For decades, the American people have been lied to about “Temporary Protected Status,” or TPS. The very name is a deception.

The “T” stands for temporary, yet in practice, this program has morphed into one of the most blatant forms of backdoor amnesty ever devised.

Congressman Andrew Clyde (R-GA) has stepped up with H.R. 8460, the Territorial Protection and Sovereignty Act, which repeals the authority for TPS altogether, terminates existing designations, and requires current holders to leave the United States.

This is the kind of bold, America First leadership we desperately need. [Act for America]

U.S. Troops in Germany

Trump Mulls Reducing Troop Presence in Germany After Iran Feud

“We are suffering considerably in Germany and in Europe from the consequences of, for example, the closure of the Strait of Hormuz,” Merz said Wednesday, hours before Trump posted his threat on social media. “And in that regard, I urge that this conflict be resolved.”

Trump, for his part, has been full-throated in expressing his frustration with Merz.

On Tuesday, he wrote: “The Chancellor of Germany, Friedrich Merz, thinks it’s OK for Iran to have a Nuclear Weapon. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about!” Trump added that it was no surprise “that Germany is doing so poorly, both economically and in other respects!.”

Germany currently hosts the U.S. military between 30,000 and 35,000 U.S. troops, along with roughly 11,500 civilians, representing one of the largest U.S. military presences abroad making any reduction a significant shift in European security, similar to proposals made during his first term that Biden culled.

Germany plans further substantial increases to NATO, with estimates suggesting, under new proposals, spending could rise drastically to meet new 3.5%–5% GDP goals by 2030-2035.

Total Defense Expenditure (2025/2026): The U.S. remains the largest contributor in dollar terms, spending over $935billion on defense, which is roughly 62% of the combined defense spending of all 32 NATO nations.

Fox News VP Fired After Undercover Video Exposes His Wild Corporate Spending

Fox News Media Vice President Jason Hermes has been fired after undercover video showed him allegedly bragging about spending company money at strip clubs and falsifying expense reports.

The footage, released by O’Keefe Media Group, appeared to capture Hermes describing how thousands of dollars in charges could be pushed onto a Fox corporate card without consequences.

Zelensky complains about the U.S. again

The United States' shift in focus to the Middle East has reduced pressure on Russia>

Zelenky said these risks prolong the war, and Moscow will not move toward peace without stronger action from Washington.

"We all want to stop this war," Zelenskyy told Newsmax's Shelby Wilder in an interview conducted at the former Chernobyl nuclear power plant on Sunday that aired Wednesday on "National Report." "The problem is that the priority for the United States has now shifted to the Middle East."

"I'm afraid that if we will have just talks, Russia will not feel the most important thing that America can give us, pressure on them," he added.

Zelenskyy said U.S. military support for Ukraine continues, even as diplomatic pressure has eased.

Dead People found on Voter Roles

North Carolina voter rolls found to contain 34,000 dead registrants after federal database check

North Carolina's State Board of Elections has identified approximately 34,000 deceased individuals still listed on the state's voter rolls, a discovery that came only after officials cross-referenced more than 7.3 million voter records against a federal database.

The finding, which the board's own executive director called "higher than we anticipated," raises pointed questions about how long those names sat untouched and what other states might find if they bothered to look.

The board submitted the records to the federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements database earlier this month as part of an initiative to strengthen the accuracy of its registration lists, Fox News reported. The effort came amid a broader Trump administration push to compel states to open their voter-registration data to federal review, a push that has already triggered lawsuits against at least 30 states and the District of Columbia.

Federal law already requires states to remove deceased individuals from their voter rolls. That North Carolina needed a federal database match to flag 34,000 of them tells you how well the existing system was working on its own.

What the numbers show--The NCSBE submitted 7,397,734 voter records to the SAVE database, Newsmax reported. Officials said the gaps in the state's normal list-maintenance process allowed deceased voters who had moved out of North Carolina and later died in another state to slip through the cracks entirely.

UAE withdraws from OPEC

The United Arab Emirates is walking away from OPEC after nearly 60 years of membership

The withdrawal takes effect on May 1, and it strips the cartel of one of its three largest producers in the middle of an active war, with the Strait of Hormuz still contested.

Read between the lines of this announcement. For half a century, OPEC dictated what Americans paid at the pump, and the cartel used energy as a weapon against the United States and our allies. President Trump called it out for exactly what it was, which is a rigged system designed to rip off the American people and the rest of the free world.

Today, the cracks are showing for everyone to see. That cartel is fracturing under the leadership of a Commander in Chief who refuses to let foreign capitals dictate the price of a gallon of gas in America or the security of the American homeland.

I want every American to understand what this moment actually means. Energy dominance is national security, and national security is the foundation of American freedom. Every barrel produced outside of an OPEC quota is leverage that returns to the United States. Every fracture inside that cartel is a direct win for American families, American workers, American industry, and American sovereignty.

Virginia's Resdistricting Referendum

Virginia Supreme Court keeps redistricting referendum on ice, dealing Democrats a legal setback

Virginia's highest court on Tuesday refused to lift a lower-court order blocking certification of a redistricting referendum that could hand Democrats a commanding 10-to-1 advantage in the state's congressional delegation.

The ruling keeps the results of last week's narrow vote frozen while justices weigh whether the entire referendum was constitutional.

