Last Friday, Blitzer sat down with Virginia Democrat Governor Abigail Spanberger to hammer Trump's executive order cracking down on mail-in voting. The executive order – signed March 31, 2026 – directed the U.S. Postal Service to create a new system regulating who could vote by mail, requiring states to presubmit lists of eligible mail voters.

Blitzer handed Spanberger her talking point on a silver platter. "In Virginia, you have a lot of military personnel who totally rely on mail-in ballots if they want to be able to express their opinions," he told her.

Spanberger ran with it. She said it was members of the military, diplomatic service, and intelligence services – "people serving overseas in service to our country" – whose ballots would be threatened.

There was just one problem...It wasn't true. It was a big fat ignorant lie.

Judge Talwani Forced to Lift Mail-In Ballot Injunction After Supreme Court Rebuke

That didn't take long

Obama-appointed U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani has lifted her nationwide injunction blocking new Postal Service safeguards for federal mail-in ballots.

The move came after the Supreme Court rejected a separate injunction tied to the same election-order fight. The Justice Department then asked Talwani to reconsider her own ruling. On Wednesday, she issued a nine-page order lifting the freeze.

Talwani acknowledged that the League of Women Voters plaintiffs are “not likely to prevail as to ripeness” unless they revise their complaint now that the Postal Service has issued a final rule.

The ruling did not read like a change of heart. Reporting around the order said the Supreme Court’s decision “compelled” Talwani to lift the injunction. At the same time, she continued to warn that President Trump’s election-integrity directive could create “chaos.”

The result is clear: The injunction is down, and the USPS rulemaking can move forward.

Trump's Brilliant Idea: USPS Moves To Limit Mail-In Ballots - In Time For Midterms?

USPS acting on two recent executive orders: March 25th and March 31st by President Trump, “Preserving And Protecting The Integrity Of American Elections” and “Ensuring Citizenship Verification And Integrity In Federal Elections” that aim to limit mail-in voting which is a vehicle for systemic fraud.

The US Postal Service proposed a new rule that would effectively create a national voter list and prevent states from mailing ballots to anyone who is not on that list.

The proposed rule, which was formally published on June 2nd, comes just one day after a federal judge decided that it was too early to weigh in on Trump’s executive orders because much had not yet been implemented.

Interesting timing, given the obvious fraud in the Los Angeles election for mayor wherein a ballot dump several days after the election resulted in 100% of the new ballots going to Communist Karen Bass whose policies burnt down 8000 homes and burned 12 people to death, or the Muslim immigrant Nithya Raman who is Left of Bass. [Is it possible to be Left of a person who was trained in guerilla warfare in Cuba?]

Raman,as a council member, authored the Sanctuary City Ordinance, which ensures city resources are never used for federal immigration enforcement.

Spencer Pratt, the outsider who lost his own home and had two life-long friends burn to death, got ZERO votes from this dump of fraudulent ballots. BTW, ballot dumps in Democrat-run states never increase the votes for Republican or Independent candidates.

On election night, returns placed Pratt in second place behind Karen Bass, with Raman trailing a very distant third. However, as LA County processed waves of mail-in ballots over the course of the week following election day, Raman overcame the deficit to surpass Pratt by roughly 22,000 votes, shifting the second-place spot, and kicking Pratt out of November’s general election.

Congressional Democrats and the Democratic National Committee filed a lawsuit Wednesday to block President Trump's recent executive order cracking down on mail-in voting, setting up yet another legal battle over election integrity measures that the left reflexively frames as "voter suppression."

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, and other party organizations joined the suit, with prominent Democratic election lawyer Marc Elias leading the charge.

Earlier this week, President Trump announced that he directed Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin, along with the Social Security Administration, to create a list of verified U.S. citizens who are eligible to vote. Looking ahead to future elections, he has assembled a team of lawyers to craft an executive order for the elimination of mail-in voting.

Getting rid of mail-in ballots, the president says, is part of his effort to bring honesty to the 2026 midterms.

