Jack Smith, the Democrats' anointed lawfare orchestrator who assembled multiple cases, which all eventually failed, against President Trump, is known to have obtained the secret phone records of members of the U.S. Senate.

And messages to and from a long list of media outlets. And even copies of thousands and thousands of personal checks used by individuals to donate to Trump.

He's already been grilled by members of Congress and described in unflattering terms, even for a lawyer.

Now it appears he's to be put further on defense: A senator has filed a bar complaint against Smith over his "Arctic Frost" lawfare investigation that ended up in failure.