The decision is a sharp blow to Democrats who spent months engineering a ballot measure designed to redraw Virginia's congressional map in their favor. It is a win, at least for now, for Republicans who argued the process that put the question before voters was legally defective from the start.

Virginia voters approved the referendum by a thin 51.7% to 48.3% margin. But the margin of victory may matter less than the manner in which the measure reached the ballot.

Republicans challenged the referendum on procedural grounds, and the courts have so far agreed that those concerns deserve a full hearing before any new map takes effect.

The Media's attack on Tump

How Media Continues to Spark Public Flashpoints

A Pattern That Cannot Be Ignored

The White House Correspondents’ Dinner attack on April 25, 2026, was described as the fifth documented attempt on President Donald Trump in less than a decade.

That is not normal politics, no matter how hard the talking heads try to dress it up with fancy words and a straight face.

The earlier incidents included the 2016 Las Vegas attempt by Michael Steven Sandford, the 2024 Butler, Pennsylvania shooting that killed one rallygoer and wounded Trump, and the later killing of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk after years of hostile public framing.

The ugly truth is simple: when public life turns into a nonstop campaign of demonization, some unstable people stop hearing debate and start hearing permission.

The media’s attack on Trump did not begin with policy fights. It started with a steady drumbeat that he was a Russian puppet, a threat to democracy, and some kind of secret agent for Vladimir Putin. The Carter Page story, the Steele dossier, the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane probe, and the endless Russia coverage all fed the same image, even though later reports undercut the claims.

The Mueller Report found no criminal conspiracy, and the Durham Report said the FBI lacked an adequate factual basis to open the probe and used a double standard. Yet the damage had already been done.

Once a narrative gets repeated enough times, many outlets treat it like fact, and then act shocked when people believe the poison they poured into the water.

James Talarico

Talarico Isn’t Interpreting Scripture – He’s Rewriting It

Alexander Muse writes: "Political parties often choose candidates the way marketers choose packaging. The product must look familiar before voters examine what is inside.

Consider a simple analogy. A grocery store sells two jars that both say honey on the label. One jar contains honey. The other contains corn syrup flavored to resemble honey. From a distance, they look identical. Only when the buyer reads the label closely does the difference appear.

I believe Texas Democrats applied the same logic when selecting their U.S. Senate candidate. They chose James Talarico, a clean-cut white preacher who openly claims to be a Christian. The strategy is easy to see.

Texas is a deeply Christian state. Roughly two-thirds of Texans identify as Christian. White evangelicals alone represent roughly a quarter of the electorate and voted nearly 90% for President Trump in 2024. If Democrats want to compete statewide, they must at least appear comfortable speaking the language of faith.

But packaging does not determine substance. The real question is whether the theology being presented corresponds to historic Christianity as most Texas Christians understand it.

Christians disagree about many things. Baptists disagree with Catholics. Pentecostals disagree with Presbyterians. Yet beneath these disagreements lies a shared structure of belief. Scripture carries authority. Sin and repentance matter. Salvation comes through Christ. Moral teachings about life and the human body follow from these foundations.

My argument is straightforward. James Talarico departs from this shared structure. The problem is not merely that he interprets the Bible differently. The problem is that he changes the rules of interpretation themselves.

But Democrats are good at that.

Wisconsin teacher placed on leave after post calling to 'make Americans great assassins again'

A veteran Wisconsin high school teacher is off the job after publishing a now-deleted social media post that named four presidential assassins and mocked recent failed attempts to kill a president.

The Kaukauna Area School District placed social studies teacher Patrick Meyer on administrative leave Monday and said it was reviewing the matter.

They should fire his butt!

Meyer, who has taught in the district for more than 20 years, posted the message on X. Fox News reported that the post read: "I am not impressed with recent presidential assassins. It's f---ing embarrassing! Booth, Guiteau, Czolgosz, Oswald must all be spinning in their graves! MAGAA (make Americans great assassins again)! Sad!"

The four names Meyer chose to invoke, John Wilkes Booth, Charles Guiteau, Leon Czolgosz, and Lee Harvey Oswald, are the men who successfully assassinated sitting U.S. presidents. Meyer suggested they "must be rolling over in their graves after recent failed attempts to kill a president." His "MAGAA" acronym was a deliberate twist on President Donald Trump's Make America Great Again slogan.

America doesn’t have a rhetoric problem as much as it has an accountability problem.

After repeated attempts on President Trump’s life, the permanent class wants to blame “the climate,” “the discourse,” and ordinary citizens mouthing off online. That is the dodge.
The real question is simpler: who failed, who signed off, who ignored warnings, and who still has a job?

In the military, failure gets reviewed up the chain. In Washington, failure gets buried under slogans. That cannot stand. A republic cannot survive if the powerful fail upward while citizens are told to shut up.

"I spent over 33 years in service to this country. I have worn the uniform in war. I have sat in the rooms where the most consequential decisions about American power are made. I have watched the federal government turn its full weight against citizens it found inconvenient, including me.

So when I tell you that what happened at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner this weekend was not a random act of madness but the predictable result of a decade of institutional failure, I am not speaking from theory. I am speaking from the cost of it. [MICHAEL T. FLYNN LTG USA (RET)]

DeLauro fights with Lee Zelden

Zeldin Clashes With DeLauro Over EPA

A House hearing on the EPA budget turned into a loud, ugly exchange on Monday when Administrator Lee Zeldin pushed back against Rep. Rosa DeLauro over climate policy and the agency’s legal authority.

