Democrat Texas Judge and five others indicted for Ballot Harvesting

Democrat Judge Indicted For Voter Fraud In Texas

A Democratic judge and five other individuals were indicted for voter fraud, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Wednesday.

Judge Rochelle Lozano Camacho, an elected Democratic judge in Frio County, Texas, was charged with three counts of vote harvesting during her 2022 primary campaign, according to a press release from Paxton’s office. The county’s trustee — the judge’s sister — the election administrator, two Pearsall, Texas city council members, and an additional woman were also indicted.

The charges stem from a multi-year investigation launched in 2022 after Camacho’s opponent in the Democratic primary runoff, Mary Moore, filed a complaint, San Antonio-based ABC affiliate KSAT reported.

Moore accused Camacho of hiring a longtime Democrat operative to gather mail ballots, complete applications, and even drive voters to polling locations. She allegedly paid them between $1,500 and $2,500.

Camacho allegedly targeted elderly voters in a Pearsall, Texas subdivision, Newsweek reported.

Vote harvesting is a third-degree felony in Texas, carrying a sentence of up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

American First Legal

Momentous Lawsuit filed in Maricopa County

America First Legal has just filed an absolutely momentous lawsuit in Maricopa County, Arizona against their elections officials for repeatedly and egregiously violating the State of Arizona’s election administration laws.

The election interference and systematic election law violations they allege in Arizona are appalling, bone-chilling, and have the most serious consequences for every American. We all know what’s going on.
.
That’s why they are taking action to expose and punish those responsible!

They strongly allege numerous serious violations and criminal activity, including:
  • #1 - Maricopa County refuses to maintain the mandatory chain of custody for ballots. In 2022, these failures resulted in a discrepancy of over 25,000 votes – larger than the margin of victory in the state governor’s race
  • #2 - Maricopa County ignores mandatory reconciliation procedures to track each ballot printed or issued to a voter. The law requires tracking and reconciling ballots cast and voters checked in to stop fraud, but the Defendants do not perform any reconciliation procedures at all
  • #3 - Arizona law requires ballot drop boxes to be staffed by at least two election officials positioned close enough to view each person who deposits ballots into it. Maintaining an unstaffed drop box is a felony. However, Maricopa County maintains unstaffed, unsupervised ballot drop boxes, facilitating illegal ballot harvesting
Make no mistake: Their lawsuit has been filed to prevent the November 5, 2024, election from being tainted with the same mistakes and maladministration that occurred during the 2020 and 2022 elections and to prevent election interference from occurring.

Biden Twisting Saudi's arm

Saudis Confess Biden Forced Kingdom to INTERFERE In OUR MIDTERM ELECTIONS

The hypocrisy present in the swamp these days is beyond compare.

We have, on one hand, the left, who can spy on anyone and down right murder with impunity.

In the other corner, we have the GOP, whose members are only allowed to exist if they are in fat really shills for the aforementioned ‘left.’

We have been told that getting foreign nations to influence our elections is worn …. that is, unless its the Democrats doing it and that foreign nation is state sponsors of terrorism, or so it appears ….

The Kingdom confirmed that Joe Biden attempted to coerce them to cut oil prices until AFTER the election.

Kari Lake still moving along with lawsuit

There's Another HUGE Bombshell in Kari Lake's Election Lawsuit

In a court filing from last week, “Governor” Katie Hobbs (D-Ariz.) requested that Kari Lake’s election lawsuit be thrown out, claiming that Lake failed to prove that Arizona voters were disenfranchised in the 2022 elections.

“Despite seven witnesses, hundreds of declarants, and thousands of pages of exhibits, Lake failed to demonstrate any violations of Arizona law and offered no evidence that absent alleged violations the outcome of the election would have been different,” the filing reads.

But on Monday, Lake’s team indicated that more evidence is on the way, and this evidence could be game-changing.

“Yesterday @katiehobbs filed to get our lawsuit thrown out,” the Kari Lake War Room account tweeted. “Today, records revealed nearly a quarter of a million ballots were rejected on Election Day in Maricopa County in a race that came down to just 17K votes. She’s illegitimate & she knows it. More evidence to come.”

Dems Paid Illegal For Campaign Services, FEC SILENT!

Democrats undermined the integrity of our political system

The Democrats recently paid out $500,000 to La Machine Consulting for work in the 2022 midterms. However, this company is owned by Antonia Valdovinos, a “dreamer” who does not have citizenship in the United States and is not legally present in the country.

While Valdovinos has been granted a deferment through DACA, the Federal Election Commission (FEC) disapproves of such arrangements. It is not uncommon for political campaigns to hire companies to do canvassing and other services, but this particular arrangement has come under scrutiny.

