Antifa extremists and their supporters are urging one another to assassinate the Texas federal judges who handed lengthy prison sentences to their convicted terrorist comrades.
Andy Ngo’s report shows the mask slipping again. After federal judges in Texas handed down serious sentences in the first federal Antifa terrorism case, far-left extremists and supporters responded with threats, doxxing language, lynching references, assassination memes, and calls for more anti-government violence.
This is not protest. This is intimidation directed at the judiciary. The same media class that spent years calling Antifa “an idea” now has to explain why that “idea” keeps producing armed ambushes, terror convictions, and death threats against judges.
The rule of law cannot survive selective outrage.[Andy Ngo]

UCLA offering a program on Immigrant Rights
UCLA Fellowship Prioritizes Undocumented Applicants for $7,000 Stipend
According to Campus Reform, “The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) is offering students a $7,000 stipend through its ‘Dream Summer’ fellowship, a summer program that trains participants in immigrant rights advocacy and social justice activism.”The program is not just about training. It is also about who gets in. The fellowship website says, “We strongly encourage and prioritize applications from undocumented applicants who identify as LGBTQIA+, Black, API, and/or Indigenous, as well as other individuals directly impacted by the immigration system.”
That wording is likely to raise questions for a lot of people. UCLA is a public university, which means many taxpayers will look at this and ask whether the school is using selective identity-based criteria for a program tied to activism. Supporters may call it outreach. Critics will see a clear preference system built around ideology and identity.
The university describes the fellowship as a program that “positions immigrant youth as agents of change within the immigrant rights movement” and “empowers immigrant youth to become the next generation of social justice leaders.”

Democrat Socialists Win their Primaries
AOC took her seat in 2018 and the left swore she was a fluke
Now three democratic socialists just swept New York's congressional primaries – and two of them knocked out sitting congressmen. Charlie Kirk saw every bit of this coming, but he just didn't live to see it land.Kirk was assassinated on a college campus in September 2025 – shot in the neck by a politically motivated gunman while speaking at Utah Valley University in front of 3,000 people. The ideas that just won New York are the same ones he spent his career fighting.
On Tuesday, all three candidates backed by New York's openly socialist mayor Zohran Mamdani won their Democrat congressional primaries.
- Brad Lander defeated incumbent Rep. Dan Goldman – capturing roughly two-thirds of the vote.
- Darializa Avila Chevalier knocked out 10-year Rep. Adriano Espaillat, the chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.
- Claire Valdez won the open seat left by retiring Rep. Nydia Velázquez.
All three will almost certainly win their deep-blue districts in November. Kirk had predicted exactly this.
In 2020, he told reporter Randy DeSoto: "I've told people she's going to multiply in Congress. There are hyper-entitled, clueless millennials that are ready to undo every piece of true progress that our country has made over the last 200 years…"

Ukraine Strikes Russian Oil Refineries Deep Inside Russia
Vladimir Putin admitted that Russia is experiencing “problems” in its war with Ukraine
Kyiv’s drone strikes destroyed more oil depots on Sunday
He made what appeared to be a rare admission of setbacks, commenting on the latest round of Ukraine’s retaliatory strikes on Russia’s energy infrastructure. The air attacks have intensified with fighting along the front line having largely reached a stalemate, and Russia reportedly suffering 30,000 casualties a month.
“Yes, we see the problems, we are aware of them and are responding to them, but we will certainly ensure the security of both the country and our citizens, as well as the inviolability of Russia’s borders,” Putin said at the congress of United Russia, his ruling party.

Genocide Joe!
Biden Stunned as Crowd Shouts “Genocide Joe!” at Maryland Gala
Joe Biden was heckled while speaking at the Maryland Democratic Party’s gala on Saturday night, and the moment quickly turned awkward. He was in the middle of talking about the Democratic Party and the “story of America” when a woman in the crowd shouted, “Genocide Joe!”The outburst set off a burst of noise in the room. Loud boos could also be heard as the shouting continued. It was not clear how many people were involved in the protest or whether the crowd was booing Biden, the protesters, or both.
The scene was another reminder of how tense things have become inside the Democratic coalition. Biden was there to rally party loyalists, but the protest showed that not everyone in the room was on board with the message.
Instead of a smooth campaign-style appearance, the night briefly turned into a live reminder of the anger and division hanging over the party.

Texas and Florida - Unprecedented Economic Growth
Texas and Florida are leading in tort reform, Boom Belt success
Texas and Florida are leading in tort reform, bringing more business and economic growth to southern Boom Belt states, the Texas Conservative Coalition Research Institute (TCCRI) and The James Madison Institute (JMI) argue.TCCRI was founded in 1996 by a group of state leaders determined to implement conservative public policies in state government based on the principles of limited government, individual liberty, free enterprise and traditional values. Florida-based JMI is dedicated to the ideals of limited government, economic freedom, federalism and individual liberty coupled with individual responsibility.
Their new joint report argues, “Texas’ and Florida’s economic dominance is the direct result of multi-decade efforts to create a predictable civil justice environment. These reforms spurred the business investment, population growth, and capital inflows that define the Boom Belt.”
They also argue this competitive edge “is under threat” by trial lawyer organizations. In Florida, the Florida Justice Association is targeting pro-business politicians to unseat in state legislative races, the JMI argues.
In Texas, plaintiff-aligned groups are funding candidates and PACs to weaken reforms the state legislature has implemented, TCCRI argues.

