Proof of Citizenship for Florida voters

Florida Senate Backs Election Bill Tightening Voter Registration Rules

The Florida Senate on Thursday approved an elections bill that would require citizenship verification for voter registration, restrict some forms of voter identification at polling places and delay most of the changes until 2027, sending the measure back to the House for final action.

HB 991 passed the Senate by a 27-12 vote after senators adopted a delete-all amendment that replaced the House bill with the Senate’s version of the measure, adding proof-of-citizenship document requirements for voter registration, creating an “unverified voter” category, requiring provisional ballots for voters whose citizenship cannot be confirmed, revising online registration procedures and delaying most of the changes until Jan. 1, 2027.

The amendment also requires Florida driver licenses and state identification cards issued to U.S. citizens to carry a legal-status designation by July 1, 2027. The House previously passed the bill 83-31 on Feb. 25, and must now concur in the Senate changes before the measure can go to Gov. Ron DeSantis.

The bill would require people registering to vote to swear or affirm that they reviewed the registration instructions, are U.S. citizens and understand the penalties for providing false information.

It would also require an applicant’s citizenship status to be verified through records maintained by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. If citizenship cannot be confirmed, the applicant would be designated an “unverified voter.”

Make Elections Great Again Act (MEGA Act)

The Save Act

Remember when Democrats blocked the SAVE Act in the Senate last year?

They celebrated like they'd won the war on election integrity.

House Republicans just proved them spectacularly wrong with a bill that resurrects everything Democrats spent 2025 fighting against.

House Administration Committee Chairman Bryan Steil rolled out the Make Elections Great Again Act on Thursday – citizenship verification, voter ID nationwide, mail ballot restrictions, and paper ballot requirements all in one package.
  • The Wisconsin Republican brought back Chip Roy's citizenship check provision that Democrats killed in the Senate.
  • Then he added photo ID requirements at every polling place in America.
  • Then he banned states from automatically mailing ballots to all registered voters.
  • Then he eliminated ranked-choice voting in federal elections and required paper ballots instead of electronic systems.
  • Every single reform Democrats blocked last year, now combined into one bill, all before November's midterms.

Never Forget: They can’t win if they don’t cheat

Broward County, FL Officials Caught adding Over 100,000 Ineligible Voters Back into Voter Rolls

Florida GOP Chairman Evan Power sounded the alarm Monday on the alleged “voter fraud” taking place in Broward County Florida.

According to Power, the Broward County Supervisor Joe Scott reportedly added 100,000 ineligible voters back into the voter rolls recently.

Now why would he do that?

Broward County Florida is the second most populous county in Florida next to Miami Dade County. Ft. Lauderdale is its most populated city. Broward County remains a reliably Democratic ("blue") county.

Crime is slightly down in Broward but Fort Lauderdale has one of the highest rates of motor vehicle theft in the nation.

Florida’s Voice posted this easy to understand chart revealing the changing numbers. Democrats jumped from 522,246 voters yesterday morning to 609,523 voters by the end of day. That’s quite a gain!

"Jihadist" Chuck Schumer, Professioanl Gaslighter

Fight "fire with fire" says Chuck

White House Blasts Chuck Schumer Over Jim Crow Claim: 'Professional Gaslighter'

The Trump White House fired back Tuesday after Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer accused Republicans of trying to bring back Jim Crow-era policies by supporting voter ID laws.

Schumer’s remarks came during a press conference where Democrats announced the reintroduction of the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. The bill would impose new restrictions on states attempting to change their voting rules.

“We’ve got to fight fire with fire,” Schumer said, claiming democracy is under attack. He zeroed in on the SAVE Act, which passed the House and would require proof of U.S. citizenship to register for federal elections.

Trump’s DOJ Catches Orange County Playing Games With Voter Records

Orange County Officials Caught Red-Handed Concealing Non-Citizen Voter Information From Trump’s DOJ

Orange County’s voter registration chief, Robert Page, thought he could stiff-arm the feds and get away with it.

The Trump administration just dropped the hammer on Orange County’s Registrar of Voters with a federal lawsuit that exposes how local Democrat officials have been covering up non-citizen voting problems.

This isn’t some bureaucratic paperwork dispute – this is about election integrity and whether foreign nationals have been illegally casting ballots in American elections.

The Justice Department made it crystal clear to Page that he couldn’t hide behind California state law when federal investigators come calling about election integrity.

Federal law trumps state law on this stuff – that’s basic civics. But Page doubled down on his stonewalling. The feds gave him until June 20 to hand over the unredacted records or face the consequences.

Three days later, Orange County’s lawyers called the Justice Department and basically told them to pound sand.

Big mistake.