The fight came down to one basic question: how far can the EPA go when Congress has not clearly given it that power?

Zeldin was on Capitol Hill to testify about President Trump’s 2027 budget request, which would cut the EPA’s budget sharply if Congress approves it. DeLauro came out swinging, accusing him of ignoring Americans and making excuses for polluters. Zeldin answered with a simple point: he said he was following the law, not freelancing from the agency chair.

He pointed to Section 202 of the Clean Air Act and argued that it does not give the EPA a blank check to run the country’s climate agenda. That quickly turned the exchange from a budget hearing into a full-blown showdown.

Purple haired psycho Rep. Rosa DeLauro went BERSERK on EPA Admin Lee Zeldin because he’s not a climate change cultist.
She starts becoming VISIBLY DISTURBED and says: “You do NOT have the right to say climate change is a hoax!” 😭

Governor Ron DeSantis is not backing down.

Gov. DeSantis Delivers for Florida and America

In the fierce battle for the soul of our nation, one thing remains crystal clear: conservatives cannot afford to sit idly by while Democrats play dirty to seize power.

Just days after Virginia voters narrowly approved a deeply flawed redistricting referendum—paving the way for an aggressive Democratic gerrymander complete with the now-notorious “lobster district” that stretches and contorts to swallow conservative strongholds—the fight has landed squarely in Florida.

Yesterday, Gov. DeSantis released a bold new congressional map that would reshape Florida’s 28 districts, delivering a potential 24-4 Republican advantage. This proposal targets and dismantles several Democrat-held seats, particularly in areas like Tampa, Orlando, and South Florida, where population shifts and voter realities have long been ignored under the old lines.

While Virginia’s map heads to the state Supreme Court amid cries of unconstitutionality, DeSantis is not waiting to find out the outcome. He recognizes that control of the U.S. House isn’t some abstract game—it’s the firewall protecting America from radical leftist overreach.

Make no mistake: a Democrat-controlled House would not waste time on border security, energy independence, or cutting the inflation that’s crushed working families. No, their agenda would be laser-focused on vengeance.

We saw it during the first Trump term: endless investigations, show trials, and an impeachment circus that paralyzed governance while real problems festered. History would repeat itself in spectacular fashion—an “impeachment palooza” designed not to serve constituents, but to harass and hobble a president delivering results for the American people.

Trump criticizes Candace Owens on unsubstantiated claims about Brigitte Macron's gender

Trump sharpens public criticism of Candace Owens over Brigitte Macron claims

President Donald Trump took to Truth Social on Friday to deliver his most pointed public rebuke yet of commentator Candace Owens, calling her claims about French First Lady Brigitte Macron "despicable" and sharing a mocked-up Time magazine cover labeling Owens "Vile Person of the Year."

The post marks a sharp new chapter in a dispute that has been building for more than a year between the president and the 36-year-old right-wing commentator, one that now runs through a Delaware courtroom, a French presidential family, and a widening fracture on the American right.

Trump did not mince words. In his Truth Social post, as the Daily Mail reported, the president wrote that Owens' "stock, which was never very high, has fallen a long way." He added:
"Her attack on the First Lady of France is despicable. I believe, in this case, without verification, she is an extremely low IQ individual!"
He went further, referring to Owens as "Crazy" and siding explicitly with Brigitte Macron in the ongoing legal fight. Trump wrote that Owens "accuses the Highly Respected First Lady of France of being a man, when she is not, and will hopefully win lots of money in the ongoing lawsuit."

Tucker says Israel is insignificant...he's wrong

The numbers behind US aid to Israel make the case critics like Tucker Carlson refuse to engage

Tucker Carlson told his audience this week that President Donald Trump backed Israel in a war against Iran, and he sounded, by his own admission, "tormented" about it.

Speaking from Doha, Qatar, the former Fox News host called Israel "a completely insignificant country" with "no resources" and insisted America gets "nothing" from the relationship. It's a tidy line for a podcast monologue. It also falls apart the moment you look at the ledger.

The United States sends $3.8 billion a year to Israel. That is a fact Carlson and a growing chorus of right-leaning media figures cite as proof of a raw deal. What they leave out, consistently, conspicuously, is where that money goes. Most of it must be spent on American-made military equipment. The largest purchases flow to Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, and General Dynamics. Those are American factories, American supply chains, and American paychecks.

Joseph Epstein, director of the Turan Research Center, laid out the return on investment in detail. The F-35 program alone supports 290,000 American jobs, generates $72 billion in annual economic output, and has produced a $173 billion order backlog.

Israel was the first country to use the F-35 in combat. Its real-world testing fed directly into improvements that helped drive over $40 billion in export sales. That is not charity. That is a business arrangement with a battlefield laboratory attached.

The relationship extends well beyond defense. Israeli investment in the United States has tripled to nearly $24 billion. Bilateral trade tops $49 billion. In New York alone, 600 Israeli-founded companies generated $19.5 billion in output last year and supported 57,000 jobs. Israeli firms are the second-largest source of foreign listings on NASDAQ.

These are not abstract numbers. They represent American workers drawing paychecks, American cities collecting tax revenue, and American capital markets benefiting from innovation incubated in a country Carlson dismisses as having "no resources." Israel's primary resource is human capital, engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and it exports that resource into the American economy at scale.