In a major victory for the rule of law and the separation of powers, the Court held that in order for federal officers to remain accountable to the President, those officers “must be removable by the President.”
For nearly ninety years, the Court’s 1935 decision in Humphrey’s Executor has stripped presidents of control over so-called “independent” agencies like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)—allowing unelected bureaucrats to wield executive power without accountability—one of the most damaging precedents in American history.
Article II of the U.S. Constitution establishes that executive power is vested in the President alone. AFL’s brief explained that this case was not about expanding presidential power, but restoring constitutional order. [AmericaFirstLegal]

Iran War Powers Resolution
Senate reverses course on Iran war powers resolution after Trump rallies Republican holdouts
The U.S. Senate handed President Trump a clear win late Wednesday, rejecting a Democratic war powers resolution that would have directed him to withdraw American forces from hostilities with Iran unless Congress authorized the mission. The procedural motion failed 47-50-1, a sharp reversal from just one day earlier, when four Republican senators had defected to help pass a nearly identical measure.
The turnaround came after Trump met with GOP senators in a closed-door session that multiple outlets described as heated. Within hours, two key Republican holdouts, Sen. Bill Cassidy of Louisiana and Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, changed their positions, collapsing the bipartisan coalition that had briefly embarrassed the White House.
The result killed Sen. Tim Kaine's resolution, which would have ordered Trump to "remove the United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against Iran" without congressional authorization.
Had it cleared both chambers, Trump would have needed to veto it. Instead, the measure never got that far.

Democrats don't know what "legal" and "temporary" mean
Democrats unravel after Supreme Court upholds Trump's authority to end Haitian TPS protections
The Supreme Court handed the Trump administration three 6-3 victories on immigration Thursday, and the Democratic response arrived within minutes, loud, emotional, and revealing.Members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus rushed to the microphones to denounce the rulings, accuse the justices of white supremacy, and recast hundreds of thousands of Temporary Protected Status holders as "American families", a rhetorical sleight of hand that tells you everything about where the left stands on the distinction between legal and temporary.
- The most consequential of the three decisions, Mullin v. Doe, confirmed that the Trump administration can end TPS for roughly 350,000 Haitians and 6,100 Syrians living in the United States, overturning lower federal court orders that had blocked the termination.
- A second ruling, Mullin v. Al Otro Lado, clarified that a migrant who has not physically set foot on U.S. soil is not entitled to apply for asylum and does not have to be inspected by an immigration officer.
- A third, Blanche v. Muk Choi Lau, will make it easier for the Department of Homeland Security to deport green card holders convicted of crimes.

Woman in Lake Worth Beach forced into Prostitution
Woman came to Florida for cleaning job. She was locked in house and sex trafficked
Two people have been arrested in connection with the crimes
A Peruvian woman who traveled to South Florida from California for a job cleaning vacation homes was instead locked inside a brothel in Lake Worth Beach and sex-trafficked to numerous men, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. On Thursday, deputies arrested Diana Katherine Chaparro Contreras, 33, and Sandra Luz Peralta Aguilar, 50, on charges of sex trafficking an unauthorized alien, living off the earnings of prostitution, and two counts of keeping a house of ill fame, according to jail records.
The victim told deputies in Spanish that she had been applying for housekeeping jobs on Indeed when she found one that offered $35 an hour, according to a probable cause affidavit. Over the phone, people who identified themselves as the employers behind the listing told her that she would be cleaning vacation homes throughout Palm Beach County and that they would pay for her to fly to Florida for the job.
The victim was persuaded by the money they promised and agreed, arriving at Miami International Airport in February. Once she arrived, her employers told her they would provide her housing. An Uber delivered her to a house in the 1100 block of South M Street in Lake Worth Beach, according to the affidavit.
After being told she would be used for prostitution not for housekeeping...the day she arrived in Lake Worth Beach, the victim was forced to have sex with seven men over the course of six hours. The next day the victim managed to break through the plywood covering her window, climb out, and escape.

The Biden Lie That Opened the Border
Sonia Sotomayor Read Her Dissent Aloud and Samuel Alito Fired Back on the Bench
Joe Biden stood in front of the country and said he needed Congress to pass a law before he could stop the border invasion. The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 today that he was lying.
Here's what Alito said to Sotomayor's face – and why it ended the argument.
Biden's entire border strategy rested on one claim: his hands were tied.
Biden repeated it for four years as millions of economic migrants poured across the southern border. Democrats echoed it on every cable news hit they could book.
The Senate Republican caucus called it out in a formal resolution, stating plainly that Biden "used executive power to open the border and has the authority to close and secure the border but is purposefully failing to do so."
Republicans were right. Biden was lying

Borders mean something, words mean something, and “arrived in the United States” does not mean standing in Mexico demanding entry.
In Mullin v. Al Otro Lado, the Supreme Court restored basic logic to immigration law and rejected the Ninth Circuit’s open-borders fiction.
The Biden-era border project depended on pretending that American sovereignty could be litigated away by advocacy groups, district judges, and bureaucratic sabotage.
SCOTUS just said no. A nation has the right to control entry, process claims lawfully, and refuse to let activists redefine geography. [Attorney Bobbie Anne Cox]

Housing Act Passes in Congress
House clears landmark housing bill banning institutional investors from single-family homes
Trump set to sign at Capitol
The House of Representatives passed the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act on Tuesday by a vote of 358, 32, sending to President Trump's desk the most significant housing legislation in years, one that bars institutional investors from snapping up single-family homes and aims to ease a nationwide affordability crisis that has squeezed working families for half a decade.Trump is expected to sign the bill into law during a visit to the Capitol Building on Wednesday. The Senate cleared the same measure a day earlier, 85, 5, in a rare show of bipartisan agreement that drew support from both Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Scott (R-SC) and the panel's top Democrat, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.).
The final tally, 358 votes in the House, 85 in the Senate, makes this one of the most lopsided legislative victories of the current Congress. And the core provision is one that ordinary Americans have demanded for years: stopping Wall Street-backed firms from outbidding families for starter homes in neighborhoods across the country.

