Felony Rioting Charges Are How Florida Stops the Next Teen Takeover

as well as electing James Fishback

James Fishback Drops the Euphemism and Picks Up the Statute Book

Tampa police helicopters circled Curtis Hixon Park while 22 teenagers trashed the waterfront and attacked each other in the street.

That was three weeks ago – and Republican gubernatorial candidate James Fishback just showed up in Tampa with a question the media couldn't answer. He asked them about January 6.

Fishback traveled to Tampa after the May 8 riot and said out loud what law enforcement was too nervous to say.

"It's quite fitting that members of the media, including some here today, had no issue calling the events of January 6th a violent insurrection when in fact no one was charged with insurrection," he told reporters at a press conference surrounded by microphones. "But they're reluctant to call young black teens armed with weapons, carrying illegal drugs, rioting at this place on Friday night something as simple as a 'teen takeover.'"

The reporters didn't have an answer.

Fishback then named the statute – Florida 870.01 – and announced that any participant in a so-called teen takeover would be charged under it as a third-degree felony the moment he takes office.

Under Florida law, rioting carries up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

He didn't stop there--He announced a social media youth disruption unit inside the Florida Department of Law Enforcement – tasked with monitoring incitement on TikTok and Instagram, shutting down coordination before a single teenager shows up, and triggering National Guard deployment when intelligence warrants it.

And he committed to a 90-day task force of law enforcement, business leaders, and church pastors to examine root causes and deliver a report directly to his desk.

Keith Ellison's Smirk that Revealed Everything

Ron Johnson Told Keith Ellison Exactly What He Needed To Hear After That Smirk

Senate Hearing Revealed What Minnesota AG Won't Admit About ICE Protests

Johnson laid out the damning timeline nobody in mainstream media wants you to see. ICE officers had been shot at while executing lawful enforcement operations in Minneapolis.

Federal vehicles rammed by protesters, rocks thrown at agents trying to do their jobs.

And through it all, Muslim Keith Ellison and Minnesota Democrats weren't calling for calm – they were filing lawsuits, comparing agents to Nazis, and watching as tensions escalated toward tragedy.

He pointed to the reality ICE agents faced every day...Armed protesters with semi-automatic pistols coordinating through Signal chats. Federal officers knowing colleagues had been attacked, vehicles targeted, the next encounter could turn deadly.

The senator put responsibility exactly where it belongs. "A tragedy was going to happen and you encouraged it. And you ought to feel damn guilty about it."

Renee Good And Alex Pretti Died After Democrats Encouraged Confrontation

That's When Ellison Made His Fatal Mistake--Ellison sat there smirking.

Keith Ellison's smirk wasn't just disrespectful. It was revealing. He doesn't feel guilty about Good and Pretti. He sees them as useful martyrs for the Democrat narrative that ICE is evil and Trump is waging war on Minnesota.

Pete Hegseth delivers reality check to Democrat

Hegseth DESTROYS McCollum in Epic Clash!

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth delivered a brutal reality check to Democratic Minnesota Rep. Betty McCollum during a House Appropriations Committee hearing, exposing the hypocrisy of her party’s handling of the 2020 riots.

McCollum attempted to praise Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s response to the violent unrest while criticizing President Donald Trump’s decisive action in deploying the National Guard and Marines to quell riots in Los Angeles.

But Hegseth, a Minnesota native, wasn’t having it—he swiftly reminded her of Walz’s disastrous leadership when rioters burned down the Minneapolis Police Department’s Third Precinct while the governor hesitated.

“Well congresswoman, thank you for the question. You are right, we are both originally from Minnesota and that’s why I recall 2020 quite well when Governor Walz abandoned a police precinct and allowed it to be burned to the ground,” Hegseth fired back.

“And [he] also allowed five days of chaos to occur inside the streets of Minneapolis. The police precinct, ma’am, was abandoned and burned to the ground and because of that, the National Guard, was eventually, far too late, mobilized.”

Riots, Chaos and Turmoil all over Illegal Criminals

Los Angeles, now known for riots and mayhem

Los Angeles has plunged into chaos following a series of ICE raids.

According to Fox News, Riots erupted in Los Angeles after local ICE operations, leading to violent outbreaks and disruptive protests against President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance.

In Los Angeles, graffiti demanding harm to President Trump and Vice President JD Vance has mingled with the debris of strife. The U.S. Secret Service has noted these threats but has not confirmed any ongoing investigations relating to them.

The graffiti appeared during riots sparked by ICE's targeting of illegal immigrants with criminal backgrounds. Messages like "Burn it all down" and explicit threats targeted at the administration have been documented. This violence began in Paramount, California, and quickly spread to encompass Los Angeles.

Amid the turmoil, President Trump mobilized the California National Guard and U.S. Marines to quell the riots. This escalation has led to a legal standoff with California Governor Gavin Newsom regarding control over the National Guard. The Supreme court

A federal appeals court panel late Thursday temporarily lifted a judge’s order ruling President Trump’s deployment of the National Guard illegal, enabling the troops to remain assisting with immigration raids in Los Angeles, for now.

