 8 and shared exclusively with the Washington Examiner, the IRS noted that of the 2,044 employees who reported having balances totaling more than $12 million, 860 employees still have not paid overdue taxes. Only 20 of the 70 employees who “willfully evaded” paying their taxes were removed.

“We haven’t seen a tax revolt like this since the Boston Tea Party,” Ernst said in a statement. “If hardworking Americans dodge taxes, they are faced with steep fines and imprisonment, but it appears that tax collectors in Washington believe those rules are for thee but not for me.”

Click here... and watch the video. Scott Bessent, Trump's appointment for Treasury Secretary, will get to the bottom of this!

Socialist Strategy

COVID-19 = mass hysteria = economic collapse = the death of capitalism = socialism = liberal wet dream

“Hey, let’s tell everyone all their debts are forgiven because of coronavirus. Capitalism will collapse, socialism will step in, and we will finally have our hands around the scrawny necks of all the gross, unwashed hicks in flyover country. MAGA, my ass!”

Water Back-Flow Valve Theft

Deadbeats are everywhere and we have our fair share. Recently there has been a rash of commercial irrigation and domestic water back-flow preventers stolen and sold for their scrap metal, particularly brass and copper. It has been reported to Lynn's Little bit of Trivia that this is happening with frequency in Lake Worth.

Last year thieves were stealing the brass sprinkler caps from my irrigation system.   Now, they don't seem to be bothering with the petty crime...they are going for the more lucrative stuff.

Thieves in cities across the country have posed as city employees wearing orange vests and have cut off the valve to the preventers using a saw. The whole process can take less than two minutes. These thefts have occurred in broad daylight and at prominent and visible locations. If it is stolen, replacing it is very expensive and can cost as much as $3,000 to $6,000.  If some idiot removes it, it will also interrupt water service for your property as well as create possible water damage caused by the water running uncontrolled through the open connection, so says On Call Repair and Maintenance.

Keep your eyes peeled for any workers around water back-flow valves. Also, we should look into getting protective cages with a lock. Read more...

Vampires and Zombies live among us, not just at Halloween

Comment Up

Halloween brings out the ghosts, the goblins, the zombies and vampires--blood suckers. But here in Lake Worth, we have some of them who live among us all year round.

There are a few haughty and insincere people in our city who "call out" those who pay little or no ad valorem taxes due to the economic meltdown--something for which they had no control. They go so far as to say that they are not even entitled to an opinion about our city. They have also implied or have said that they are all "deadbeats," and a big part of the problem. With "no skin in the game" the Vice Mayor complains, they have relegated us to the back of the bus--invented another class of residents...those for whom they believe have no or limited Constitutional rights. One, while speaking at the dais during a public meeting that went all over the Internet, turned and pointed a finger towards another citizen saying "she pays no taxes." The mayor did not call a Point of Order ...she leaves that for Commissioner McVoy when he asks neat, skillful and to the point questions or makes intelligent observations.

The city is going through a process to list all of the property and what they generate in ad valorem. They are preparing and educating the public for a general obligation bond to vote on in March 2014 anywhere from $50 million up to $100 million. All taxpayers will be on the hook for 30 years or so at a cost to be determined. This will be done in order to repair 50% of our roads and even create infrastructure for the Park of Commerce. Because the commission does not want to kick the can down the road any longer, they believe that developing this industrial park is Lake Worth's salvation. Scott Maxwell, Pam Triolo and John Szerdi have agreed. They just approved a 216 rental development there that could very likely end up as Section 8. The commission wants the taxpayer's blood to do what it wants and to do it now.

Because our property values are too low in Lake Worth through no fault of ours, the very same folks, some of whom still living in their houses where they have defaulted on their mortgage payments, are living for free. They are throwing the biggest stones at those who pay little in ad valorem. In fact, these people might be vampires....drinking the blood of the banks. An estimated 47 percent of bank-owned homes across the nation are still occupied by the previous owner, according to RealtyTrac.

According to yesterday's Post article, banks are ready to target those who have been living rent free that have gone through the foreclosure process. These are referred to as "vampire" foreclosures and those residing in those houses as vampires.

It's a bloody mess.

Monday's Deadbeats at Resident Decal Parking lot

NO DECALS!
NO ONE PATROLLING THE PARKING!
at least when we were there!
This is only a $25 dollar fine. It should be doubled and enforced.