Attorney Cleta Mitchell is a senior legal fellow at the Conservative Partnership Institute and is founder of the Election Integrity Network. During an appearance on Washington Watch this week, she praised the president's decision.

Republicans flatly accuse Democrats of using loose election rules to cheat and win elections, especially in large Democrat-run cities where urban votes dwarf ballots cast in conservative rural areas.

If Republican claims are true, and mail-in ballots are a reliable source of cheating, then banning them could set back Democrats even in their big-city strongholds.

The Biden administration waged lawfare against election integrity measures across the country. They thought they had Texas cornered with another bogus civil rights lawsuit.

But Judge James Ho delivered one ruling that sent Biden officials into damage control...Fifth Circuit Court hands Biden administration crushing defeat on voter ID.

The Biden administration and their allies in the civil rights industrial complex targeted Texas’s common-sense election integrity measures for years. They filed lawsuit after lawsuit trying to gut the Lone Star State’s efforts to secure its elections.

On Monday, their strategy backfired spectacularly when a three-judge panel of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals delivered a unanimous smackdown that left Biden’s Department of Justice scrambling.

Judge James Ho – a Trump appointee – opened his nine-page opinion with a statement that cut straight to the heart of the matter: "Mail-in ballots are not secure.

The court ruled that Texas’s Election Integrity Protection Act of 2021, which requires voters to include their state ID number or partial Social Security number on mail-in ballots, fully complies with federal law.

This was the same Judge Ho who helped deliver another recent victory for election integrity when the Fifth Circuit ruled that mail-in ballots must arrive by Election Day to be counted.

Postal worker could get 5 years

Florida Postal Worker Accused of Dumping 1,000 Pieces of Mail

He allegedly dumped more than 1,000 pieces of mail in a wooded lot in Orlando, including over 400 pieces of political mail and at least one election ballot.

Ottis Nicole McCoy Jr., who was employed by a private contractor to deliver mail for the U.S. Postal Service, has been charged with stealing and discarding mail in violation of federal law, according to a criminal complaint filed on Oct. 25 in the Middle District of Florida.

An affidavit attached to the complaint indicates that a manager at Cummings Contract Delivery Service Corp., the company that had hired McCoy as a part-time employee to deliver U.S. mail to a postal route in the Alafaya Woods area of Orlando, became suspicious when McCoy finished his route earlier than expected despite having a “very large” quantity of mail to deliver.

Data from a GPS tracking device connected to the vehicle McCoy was driving indicated that McCoy had deviated from the route, prompting the manager to investigate and find pieces of mail discarded in a wooded lot.

Joe Biden Is Now Officially the Least Popular President in the Last 70 Years

The results of Gallup’s presidential approval polls, which the organization has compiled since the presidency of Dwight D. Eisenhower began in 1952, have been strongly predictive of re-election success.

Historically, every incumbent in the past seven decades with an approval rating above 50% has won a second term. Barack Obama was the only one to topple the trend: his 2012 victory came despite a middling 46% approval six months ahead of that year’s general election.

However, despite his former boss bucking the trend, no first-term president in Gallup’s history has returned to the White House with approval numbers as low as Biden’s — whose results this quarter ranked among the worst of the post-World War II era in the bottom 12% of all presidential quarters going back to 1945.

And the Supreme Court just hit Joe Biden with a big defeat on mail-in voting. The Court rejected the appeal by two Texans and left in place a lower court’s ruling upholding the Texas law on mail-in voting.

Texas argued that mass no-excuse mail-in voting opened the door to fraud and we all know what happened in 2020.

The federal government is using its vast resources and its largest agencies to register new voters and expand mail-in balloting, with the help of nonprofits.

A federal effort to register voters using the government’s vast reach, including throughout the U.S. prison system, is raising concerns from critics who have said it won’t benefit Democrats and Republicans equally.

Mississippi Secretary of State Michael Watson wrote to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland on March 6 alleging that agencies under the attorney general’s charge are “attempting to register people to vote, including potentially ineligible felons, and to co-opt state and local officials into accomplishing this goal.”

