Marco steps in and Deports pardoned criminal

Marco Rubio Deports Convict Child Rapist After Democrat Walz Pardoned Him

Government exists, first and foremost, to protect people who cannot protect themselves. That’s not a partisan statement. It’s the baseline. Every oath of office, every law on the books, every badge pinned to a chest — all of it flows from that single obligation.

When an elected official actively undermines that mission, he hasn’t just failed at his job. He’s betrayed the very people who trusted him with power.

Which raises an uncomfortable question: what do you do when a sitting governor uses the pardon power to prevent federal authorities from removing a convicted child rapist from American soil? Not a wrongly accused man.

Not a minor offender caught up in red tape. A man who admitted — proudly, almost — to raping a 10-year-old girl. The answer tells you everything about where progressive priorities actually land.

An illegal alien child rapist from Laos who was set for deportation until Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and the State Board of Pardons granted him clemency has been removed from the United States, Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Fox News Digital.

Rubio stepped in to terminate Tue Lue Vang’s legal status in the U.S. and ensure that Walz’s actions would not create roadblocks for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) removing him from the country.

Just Prove it Governor Walz

Trump administration freezes another $91 million in Minnesota Medicaid funds over fraud concerns

The Trump administration notified Minnesota on Thursday that it is deferring an additional $91 million in Medicaid funding, citing fresh evidence of fraud vulnerabilities in state-run social service programs, a move that pushes the total amount of frozen federal dollars past $300 million and deepens the standoff between Washington and the state Tim Walz governed until recently.

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz announced the deferral in a video statement, tying it directly to federal raids earlier in the week.

On Tuesday, federal agents searched childcare and learning centers and other sites in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area that receive federal Medicaid funding. Two days later, the freeze landed.

The new deferral sits on top of roughly $243 million that Vice President JD Vance told Walz in February was being temporarily withheld over the same category of concerns. CMS approved Minnesota's corrective action plan in March, yet none of that earlier money has been released. Now the bill has grown.

CMS wants documentation before it releases another dollar.

Oz framed the action as cooperative, not punitive:
"This isn't about punishment, it's about partnership and accountability. We're offering Minnesota the support they need to fix these problems. But at the same time, we cannot and will not pay claims that don't meet federal standards. So we're asking for additional documentation to verify these charges."

Tim Walz: "He is, in effect, a traitor. But we already knew that."

Greg Gutfeld Called Tim Walz the Only Governor Who Lost His State to Pirates and Walz Just Proved Him Right

Tim Walz let fraudsters steal $250 million meant to feed children – and walked away without a scratch. Now he's lecturing the world about American authoritarianism. Now Gutfeld just said the four words Walz will never live down.

Walz took the stage at the inaugural Global Progressive Mobilization conference in Barcelona on April 18, delivering a keynote alongside the presidents of Brazil and South Africa – two countries where governance has become a masterclass in failure.

He told the crowd America was living under "a massive paramilitary force terrorizing our communities" and accused Trump of running a "methodical weakening of our free press."

Then came the line that made Gutfeld reach for the word "traitor."

"We've got a feeble-minded, trigger-happy president who plunged us into a war where no threat was present, with no clear objectives and no exit plan," Walz said.

The crowd loved it. Gutfeld didn't.

On The Five Monday, Gutfeld delivered the takedown in one sentence: "Walz goes to a foreign country to bash the president of the United States, and he's the only governor in American history to have his state conquered by pirates."

Zany Tim Walz

Minnesota Gov. Walz’s ‘Small Town PAC’ Draws Mockery Amid Fraud Scandal, Foreign Criticism

There’s an old rule in small-town America: if a man burns your barn down, you don’t let him bid on the rebuild. Somebody should pass that along to Tim Walz.

It’s been a rough stretch for Minnesota’s governor — though “rough” might be generous. The former high school football coach turned congressman turned 2024 Democratic vice presidential nominee has spent the last year and a half watching his political brand curdle in real time. The massive fraud scandal on his watch — billions in taxpayer dollars siphoned through sham daycare operations — eventually forced him to abandon his re-election bid.

When Minnesota Republicans tried to impeach him and Attorney General Keith Ellison over it, Democratic legislators closed ranks and killed the effort. So much for accountability.

Then came the overseas tour. Just weeks ago, Walz appeared at a leftist political forum in Spain and called President Trump a “feeble-minded, trigger-happy president” who “plunged us into a war where no threat was present.” He labeled the Iran conflict “fascist-curious.”