Appeals court ended Newsom's gloating and returned control of National Guard to Trump only hours after first ruling. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals landed mere hours after U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer ordered the president to return control of the troops to California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) by Friday afternoon.

Riots in LA started because of ICE raids in the Garment District

Why ICE was in Los Angeles to begin with

A fashion tax evasion investigation raid was happening, that’s why ICE was in LA.

Over $97 million in money laundering from Mexico into California

The majority of the more than 46,000 workers in the LA garment industry are undocumented immigrant (illegal) women from Latin America and Asia who work long hours for very low wages with few or no breaks in conditions likened to sweatshops, according to The Guardian.

Many businesses in the Fashion District rely heavily on this illegal immigrant workforce for manufacturing and production operations.

The raids might not end anytime soon. The Associated Press reported Tuesday that LA Mayor Karen Bass said her administration has heard the raids could continue for at least the next 30 days.

Tom Homan, “border czar” for the Trump administration, appeared on MSNBC’s Morning Joe Live on Monday and said the Ambiance operation “wasn’t an immigration raid.” He said federal law enforcement officers were executing three criminal warrants related to money laundering, tax evasion and customs fraud investigations. Asked if all the employees arrested by ICE during the operation had a criminal record, he responded: “Absolutely not.”

“We will prioritize public safety threats,” he said. But he added, “We’re going to enforce immigration law … especially in sanctuary cities.”

Riots in Los Angeles against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement

There are fires being set in the streets of LA with rioting invaders with Mexican flags running around attacking our ICE agents who are trying to arrest dangerous illegals!

President Trump ordered National Guard troops to Los Angeles to restore order and protect federal agents doing their jobs because the Democrat Mayor of LA, Karen Bass, is siding with the illegal invaders and has ordered Los Angeles police to not assist or protect ICE agents arresting criminals.

What the hell is wrong with Democrats? And California is a bogeyman state, probably the worst of the sanctuary states in the country.

ALIPAC.us believes the feds should charge Democrat Mayor Bass and any other politicians obstructing justice for illegals should be arrested and charged under 8 U.S. Code § 1324 where it is illegal to "encourage or induce an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States."

Tom Homan asking DOJ to prosecute Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom

Gov. Gavin Newsom, LA Mayor Karen Bass could face federal charges over response to ICE raids

Says Trump’s border czar Tom Homan

"California Governor Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass could both face federal charges over their response to ICE raids in the city, President Trump’s border czar Tom Homan has warned.

As violence tore apart sections of downtown LA, Compton and the suburb of Paramount, the administration has accused the Golden State Dems of fueling tensions, which exploded in riots on Saturday.

“Someone is going to lose their life,” Homan warned, speaking to NBC News.

He said that he has not ruled out asking the Department of Justice to prosecute the elected officials for allegedly having a role in fomenting the anti-ICE riots."

BLM Activist convicted in January 6 riots

Far-Left BLM Activist FINALLY Convicted in Jan 6 Case

It feels like they sure as hell took their time with it, but finally it happened. John Sullivan, the infamous far-left Black Lives Matter activist, has faced the music for his actions during the January 6th upheaval. The activist was convicted on all charges related to his involvement in the Capitol riots, marking a significant victory for law and order.

Sullivan had previously claimed innocence, stating that he was merely at the Capitol to document the event. “I was only observing,” he said during his trial. “I followed the crowd. I’m there to document.” However, this plea fell on deaf ears as prosecutors presented compelling evidence against him.

Videos played during the trial showed Sullivan urging the mob forward, even going as far as declaring his intent to cause chaos among Trump supporters. This self-incrimination, captured on tape, was the nail in the coffin for Sullivan’s defense.

Nationwide Violence forecast across America

Riots Similar to 2020 Could Come as Early as This Week

Axios obtained a Department of Homeland Security memo that forecasts nationwide violent riots.

The memo warns that agencies are investigating some sinister threats of terrorism and more. The memo even mentioned burning government buildings to the ground and murdering major figures.

The memo goes on to justify many of the attacks we may soon see across the country. The Department of Homeland Security expects violent attacks from the left in defense of the infanticide they refer to as “abortion rights.” The memo, however, goes on to defend these actions. “The mere advocacy of political or social positions, political activism, use of strong rhetoric, or generalized philosophic embrace of violent tactics does not constitute domestic violent extremism or illegal activity and is constitutionally protected.”

Read about this shocking memo that was written before the Supreme Court made its decision on Roe.

January 6 Select Committee nothing more than a "dog and pony show"

National Police Association Slams Jan 6 Probe As Dog And Pony Show

Calls For Investigation Of Floyd Riots

The National Police Association on Wednesday slammed Congress’ investigation of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot as a politically motivated “dog and pony show” that has no intention of uncovering the truth of what really happened that day.

In an interview with Fox News on Wednesday, association spokeswoman Betsy Brantner Smith, a retired police sergeant who describes herself as a conservative, said Congress should hear from the thousands of police officers who were injured during the George Floyd riots last year.

