Feds Raid Defense-Linked Factory – Here’s What’s Happening In NC Factory

A sweeping multi-agency federal operation is currently underway in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, as agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the FBI, the ATF, and the DEA have surrounded Buckeye Fire Equipment, a major fire equipment manufacturer with past contracts tied to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Small Business Administration (SBA). While the liberal media downplays the significance of this raid, the involvement of multiple high-level federal agencies suggests far more serious implications than they’re willing to admit.

According to Queen City News, authorities confirmed that a criminal search warrant is being executed at the facility, with the investigation focusing on allegations of aggravated identity theft and the employment of unauthorized workers. Yet, given the company’s connections to federal defense contracts, many are questioning whether this is merely a labor violation or part of a broader national security crackdown—something the mainstream media seems eager to ignore.

While the left-leaning media dismisses this as a routine immigration enforcement action, the presence of the FBI, ATF, DEA, U.S. Marshals, and Customs and Border Protection indicates a far more serious investigation.

Are we looking at identity theft rings supplying fake documents to illegals? Could this be tied to defense contract fraud or even foreign infiltration? These are the questions real journalists should be asking—but don’t hold your breath waiting for CNN or MSNBC to dig deeper.

Executive director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport seriously wounded after exchanging gunfire with feds

The executive director of an airport in Arkansas is fighting for his life after reportedly exchanging gunfire with federal agents who showed up at his residence to serve a search warrant earlier this week.

At around 6 a.m. on Tuesday, agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives arrived to serve a search warrant at a residence in Little Rock owned by Bryan Malinowski, the 53-year-old executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. Suddenly, during an execution of the warrant, shots rang out, leaving two wounded, including Malinowski.

He sustained a shot to the head and was on life support. We may never know his side of this horrendous incident.

My guess--he had no idea who was beating in his door or for what reason.

No-knock raids by SWAT are dangerously subjective. They have been known to even go to the wrong house. This reminds me of when the government went after Trump supporter, Roger Stone...FBI agents raided Roger Stone's home at pre-dawn in South Florida and took him into custody.

Stone was sentenced to three years and four months and his sentence was commuted by Donald Trump.

Mr. Smith’s warrant, approved by a court at the District of Columbia, covered “information associated with the Twitter account ‘@realDonaldTrump.’” That “information” comprises the “content of all tweets created, drafted, favorited, liked, or retweeted” by Mr. Trump, “including all such deleted tweets.”

On Wednesday, a federal judge ordered additional information be released from a June 24 FBI affidavit to justify the search of former President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago on Aug. 8.

The newly released portions reveal that the Biden Department of Justice subpoenaed the Trump Organization with a demand for video from the Mar-a-Lago surveillance system cameras located near where the seized documents were stored.

The affidavit, sworn on Aug. 5, demanded The Trump Organization surrender approximately six months of footage, from Jan. 10, 2022, to June 24, 2022.

The Trump legal team requested a “special master” be appointed in an Aug. 22 motion that also “enjoin[ed] further review of seized materials by the Government until a Special Master is appointed,” halting the DOJ’s review of the documents, “require[d] the Government to provide a more detailed Receipt for Property; and require[d] the Government to return any item seized that was not within the scope of the Search Warrant.”

Once it’s gone, we will not get it back without a fight. But what happened in Delaware recently defies more constitutional rights than just the right to legally own a firearm. Two ATF agents, plus a Delaware State Trooper, violated the right to unlawful search and seizure as well.

It's so much more that the Democrats are doing beside guns...it is treating our constitution like trash.

So, if I were to go out and buy two guns, I could have a swat team at my door in full tactical gear no less? No warrant?

The 9/0 ruling by the United States Supreme Court overturned rulings by the Federal District Court and First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Even "packing the court" would not have helped Biden here.