Drop the Lawsuit says Department of Justice

DOJ leverages Correspondents' Dinner shooting to demand preservationists drop Trump ballroom lawsuit

Hours after a gunman opened fire at the White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday, the Justice Department moved to turn the crisis into leverage, sending the National Trust for Historic Preservation a letter demanding it dismiss its lawsuit against President Donald Trump's planned $400 million White House ballroom by 9 a.m. Monday or face a government motion to throw the case out.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche posted the letter on X with a blunt message: "It's time to build the ballroom." The letter, written by Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate, called the Washington Hilton, where some 2,300 guests had gathered Saturday night, "demonstrably unsafe" for events involving the president.

The move marks the sharpest escalation yet in a legal and political fight that has simmered since last fall, when Trump ordered the demolition of the White House East Wing to clear ground for a massive 90,000-square-foot ballroom and bunker complex.

The administration's argument is straightforward: the president should not have to attend large events at venues the Secret Service cannot fully secure. Saturday's shooting gave that argument fresh and visceral force.

The letter and the deadline--

Shumate's letter, reported by PBS NewsHour and the Associated Press, framed the demand in urgent terms. Writing "in light of last night's extraordinary events," Shumate stated that the Hilton's size "presents extraordinary security challenges for the Secret Service."

The ballroom project, he wrote, "will ensure the safety and security of the President for decades to come and prevent future assassination attempts on the President at the Washington Hilton."

Democrats always come up with something to bitch about and the ballroom is not costing the taxpayers a dime. All money was raised through private donors.

A federal appeals court permitted construction to proceed in April 2026, though a lawsuit from the National Trust for Historic Preservation was ongoing regarding the lack of approval for the project.

We’re living in a time where belief runs the full spectrum—from hard evidence to wild speculation.

Some people still argue about historical events as if they happened yesterday. Others think lizard people run things from underground bunkers. That’s the reality. The internet didn’t invent it—it amplified it.

Which means the real issue isn’t whether fringe ideas exist—they always have. The issue is where journalism draws the line. Because once a theory leaves the realm of discussion and enters the realm of accusation, it stops being harmless noise and begins to carry consequences.

And that’s where things get serious. The legal touchstone is newsgathering and good-faith verification before publication. These reporters will have to show their work. [Luthmann]

The Hotel Venue Horror

The Hilton Horror A Stark Warning for Presidential Security and the Urgent Need for a White House Ballroom

Saturday night delivered a warning written in sirens and gunfire

"The near miss as another of President Trump’s wannabe assassins charged past the agents and magnetometers at the Washington Hilton on Saturday night was no random spasm of violence.

It was a calculated incursion that exposed the dangerous vulnerabilities of holding high profile presidential events at commercial venues. What should have been an evening of ceremony and spectacle instead became a chilling reminder that the enemies of order need only one opening.

The alleged gunman, Cole Tomas Allen, a 31 year old from Torrance, California, came perilously close to turning a glittering media gala into a national catastrophe. According to public reports, Allen was armed with a shotgun, a handgun, and multiple knives.

He was also a registered guest at the hotel, a status that reportedly allowed him to bypass several outer security layers applied to non-guests and move throughout the premises with relative ease.

This horror summons the ghost of history, because this same hotel is forever linked to presidential bloodshed.

In 1981, John Hinckley Jr. ambushed Ronald Reagan outside the Washington Hilton following a public appearance. Reagan was gravely wounded, along with Press Secretary James Brady, Tim McCarthy who is the Secret Service agent that literally jumped in front of the bullet that day, and a Metropolitan Police Officer named Thomas Delahanty in the neck.

That attack succeeded in part because the President had to exit a commercial property into an exposed public zone with predictable movement patterns.

Forty five years later, the same venue again appears as an inviting target."

Artificial Intelligence generating nude photos

Apple, Google Caught Pushing Deepfake Apps

Apple and Google are under fire after a report said both companies were helping people find apps that can generate sexualized AI images from ordinary photos. The concern is not just about adults being targeted. The report says kids could run into this stuff too.

According to 9to5Mac, citing findings published in January by the Tech Transparency Project, both the Apple App Store and Google Play were helping users find apps that create deepfake nude images of women. The report said the stores were also promoting some of these apps and even autocompleting search terms tied to them.

The issue centered on searches like “nudify,” “undress,” and “deepnude.” The Tech Transparency Project said about 40 percent of the top 10 apps that appeared in those searches could “render women nude or scantily clad.”

These apps can take one normal photo and one sexual image, then blend them into a fake image that sexualizes the person in the original picture.

9to5Mac also said it reached out to one app developer, who replied that they “had no idea it was capable of producing such extreme content.”

Democrat calls for 'elimination of the president of the United States right now'/h1>

'If, God forbid, their morbid wishes ever come true, the quiet civil war they are waging will backfire on them'

As Americans are stunned by the third assassination attempt on President Donald Trump's life in three years, video has emerged of a Democrat in Congress calling for the "elimination of the president of the United States … right now."

Actor and political activist James Woods shared the clip of U.S. Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman, D-N.J., saying earlier this month: "If we wanted to eliminate abuse and fraud, we'd eliminate the president of the United States from the office right now and the rest of the sycophants in his administration that are allowing him to so so many illegal things."

Watch the video of Crazy Bonnie Coleman from blue state New Jersey.