Federal Judge orders non-citizens back on voter rolls

Judge stuns state with order that 'noncitizens' be put BACK ON voter rolls

A federal judge has stunned officials in the state of Virginia with an order that they put a list of 1,600 people, removed from voter rolls under a state program that cracks down on election fraud, back on the voter rolls.

Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin promised an immediate appeal of the scheme that could undermine election integrity.

It is WRIC that reported on the ruling from a Joe Biden-appointed judge, District Judge Patricia Tolliver Giles, who claimed that Virginia's state program to work on keeping its voter rolls clean was "systemic," not "individual."

This judge, and all like her, should be removed.

Merrick Garland's DOJ sues Alabama for removing non-citzens from voter roles

Biden-Harris DOJ Sues Alabama Over Effort To Remove Non-Citizens From Voter Rolls

The Department of Justice (DOJ) sued Alabama Friday over its effort to remove non-citizens from the state’s voter rolls.

Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen initiated an effort in August to remove non-citizens from the voter rolls after identifying 3,251 registered voters that had been issued non-citizen identification numbers by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The lawsuit alleges Alabama’s removal of voters from its state registration list within 90 days of the election violates federal law, according to the DOJ’s press release.

“I was elected Secretary of State by the people of Alabama, and it is my Constitutional duty to ensure that only American citizens vote in our elections,” Allen said in a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Mitch McConnell wants to cave on government funding

Donald Trump gave Mitch McConnell this huge election ultimatum

RINO Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is the leader of the surrender caucus. That puts him in conflict with Donald Trump.

And Donald Trump gave Mitch McConnell this huge election ultimatum. Government funding runs out on October 1.

McConnell’s already trying to throw in the towel and agree to fully fund Kamala Harris’ agenda without putting up a fight. Donald Trump has other ideas.

In a message posted to Truth Social, Trump declared that Republicans should reject any spending bill unless the SAVE Act is attached.

The SAVE Act makes it illegal for non-citizens to register to vote and would close loopholes that allow illegal aliens to get on the voter rolls.

Important message from Rick Scott on Save Act

As Americans, protecting the integrity on our elections should be our number one priority

"This begins with making sure only U.S. citizens can cast the votes that determine the future of our nation.

Unfortunately, that is not guaranteed today.

Recently, there has been thousands of non-citizens removed from voter rolls across the country. We cannot ignore this threat to our democratic process. I was proud to see my SAVE Act pass the House earlier this summer with bipartisan support, and have been fighting to get it done here in the United States Senate.

However, Senate Leadership and Democrats are dragging their feet every step of the way. In fact, they've ignored the problem since day one of the Biden-Harris administration when “Border Czar” Harris opened the floodgates to allow millions of illegal immigrants into our country.

We cannot allow anything to undermine the integrity of our elections. That’s why I am demanding that when we pass a continuing resolution to fund the government in September, we include the SAVE Act as part of that funding bill.

As your United States Senator, I won’t stop fighting to make sure your vote is protected and the Biden-Harris border crisis doesn’t rob your voice at the ballot box."

Senator Rick Scott

The SAVE Act is a bill to amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require proof of United States citizenship to register an individual to vote in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes. Democrats seem to like illegals voting and the Border Czar has never been to our border.

California bill to ban Voter ID laws

California Bill Banning Voter ID Laws Passes Legislature, Awaits Governor’s Signature

The legislation is a response to a measure passed by Huntington Beach voters in March that would allow voter ID in city elections.

A California bill that would ban local governments from requiring voter identification in their elections passed the state assembly, and now awaits the governor’s approval or veto.

The measure would ban local governments such as Huntington Beach—where voters recently gave the City Council the go-ahead to impose such a requirement—from enacting voter ID laws and makes clear the state has exclusive jurisdiction when it comes to the voter verification process.

Senate Bill 1174, authored by Sen. Dave Min, passed the Assembly in a 57 to 16 vote on Aug. 27.

The Save Act

The Drowsy Socialist Democrats

"with their black berets and chai tea, will do just about everything and anything to allow illegal aliens to vote and influence our elections. That’s why they killed the SAVE Act in the Senate, but not all hope’s lost.

They know full well that the Border Czar, Kamala Harris (she/her, the woman wearing a blue dress), has no chance of winning a legitimate election against Donald Trump. The SAVE Act, which I introduced with Senator Mike Lee in Congress, makes the Looney Tune Liberals more nervous than Biden on MiraLAX.

But here’s the catch: Speaker Johnson and Republicans in the House can FORCE passage of the Save Act by attaching it to the next continuing resolution. To avoid a shutdown, the resolution must be passed by September 30th. The SAVE Act can still become law."

