Both conservative and liberal justices seemed unwilling to allow the Mexican government to hold gun manufacturers accountable for cartel killings south of the border via their $10 billion lawsuit.

The federal government has granted extensive immunity to the firearms industry, as ABC News reported, to shield businesses from potentially bankrupting lawsuits.

Companies refute Mexico's claims that the statute permits "aiding and abetting" the illegal sale and trafficking of firearms.

Smith & Wesson, Glock, Beretta, and Colt are among the corporations the nation accuses of selling and marketing firearms with the intent to facilitate human trafficking.

Ron Paul issued a warning about the military that will terrify every red-blooded American

Ron Paul remains active in politics through his various organizations and podcast, The Ron Paul Liberty Report.

And during a recent episode of his program, Ron Paul shared a terrifying warning about a policy recently implemented by the military.

“We want to start off with a headline from Zero Hedge, it’s a pretty hot headline,” Paul began. “The U.S. military is now authorized to kill Americans on U.S. soil.”

Paul admitted that it sounds unbelievable. However, he reminded his listeners that “they’ve been doing that for a long time when you think of the abuses of civil liberties and all the dumb policies.” He pointed to COVID as a recent example. “How many died at the hands of stupid government policy over COVID?” Paul added.

And now the U.S. military is “authorized to kill Americans on U.S. soil.”

“Just ahead, intriguingly, of the November elections, the U.S. military has granted itself permission to unleash ‘lethal force’ on the civilian population in cases of ‘national security’ emergency,” Zero Hedge wrote in the article.

Man accused of attacking pro-life activist with pepper spray

A man has been arrested and charged with aggravated battery in a public place, a Class 2 felony, along with a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct after police say he pepper-sprayed a pro-lifer praying in front of a Planned Parenthood abortion facility in Waukegan, Illinois.

According to Lake and McHenry County Scanner, police have charged Robert Outland with the crime, which occurred on the morning of September 18. If found guilty at trial, Outland could receive up to seven years in prison.

Reports say police were called to the area across the street from the Planned Parenthood facility on N. Lewis Ave., where pro-life advocates with the 40 Days for Life campaign were gathered.

At the time, Outland was harassing the pro-lifers, ripping down their signs and kicking their table. The victim attempted to intervene, putting himself between Outland and the other pro-lifers who were present, when Outland pulled out pepper spray and sprayed it in the victim's face.

The suspects in the foiled plot to attack Taylor Swift concerts in Vienna earlier this month sought to kill “tens of thousands” of fans before the CIA discovered intelligence that disrupted the planning and led to arrests, the agency's deputy director said.

The CIA notified Austrian authorities of the scheme, which allegedly included links to the Islamic State group. The intelligence and subsequent arrests ultimately led to the cancellation of three sold-out Eras Tour shows, devastating fans who had traveled across the globe to see Swift in concert.

The main suspect, a 19-year-old Austrian man, was inspired by the Islamic State group. He allegedly planned to attack outside the stadium, where upwards of 30,000 fans were expected to gather, with knives or homemade explosives. Another 65,000 fans were likely to be inside the venue. Investigators discovered chemical substances and technical devices during a raid of the suspect's home.

CIA Deputy Director David Cohen addressed the failed plot during the annual Intelligence and National Security Summit, held this week in Maryland.

The record-smashing tour is on hiatus until the fall.

I read about this today in The Palm Beach Post and could not believe the insanity.

U.S. forest managers in New Mexico are moving ahead with plans to kill unbranded cattle they say are threatening public safety and natural resources in the nation's first designated wilderness. The kill range is 160 miles.

Instead of rounding them up and taking them to a secure area, they are going to start shooting them to death in the vast Gila Wilderness and let their carcasses rot and be eaten by scavangers.

Apparently phony environmental groups put pressure on the forest managers because they said that about 150 cows' hooves and mouths are damaging streams and rivers. Unbelievable!

This is simply unbelievable...euthanizing terminally-ill children. We have Hospice that is prevalent in our country and that's bad enough.  All it takes are two doctors to condemn a loved one to death. Hospice says that it preserves the quality of life for those who have a limited time to live. That is not my experience with a loved one under their care.

Laws are different in every state. In Florida, the statute says that every person deliberately assisting another in the commission of self-murder shall be guilty of manslaughter, a felony of the second degree.

Although the LA Superior Court upheld Governor Jerry Brown's reversal of Leslie Van Houten's parole recommendation, her attorney is again appealing that court decision.

She was also put on the parole hearing calendar for another parole consideration hearing January 29, 2019. Signatures and comments are still be collected at www.noparoleformansonfamily.com and will be submitted again to the parole board before the hearing.