This is What it's all about, Folks

Comment Up
This country is full of them.
I saw this on Judge Judy awhile back and it confirmed my worst fears--
Government hand-outs are detrimental to the health and
welfare of this great country and it gives these jokers
an excuse to blame everyone but themselves.
Users, abusers and deadbeats living off welfare or
anyone they can find.
1% beware.

Marxist Event in US scheduled for September

Comment Up
Read about it here. This scheduled event will make some Lake Worthians very proud as this U.S. day of rage will try to take down free enterprise and Wall Street. All you people who have worked for a living, watch out. The deadbeats want all of your chips.

The voters saw through it all

I wrote this yesterday morning around 8am. Normally I would never write something of this magnitude in advance as I am superstitious--don't like to jinx the outcome. I have known for a few weeks now that Mr. Ramiccio would be rejected at the polls. It was a gut feeling. I was counting on the common sense of the citizenry and they came through.

My inspiration for this campaign can be directly attributed to the debate at The Lake Worth Playhouse. I had not planned on becoming so involved on a daily basis but Ramiccio's bullying bothered me. Although I had known about the many episodes involving Tom Ramiccio through the years, we all got to observe first-hand his unfair and ridiculous personal attacks against a fellow candidate, a fellow citizen. But he didn't stop with The Playhouse. For a man who couldn't tolerate someone "smearing his good name," his attacks against Waterman intensified and got more ugly as time went by. Each lie got more outrageous.

A hand-painted Waterman sign was ripped from its frame and discarded. His message of anarchy, deadbeats and chickens got old. He wanted to fire the city manager, the best one we have had in years, because he was on the side of the Unions, the very organizations with whom Stanton was negotiating for the benefit of all the residents here, not just Union members. He played with the emotions of uninformed voters--the only way to lower your bill is to sell the Utility he said. Some fell for that. He took campaign contributions from a company involved in a law suit with the City of Lake Worth and one in which Retha Lowe was involved and paid the price. He took money from the Police and Fire Unions also involved in negotiations with us. He accepted a lot of money from Wayne Akers Ford, a company with a very favorable electric rate. He made promises he could never keep. He aligned himself with a losing candidate and used her for an endorsement not learning that last year she was poison and one of the reasons Carla Blockson lost. He engaged in attack mailers, not remembering or caring that last year's Blockson mailer of the mad Scientist only got people mad. Those who aligned themselves with Ramiccio were uninformed or had some personal grudge or just wanted to place responsibility on someone for the guy next door who never mowed his grass. Blaming the other guy was just an excuse that gave them something to rally around and they jumped on the Ramiccio wagon.

With Mr. Ramiccio, it was all about winning, nothing else--he never learned from his or others' mistakes and the voters knew the city was in for some trouble if he became mayor. Ramiccio was not even in the country. He had something more important to do. On the very day of the election, the Post reminded us that it was his intent to sue the City of Lake Worth. The Post, as well as 56% of the voters remembered too. Lisa Maxwell who campaigned for Ramiccio after losing the primary commented on the Ramiccio loss last night: "We need to assess what happened here." That was the problem with the Ramiccio campaign. They didn't know what hit them.

I especially want to thank our new mayor, Rachel Waterman, for keeping her dignity throughout this election in spite of the worst smear from any opponent. She kept her cool and she was here and focused on the people of Lake Worth with a positive message--I share your vision for a safe, prosperous community in which to live, work and play and we will get there together.

Seniors bite the Bullet

The Democrats and President Obama keep giving away TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS all over the world-- funding wars, bailing out corporations, banks, helping deadbeats with foreclosures and developers who actually are using bailout money against our Constitutional right to vote on Amendment 4.

We give Israel 1 trillion dollars every year but for the second year in a row, the nearly 54 million retirees and other Americans who receive Social Security benefits will not get any cost-of-living increase in 2011 in their monthly checks, government officials announced today.

According to the Washington Post, the absence of any growth in Social Security checks for consecutive years is unprecedented in the 3 1/2 decades that payments have been automatically adjusted according to the nation’s inflation rate.

Seniors bite the bullet as Washington spends, and spends, and spends on those who are not even American citizens and costs continue to rise. We really need responsible leadership in Washington and we need Amendment 4 to pass in Florida.