The allegation relates to President Joe Biden’s Executive Order 14019, which states, “The head of each agency shall evaluate ways in which the agency can, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, promote voter registration and voter participation.”

Among other things, this order has forced U.S. Marshals to modify more than 900 contracts with prisons and jails to provide voter registration documents and facilitate mail-in voting for inmates, Mr. Watson wrote. “We have worked extremely hard to restore the confidence of Mississippi voters in our election process,” Mr. Watson told The Epoch Times.

“To have the Biden administration and the DOJ purposefully undermine these efforts and jeopardize the integrity of Mississippi’s elections is unacceptable.”

A recent analysis of mail-in ballot fraud in the 2020 election suggests that Donald Trump might have secured victory if not for the significant increase in mail-in voting.

The study, conducted by the Heartland Institute, an American conservative and libertarian public policy think tank, delved into the impact of fraudulent mail-in ballots on both Trump and Joe Biden, based on emerging evidence of widespread irregularities in the voting process.

Examining data from a Heartland/Rasmussen survey, the study found that approximately one in five mail-in voters admitted to engaging in potentially fraudulent actions. This included activities such as completing a ballot for a friend or family member, signing a ballot on behalf of someone else, or having a ballot filled out by another person.

The surge in mail-in voting in 2020 marked a historic high in U.S. electoral history, with over 43 percent of ballots being cast by mail. Notably, a majority of these mail-in ballots favored Joe Biden. Had the election followed the traditional in-person voting model, Trump would likely have secured reelection, according to the study’s authors.

CAMDEN, N.J. – An Atlantic County, New Jersey, man was arrested today for his role in procuring, casting, and tabulating fraudulent mail-in ballots submitted in the Nov. 8, 2022, general election, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.

Craig Callaway, 64, a former member and president of the City Council of Atlantic City and a political organizer who assisted campaigns for elected offices in New Jersey, is charged in a criminal complaint unsealed today with one count of depriving, defrauding, and attempting to deprive and defraud the residents of the state of New Jersey of a fair and impartially conducted election process by the fraudulent procurement, casting, and tabulation of ballots.

Callaway is scheduled to make his initial appearance today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Matthew J. Skahill in Camden federal court.

“Holding free and fair elections is a bedrock principle of our democracy. As alleged in the complaint, the defendant attempted to deprive New Jersey residents of a fair election by fraudulently procuring and casting ballots. Today’s charges reflect our office’s commitment to hold to account those who try to undermine the electoral process.”

For Trump’s Run, He Plans to ‘Master’ Democrat Ballot Harvesting It’s not an exaggeration to say that the country’s on the line this next election. If Joe Biden gets another term, we might not recover. The senile old socialist is determined to sell America to the highest bidder. His radical policies have destroyed our economy, border, and national security. And he’s only getting started.

But the sad reality is, he doesn’t need to be a good president to win an election. Democrats have figured out how to game the system, so they can do whatever they want and still win. We saw it in 2020 and we even saw it in Arizona last year. If Republicans want to win, they’ll have to change their battle plans. And, in a move nobody saw coming, Trump just announced an election-shaking change.

Many states legalized mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting. And Democrats use these to their advantage, reaching people who would otherwise not vote. States send out ballots to everyone on voter rolls. Then, Democrats target neighbors likely to vote for them, doing door-to-door to collect ballots. Then, they simply drop them off at polling centers or drop-off boxes. Done.

**On May 6, 2021, Governor Ron DeSantis signed into law, Senate Bill 90, Florida’s new election integrity bill, strengthening voter identification, prohibiting the mass mailing of ballots, banning ballot harvesting and prohibiting private money from administering elections in our state.

10 Million 2022 California Ballots Unaccounted For, Report Finds

California may have disenfranchised millions of voters in the 2022 primary and general elections, according to a new report from the Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity watchdog group. 

The report found that 226,250 mail ballots were rejected for various reasons, while election officials failed to account for millions more.

The 2022 midterms marked the first election held since the California Legislature passed and Gov. Gavin Newsom signed AB 37, which required automatically mailing ballots to all active registered voters in the nation’s most populous state.
