The Biden administration and their allies in the civil rights industrial complex targeted Texas’s common-sense election integrity measures for years. They filed lawsuit after lawsuit trying to gut the Lone Star State’s efforts to secure its elections.

On Monday, their strategy backfired spectacularly when a three-judge panel of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals delivered a unanimous smackdown that left Biden’s Department of Justice scrambling.

Judge James Ho – a Trump appointee – opened his nine-page opinion with a statement that cut straight to the heart of the matter: "Mail-in ballots are not secure.

The court ruled that Texas’s Election Integrity Protection Act of 2021, which requires voters to include their state ID number or partial Social Security number on mail-in ballots, fully complies with federal law.

This was the same Judge Ho who helped deliver another recent victory for election integrity when the Fifth Circuit ruled that mail-in ballots must arrive by Election Day to be counted.

The Trump administration just dropped the hammer on Orange County’s Registrar of Voters with a federal lawsuit that exposes how local Democrat officials have been covering up non-citizen voting problems.

This isn’t some bureaucratic paperwork dispute – this is about election integrity and whether foreign nationals have been illegally casting ballots in American elections.

The Justice Department made it crystal clear to Page that he couldn’t hide behind California state law when federal investigators come calling about election integrity.

Federal law trumps state law on this stuff – that’s basic civics. But Page doubled down on his stonewalling. The feds gave him until June 20 to hand over the unredacted records or face the consequences.

Three days later, Orange County’s lawyers called the Justice Department and basically told them to pound sand.

Sweeping Trump Order Overhauls US Elections, Including Citizenship Requirement

President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed a sweeping executive order to overhaul elections in the U.S., including requiring documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections and demanding that all ballots be received by Election Day.

The order, titled "Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections," stated the U.S. has failed "to enforce basic and necessary election protections" and called on states to work with federal agencies to share voter lists and prosecute election crimes.

The order stated federal law prohibits foreign nationals from registering to vote or voting in federal elections, but added "states fail adequately to vet voters’ citizenship, and, in recent years, the Department of Justice has failed to prioritize and devote sufficient resources for enforcement of these provisions."

It also said the Biden administration "actively prevented states from removing aliens from their voter lists."

As Americans, protecting the integrity on our elections should be our number one priority

The SAVE Act is a bill to amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require proof of United States citizenship to register an individual to vote in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes. Democrats seem to like illegals voting and the Border Czar has never been to our border.

Trump and Johnson Unveil Groundbreaking Election Integrity Legislation That Will Require Proof of Citizenship to Vote

Donald Trump and Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) held a joint press conference in Palm Beach, Florida to advocate for an election integrity bill.

At Mar-a-Lago on Friday, Trump urged President Joe Biden to “immediately close the border,” citing an increase in “migrant crime.” He then shifted focus to discussing “election interference” and the importance of ensuring “election integrity.”

“You need to understand something really important about federal law. Since 1993, the National Voter Registration Act, we call it the motor voter law, allows people to sign up to vote when they get a drivers license,” Johnson explained.

“If an individual only does search, or simply states that they are a citizen, they don’t have to prove it. They can register that person to vote in a federal election, and you see states are currently prohibited, believe it or not, the states are prohibited from asking someone to prove that they are a citizen.”

A paralegal from Manhattan Attorney General Alvin Bragg’s office testified on Friday during former President Donald Trump’s “hush money” trial that some phone call records between Michael Cohen and Stephanie Clifford’s (a.k.a. Stormy Daniels) lawyer were deleted, raising questions about evidentiary integrity.

In a bid to challenge some of the evidence being put forward in President Trump’s business records falsification trial in Manhattan, Trump attorney Emil Bove asked paralegal Jaden Jarmel-Schneider in court on May 10 about roughly three pages worth of records that the attorney claimed Mr. Bragg’s office had deleted.

“Insanity! How on earth is this not a felony committed by Bragg and his minions? It sure would be if team Trump did it,” the former president’s eldest son, Don Trump Jr., said in a post on X.