Black Caucus Defends Hakeem
Congressional Black Caucus rallies behind Jeffries, fires back at Slotkin's call for new Democratic leadership
The Congressional Black Caucus closed ranks around House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries on Friday evening, issuing a joint statement that dismissed Sen. Elissa Slotkin's public call for "significant new leadership" in the Democratic Party, and accused the Michigan senator of enabling the very administration she claims to oppose. The statement, signed by CBC Chair Yvette D. Clarke of New York and former chairs Reps. Steven Horsford of Nevada and Joyce Beatty of Ohio, cast Slotkin's remarks as a distraction from the party's mission. But it also contained a factual error about Slotkin's voting record, undermining the credibility of the CBC's own counterattack.
The clash lays bare a fault line running through the Democratic minority: a party that cannot agree on who should lead it, or even get its facts straight when attacking one of its own members.
For voters watching from the outside, the spectacle offers a useful window into how the opposition party is spending its energy, not on policy, but on an internal power struggle it cannot resolve.

Guest Blogger: Dystopian future for Lake Worth Beach
But this museum and garage would be money wasted on something only those with extreme pretensions of being artistic would embrace, and it could never be aligned with what most voters believe is central to what Lake Worth should be.
This museum will be a ten-million-dollar hole in the downtown of Lake Worth; It will swallow up our free parking near the retailers we shop at and at the restaurants we used to enjoy visiting.
Without the Museum —— Lake worth had a Zen the way we could pull up to where we were going.
In this dystopian future that Betty Resch is serving up for our downtown —Lake Worth’s Downtown will be no more than a nasty dollar store version of downtown West Palm Beach.
I and many others will no longer go into downtown Lake Worth to dine—this is a solemn promise from me, and one I would ask thousands of other residents to make.
We will not eat at downtown Lake Worth restaurants, or shop at local merchants if this museum and parking garage is built.
I have avoided dining or shopping in downtown West Palm Beach because I WILL NOT PARK IN A PARKING GARAGE. This is a sickness of urban cesspools in most major cities.
We came to Lake Worth because it was not an Urban Cesspool, but here is Betty Resch, trying to make it a sewer. An artsy sewer.

There are still other places we can go, and this is a war that needs to be fought—it is a line in the sand that a misguided, if not corrupt mayor has forced us to draw in the sand…
While I may miss the downtown, I need to see this Museum plan bankrupt the city — and force a new governance to sweep away the trash that is causing this carnage. Let the retailers and restaurants chase her from the town and disparage her memory."

Asylum claims at the border
Supreme Court backs federal power to turn away asylum seekers at the border
The Supreme Court ruled 6, 3 on Thursday that the federal government may turn back asylum seekers at the U.S., Mexico border before they set foot on American soil, handing the Trump administration a major legal victory in its effort to control who enters the country and when.Justice Samuel Alito, writing for the conservative majority, held that a migrant standing in Mexico has not legally "arrived in the United States" and therefore cannot demand asylum screening under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
The decision reverses a Ninth Circuit ruling that had blocked the practice known as "metering", a policy that caps the number of daily asylum applications accepted at ports of entry. With that lower-court barrier now removed, the administration regains a tool it has called essential to managing the southern border.
The practical meaning is plain: border officials are not required to inspect or process asylum claims until a person physically crosses onto U.S. soil. For years, immigrant-rights groups argued the opposite, that presenting yourself to a U.S. officer at the border line was enough to trigger legal protections. Six justices disagreed.
Justice Alito grounded the majority opinion in common sense and statutory text. As the New York Post reported, Alito wrote:
"In ordinary speech, no one would say that a person arrives in a place, for example, a house, a city, or a country, before the person enters that place."Read about it...
Pass the Save America Act
Message from Senator Rick Scott
Dear Fellow Floridian,This week I invited President Trump to come speak at the weekly Steering luncheon I lead. It was an honor to have the President come speak to Senate republicans and get everyone on the same page on what our priorities should be for the rest of the year.
It is essential that we pass the Save America Act. Just this past month we saw what appears to be rampant voter fraud in California where they’re still counting ballots and homeless people claim they were paid off for their votes. Now, L.A. County is on the verge of allowing legals to vote openly. We can’t let this happen to our elections.
We need to ensure only American citizens vote in American elections and show ID to do it. This shouldn’t be controversial. But democrats don’t want voter ID or to clean up voter rolls. This is why I propose that the Senate put the Save America Act on the floor every day we’re in session and make Democrats show the Americans where they stand.
I also believe that to pass it, we will likely need to need to eliminate the filibuster. This legislative tool was meant to end debate in the chamber after everyone had said their piece. It was never meant to block bills forever at the will of the minority. We ought to have debate, then vote. That’s how the Senate is supposed to work, and it’s how we can pass SAVE America and secure our elections.
We need to stand up for voter integrity so Americans have faith in our elections. That’s why I’m not giving up. As your United States Senator, I will continue to fight to get the Save America Act passed and deliver President Trump’s agenda to the American people.
Sincerely,
Rick Scott

Hours after the Supreme Court cleared the Trump administration to strip Temporary Protected Status from more than 350,000 Haitians and 6,000 Syrians, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani stood before cameras and declared the ruling "not something we will ever accept."
He rallied alongside Gov. Kathy Hochul and state Attorney General Letitia James, then issued a written City Hall statement and a video doubling down on the city's sanctuary policies, a direct challenge to the highest court in the land.
The New York Post reported that Mamdani framed the decision as "one of the largest attacks on immigrants in modern American history" and pledged that his administration would "stand alongside immigrant New Yorkers today, tomorrow, and every day that follows."
The question the defiant Communist Marxist Muslim mayor never answered: What, exactly, does a city do when it announces it will not accept a binding ruling by the United States Supreme Court? [AmericanAlmanac]

Florida AG calls for impeachment after judge acquits mother who killed baby and blamed COVID
Precious Bland of Miami drowned her 15-month-old daughter Emii in a bathtub on Aug. 23, 2021, then proceeded to stab her husband — who attempted to save the infant — in the head and neck. When her stepdaughter tried to grab the drowned toddler, Bland slashed her, then proceeded to cut her own wrists.According to a police report reviewed by CourtTV, Bland's husband told police that the killer had been ranting about how "COVID is going to kill us all," how Christ's return was imminent, and how she wanted to baptize her family in the bathtub.