In the moments after Saturday night's shooting at the White House Correspondents Dinner, Woods noted: "Of course, the usual suspects are lamenting that President Trump wasn't assassinated tonight. If, God forbid, their morbid wishes ever come true, the quiet civil war they are waging will backfire on them. And when the real shooting starts, it will be a terrible sight to behold."

Republicans argue policy. Democrats argue that your existence is a hate crime. There is no negotiating with that level of hostility. Reaching across the aisle is impossible when the opposition views the aisle itself as a moral obscenity.

He didn't stop there. Trump went after the entire dynamic: Democratic justices "stick together like glue, totally loyal to the people and ideology that got them there." He called them "an immovable force."

The Nickel Costs 14 Cents to Make and Washington Has Known for Years

The penny was killed; now the Nickel?

Trump killed the penny because the government was hemorrhaging money pressing a coin worth less than the metal it was made from.

Now economists are pointing at the nickel — and the numbers are actually worse. What they just found out about the nickel's production costs should make every American demand Trump finish what he started – auditing Fort Knox.

The penny cost 3.69 cents to make in 2024. The nickel costs 13.78 cents. That's nearly nine cents lost on every single nickel the Mint stamps out — and Washington pressed 113 million of them last year while you weren't looking.

When production ran over a billion coins a year, as it did in 2022 and 2023, taxpayers absorbed losses of $78 million and $92 million respectively just to keep the nickel alive.

VENEZUELA: How a prosperous nation collapsed

Venezuela

Before the weekend ends and America moves on to the next headline, we need to pause and look at a story that matters more than almost any other—the collapse of Venezuela, and what it warns us about if the last democratic superpower ever falls the same way. The old Democrats are GONE !! This is what the NEW Democrats are voting for !! You are supporting the squad !!

This didn’t happen overnight. It happened step by step, over one generation.

THE HARD TRUTH
It took one generation of “progressive” leadership to turn one of the richest countries on Earth into a nation defined by hunger, fear, mass graves, and mass migration.

This is the lesson history keeps teaching:
You can vote your way into socialism. But history shows people only escape it through collapse, violence, or foreign intervention.

And here is the part Americans must understand clearly:
If this happens in the United States, there will be nobody coming to save us.
No outside superpower.
No rescue force.
No second chance.
Freedom is fragile. Prosperity is not guaranteed.
And once lost, they are brutally hard to recover.
Venezuela’s people paid the price.
America cannot afford to learn this lesson the same way.

Trump said it best: they do this to world-historical leaders because ordinary men don’t bend history.

Lincoln faced the assassin’s bullet. Reagan was nearly killed outside the Hilton. Theodore Roosevelt was shot and still gave the speech. Caesar was butchered by elites who feared his power. Gandhi, Rabin, Sadat, and Martin Luther King Jr. all fell because their enemies knew they were moving history.

Trump belongs in that category of consequence—too large to ignore, too disruptive to contain, too stubborn to erase.

And after years of “Hitler” rhetoric, the media now asks where the violence came from? Spare us. [Luthmann]

Mamdani--ideology over competence, slogans over solutions.

NYC Mayor Mamdani Vetoes Bipartisan Bill to Enhance Security Against Antisemitism at Schools

New York City has survived a lot — but it may have finally met its match in its own mayor.

In just a few months, Zohran Mamdani has managed to let New Yorkers freeze to death in their own apartments, announce a $30 million government-run grocery store that won’t open for years, and publicly doxx residents for the crime of owning expensive real estate.

You’d think the man had already scraped the bottom of the barrel. But on Friday, New York City’s socialist-in-chief found a way to dig even deeper.

Of all the powers available to a mayor, the veto is the most personal. It’s a statement of priority — a declaration of what you simply cannot abide becoming law.

So what did Zohran Mamdani spend his very first veto on? Killing a bipartisan measure designed to protect students from antisemitic harassment outside their schools.

Tim Walz: "He is, in effect, a traitor. But we already knew that."

Greg Gutfeld Called Tim Walz the Only Governor Who Lost His State to Pirates and Walz Just Proved Him Right

Tim Walz let fraudsters steal $250 million meant to feed children – and walked away without a scratch. Now he's lecturing the world about American authoritarianism. Now Gutfeld just said the four words Walz will never live down.

Walz took the stage at the inaugural Global Progressive Mobilization conference in Barcelona on April 18, delivering a keynote alongside the presidents of Brazil and South Africa – two countries where governance has become a masterclass in failure.

He told the crowd America was living under "a massive paramilitary force terrorizing our communities" and accused Trump of running a "methodical weakening of our free press."

Then came the line that made Gutfeld reach for the word "traitor."

"We've got a feeble-minded, trigger-happy president who plunged us into a war where no threat was present, with no clear objectives and no exit plan," Walz said.

The crowd loved it. Gutfeld didn't.

On The Five Monday, Gutfeld delivered the takedown in one sentence: "Walz goes to a foreign country to bash the president of the United States, and he's the only governor in American history to have his state conquered by pirates."

Obama appointed Judge giving Trump some "static" about IRS suit

Judge signals trouble for Trump’s $10B lawsuit against the IRS

Court sets May hearing on whether president can sue the government he oversees

U.S. District Court Judge Kathleen Williams has asked Trump’s private attorneys and Justice Department lawyers representing the IRS to address whether his control over the government’s actions in the case means it’s the kind of dispute federal courts cannot consider.