This while American servicemembers were actively deployed. There was a time when politicians understood you don’t trash a sitting commander-in-chief on foreign soil during military operations. Walz apparently missed that day in class.

So what does a governor with collapsing rural approval ratings, a fraud scandal around his neck, a state that fought federal immigration enforcement at every turn, and a fresh reputation for badmouthing his country abroad do next? He launches a political action committee called the “Small Town PAC.”

You read that correctly. The man whose progressive policies drove rural Minnesota voters away in historic numbers now wants to be the Democrat Party’s ambassador to small-town America.

Minnesota Fraud Tab: $18 Billion Out the Door, $203 Million Back to You

Walz and Frey Just Sent American Taxpayers a $203 Million Bill for the Mess Minnesota Created

ICE spent months cleaning up a state that allowed $18 billion in fraud to walk out the door to Somalia.

Now the men who let it happen want you to pay for their feelings.

Tim Walz and Jacob Frey – two loser Democrats under active federal criminal investigation – just demanded the federal government reimburse them for the cost of Operation Metro Surge, the largest immigration enforcement deployment in American history.

Frey put his city's tab at $203 million – $47 million in "lost wages" for people too afraid to leave home, $81 million in small business losses, and $4.7 million from hotel cancellations.

Walz went further, calling on Congress to cover costs and telling reporters the federal government "needs to pay for what they broke here." "You don't get to break things and then just leave without doing something about it," he said.

Here's the number neither man mentioned: $18 billion.

Minnesota officials inciting Insurrection

Minnesota Mayor and Governor incite insurrection

There’s an old saying about never trusting the man who shows up to help put out a fire he started. It’s the kind of wisdom that comes from experience, from watching the same patterns play out, decade after decade, whenever accountability comes knocking at the wrong door.

Something is burning in Minneapolis this week. Federal agents are on the ground, crowds have clashed with law enforcement. And the city’s leadership has decided who deserves the blame … not the rioters, not the criminals, but the men and women trying to restore order.

Here’s what we know: Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been conducting operations across Minnesota, and the numbers are staggering.

According to President Trump, 12,000 illegal alien criminals — many of them violent — have been arrested and removed from the state. A Border Patrol agent-involved shooting of an armed assailant sparked unrest, and chaos quickly spread through the city streets.

Rather than call for calm, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey issued a demand to the White House: “End this immigration operation, and safety will be restored in the city.” "Get the FUC out of Minneapolis."

Walz and Frey under Investigation

Justice Department investigates Tim Walz, Jacob Frey over immigration agent obstruction claims

The Justice Department has reportedly opened a criminal probe into Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, stirring tensions over federal immigration enforcement, the New York Post reports.

The investigation, still in its early stages according to a source speaking to CBS News, targets whether Walz and Frey, both Democrats, conspired to hinder federal immigration agents.

This follows their public criticism of the deployment of nearly 3,000 federal law enforcement officers to the Minneapolis area in recent weeks. The Justice Department has not yet responded to requests for comment on the matter.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche has suggested that actions by state and local officials, including statements perceived as threats against officers, could border on federal crimes. Attorney General Pam Bondi also issued a pointed reminder to Minnesota officials that no one stands above legal accountability.

Both Walz and Frey have pushed back, framing the investigation as an overreach of federal power.

Elon Musk Just Exposed The Real Reason Tim Walz Dropped Out Of Governor’s Race

Musk Calls Out "Traitor Tim" For Replacing State Flag

Elon Musk didn't mince words when he weighed in on Walz's sudden exit from Minnesota politics. The Tesla CEO blasted Walz for replacing Minnesota's state flag with what critics call the "Somalia flag" during his time as governor.

"Walz replaced the Minnesota state flag with the Somalia flag," Musk posted on X. "That's part of why he deserves the name 'Traitor Tim'. Put the flag back."

Musk was responding to conservative commentator Eric Daugherty, who dropped a bombshell about the real reason behind Walz's retreat. According to Daugherty, Walz didn't bail on his reelection campaign because of the Somali welfare fraud scandal that's already public knowledge.

The fraud that's coming out is far worse.

"He dropped out because more fraud is coming," Daugherty posted. "He's panicked. It's BILLIONS of dollars. Maybe even TENS of billions. Generational theft and betrayal."

Trump Making America Safer with Immigration Laws

What exactly does Tim Walz find so objectionable about enforcing our nation’s immigration laws?