Bland, who subsequently spent four years in jail and additional time on house arrest while awaiting trial, was initially charged with murder, two counts of attempted second-degree murder, and two counts of aggravated child abuse.
On Tuesday, Miami-Dade Judge Miguel Manuel de la O of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida found the 43-year-old mother — who admitted to killing her child — not guilty of aggravated manslaughter and first-degree attempted murder by reason of insanity.

Bible Studies to be taught in Texas public schools
New lessons, including Islam's violence, pending for public schools
Also select stories from the Bible to be included in lessons
New lesson standards, including those about Islam's violence, are pending for public school students in Texas. Not all of the plans have been made final yet, but the state, in fact, is poised to require lessons on the basic beliefs of the Bible in public schools as well as lessons drawing connections "to Islam and violence," according to a report at the Post Millennial.
The changes are coming from the Texas Board of Education.
The report revealed, "The social studies proposal would mandate schools to teach Bible lessons and other literary works to students as young as six years old until they graduate from high school. This includes the Parable of the Prodigal Son, the eight Beatitudes, and the Christian story of Adam and Eve."
Further, "the board gave preliminary approval on Wednesday for middle and high school students to be taught lesson plans that draw connections between Islam and violence. Dallas Morning News reported that one approved provision would ask students to examine Islam through the Prophet Mohammed's brutal military campaigns," the report said.

Illegal attacked ICE agent
Mexican national arrested for allegedly attacking ICE agent during Orange County traffic stop
A Mexican national is facing a felony charge after he allegedly struck a federal agent and fled the scene during an Orange County traffic stop last week, prompting a multi-agency manhunt. On Tuesday, June 16, the Florida Highway Patrol’s Criminal Alien Apprehension Team, working alongside U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Americana Boulevard and Pointe Vista Circle in Orange County, according to a media release from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV).
During the traffic stop, multiple occupants reportedly exited the vehicle and fled on foot. An ICE agent pursued one of the fleeing subjects, identified as Elias Bautista, and attempted to detain him.
FLHSMV reported that Bautista, who authorities say entered the country illegally, actively resisted apprehension. A physical altercation ensued, and Bautista allegedly struck the ICE agent, causing the federal officer to sustain a “significant head injury.”
“ICE officers are facing a 1,300% increase in assaults, a 3,200% increase in vehicle attacks, and an 8,000% increase in death threats.
To make a long story short, they captured the SOB who fled again and who is charged with a felony.
FLHSMV Executive Director Dave Kerner: “We remain focused on ensuring that those who endanger our officers or our communities are held fully accountable, especially those who should have never been in our country to begin with.”

Iran Struck Cargo Ship in Strait of Hormuz, US Official Says
The U.N. International Maritime Organization said it would temporarily pause its evacuation operation pending further clarity.Iranian forces attacked a cargo vessel in the Strait of Hormuz on June 24, according to a U.S. official who spoke with The Epoch Times.
The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) previously reported that a vessel was struck by “an unknown projectile” while operating off the coast of Oman, but did not attribute the attack to any particular nation-state or actor.
The UKMTO, which is operated by the British Royal Navy, said the projectile damaged the bridge of the vessel but reported no injuries or environmental impact as a result of the attack.
When reached for comment about the attack, a U.S. official said Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched a drone at the vessel in question.

Antifa Leader Benjamin Song Gets 100 Years for Texas ICE Attack
Eight of the ten people convicted in the Texas attack on a federal immigration detention center learned their sentences on Tuesday, and the punishments were steep. Benjamin Song, identified by prosecutors as the group’s leader, received 100 years in prison. The case stems from the July 4, 2025, attack on the Prairieland ICE detention center in Alvarado, Texas. Prosecutors said the group came prepared, fired off fireworks, vandalized property, and shot at police officers who responded. One officer was struck in the neck with a bullet and survived.
According to the sentencing breakdown reported Tuesday, Maricela Rueda received 70 years. Autumn Hill received 50 years, along with Zachary Evetts, Savanna Batten, Meagan Morris, and Elizabeth Soto. Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada was sentenced to 30 years.
The defendants were convicted earlier this year on a wide range of charges, including riot-related offenses, providing material support to terrorists, conspiracy to use and carry an explosive, using and carrying an explosive, attempted murder of an officer, discharging a firearm during a violent crime, and charges tied to concealing documents. In March, a jury found nine Antifa members guilty after a 12-day trial in federal court.

The Supreme Court on Thursday said the Trump administration can move forward with its efforts to strip more than 356,000 Syrian and Haitian immigrants of temporary protections that have allowed them to live and work in the United States.
In a pair of cases that tested a key aspect of President Trump's plan to crack down on immigration, a divided Supreme Court ruled that the TPS law bars judicial review of claims brought under federal law.
The dispute arose out of the Department of Homeland Security's decision to end Temporary Protected Status for more than 6,000 Syrians and 350,000 Haitians. Lower court judges had postponed the terminations of the programs.

