Say it plainly. America has one Constitution, one civil law, and one sovereign people. No parallel courts. No religious veto over speech. No imported honor codes. No beachheads masquerading as “community infrastructure.”

At the “Sharia-Free America” hearing, Amy Mek and other witnesses described a coordinated ideological project: schools, courts, nonprofits, taxpayer dollars, and grievance machinery used to normalize a system that does not believe in equal liberty under law.

Muslims have rights in America. Sharia does not get supremacy over the Constitution. That line must hold.

Protesters ransacked and set fire outside a local Communist Party headquarters in Morón, Cuba early Saturday morning, videos posted to social media show.

Citizens of the north-central Cuban city protested rampant blackouts as well as energy and food shortages under the leadership of communist President Miguel Díaz-Canel. Protestors threw rocks at a government building's windows and set its furniture ablaze in the street amid chants of, "Liberty!"

Reuters reported. Authorities stated they arrested five participants of an anti-communist demonstration as state-run media reported an investigation into "vandalism acts" was launched, according to The Associated Press (AP).

In a video, a crowd of people appears to loudly cheer and make noise with percussive instruments as a large fire burns outside the headquarters's entrance.

What happened in California during COVID wasn’t just about masks—it was a battle over the soul of religious liberty.

Two conservative legal groups have taken up the fight on behalf of Calvary Chapel San Jose, urging the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn $1.2 million in fines slapped on the church for holding in-person worship services during statewide pandemic restrictions, as WND reports.

At the height of COVID shutdowns, Santa Clara County levied heavy financial penalties against the church, despite carving out exceptions for secular venues like restaurants and retail stores.

Now the ACLJ (American Center for Law and Justice) and Advocates for Faith and Freedom have brought the case to the Supreme Court, asking it to consider how far government officials can go when it comes to regulating religious expression under the banner of public health.

As stated in an ACLJ report, “This case presents a new frontier: not just whether churches can meet, but whether the government may dictate the manner of worship itself.”

It’s one thing to enforce health guidelines uniformly—it’s something very different to decide which parts of a religious service are acceptable based on a bureaucrat’s checklist.

“We are asking the Supreme Court to affirm that the Constitution protects both the freedom to believe and the freedom to practice those beliefs – without government interference, intimidation, or crushing financial punishment,” the ACLJ said.

When Thomas Jefferson sat down to write the Declaration of Independence, he didn’t just pull those revolutionary ideas out of thin air. The concepts that launched the American experiment came directly from Jefferson’s college years at William and Mary, (where my Mother went to college) where he studied under Dr. William Small from 1760 to 1762.

Dr. Small didn’t teach Jefferson to hate America or divide people into victim groups. Instead, he opened Jefferson’s mind to Enlightenment philosophy, natural rights, and the radical idea that people could govern themselves.

Jefferson himself said those college teachings "probably fixed the destinies of my life."

That’s what real education looks like – expanding minds, not closing them.

The founding fathers would be shocked to learn that the institutions they created to preserve liberty have become the biggest threat to American freedom.

U.S. military is “authorized to kill Americans on U.S. soil," says Ron Paul

Ron Paul issued a warning about the military that will terrify every red-blooded American

Ron Paul remains active in politics through his various organizations and podcast, The Ron Paul Liberty Report.

And during a recent episode of his program, Ron Paul shared a terrifying warning about a policy recently implemented by the military.

“We want to start off with a headline from Zero Hedge, it’s a pretty hot headline,” Paul began. “The U.S. military is now authorized to kill Americans on U.S. soil.”

Paul admitted that it sounds unbelievable. However, he reminded his listeners that “they’ve been doing that for a long time when you think of the abuses of civil liberties and all the dumb policies.” He pointed to COVID as a recent example. “How many died at the hands of stupid government policy over COVID?” Paul added.

And now the U.S. military is “authorized to kill Americans on U.S. soil.”

“Just ahead, intriguingly, of the November elections, the U.S. military has granted itself permission to unleash ‘lethal force’ on the civilian population in cases of ‘national security’ emergency,” Zero Hedge wrote in the article.