Chuck Ross reports at the Free Beacon clarified that Mr. Valdovinos proudly portrays himself as a “dreamer" and not in the United States legally.

Walker is the go-to guy for the people of Georgia

Personally, I don't think that Herschel Walker will defeat Warnock. He's still 3 or 4 points behind and I am one of these people who do rely on polls. But miracles happen.

Arizona Election Integrity Unit demands accounting in Maricopa County

Ariz. AG Takes Action – Ballots Reported in Black Duffle Bags

Officials Broke Election Laws – State Demands Names

Arizona Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright — with the Elections Integrity Unit — wrote a letter to the Maricopa County officials Saturday demanding an accounting for the widespread ballot tabulation and ballot printer problems seen during the general election on Nov. 8.

Among the most troubling issues raised in the letter directed to Thomas Liddy with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office was the apparent co-mingling of ballots in black duffle bags in at least one polling location, which were successfully run through the on-site tabulators with those put in “Door 3” to be sent to the Election Department’s downtown Phoenix tabulation center because they could not be read.

“The Elections Integrity Unit (“Unit”) of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office (“AGO”) has received hundreds of complaints since Election Day pertaining to issues related to the administration of the 2022 General Election in Maricopa County,” Wright opened her letter.

Pennsylvania Voters file lawsuit

PA Voters File Lawsuit to Delay Certification After…

Pennsylvania election observers filed a complaint against the Delaware County Board of Elections after county officials took a detour on election night with the county's ballots and v-drives into a closed building for six hours. Poll watchers were prevented from entering the building at the time.

Read that again...

Plaintiffs Leah Hoopes, Gregory Stenstrom and Nicole Missino would like the certification stopped until a hearing at which they would present evidence that the county detoured the election-night journey of the county's physical ballots and v-drives for six hours into a closed building - which poll watchers were prohibited from entering - before taking them to the centralized counting center at the Wharf Building in Chester.

Maricopa Election a Farce

Voters blast Maricopa County board of supervisors over 2022 election, call for nullification and redo with paper ballots

Election was a charade and tainted, speakers said, given that tabulators were malfunctioning in 20% of vote centers and ballots repeatedly rejected.

One of the first people to give public comment at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Nov. 16 was a poll worker who said she almost got escorted out of poll worker training for questioning why they couldn’t ask if someone was bringing in ballots for people other than themselves and their immediate family, which would be illegal under state law.

“I was told, ‘You may not ask. This is our policy. You may not ask,” she said. “I questioned that, and I was told I was being disruptive and almost escorted out of class.”

Maricopa County

Dirty? Maricopa Election Officials Founded PAC to Attack MAGA Republicans

Maricopa County election officials are under the microscope after another controversial election in Arizona.

Democrat Katie Hobbs was declared the winner of the state’s gubernatorial race on Monday after several days of ballot counting and widespread tabulation machine errors in Maricopa, Arizona’s most populous county.

According to the Post Millennial, the men charged with running elections in Maricopa, County Recorder Stephen Richer and Supervisor Bill Gates, founded a PAC last year to defeat candidates who do not “acknowledge the validity of the 2020 election.”

The fight may not be over yet, as Lake is reportedly refusing to concede and may take legal action against election officials.

Elections Stolen

The secret to how Dems steal elections was revealed by an Arizona whistleblower in 2020

Anonymous letter sent to all state legislators and the DOJ told of secret meeting where Democrat leaders said 35,000 fraud votes would be added to every Dem candidate

If they did it then, there is a huge possibility that they did it again on November 8, 2022.

The best female candidate for a major political office the Republican Party has probably ever fielded is running behind the Democratic candidate, Secretary of State Katie Hobbs … who refused to debate, in an election in which 72 percent of voters say the country is on the wrong track.

Let's have one day to Vote

Noted pollster calls for votes to be counted on 'Election Day'

Federal law calls for an "Election Day" but contemporary election managers – and politicians – have turned it into an election week, or election month.

It's happening again this year, as the votes from Tuesday's election still are being counted across multiple states.

While it appears that the Republican Party may have the majority in the new Congress, that's not certain.

In a report at Just the News, pollster Scott Rasmussen said, "One of the 80% issues, and there aren't a whole lot of 80% issues in America – one of them is that all ballots should be in by Election Day. We should know the results on Election Day."

GOP could Not Flip the Senate

Democrats Keep Control of Senate After Emerging Victorious in Key Races

Socialism and destructive policies, win!

Democrats will maintain control of the Senate after emerging victorious in key races in battleground states, extinguishing Republican hopes of flipping both congressional chambers.