Brantner Smith said those officers have been “politicized by Congress,” and that while their stories are important, the American public also deserves to hear the stories of the “more than 2,000″ men and women in law enforcement who were injured during last year’s violent protests.

"Jan 6th greatest assault since the Civil War on the Capitol," says Biden

Message to Biden: Jan. 6th is Not the Worst Attack in D.C. Since the Civil War

"Joe Biden continues to lie about the severity of the incursion of the Capitol building on Jan. 6th when he says it was the “worst attack since the Civil War.” Sorry, pal, not even close.

First of all, the Confederate Army never even got into Washington D.C. proper. The closest they got was 6 miles away when C.S. General Jubal Early tried a raid toward the Yankee Capital in 1864. So, in fact, the C.S.A. never launched a serious attack on D.C. during the war. And in the only case where they got close, Early and his troops were so exhausted, they ended up being not much of a threat even when they did.

But, even if you fudge the situation and claim that the rebel general got “close enough,” there have been more than a dozen incidents since the Civil War that were far worse than the day this year when a handful of protesters broke a glass and did a little sight-seeing."

Florida Backs the Blue by passing Anti-Riot bill

Omari Hardy is against DeSantis' anti-riot bill. Says it might discourage protesting. NO. It will help deter punks from criminal acts.

Omari Hardy believes the bill is the first step in creating a police state. He said that. Democrats love to instill false fear.

Read about Wonder Boy

The Florida Senate passed the 'anti-riot' bill pushed in wake of Black Lives Matter protests. GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis championed the legislation and is expected to sign it as early as next week.

The bill will increase criminal penalties for assaulting law enforcement officials while engaging in a "riot" and defacing monuments and other public property. And one important consideration in this bill, no community will be allowed to engage in defunding the police. So don't even think about that Lake Worth.

So, all communist anarchists cop haters, etc., don't come to Florida with your bull.

Pelosi chooses Anti-Trump retired General to assess Capitol riot

Pelosi Picks Anti-Trump General Who Openly Mocks 2nd Amendment to Play Major Role in DC

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi recently picked a retired United States Army general, retired Lt. Gen. Russel Honore, to conduct a security review of the Capitol in the wake of an incursion into the building on Jan. 6, but his past remarks paint a troubling picture for Washington, D.C.’s future.

In one now-deleted Tweet, Honore called Missouri Republican Sen. Josh Hawley a “little peace [sic] of s—,” who should be chased out of the D.C., echoing the same anti-lawmaker rhetoric he is supposedly tasked with defending against.

Where do Democrats find these people? As long as someone is a Trump hater, that's OK with Pelosi...hell with our Constitution.

One man charged in Capitol riot a former FBI agent

One Man Charged In Capitol Riot A Former FBI Agent *And* Holds Top Security Clearances

"Was Caldwell a plant sent on a mission to ensure that the riot took place so that President Trump could be once again demonized and even criminalized by the rabid, unhinged Democrats?

Was this entire event totally staged to get the attention off of the fraudulent stolen election? If only the world could just focus on hating Trump they’d be too busy to care about the rigged election that installed a fraudulent president."

Politics Gone Awry

FBI Reveals Pipe Bombs at RNC and DNC Headquarters Were Not Planted on Day of Capitol Incursion

Pipe bombs that were found in Washington, D.C., on the day of the Capitol incursion were actually placed there the day before, the FBI announced on Friday.

Two such explosives were placed at the offices of the Republican and Democratic national committees. The offices are in close proximity to the Capitol and both bombs were found by law enforcement on the morning of Jan. 6, twelve hours before Trump addressed a crowd and asked them to peacefully protest.

As we know, Democrats have used this insurrection at our Capitol to blame Republicans, specifically Donald Trump, going so far as to impeach him for a 2nd time.

"It's Some very Stupid Rich People.”

Trump Hints At Who’s Behind Riots — DHS Swoops Into Action

"In an interview Monday night, President Trump suggested rich donors have been funding rioters that have ravaged the United States. His hints point to a larger scheme by those on the left to spread chaos and mayhem right before the election.

Now, it has been reported that the DHS is going after the heads of these radical groups—and those that fund them."

"People in Dark Shadows Control the Streets and Control Biden"

Pres Trump & Sen. Rand Paul Just Set The Media & Democrats Up For A Very Hard Fall

The media and Democrats continue to fall over and over again. Jim Acosta continues on his trip mocking Trump at every opportunity and ends up falling down. He believes it's some wild conspiracy theory. And Bill Barr is investigating who is behind the anarchism in our country.

The President claims people in the dark shadows who control the streets are really controlling Biden. He goes on to talk about a plane full of people wearing black uniforms but then says he can’t reveal anymore because it’s under investigation

TRUMP: "A person was on a plane, said there were about 6 people like that person, more or less, and what happened is the entire plane filled up with the looters, the anarchists, rioters, people looking for trouble. The person felt very uncomfortable on the plane."

Rand Paul has called to SUBPOENA ANTIFA plane records, hotel records, all travel records & all funding...Looking for an indictment in the coming weeks.