A number of legal experts have challenged the way Mr. Bragg elevated the misdemeanor into a felony. This includes retired Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, who argued that Mr. Bragg was operating on an invalid legal premise because he invoked federal statutes over which New York has no jurisdiction.

Garland said that the audits are based on disinformation and that they are using “abnormal post-election audit methodologies that may put the integrity of the voting process at risk and undermine public confidence in our democracy.”

That is disinformation as a judge is overseeing the audit and approved of the method used to conduct the audit.

Everyone remembers Anthony Scaramucci, the guy who was Trump's Communications Director for a total of 10 days. He, too, joined the Lincoln Project so he could vet his hatred. President Trump dismissed Scaramucci for his incompetence and being unfit for his former post.

Prior to Tuesday's county commission meeting, I told Alex Larson that she was my hero. She is the type of activist that is effective.  No screaming with Alex.  No lying down on roads blocking traffic.  Always polite and respectful with oodles of integrity. She speaks clearly and concisely and gets her points across.

Whenever Palm Beach County commissioners sit around on that dais, salivating over a possible profit that goes against the best interests of the people or the environment, you will hear Alex Larson speak. She will tell them in no uncertain terms that what they are considering is flat wrong such as wanting to import garbage from some other county, standing up for Fane Lozman's right to speak on his houseboat or speak to red light cameras. The subjects are vast and she knows her stuff. She holds the county commission's feet to the fire.

On Tuesday, she spoke against the county even considering bringing the Atlanta Braves to John Prince Park.

Yesterday I wrote them regarding Wes Blackman sitting on a city board and asked that he be removed for the lies and venom he spreads on his blog against this blogger in particular. Because he is a representative of the city by his political appointment as chair of the Historic Board, he should be subject to some sort of ethical standard, wouldn't you think? Well, the confidentiality request of my letter was not to be.  Only one commissioner and the city manager even acknowledged they received it from me--Andy Amoroso, who appointed Blackman, and Mike Bornstein. 

It is true that this is public information but no one expects their request of confidentiality to be ignored by the leaders of your own city. You go through the process of a public information request. If you constantly libel someone, slander them, present information that is a lie, hate speech, senior abuse, etc. you can be sued in a civil court.  Free speech is not absolute. And the city is now complicit?

Wes Blackman has no business being on a city board.  Free speech can only, by law, go so far.  You can not make up fantasy and hold it out to the world as truth--call someone a racist or call them anti-Semitic?  As a board member and its chair, he represents the city and all who reside here and therefore there is no place for his hate. 

How do you separate his being a representative of the city and his personal choice to spread disgusting venom? He can certainly have an opinion but his comments go far beyond what is acceptable especially for someone who represents the city. Members of city boards are held to a higher standard. This is more than just a difference of opinion between two bloggers. Should he be reporting the truth, not fantasy and be allowed to maliciously resort to lie after lie for political ends and to gain brownie points from this commission and his handful of haters?

THE LETTER I sent (his entire blog post was included along with the false comments):

Wes Blackman has no place as head of your Historic board.  Please remove him. His blog comments are lies and fantasy—calling me a racist and anti-Semitic for starters.

As an add, I have never been to Century Village in my life.

The first article was written by American Thinker, documented by a link and on incidents happening across the country regarding black on white crime. In his quest to ruin my credibility, he has resorted to HATE speech. This is not in good fun. This is libelous and character assassination. He feels he can intensify his false charges and defame me because of your not following rules of decorum at city commission meetings and allowing my public lynching.

Please REMOVE HIM from that board. Anyone who disagrees with him politically in this city would be subjected to his inner prejudice and could have difficulty appealing their case if they had to appear before him. Free speech is one thing but what appears below is slanderous and libelous and inaccurate fantasy. His comments prove that he has no business being on any city board much less being the Chair of the Historic Preservation board.