Though the GOP is still projected to gain control of the House of Representatives, the Democrats kept the Senate after winning battles in Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania was the biggest mystery of all. Voters actually voted for someone who can't speak or read a teleprompter.

The final outcome, as of now, means that Schumer will remain majority leader when the next Congress is seated in January 2023. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is expected to keep his position, though some senators have said he should step aside due to the failure to secure a majority.

Election 2022 - Guest Blogger

Jan Bergemann
Cyber Citizens for Justice, Inc.

Dear Florida Homeowners and Condo Owners, Well, it seems that a lot of US voters are masochists. They obviously voted for the same folks again that brought us high gas-prices, inflation, high crime-rates and uncontrolled illegal immigration. And I just hope that they now don't expect a different result?

Let's face it: Election procedures in this country are outright ridiculous. It's 4 days after the election offices closed and we still don't know all the results. Sorry, but I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry about it. Other states should take an example from Florida: It took a little more than an hour before we knew winners and losers.

In all honesty: I am glad that Charlie Crist got his butt kicked big time! I actually once voted for him until I realized that he is just one of these "professional" legislators. He is now the only person I know who can claim the "honor" that he lost his campaign running for office for all three parties: Republican, Independent and now Democrat. Good riddance!

All the folks living in mandatory community associations here in Florida will see huge increases in their monthly maintenance fees. The main reason: RESERVE FUNDS! Quite a few associations will be forced by law to seriously increase the monthly dues, other boards are finally waking up to the fact the amenities cost lots of money once they require repairs and maintenance. Highest cost in HOAs: ROADS! For many years most boards tried to keep the maintenance fees artificially low, ignoring the need for reserve funds. But beware: Florida is the capitol of KICKBACKS! You will as well see many boards voting on "unnecessary" beauty-repairs, carried out by "preferred" contractors. Owners should really be on the lookout to see what's really needed and what is not!

This week we are blogging about the fact that many condo owners will be forced to leave their homes due to the fact that they will not be able to afford the much higher monthly maintenance fees. And developers are already trying to buy up units from owners who are willing to sell rather than face foreclosure.

What happened to that Red Wave?

Fox Pundit Says GOP Received a ‘Searing Indictment’ on Tuesday – Watch

Conservative writer Marc Thiessen, a regular contributor to Fox News, has an intense challenge for the Republican Party. He believes they should engage in deep introspection following their failure to deliver the expected “red wave” in the midterms.

In a world that was unfavorable to the Democrats, the GOP could have won decisively nationwide.

Thiessen said the result of the election was a “searing indictment” of the Republican Party.

Everything turning Red today, even the Moon

High in the sky above the Red Wave of 2022

A blood moon lunar eclipse will rise on Election Day over the United States. NASA said that depending on the cloud cover, the sky show can be seen from North and Central America, Colombia, and western portions of Venezuela and Peru. Folks who stay up overnight in Alaska and Hawaii to see the show can watch all the stages.

This will be the last total lunar eclipse for the next three years!

National Guard Cybersecurity Units Activated in 14 States Ahead of Midterm Elections

Cybersecurity units from the National Guard will be activated in 14 U.S. states to help counter any threats to election officials’ networks ahead of, during, and after the upcoming Nov. 8 midterm elections, according to reports.

The 14 include battleground states Arizona, Iowa, and Pennsylvania, as well as Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, North Carolina, New Mexico, New York, Washington, and West Virginia, reported Politico.

Trump had the right idea. According to its website, CISA was created in 2018 under the Trump administration to work with government and industry partners to defend against current and predicted threats to cyber and physical infrastructure, including election infrastructure.

Florida--Early Voting and Vote By Mail

News from Florida Recap

The final early-in-person and vote-by-mail ballots are in, with Florida Republicans leading Democrats by a comfy 321,000 ballot margin. That's down from Saturday's lead of 337,000 ballots after Democrats made a final statewide push with a "Souls to the Polls" voter drive on Sunday. But the effort yielded a net gain of only 16,000 ballots.

On this day four years ago, it was Democrats who held a lead of 31,641 ballots, but Republicans carried Election Day and won 4 of 5 statewide races.

More bad news for Democrats? Late-day thunderstorms are expected Tuesday afternoon from Orlando to Miami as the outer bands of a subtropical storm near the Bahamas threatens to swamp key Democrat strongholds and suppress turnout even further.

In other news, a previously dismissed lawsuit against Florida’s new parental rights law has been refiled, making changes that include arguments that the law is unconstitutional and “chills” First Amendment rights, violates due-process and tramples equal protection rights.