Ro Khanna going after Elon
Twenty thousand Tesla workers in Fremont, California just hit the lottery.
Their congressman wants to drag the man responsible before Congress to answer for it.Ro Khanna went on a podcast Saturday and called for Elon Musk to be "subpoenaed" and "investigated" for dismantling USAID – the agency that burned through billions of American tax dollars overseas for decades with almost zero accountability.
The Congressman From Tesla Town--Khanna represents California's 17th congressional district.
That's Fremont – where 20,000 people clock in every day at the Tesla factory that Musk built.
Two weeks ago, the SpaceX IPO created 4,400 new millionaires – not hedge fund managers or Washington lobbyists, but the engineers, tradespeople, and factory workers who spent years building rockets from the ground up.
Elon Musk indicates he's SUING Rep. Ro Khanna (D) after Khanna said Elon needs to answer for '4.5 million kids dying' because of DOGE cuts. ELON: "Time to sue this liar."
What "Team Algae" Actually Tells You About the Democrat Party
The Algae Saga
Washington, DC recorded 274 murders in 2023 – the deadliest year in the capital in decades. Trump fixed it, and now the Left is dressing up as algae to protest. When leftist protesters showed up to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool last weekend in green algae costumes waving "Team Algae" signs, they thought they were scoring points. What they actually did was prove Karoline Leavitt's point for her.
"It's unbelievable to see these people, these deranged leftists in algae costumes with 'Team Algae' on their backs," Leavitt said in a Fox News interview Tuesday.
Then she asked the question nobody on the left can answer. "What does that even mean?"
She wasn't done.

2nd Reading on Public Parking Garage
Opinion: Lake Worth Residents Deserve Answers Before Another Dollar is Spent on WMODA
By: Former commissioner, Kimberly StokesAs Lake Worth Beach approaches another critical vote on the Wiener Museum of Decorative Arts (WMODA) project, residents are being asked to trust that city leaders have everything under control. Yet after years of approvals, subsidies, and public investments, many basic questions remain unanswered.
On June 30, the City Commission is expected to approve the second reading of the project’s K Street Parking Garage, a vote that would move the development significantly closer to reality. Supporters portray this as the final piece of the puzzle. For many residents, however, this is precisely the moment when the public should demand greater transparency and accountability.
The city has already committed substantial public resources to support the project. In addition to millions in land donations, infrastructure incentives, utility improvements, and affordable housing subsidies, the city is now moving forward with a public parking garage that could cost between $10 and 14 million.
The garage is widely viewed as essential to making the WMODA development work, yet residents still have not been provided with a clear financial plan explaining the total cost, how ongoing operations and maintenance will be funded, who the garage is intended to serve, whether taxpayers will ultimately bear the cost for the garage, or if it will be paid parking, which the downtown merchants vehemently oppose.
Lake Worth Beach is not a wealthy city. Every dollar invested in one project is a dollar unavailable for roads, utilities, parks, public safety, or affordable housing. Before committing what could ultimately approach $20 million in public resources, residents deserve complete transparency.

The absurd rhythm of Trump-era hysteria: whatever happens, whatever the facts, whatever the context, the answer from the permanent political class is always Trump.
Gas prices? Trump. Ballroom plans? Trump. A duck in the Reflecting Pool? Somehow Trump. The joke works because the joke is real.
The Deep State-media complex has trained itself to treat every Trump action, pause, sneeze, tweet, ribbon-cutting, delay, or policy choice as an extinction-level threat.
Somewhere inside the noise, legitimate criticism may exist. But the scream machine buries it under theatrical panic. [Michael “Thunder” Phillips]

Alligator Alcatraz undergoing permanent closure
Florida Begins Dismantling 'Alligator Alcatraz'
Florida officials have begun dismantling the migrant detention facility known as "Alligator Alcatraz," marking the likely end of a controversial state-run detention operation in the Everglades that became a focal point of the state's immigration enforcement efforts.Contractors hired to operate the facility were instructed to begin "full demobilization" of the site, according to reports from CBS News Miami and other outlets.
Florida Division of Emergency Management Executive Director Kevin Guthrie notified vendors that the state expected rapid progress in removing infrastructure from the facility, which was built at the Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport in the Everglades.
The move comes less than a week after federal and state officials transferred the remaining detainees to other facilities, citing safety concerns as the Atlantic hurricane season begins. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed that all detainees had been relocated from the site.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said Monday that the facility had fulfilled its purpose. "I think Alligator Alcatraz actually stayed open longer than it was intentionally planned when it was first conceptualized," Uthmeier told reporters.
Organizations like the Friends of the Everglades and the Miccosukee Tribe filed major lawsuits...one of our city commissioners should be very happy.

“Court allows Trump to do his job.”
Allows. Mother may I? Yes, you may. How big of the judges.
77 million voters elected him to deport millions. One lowly judge in the federal court system canceled their votes to deport, deport and send back home. It came down to two judges in the DC Circuit Court to restore those votes. A third judge opposed the deportations without a trial and access to appeals courts because he was appointed by Obama. You know how that goes.
Think about the gall of the judicial branch to treat a sitting president like a child who must beg the permission of the judges before taking any action Marxists dislike.
A D.C. Circuit panel on Tuesday reversed a federal judge’s order blocking the Trump administration from expanding expedited removal procedures to immigrants who have been in the country under two years.
In a 2-1 decision, the appeals court determined that the Department of Homeland Security’s revival of an identical 2019 policy, which allows the department to exercise its removal power to the “maximum extent allowed by Congress,” does not violate immigrants’ due process. [Don Surber]

Trump meets with NATO's Secretary General
Rutte Seeks to Ease Trump-NATO Tensions
NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte sought to calm tensions with President Donald Trump at the White House on Wednesday, using a mix of flattery and gentle pushback to argue that examples of allies' reluctance to support the U.S. war with Iran were "isolated cases."The NATO chief is visiting Washington to try to ease strains over the Iran war and U.S. threats to draw down troops in Europe ahead of a pivotal NATO leaders' summit in July in Ankara.
Trump, a longtime NATO critic who has called the alliance a "paper tiger," has been angered by its reluctance to support the U.S. in the Middle East conflict or help reopen the Strait of Hormuz after a U.S.-Israeli attack on Iran on Feb. 28 disrupted the major oil shipping route.
During the Oval Office meeting, Rutte used cardboard charts to show how much NATO countries have stepped up their defense spending since Trump first came into office in 2017.
He also said thousands of U.S. military planes had operated from bases in Europe during the war, pointing to that cooperation as a sign of the allies' support.
The news media never show any questions to the guest, if there are any...they concentrate solely on President Trump.
The United States accounts for roughly 60% to 62% of all combined NATO military expenditures and Rutte can't afford to lose the U.S. support.