In his pathetic, inflammatory press conference, Walz bizarrely claimed “there is no verifiable evidence” that President Donald J. Trump’s immigration enforcement operations are “making America safer.”

Radical Left lunatics like Walz, blinded by their deep delusions and seething hatred for President Trump, have become completely untethered from reality — ignoring the indisputable evidence that President Trump’s immigration policies are literally saving lives:
  • The nation likely saw the largest-ever one-year drop in homicides in 2025
  • Deaths of on-duty law enforcement officers dropped by nearly 25% in 2025.
  • Traffic fatalities have dropped dramatically, with eased congestion in high-immigration cities and the removal of more than 9,500 non-English-speaking commercial truck drivers who posed safety risks on our roadways
  • Fentanyl trafficking across the southern border has been slashed in half, leading to lower fentanyl purity levels and fewer overdose deaths ravaging American families.

Tampon Tim drops reelection bid

Tampon Tim will not seek reelection

The election is November 3,2026

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz announced Monday that he is ending his bid for reelection. He should step down now!

Why it matters: The reversal, which came amid mounting pressure from fellow Democrats, marks a major shake-up in Minnesota politics heading into the 2026 midterms.

The big picture: Walz, the 2024 Democratic vice presidential nominee, announced in September that he would run for an unprecedented third consecutive term as governor.

But sagging approval ratings and intensified scrutiny into fraud in state programs in recent months has fueled nerves among Democrats and calls for Walz to step aside.

Read about it...

As Minnesota is a blue state, Minnesotans have voted for Democratic presidential candidates ever since 1976, more times consecutively than any other state outside of the South and longer than any other ongoing streak. It is predicted a Democrat will win anyway despite Walz not running again.

Nick Shirley, journalist, uncovered what professionals ignored

Minnesota Star Tribune Made One Decision About Nick Shirley’s Video That Ended Their Credibility

The biggest fraud story in Minnesota history went viral

Millions and millions of Americans took notice. And the Minnesota Star Tribune made a choice that left jaws on the floor.
YouTuber Nick Shirley did something Minnesota's legacy media wouldn't do.He knocked on doors and asked questions.

Shirley's 42-minute video, released the Friday after Christmas, documented his visits to supposedly operational daycare centers across Minneapolis. What he found shocked the nation.

The first facility he visited should have housed 99 children and received $1.9 million in fiscal year 2025 alone.

Total disbursements to this single center topped $4 million. But when Shirley approached the building, labeled "Quality Learing Center" with "learning" grotesquely misspelled on the sign, no children were visible anywhere.

The office appeared completely closed.

The Explosive Investigation and Governor Walz's racist Rebuke

Walz’s “White Supremacy” Smear: A Desperate Dodge for Minnesota’s Massive Fraud Scandal!

A viral investigative report has blown the lid off an alleged multi-million dollar fraud scheme within Minnesota’s state-funded daycare system, implicating centers within the Somali community.

The response from Democratic Governor Tim Walz, however, has not been one of accountability or transparency. Instead, he has deployed the left’s ultimate weapon of political deflection: accusing the journalist who exposed the story of “white supremacy.”

This scandal is a perfect case study in how liberal leaders prioritize racial pandering over responsible governance and fiscal sanity.

Independent journalist Nick Shirley released a detailed, 42-minute video report that quickly garnered over 100 million views on X. The investigation “purportedly showed multiple state-funded daycare centers — receiving millions in taxpayer dollars — appearing closed or inactive during business hours.”

This visual evidence suggested a massive scheme where public funds were being disbursed for services that were not being rendered.

Somali criminal mocks White people and the U.S. Government

'I control this place': Watch Somali man in U.S. gives graphic threat as he mocks Americans in viral video

'Republicans should make this their top campaign ad for the midterms. Imagine watching TV and then cut to a commercial of this. No explanation. Let it speak for itself'

As massive Somali fraud in Minnesota continues to make national headlines, a viral video with more than 2 million views on X purportedly shows a Somali immigrant in the United States graphically mocking white Americans as he urges them to work hard and pay their taxes so he and his people can live luxuriously at the expense of taxpayers.

"Haha, you work all f***ing day, you don't got s***. Thank you for working so hard so I can be home all day, free!" the unidentified man says with unabashed arrogance.

"I can use my EBT. Go to work for me white boy, white girl. Yeah, go to work for me you f***ing white animals.

"F***ing work for me. Yeah, you f***ing work for me and the U.S. government, they work for me. All of you work for me. Now go to work. Pay them taxes. Take care of me. And my people."
