A Democrat judge in New Mexico has resigned after authorities found an alleged member of the violent Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela living in his home, and now the state Supreme Court has ruled he'll never be a judge again.

And can never be a candidate for a judicial office. And can never exercise any judicial authority Not even officiate at weddings.

A Fox News report confirms that order has come from the high court in the case of Joel Cano.

Cano, the ruling said, "can never hold a judicial office again, be a candidate for a judicial office, and cannot exercise any judicial authority in the state, including officiating at weddings," according to an official for the state court system.

“They’re saying that they are worried about fentanyl so [Border Patrol is] taking all of our cannabis, and they tried to, and they’re detaining people,” Lujan Grisham said in the leaked recording.

“We’ve never done that,” the governor added. “We just use discretion, and look the other way.”

She continued to apparently call law enforcement at the border “bad."

Federal jurors in New Mexico Tuesday convicted five of diverse charges including terror and kidnapping charges and conspiracy to kill federal employees.

Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, his sisters Hujrah and Subhanah, and Subhanah’s husband, Lucas Morton, were convicted of supporting and conspiring to support terrorists, as well as conspiracy to murder a U.S. officer or employee, the Department of Justice (DOJ) said Friday in a press release.

The latter three were also convicted of fatal kidnapping and conspiring to commit the same. Jany Leveille, the fifth defendant, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to support terrorists and possessing a firearm while living illegally in the U.S.

This is the terrorist trash we are getting in our country. Are any Democrats concerned about this?

Biden Regime Guns Down 150 Cattle Against Ranchers’ Wishes

The news about the US Forest Service's approval to shoot down 150 feral cattle in southwestern New Mexico has shocked many Americans. The Biden regime has given the green light to hunt these cows from helicopters with sharpshooters, just like they would hunt boars. This barbaric move has raised eyebrows and sparked outrage among ranchers and animal rights activists alike.

What’s even more shocking is that while the government is busy shooting down cows, they let a Chinese spy balloon fly across the country without taking any action. This double standard is unacceptable and raises questions about the priorities of our government.

The decision to shoot down these “unauthorized” cattle comes after complaints from hikers and environmentalists who claim that these feral cows are trampling habitats and threatening wildlife in the Gila Wilderness.

However, ranchers argue that these cows have been grazing on public lands for generations and are an important part of their livelihoods. They opposed the decision and argued the plan to shoot cows from a helicopter should be regarded as animal cruelty. In addition, they said the action violates federal regulations and will result in a problematic situation in dealing with the left-behind carcasses.

He designated a new monument which is raising a lot of questions about whether this move will harm our national security. His move also helps the Russians by cutting off our ability to develop uranium deposits within the ambit of the land blocked off by the national monument.

The land in question is almost a million acres, including land far away from the Grand Canyon, the area the new monument designation was supposed to protect. There’s also a question about how much land is being taken from private citizens and how it may affect their rights.

On top of that, he didn’t seem to understand what the number and nature of the wonders of the world were, and he showed off some full-blown hypocrisy with a huge gas-guzzling motorcade while sermonizing about climate change.

He sure knows how to destroy the greatest country ever, about the only thing he's adept at other than lie, of course!

Biden admin issues 20-year oil drilling ban near Indigenous site, ignoring pleas from Native Americans

The Navajo Nation said its members would be 'pushed into greater poverty' if the Biden admin moved forward with the action

The Biden administration is moving forward with a 20-year ban on new oil and gas leasing near an Indigenous cultural site in New Mexico despite stark opposition from Native Americans in the region.

Interior Secretary Deb Haaland finalized the action Friday which bans fossil fuel and mineral leasing within a 10-mile buffer zone around the Chaco Culture National Historical Park in northwestern New Mexico. The ban ultimately amounts to a withdrawal of approximately 336,404 acres of public lands from mineral leasing near the site some Native Americans consider sacred.

Overall, there are currently 53 Indian allotments located in the so-called 10-mile buffer zone around Chaco Canyon, generating $6.2 million per year in royalties for an estimated 5,462 allottees, according to Navajo Nation data. In addition, there are 418 unleased allotments in the zone that are associated with 16,615 allottees.

According to the Western Energy Alliance, an industry group that represents producers in the area, if the proposal is finalized and implemented, Navajo members would lose an estimated $194 million over the next 20 years.

Biden has purposely managed to make every American poorer over the last few years as he implements his Green New Deal.

Government now to Shoot Cows

Kill order for New Mexico feral cows issued by US officials

I read about this today in The Palm Beach Post and could not believe the insanity.

U.S. forest managers in New Mexico are moving ahead with plans to kill unbranded cattle they say are threatening public safety and natural resources in the nation's first designated wilderness. The kill range is 160 miles.

Instead of rounding them up and taking them to a secure area, they are going to start shooting them to death in the vast Gila Wilderness and let their carcasses rot and be eaten by scavangers.

Apparently phony environmental groups put pressure on the forest managers because they said that about 150 cows' hooves and mouths are damaging streams and rivers. Unbelievable!

That under New Mexico law, under our election code, the EAC, the Election Assistant Commission “guidelines”, which are normally voluntary, when you codify them, uh, you have to follow them. When you codify them, it’s mandatory. And in our language, it requires that we have to abide by the most recent standards. And we’re not in compliance with the most recent standards. In fact, we haven’t been in compliance for over a year.