Supreme Court Strikes Down Hawaii’s Gun Restrictions in Major Second Amendment Case
Hawaii’s law required gun owners to get permission to carry their weapons in stores and hotels
The U.S. Supreme Court voted 6–3 on June 25 to strike down a Hawaii gun law that banned residents from carrying concealed weapons in privately owned public places, such as gas stations and shopping malls, without permission from the owners. The majority opinion in Wolford v. Lopez was authored by Justice Samuel Alito.
Justices Elena Kagan, Ketanji Brown Jackson, and Sonia Sotomayor dissented in the case, which was closely watched by gun rights advocates.
Alito said the Second Amendment “has the same meaning in all parts of the United States.” “It cannot give way to ‘the spirit of Aloha’ in Hawaii … any more than it can yield to the spirit of the Big Apple … or the Windy City,” he said.
“It applies in the same way to our 50th State (where about 8% of adults possess guns) and our 49th State (where the figure is roughly 59%).

Khanna also wants a 5% annual wealth tax on Musk's assets – not just his income, but everything he owns, every year – under something he calls the "Make Billionaires Pay Their Fair Share Act."
Here's the part Khanna won't say on his podcast. The man he wants to subpoena and tax into the ground just created more new American millionaires in a single afternoon than Khanna's entire political career ever will. Most of them live in his district.
And every one of them just got a lot richer because Musk ignored exactly the kind of politicians who call wealth creation a crime.

New Restaurant on Lucerne

I admit, had to look up the word 'dadism
Dadaism, or Dada, was an avant-garde art movement that emerged during World War I in Zurich as a protest against the war's horrors, bourgeois societal values, and the logical, capitalist culture they believed led to the conflict. It is often defined as "anti-art" because it purposefully rejected traditional aesthetics and reason."SOME OF THE most groundbreaking artists of the 20th century are getting together for dinner and drinks in downtown Lake Worth Beach.
They’ll be hanging out at a new restaurant in the Lucerne Avenue space once occupied by The Cottage and C.W.S. Bar + Kitchen.
And these regulars want you to join them.

Gas prices decline
Florida Gas Prices Fall Ahead of Record Independence Day Travel
Florida gas prices dropped 20 cents last week, offering some relief to drivers ahead of the Independence Day travel period, according to AAA.The state average fell to $3.63 per gallon Sunday, down from $3.83 a week earlier and $4.51 a month ago. Over the past 11 days, Florida’s average price has declined 32 cents per gallon, reducing the cost of filling an average-size gas tank by nearly $5.
AAA said the decline comes as 4.6 million Floridians are expected to travel for Independence Day, including 4.08 million who are projected to drive. Last year, Florida drivers paid an average of $3.11 per gallon on Independence Day. AAA said prices are unlikely to fall below that level before the holiday but could approach the 2024 average of $3.53 per gallon.
“Florida’s state average is now the lowest since early March,” said Mark Jenkins, spokesman for AAA. “Lower gas prices come at an ideal time for summer travel and offer some financial relief for drivers. Still, the outlook remains uncertain. Developments involving the Strait of Hormuz will continue to influence whether prices rise or fall.”
The decrease has been driven in part by lower crude oil prices. AAA said U.S. oil prices fell 16% over the past two weeks amid hopes that an agreement between the United States and Iran would lead to the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
The lower prices come as AAA projects Independence Day travel in Florida to set another record this year, with more than 4.6 million residents traveling at least 50 miles from home between June 27 and July 5.

Senator uses PAC funds for Personal Expenses
Gallego spent PAC money on Disney World, Miami birthday bash, and Super Bowl tickets
Arizona Democratic Sen. Ruben Gallego tapped his leadership PAC and a joint campaign account to bankroll family trips to Disney World, a luxury Miami Beach hotel for his wife's birthday, a jaunt to St. Barts, and Super Bowl tickets, all while positioning himself as a champion of working families struggling with the cost of living. The spending, first reported by Politico and detailed by the Daily Caller News Foundation, draws from FEC records showing that Gallego's JUNTOS PAC raised nearly $1.5 million as of May 31, 2026. The senator also used PAC funds for $18,000 in child care reimbursements since 2019, including a $400 payment to his wife Sydney Gallego's mother for babysitting.
Gallego's response was to shrug. In a statement attributed to Politico, the senator said:
"This is not breaking news. With the rising costs of child care and the burden it has on the budgets of American families, Democrats and Republicans in Congress and the White House alike regularly travel with their wives and children, as is permitted by the FEC."Permitted by the FEC, perhaps. But the details paint a picture that most donors, and most Arizona voters, might find hard to square with a populist brand.
Gallego's spending is technically legal under current FEC rules, and that is part of the problem. Campaign funds cannot be used for "personal use", defined as activities irrespective of the campaign. But leadership PACs like JUNTOS PAC are not bound by that restriction. Lawmakers can use leadership PAC money for a broad range of activities as long as there is some fundraising function attached.