“Although President Trump avers that he is bringing this lawsuit in his personal capacity, he is the sitting president and his named adversaries are entities whose decisions are subject to his direction,” Williams wrote in a four-page order. “It is unclear to this Court whether the Parties are sufficiently adverse to each other so as to satisfy [the Constitution’s] case or controversy requirement.”

Williams, a Miami-based appointee of former President Barack Obama, noted that Trump has personally acknowledged the novelty of the situation. Shortly after filing the suit in January, he agreed with a reporter that it was unusual to be on both sides of a lawsuit.

CBS News gets noticed for indictment it didn't ignore

Only one of the “Big Three” TV networks reported on the federal indictment announced this week against the Southern Poverty Law Center, but that segment from CBS News is being praised for standing out as a rare example of objective coverage.

The so-called “Big Three” networks are CBS, ABC, and NBC, all pioneers in television entertainment and news coverage. It didn’t go unnoticed this week that only CBS told its audience a federal grand jury handed down an 11-count indictment against the controversial Alabama-based organization.

“The Justice Department charged the organization with fraud for allegedly misleading donors and lying to financial institutions,” Jan Crawford, the news network’s chief legal correspondent, states in the two-minute news segment.

Tim Graham, of the Media Research Center, told AFN the media watchdog was watching when ABC and NBC ignored the news.

5 to 6 shots heard at Correspondents' Dinner

Shots Interrupt WHCA Dinner, Triggering Chaos

What was supposed to be a polished Washington social night turned into a security scare, according to multiple reports and videos shared online.

Minutes before the White House Correspondents’ Dinner was set to begin at the Washington Hilton, people inside the venue said they heard several gunshots.

The event reportedly had President Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Speaker Mike Johnson, Secretary Pete Hegseth, Karoline Leavitt, DNI Tulsi Gabbard, and other officials in attendance.

Erika Kirk, the widow of Charlie Kirk, was also reportedly there and was seen shaken as the situation unfolded. For a town that loves to preach about “norms,” it sure got a fast lesson in how fragile a fancy dinner becomes when real danger shows up.

Officials identified the suspect as Cole Tomas Allen, 31, of Torrance, California, a former teacher and was staying at the Hotel. He was armed ith a shotgun, handgun and several knives.

Reported on Fox, he voted for Kamala Harris.

Minnesota PUBLIC School Builds Dedicated Islamic Prayer Room and Foot Washing Station for Muslims

Public schools are supposed to be neutral ground—not taxpayer-funded laboratories for religious favoritism.

If Muslim families want parochial schools, they have every right to build them, fund them, and send their children there. That is religious liberty.

But when public schools construct religion-specific spaces and infrastructure while Christian expression is treated like contraband, neutrality is dead.

This is the constitutional problem hiding in plain sight: accommodation becomes preference, preference becomes policy, and policy starts looking like establishment. In Minnesota, the line isn’t just blurred—it’s being erased with taxpayer money. [Luthmann]

Finalizing a Broader Peace with Iran

Trump says Iran is preparing a proposal as nuclear talks and Strait of Hormuz tensions grind on

President Donald Trump said Friday that Iran is preparing an offer designed to meet American demands, signaling a potential opening in negotiations that have been stalled by disputes over uranium enrichment, sanctions relief, and Tehran's naval posture in the Strait of Hormuz.

"They're making an offer and we'll have to see," Trump told Reuters in a phone interview.

The remark was brief but deliberate. It came after weeks of heightened tensions, U.S. military positioning in the region, Iranian accusations of economic warfare tied to shipping restrictions and sanctions enforcement, and a diplomatic back-and-forth over what any deal would actually require from Tehran.

The White House appears to see a window. Whether Iran walks through it on terms that protect American security interests is the question that matters.

The U.S. position has been consistent and firm. Washington has pressed Iran to halt high-level uranium enrichment, ship out or dilute its stockpile of enriched nuclear material, and accept stricter international inspections. U.S. officials have framed these demands as necessary to prevent Tehran from developing a nuclear weapon.

SPLC was a Scam

This Major “Watchdog” Just Got Exposed in a Way No One Saw Coming

The Organization That Labels Moms as ‘Extremists’ Just Got Indicted for Writing Checks to the Actual KKK

So the Southern Poverty Law Center — the self-appointed hall monitors of American political speech who spent the last decade telling Big Tech which conservatives to ban — just got slapped with an 11-count federal indictment for secretly funneling $3 million to leaders of the Ku Klux Klan, neo-Nazi organizations, and white supremacist biker gangs. With donor money. While telling those donors the cash was being used to “dismantle” hate groups.

You cannot parody these people. They are beyond parody. The organization that put Moms for Liberty on a hate map next to the Klan was literally paying Klansmen. We’ve been saying for years that the SPLC was a scam. Turns out we were being too generous — they weren’t just a scam, they were apparently running a neo-Nazi payroll service out of Montgomery, Alabama.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche dropped the hammer on Monday: “The SPLC was not dismantling these groups. It was instead manufacturing the extremism.” Read that again. The DOJ is alleging that the supposed watchdog wasn’t watching anything — it was bankrolling the very monsters it fundraised off of.

FBI Director Kash Patel put it even more bluntly: “They lied to their donors, vowing to dismantle violent extremist groups, and actually turned around and paid the leaders.”