Senator John N. Kennedy

Texas Cleaning up Voter Rolls

Governor Abbott Announces Over 1 Million Ineligible Voters Removed From Voter Rolls

Governor Greg Abbott today announced that since signing Senate Bill 1 into law in 2021, Texas has removed over one million people from the state’s voter rolls, including people who moved out-of-state, are deceased, and are non-citizens. That removal process has been, and will continue to be, ongoing.

“Election integrity is essential to our democracy,” said Governor Abbott. “I have signed the strongest election laws in the nation to protect the right to vote and to crackdown on illegal voting. These reforms have led to the removal of over one million ineligible people from our voter rolls in the last three years, including non-citizens, deceased voters, and people who moved to another state.

The Secretary of State and county voter registrars have an ongoing legal requirement to review the voter rolls, remove ineligible voters, and refer any potential illegal voting to the Attorney General’s Office and local authorities for investigation and prosecution.

Illegal voting in Texas will never be tolerated. We will continue to actively safeguard Texans’ sacred right to vote while also aggressively protecting our elections from illegal voting.”

Since Governor Abbott signed Senate Bill 1 into law in 2021, Texas has removed over 1 million people from the voter rolls.

New York City's Plan exposed to register illegals to vote

NYC House Republican Claims To Have Evidence of City’s Plan to Register ‘Tens of Thousands’ of Illegal Immigrants to Vote

At a press briefing in Staten Island, Representative Nicole Malliotakis announced that she had acquired a portion of the agreement between New York City’s Department of Social Services and Homes for the Homeless (HFH) through a Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request.

The contract appendix stipulated HFH provide voter registration paperwork to migrant residents residing in emergency shelters erected amidst the deepening border crisis.

Additionally, contractors were required to help migrants register to vote, as well as circulate campaign materials within shelter premises.

“This is the smoking gun that proves what we’ve been saying all along, that the city intends to register noncitizens to vote, and even those who are residing in these migrant shelters for just 30 days,” Malliotakis said per FOX News. “It is extremely concerning. It should be concerning to every citizen.”

Colorado Screwed Up

State sends 30,000 non-citizens 30,000 reminders to register to vote

Officials say they don't know what led to 'mistake' RIGHT

Colorado is one of the states that already has moved away from in-person voting and sends ballots to all voters, asking them to return them by mail, in a process that is suspected of being significantly less secure than in-person voting.

Secretary of State Jena Griswold, a Democrat, now must send out another notice to these illegals that they are ineligible. Right.

Colorado, now a blue state, is the state that legalized recreational use of marijuana!

Democray keeps winning!

Supreme Court Makes a Statement Against Voter Fraud

On Thursday, the United States Supreme Court ruled 8-1 in favor of Republican lawmakers who wish to intervene and defend North Carolina's voting laws from being challenged by Democrats.

Thursday's ruling is a huge win for voter ID and the right of state legislatures to intervene and defend their laws when a rogue attorney general fails to do their job and goes against the will of the people because of politics. In fact, implementing commonsense safeguards, like voter ID, to ensure safe and secure elections should never be political.

Abraham Lincoln: "Elections belong to the people"

Election Integrity Scorecard

Assessing the Status of State Laws Needed for Election Fairness and Security

Every citizen's vote is sacred. The vote is how we guarantee that our government remains of the people, by the people, and for the people. Americans need and deserve elections that they can trust. Legitimate voters should be able to vote in privacy without being harassed, secure in the knowledge that their vote will not be lost, stolen, altered, or negated by a vote cast by an illegitimate voter.

Coca-Cola Just Spit In The Face Of Every Conservative In America

Breitbart reports that a massive backlash against Coca-Cola sparked after the Georgia-based company’s CEO, James Quincey, said the recently-passed Georgia voting laws aimed at improving state election integrity are “unacceptable,” “wrong,” and “a step backward.”

Quincey, who joined the Coca-Cola company in 1996, appeared on CNBC on Wednesday criticizing the new legislation and stating that “we will continue to advocate” against the new laws “both in private and … public.” Many took to Twitter to voice their discontent with his statements.

Biden going around our Constitution

Phone Call Leaked of Biden Lawyer Advising How to Combat Religious Exemption

"Since the beginning of his illegitimate presidency, Joe Biden and his administration have continued with efforts to undermine the United States Constitution. His border policies violate U.S. immigration laws. Biden has weaponized federal law enforcement against parents.

The Biden Department of Justice has attempted to sue states for enacting voter integrity laws and abortion legislation. One of Biden’s most unconstitutional pursuits is a federal vaccine mandate. Biden wants every American to be forced into “getting the jab.”

Joe Biden’s Department of Justice isn’t trying to enforce the constitutional rights of Americans; they’re trying to undermine them."