A Plot to Destabilize the Government - Murder and Mayhem
FBI names sixth suspect in alleged White House UFC drone and sniper conspiracy
Federal authorities have identified a Missouri man as the sixth suspect charged in an alleged terror plot to attack the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House with explosive-laden drones and sniper fire, and investigators say the conspiracy may stretch far wider, with as many as 19 additional individuals under scrutiny.Jordan W. Rincker, 28, of Missouri, was arrested Sunday and charged with conspiracy to commit murder, Just the News reported. A criminal complaint unsealed in the Western District of Missouri accuses Rincker of playing a logistical role in the plot, accepting a $1,200 payment from alleged ringleader Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez and transferring $100 to co-conspirator Bryan Omar Roa to fund his travel to the nation's capital.
Rincker's arrest came alongside that of William Lee Spartacus Falkner of Belfair, Washington, bringing the total number of people facing federal charges to seven, the Washington Times reported. The defendants are scattered across Ohio, Missouri, Nebraska, California, and Washington state, a geographic footprint that underscores the distributed, internet-driven nature of the alleged conspiracy.
The alleged scheme targeted President Trump's June 14 UFC event on the White House grounds. Conspirators planned to fly explosive-laden drones into the event and buildings nearby, then shoot panicked crowd members as they fled.
A "second wave" was allegedly planned to storm the White House gate, the New York Post reported, citing the unsealed complaint.
Federal prosecutors stated that "members of the conspiracy allegedly agreed to commit murder on the White House grounds and surrounding area during the UFC Freedom 250 event."

Trump wins another one in Supreme Court
Supreme Court hands Trump administration 6-3 win on green card holder deportation authority
The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that border officers can place lawful permanent residents on immigration parole, opening an easier path to deportation, based on a mere accusation of criminal conduct, without meeting a higher evidentiary standard. The 6-3 decision sided with the Trump administration and affirmed broad executive authority over green card holders returning from travel abroad. The case centered on Muk Choi Lau, a lawful permanent resident who was flagged by an immigration officer in 2012 when he returned from a short trip to China. Lau had been accused of a counterfeiting crime. Rather than readmitting him as a returning resident, the officer placed him on immigration parole, a classification that stripped away procedural protections and gave the Department of Homeland Security a faster route to remove him from the country.
Lau later pleaded guilty to selling counterfeit clothes in New Jersey. But the legal fight was never really about the counterfeiting conviction. It was about what standard the government must meet before a conviction, at the border, in real time, to reclassify a green card holder and set deportation proceedings in motion. The Court answered: not much.
Thomas writes for the majority--
Justice Clarence Thomas, writing for the six-justice majority, framed the question narrowly. As the Associated Press reported, Thomas wrote:
"Border officers did not have the burden to establish by clear and convincing evidence that Lau had committed a crime involving moral turpitude."That single sentence resolved the dispute. Lau had argued the immigration officer overstepped by placing him on parole without meeting the "clear and convincing evidence" threshold, a standard typically required before the government can strip someone of significant legal rights. The majority rejected that argument outright.

A 3,500 percent spike, then a cliff
Ilhan Omar's financial disclosures now claim her husband earned as little as $200
one year after reporting up to $30 million in assets
Rep. Ilhan Omar's newly released 2025 financial disclosure tells a story that defies easy belief: her husband Tim Mynett, a 44-year-old Washington operative who just a year earlier sat atop a reported fortune of up to $30 million, now earned as little as $200 from all his business ventures combined. The couple's net worth, per the filing, has plunged into negative territory, somewhere between negative $80,000 and negative $95,000.
The New York Post reported that Mynett's venture capital firm, Rose Lake Capital, generated zero income for him in the 2025 disclosure period. His California wine business, eStCru, which sold bottles including one called "The Devil's Lie", brought in between $200 and $1,000 before going belly up in April.

His California wine business, eStCru, which sold bottles including one called "The Devil's Lie", brought in between $200 and $1,000 before going belly up in April.
The couple's total assets now sit between $20,000 and $125,000, weighed down by $30,000 to $100,000 in credit card and student-loan debt.
That is quite a fall for a sitting congresswoman whose 2024 disclosure reported a sudden wealth surge to between $5 million and $30 million, a figure that itself arrived out of nowhere and raised immediate red flags.
The financial whiplash is worth tracing in full. As Just The News reported, Omar's net worth at the end of 2023 stood at roughly $51,000 or less. By the end of 2024, her disclosure showed it had rocketed to between $6 million and $30 million, a 3,500 percent increase in a single year. The growth was driven almost entirely by Mynett's stake in Rose Lake Capital, which jumped from less than $1,000 in assets to between $5 million and $25 million.
In February 2025, Omar herself pushed back on the millionaire label. She posted on X that claims of her wealth were "categorically false" and "ridiculous," and challenged followers to check her public financial statements. "Maybe try checking my public financial statements and you will see I barely have thousands let alone millions," she wrote.
Then came the amended 2024 disclosure, filed in March. Omar slashed the reported asset figures dramatically, listing household assets between $18,004 and $95,000. Mynett's ownership stakes in both Rose Lake Capital and eStCru were zeroed out.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: North Texas Antifa Terror Cell Members Sentenced to Combined 450 Years in Federal Prison
The North Texas Antifa sentencing should end the fairy tale that political violence only comes from the right.
Federal prosecutors proved a coordinated attack on the Prairieland ICE Detention Center, complete with black bloc tactics, weapons, explosives, encrypted chats, and a wounded police officer. That is not protest. That is organized violence wrapped in revolutionary branding.
The sentences are historic because the conduct was historic: the first federal Antifa terrorism prosecution and convictions in U.S. history. The lesson is simple. If Antifa does not exist because it is decentralized, neither does La Cosa Nostra. [Justice Dept]