Democrat running for Congress accused of Sexual misconduct

A Democrat Latina lesbian member of the Salt Lake City Council has been accused by four people of sexual harassment

She is mounting a campaign to win a U.S. congressional seat

Three of the accusers are elected officials, and all said they were subjected to unwanted sexual advances from Eva Lopez Chavez.

'We cannot excuse behavior — past or present — that trivializes or undermines the seriousness of sexual violence, assault, and harassment.

' Chavez said through an attorney that she was "shocked" by the allegations, denied one interaction had ever occurred, and claimed nothing inappropriate happened between three other accusers.

"She is prepared to address them in any forum. She stands ready to submit to a polygraph test regarding these various allegations if requested," reads a statement from her attorney, Greg Skordas, to the Salt Lake Tribune.

Court rejects California's banning federal agents wearing masks

A federal court struck down California’s requirement that masked federal agents identify themselves

This is a blow to the state’s ongoing resistance to the Trump administration’s deportation program

A 9th U.S. Circuit Court panel handed down a ruling prohibiting California from enforcing a section of the 2025 law that mandates federal law enforcement officers visibly display identification while carrying out their duties.

The law was destined to face critical scrutiny from the federal judiciary. An 1890 Supreme Court case provides that a state cannot prosecute federal law enforcement officers acting in the course of their duties.

The law also ran headlong into the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, which holds that states may not regulate the operations of the federal government.

Gov. Gavin Newsom signed it in connection with a law that banned federal immigration agents from wearing masks. The Trump administration sued to challenge both of them.

In the 2024 election, 80% of Trump voters were Christian.

Only 40% of Harris voters were.

Nearly one-fourth of every vote Kamala Harris received came from voters who identify as atheist or agnostic – more than any other single Democrat constituency, including black Americans.

Impeachment failed. Raiding Mar-a-Lago failed. Lawfare failed. Assassination failed. Now President Trump is winning on foreign policy and Barack Obama is furious. He is doing all he can to save Iran as his hopes of a Marxist-Muslim coalition conquering the world fade with every missile that lands on the IRGC.

Obama still has a phone and a pen. He knows the number to No. 10 Downing Street in London as well as the number to the cellphone of every other puppet head in Europe. The Vatican has a pope from Chicago who also is a promoter of this Axis of Vile. David Axelrod very publicly briefed him—likely after secret meetings.

President Trump winning in Iran grates Obama for 3 reasons:
  • First, it denies Iran the atom bomb.
  • Second, it hinders Marxists (including Red China) and Muslims from dominating the world.
  • Third, it is personal for Obama because for 35 years he has treated Trump as a mortal enemy—long before they met. [Don Surber]

Mojtaba Khamenei with serious injuries

Iran's new Supreme Leader reportedly needs plastic surgery after Israeli airstrikes left him severely disfigured

Mojtaba Khamenei, Iran's new Supreme Leader, has not appeared in public or released a single audio or video message since assuming power, and now a New York Times report explains why.

The 56-year-old ayatollah's face and lips were severely burned in the February 28 Israeli airstrikes that killed his father, and he reportedly requires plastic surgery and a prosthetic leg before he can show himself to his own people, let alone the world.

The injuries are not cosmetic inconveniences. One of Khamenei's legs has been operated on three times and is expected to be replaced with a prosthetic, the New York Post reported. He reportedly struggles to speak.

Four Iranian officials told the Times that Khamenei does not want to appear vulnerable or sound weak, so instead, he has vanished from view entirely.

That vanishing act has real consequences. U.S.-Iran peace talks have stalled, and the White House says the reason is simple: nobody in Tehran can speak with authority for a regime whose leader communicates through handwritten messages ferried by couriers.

NYC Democrat Socialist Council member arrested

NYC Council member Chi Ossé arrested while blocking lawful eviction in Brooklyn

New York City Council Member Chi Ossé was thrown to the ground and arrested by NYPD officers in Brooklyn on Wednesday after he physically blocked law enforcement from carrying out a court-ordered eviction, according to police and video footage of the incident.

The 28-year-old democratic socialist, a close ally of Mayor Zohran Mamdani, now faces charges of obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct.

The arrest, captured on video that spread quickly across social media, drew immediate support from Mamdani and other city Democrats.

But the NYPD's account of the confrontation tells a different story than the one Ossé and his allies are selling, one in which a sitting elected official pushed past officers, defied repeated warnings, and physically resisted arrest while marshals tried to execute a signed judicial order. From $30 Million to $95,000 After Congress Came Knocking

Top Oversight Official Puts Felony Question in Play Over Ilhan Omar’s Finances

Ilhan Omar spent years lecturing Americans about greed, corruption, and the rigged system protecting the powerful.

Now her own financial records are under federal scrutiny.

What Comer found in her amended disclosure is what's putting her in serious legal jeopardy. The facts are not in dispute.

Omar's 2024 congressional financial disclosure listed her and husband Tim Mynett with assets between $6 million and $30 million.

After the Office of Congressional Conduct requested additional information earlier this year, Omar filed an amended disclosure. The new number: between $18,004 and $95,000.

Twenty-nine million dollars – gone. Accounting error, her office said.

Jamie Brown jerked around for way too long

Lake Worth Beach interim city manager resigns amid ongoing search for permanent leader

Jamie Brown will return to his role as public works director while Troy Perry takes over as interim city manager

"Tonight will be my final night as the interim city manager. I think it’s the right time," Brown said. "We’ve still got a lot of work to do and I am hopeful the next person up here is ready to work."