The statement below has been on the right side of my blog for years. And I am posting it here to the Marxist crazy who continues to hound me and today saying I was a Democrat all of my life and calling me a loser. Hardly. His comment which was of course, anonymous: You were a democrat for your whole adult life till a few years ago and you voted fir Barry Obama do sit down loser! Hahahaha!!!!"

We must be getting to those liberals by exposing all the corruption as that is when you get hate comments. Finding the truth takes a lot of time, reflection and understanding.The Democrat party has changed from the days of JFK. It is now nothing more than socialists, communists, Marxists and Globalists who hate America, as Mark Levin would say.

As a voting adult, I started off as a Republican and during the Nixon regime, I realized that I was really a Democrat, back when Democrats had common sense and integrity and cared about the common good of all without the selling off of America. I changed my Party to reflect those views.

Having been a Democrat for many decades now, I have come full circle and have seen the erosion of principles for which I thought the Democratic Party stood. It's a pity that it took most of my life, until 2008-09, to realize how wrong I was.

A left-wing prosecutor – with such extreme anti-Trump bias that EVEN CNN questioned her legitimacy – has INDICTED me despite having committed NO CRIME.

This marks the FOURTH ACT of Election Interference on behalf of the Democrats in an attempt to keep the White House under Crooked Joe’s control and JAIL his single greatest opponent of the 2024 election.

Let me remind you that just days before I announced my 2024 presidential campaign, Crooked Joe declared on national TV that serious efforts would be taken to stop me from being able to “take power” again. We’re watching those efforts unfold as Crooked Joe’s henchmen follow their boss’ orders by targeting me in baseless witch hunts in an attempt to JAIL ME FOR LIFE as an innocent man.

The left-wing prosecutor orchestrating this latest witch hunt for Crooked Joe was caught “intermix[ing] her political fortunes with this case.” Her bias was so terrible that she had to be REMOVED from one part of the case because of a “political conflict of interest” of her own creation.

But it’s not just the prosecutor

…The FOREPERSON of the GRAND JURY broke a veil of secrecy by going on a media tour with the Fake News, GIGGLING on TV about the idea of serving me with a subpoena and unjustly robbing me of my liberty. She said it would be “awesome” to have the power to swear me in, and teased possible indictments as if it were a movie trailer. Even the Fake News called her media circus show a “HORRIBLE IDEA” and a “prosecutor’s nightmare.”

Our once free Republic where citizens were presumed innocent until proven guilty is gone. In its place is a Marxist Third World dictatorship led by an incompetent yet crooked tyrant who tries to place your fate in the hands of vengeful and corrupt prosecutors.

Communism has finally reached America’s shores.

But while these certainly are dark times for our country, I will NEVER give up on America. The more I see these rogue prosecutors weaponize our legal system to criminalize dissent and imprison their political opponents, the stronger my resolve to save our country. Because I know that if these illegal persecutions succeed, if they’re allowed to set fire to the law, then it will not end with me… They’ll come for YOU.

America is the greatest nation in history – and I WILL NEVER SURRENDER our country to these radical tyrants who seek to destroy it.

Even after 4 sham indictments and a threat of HUNDREDS OF YEARS IN PRISON, I will never abandon our mission, because the fate of our nation hangs in the balance in the 2024 election. It’s not just my freedom on the line, but yours as well – and I will NEVER let them take it from you.

If you are doing poorly right now due to the very sinister people who are ripping our country to shreds, then just hit the back button and go about your day. I seriously mean it! Supreme Court’s Gorsuch Blasts ‘Breathtaking’ Pandemic Decrees

US Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch blasted the “breathtaking scale” of emergency decrees issued by state and federal officials during the pandemic, calling them a historic threat to freedom.

In an eight-page statement that accompanied a routine order, Gorsuch decried lockdowns, school and church closures and vaccine requirements, casting them as fear-induced overreactions that could drive a slide toward autocracy.

“Since March 2020, we may have experienced the greatest intrusions on civil liberties in the peacetime history of this country,” he wrote.
