Felony Rioting Charges Are How Florida Stops the Next Teen Takeover

as well as electing James Fishback

James Fishback Drops the Euphemism and Picks Up the Statute Book

Tampa police helicopters circled Curtis Hixon Park while 22 teenagers trashed the waterfront and attacked each other in the street.

That was three weeks ago – and Republican gubernatorial candidate James Fishback just showed up in Tampa with a question the media couldn't answer. He asked them about January 6.

Fishback traveled to Tampa after the May 8 riot and said out loud what law enforcement was too nervous to say.

"It's quite fitting that members of the media, including some here today, had no issue calling the events of January 6th a violent insurrection when in fact no one was charged with insurrection," he told reporters at a press conference surrounded by microphones. "But they're reluctant to call young black teens armed with weapons, carrying illegal drugs, rioting at this place on Friday night something as simple as a 'teen takeover.'"

The reporters didn't have an answer.

Fishback then named the statute – Florida 870.01 – and announced that any participant in a so-called teen takeover would be charged under it as a third-degree felony the moment he takes office.

Under Florida law, rioting carries up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

He didn't stop there--He announced a social media youth disruption unit inside the Florida Department of Law Enforcement – tasked with monitoring incitement on TikTok and Instagram, shutting down coordination before a single teenager shows up, and triggering National Guard deployment when intelligence warrants it.

And he committed to a 90-day task force of law enforcement, business leaders, and church pastors to examine root causes and deliver a report directly to his desk.

A New Generation Rising

Marco Hunter Lopez

Stood before Congress and told them about the Islamification of his school

It was just weeks ago that Act for America alerted their members to the troubling events unfolding at Wiley High School in Texas. A story of blatant double standards and the steady Islamification of a public school district quickly made national headlines and went viral.

At the center of it all was a courageous sophomore named Marco Hunter Lopez, who refused to stay silent as his school promoted Islamic initiatives while suppressing conservative voices. From that moment, Marco stepped boldly onto the national stage, testifying before Congress to expose the growing encroachment of radical ideologies in American education.

Marco’s testimony was nothing short of inspiring. As a young man who founded the Republican Club at his high school, he detailed how administrators enthusiastically embraced World Hijab Day—his own principal proudly wearing the hijab and posting about how much she “loved it.”

Meanwhile, his club faced repeated obstacles: denied approval at first, stripped of privileges other groups enjoyed, and even having posters torn down. The contrast was stark. Marco revealed that libraries in his district, including McMillan Junior High, stocked copies of the Quran while refusing to offer the Bible. When he sought answers, principals reportedly avoided him. This is not education—it is indoctrination.

He went toe-to-toe with lawmakers who attempted to tear him down, most notably Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD). When Raskin invoked centuries of religious conflict and the separation of church and state to deflect concerns about American heritage, Marco remained steady.

He clarified that he was not calling for a theocracy, but simply urging Congress to acknowledge America’s foundational Christian heritage—the very values that shaped our Constitution and our republic. [Act for America]

Parents responsible for ther teens violent crimes

Jeanine Pirro demands tougher curfew, warns DC teens and parents face prosecution after Navy Yard Chipotle brawl

Washington, D.C., US Attorney Jeanine Pirro stood before cameras and put the city on notice: teenagers involved in violent mob gatherings, and the parents who let them roam, will face federal prosecution, fines, and jail time.

The warning came after a brawl tore through a Chipotle restaurant in the Navy Yard neighborhood, with video showing youths fighting and hurling chairs inside the business.

"What happened this past Saturday night at Chipotle in the Navy Yard, and what we're seeing increasingly across the district is not only unacceptable, it is violent, it is dangerous, and it is illegal," Pirro said at a press conference, the New York Post reported. "And I am here to tell you it's going to stop."

The incident at the Navy Yard Chipotle was not an isolated flare-up. Pirro described a pattern of "teen takeovers" spreading across the District, violent, chaotic gatherings that have resulted in assaults and property destruction. Her office's response marks a sharp escalation, one that targets not just the juveniles but the adults responsible for them.

Pirro made clear that her office views parental negligence as part of the problem, and intends to treat it as a criminal matter. She invoked federal statutes for contributing to the delinquency of minors, which carry penalties of up to six months in prison.

3 evil Teens beat man to death

9/11 Survivor Beaten to Death by 3 Teens in Jacksonville

One was only 13 years old, 12 at the time of the murder

A former World Trade Center worker who “narrowly escaped” the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks has been beaten to death by three teens — one of whom was just 12 at the time of the attack, according to officials.

Long Island native Roger Borkum, 64, was found “severely beaten” just before midnight on Oct. 19 in Downtown Jacksonville, FL., after three teens were seen “kicking and stomping” him, according to an arrest report from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

He was found with blood “pooled” around his head — and a “blood trail extending down the sidewalk,” the arrest report said.

The attackers were seen “rummaging” through Borkum’s backpack — and then returned around 20 minutes later, kicking him “multiple” times, the report said. In total, the same suspects were seen “battering the victim three separate times,” the police docs said.

Borkum, a widower who was homeless at the time, died four days later of his injuries.

Teen DC Murderers arrested - Will be charged as Adults

2 Teens Arrested for Murder of DC Congressional Intern

DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro announced Friday that two teenagers have been charged with first-degree murder and will be tried as adults for the slaying of a congressional intern — and that a third suspect is still being pursued.

Jalen Lucas and Kelvin Thomas Jr., both 17, were apprehended in DC and charged with fatally shooting Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, 21, in a June 30 drive-by about a mile northeast of the White House.

The three gunmen allegedly unloaded 79 rounds from two rifles and a 9mm handgun at a “neighborhood crew” rival riding a bike, officials said, striking bystanders including Tarpinian-Jachym, who died July 1.

“The DC Council thinks that these kids need to be protected. They don’t need to be protected. They need to be made accountable, and we need to be protected… This killing underscores why we need the authority to prosecute these younger kids, because they’re not kids, they’re criminals.”

Pirro said that the case was being prosecuted under DC law, rather than federal law, meaning the two suspects are not eligible for the death penalty.

All the crap you see is not about so called ‘right wingers.’ No- it’s leftists who are out of control.

Sure, crime has been around since the beginning of time but more and more we are seeing extremely violent and senseless crimes committed by what can only be described as filthy, useless piles of trash who will never amount to anything."

Lake Worth Beach Teen to face murder charge after man's body found in truck

"As a Lake Worth Beach teen attempted to drag a man's body into a canal on the night of Aug. 20, witnesses rebuked him for his actions, according to court documents made public Friday. The teen had a pointed reply.

The Palm Beach Post is not disclosing his name because he was a juvenile at the time of his arrest."

High School Girl Forced to Wear Ankle Monitor to Track Social Distancing

Once again, liberals are using this pandemic as a means of tightening their stranglehold on American citizens.

Little by little is how our freedoms are being taken away and little by little is what works most effectively because it rarely gets noticed enough to do anything about it.

Gaslighting comes along with it to make you think you're making something out of such a tiny insignificant thing. But those things keep happening, one by one.

Gamer teen is arrested after threatening to shoot up his school

There's probably not a mother alive, or very few, that don't/won't defend their kids and would never believe that their children are capable of a mass shooting. I'm sure the Columbine boys' parents didn't think they were capable either or the parents of the Parkland young man.