Some city leaders have voiced over the last few months that they'd like to see Brown be offered the full-time position. However, after months of discussion and differing opinions among commissioners, Brown said he was not going to apply.

"When it was brought up last week that there could be internal candidates, now that the position has been posted and I am not going to be applying obviously, I've been pretty vocal about that, if there are other possibilities, I obviously don't want to stand in the way of that," Brown said.

Lake Worth Beach has not had a permanent city manager since December 2023, a span of more than two years.

The permanent position will pay between $285,000 to $345,000 a year, making it one of the highest-paid city manager jobs in Palm Beach County.

Florida ranks first in Economic Performance

Florida ranks as one of strongest state economies in new report

Florida ranked as one of the country’s highest-performing state economies in the latest “Rich States, Poor States” report, placing first in the report’s backward-looking Economic Performance Ranking and 10th in its forward-looking Economic Outlook Ranking.

Published by the American Legislative Exchange Council, the report measures economic performance using three indicators over the past decade: state gross domestic product growth, non-farm payroll employment growth and absolute domestic migration.

On the backward-looking measure, Florida finished first overall. The state ranked first in absolute domestic migration with a net gain of 2,512,566 residents, third in cumulative state GDP growth at 98.30% and fourth in cumulative non-farm payroll employment growth at 24.49%.

Those results put Florida ahead of Arizona, which ranked second overall, Idaho, which ranked third, Utah, which ranked fourth, and Nevada, which ranked fifth in the performance index.

The report’s data suggests Florida’s top overall finish was driven by strength across all three categories rather than by a single outlier metric, with especially strong in-migration figures distinguishing it from most other states.

SPLC’s Ben Carson on their Extremist File List

SPLC’s Ben Carson Blunder Resurfaces

The Southern Poverty Law Center’s old decision to place Dr. Ben Carson on its “Extremist File” is back in the spotlight. The move, made in 2014, sparked a wave of criticism at the time and still stands out as one of the group’s most controversial calls.

Carson was not some fringe political agitator. He was a widely known pediatric neurosurgeon with a long medical career and a strong public reputation. That is part of why the label hit so many people the wrong way. To a lot of observers, calling him an extremist seemed wildly out of step with reality.

After the backlash grew, the SPLC pulled the profile down. It also issued an apology and said the entry did not meet its standards. The group said it had reviewed the file and decided it should not have been posted.

Even so, it still suggested that Carson’s views should be watched closely.

This is déjà vu—but it’s also a blueprint.

When Democrats don’t like the scoreboard, they rewrite the rules.

Mid-cycle redistricting, ballot language games, “independent” commissions neutered after the fact—it’s all part of the same playbook. Dress it up as “fairness,” sell it with slick summaries, then ram through maps that predetermine outcomes.

That’s not governance—that’s engineering the electorate. And every time they pull it off, they push the system a little further from legitimacy. Because elections aren’t just about votes—they’re about trust. And once trust is gamed, the damage doesn’t stay local. It spreads. [Luthmann]

Zany Tim Walz

Minnesota Gov. Walz’s ‘Small Town PAC’ Draws Mockery Amid Fraud Scandal, Foreign Criticism

There’s an old rule in small-town America: if a man burns your barn down, you don’t let him bid on the rebuild. Somebody should pass that along to Tim Walz.

It’s been a rough stretch for Minnesota’s governor — though “rough” might be generous. The former high school football coach turned congressman turned 2024 Democratic vice presidential nominee has spent the last year and a half watching his political brand curdle in real time. The massive fraud scandal on his watch — billions in taxpayer dollars siphoned through sham daycare operations — eventually forced him to abandon his re-election bid.

When Minnesota Republicans tried to impeach him and Attorney General Keith Ellison over it, Democratic legislators closed ranks and killed the effort. So much for accountability.

Then came the overseas tour. Just weeks ago, Walz appeared at a leftist political forum in Spain and called President Trump a “feeble-minded, trigger-happy president” who “plunged us into a war where no threat was present.” He labeled the Iran conflict “fascist-curious.”

This while American servicemembers were actively deployed. There was a time when politicians understood you don’t trash a sitting commander-in-chief on foreign soil during military operations. Walz apparently missed that day in class.

So what does a governor with collapsing rural approval ratings, a fraud scandal around his neck, a state that fought federal immigration enforcement at every turn, and a fresh reputation for badmouthing his country abroad do next? He launches a political action committee called the “Small Town PAC.”

You read that correctly. The man whose progressive policies drove rural Minnesota voters away in historic numbers now wants to be the Democrat Party’s ambassador to small-town America.

What Chip Roy's MAMDANI Act Does to Socialist Immigrants

Chip Roy Just Introduced a Bill to Deport Zohran Mamdani and Everyone Like Him

Zohran Mamdani posted photos with an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

That socialist is now the sitting mayor of New York City.

Chip Roy just introduced a bill to make sure that never happens again. The legislation is called the MAMDANI Act, and the name is not subtle.

Roy's bill amends existing immigration law to bar admission, naturalization, and permanent residency to any alien who advocates for, belongs to, or is affiliated with a communist party, socialist party, Chinese communist party, Islamic fundamentalist party, or any organization promoting Marxism, socialism, communism, or Islamic fundamentalism.

It doesn't stop there