Bezos Calls Out the Fearmongers by Name
Jeff Bezos Told AI Doomers They Have It Completely Backwards and Bet 18 Billion Trying to Prove It
Speaking at the VivaTech conference in Paris on June 17, Bezos – the man who bankrolled the Washington Post for a decade – didn't dance around it..
"I know there's a lot of concern that many people have, including many smart people, that AI is going to make humans redundant," he said. Then he said three words that ended the argument. "I totally disagree."
His prediction isn't just optimistic – it's the opposite of everything the left has been selling. His reasoning is something every small business owner in America already knows in their gut: most great ideas never happen because they're too hard to execute.
"I promise you every single person in this audience has had an idea for a new business or a new product or a new device that they wish they could manufacture," Bezos said, "and that idea stayed in your head and went nowhere."
AI changes that equation entirely. Bezos calls it accelerating the "dream build loop" – compressing the gap between having an idea and actually building it.

The Plan to Force-Feed Britains a Propaganda Network
Britain’s Government Just Told Facebook to Promote the BBC and the Network’s Own Record Makes That Terrifying
The BBC fired two of its top executives last November after it doctored footage of Trump's January 6th speech to make him look guilty of inciting a riot. Now the British government wants Facebook and YouTube to push that network into your feed whether you want it or not. That's the model the American left is watching.
According to London's Daily Telegraph, Downing Street is preparing to hold talks this week on a plan to require social media companies to actively prioritize content from government-approved outlets – the BBC, Channel 4, and ITV.
The justification? To help British citizens "discover trusted news sources." That's the actual language used by anonymous sources inside the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. The government says legacy outlets have lost popularity because of social media algorithms – not because viewers are choosing something else.
That's the tell. When the audience walks away from your product and your answer is to force them back, you've stopped believing in journalism and started believing in propaganda.

Vance Says Trump's Instincts Operate On A Different Level
JD Vance Just Revealed Why Donald Trump Always Knows When Someone Is Lying To Him
Donald Trump invited Volodymyr Zelensky into the Oval Office and watched him try to work the room.JD Vance just told Sean Hannity what Trump saw that nobody else did. His description of Trump's gift sounds less like politics and more like something supernatural.
JD Vance sat down with Sean Hannity for a new episode of "Hang Out with Sean Hannity" and dropped a description of Trump that stopped listeners cold."He has the best instincts about human beings of anybody I've ever met," Vance said.
Then he went further."There's an almost like, spiritual dimension of where he understands whether somebody's telling him the truth or not," he added. Vance connected his own arrogance to a much bigger pattern.
He pointed to the so-called experts who spent a decade telling Americans that Trump was a fluke, a fraud, a man with no business near power. "So many of the things that people said about Donald Trump… it was experts who assume they knew everything about economics," Vance said. "It was military experts who assume they know everything about foreign policy."
These were the people with the diplomas, the think tank titles, the cable news chyrons under their names. They were also wrong, over and over, while a businessman from Queens kept trusting his gut."If you look back on it, it was a bunch of people who screwed up the country but didn't learn a single lesson from it," Vance said.
That's the vice president of the United States telling America's institutional class they failed and never owned it.

Juneteenth
'A made up holiday nobody even heard of': Hillary Clinton savaged for claiming Juneteenth is 'America's second Independence Day'
'Feelin no ways tired! Bringin the hot sauce in her purse. What a pandering cheeseball'
Twice-failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton jumped on the Democrat trend and posted a message about Juneteenth. Not one of these Democrats cared about Juneteenth or even knew what it was.
Barack Obama never tweeted about Juneteenth and he never gave a speech about the event.
On June 19, the US celebrated Juneteenth, a little-known date that was recently dug up to divert attention from the slave owner past of the Democrat Party and the real civil rights achievements by brave Republicans who fought to free the slaves.
All of a sudden the Democrats are obsessed with Juneteenth.
Joe Biden, a lifelong racist, signed a law making Juneteenth a federal holiday in 2021. Just one year before making it a federal holiday, Joe Biden had no clue what Juneteenth was and he actually confused it with the Tulsa Massacre.
Hillary Clinton called Juneteenth "America's second Independence Day." "Juneteenth marks the celebration of America's second independence day," Hillary Clinton said.

A Senate Report no one will touch
Fox News and legacy media refuse to publish Ron Johnson's op-ed on COVID vaccine safety findings
Sen. Ron Johnson says every major media outlet in the country, including Fox News, either declined or ignored his request to publish an op-ed laying out what a Senate investigation found about federal officials allegedly concealing COVID-19 vaccine safety signals. So the Wisconsin Republican posted it himself.Johnson self-published the piece on his X account and his Senate website on June 18, titling it "The story the media, and the government, don't want you to hear." The op-ed draws on a Majority Staff Interim Report from the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, which Johnson chairs, dated April 29, 2026.
That report, as the Daily Caller News Foundation reported, details how Biden-era health officials allegedly "purposely turned a blind eye toward COVID-19 vaccine safety signals."
The senator named names, not just the left-leaning outlets you'd expect, but Fox Digital and The Wall Street Journal alongside The New York Times, The Washington Post, and USA TODAY. All five, Johnson stated, "declined or ignored requests to publish this op-ed."
The subcommittee's interim report centers on the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, the FDA division responsible for approving vaccines and monitoring their safety after they reach the public.
Johnson alleges the CBER team received data "for over three months" pointing to dangers associated with COVID-19 vaccines, and that officials shut the analysis down.
His account is specific. Johnson claims Peter Marks, the former CBER director, was briefed that an algorithm used to analyze Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System data would "mask" or cover up adverse events.

When a data analyst flagged the problem, Johnson alleges, officials "ordered the data analyst to 'cease and desist' and then lied to the American public that 'they weren't seeing safety signals.'"
